As an improved preferred embodiment, the inner wall of the stirring barrel 2 is provided with a turbulence device, so that the epoxy resin main agent and the curing agent in the stirring barrel 2 can be disturbed, and the stirring and mixing effects are improved. ③ setting the discharge butterfly valve 22 of the mixing barrel 2 to open when the weight in the temporary storage barrel 7 is less than 4kg, and closing the discharge butterfly valve 22 when the weight in the mixing barrel 2 is 0 +/-0.2 kg, so as to ensure production continuity and avoid overflow of materials from the temporary storage barrel 7;
④, opening an acousto-optic prompter 93 for manual material pouring after the discharging butterfly valve 22 is closed to remind workers to pour materials, and closing the acousto-optic prompter 93 when the weight in the stirring barrel 2 reaches 10 kg;
⑤, after an acousto-optic prompter 93 for prompting manual material pouring is started for 30s, an alarm 94 is started when the weight error in the stirring barrel 2 is out of 60 +/-2 kg, so that an operator is reminded to check the material pouring condition, and material proportion imbalance caused by excessive pouring and insufficient pouring is avoided;
⑥ is arranged on the stirring barrel 2 and the unloading butterfly valve 22 is opened for 8s and then the alarm 94 is opened to remind the operator to check the condition;
⑦, the interval time of each stirring period is set, and the selection is carried out between 0-999 s according to the actual construction efficiency, so that the influence on the quality caused by overlong storage time of the mixture is avoided.
The invention discloses a mixing and temporary storage device, which comprises the following working procedures:
firstly, after the mixing and temporary storage device is started, the air compressor 221 is started, the stirring control is set at an automatic gear, the closing conditions of the valve 72 of the temporary storage barrel 7 and the discharging butterfly valve 22 of the stirring barrel 2 are checked, the sound and light prompter 93 sounds in the closing state, at the moment, two groups of four barrels of epoxy resin materials which are opened can be poured into the material pouring hopper in two groups, the four barrels 10 are inversely buckled on the first grating 62 of the material pouring hopper 6, all the materials in the barrels 10 flow into the stirring barrel 2 through the material pouring hopper 6, and the residues in the barrels are reduced as much as possible. When the weight in the temporary storage barrel 7 is zero in the first production, the programmable logic controller 91 automatically opens the discharging butterfly valve 22, the mixed materials are discharged into the temporary storage barrel 7, the materials in the temporary storage barrel 7 are conveyed to a brush coater through the connecting pipe 75 by a conveying pump for brush coating, and if manual roll coating is adopted, the materials are directly manually filled in the barrel for brush coating. When the material in the stirring barrel 2 is completely discharged and the discharging butterfly valve 22 is closed, if a set period interval time exists, the time is counted down according to the set time, and after the time is up, the programmable PLC 91 automatically starts the acousto-optic prompter 93 to remind workers of pouring the material into the stirring barrel 2. When the second plate material finishes stirring, the material in the temporary storage barrel 7 needs to be detected to be less than 4kg, the discharging butterfly valve 22 can be opened for discharging, and the temporary storage barrel 7 is prevented from overflowing and continuous supply is guaranteed. The stirring process is analogized according to the construction condition until the construction is finished, and the period interval time can be adjusted according to the construction progress in the process to match the construction speed, so that the construction continuity and the timeliness of the mixture are ensured. If an alarm is given in the stirring process, the automatic stirring program is recovered by pressing a reset function key after manual confirmation is needed, so that the mixing and dissolving quality is ensured. When the stirring control is set in a manual gear, each step can be manually controlled, and relatively semi-automatic flow control is realized.
The intelligent mixing and temporary storage device is used practically, has obvious effect, particularly highlights the superiority of the device in the construction of epoxy resin waterproof bonding layers on a steel bridge deck, basically eliminates the problem of overlarge residual quantity in a pouring barrel of barreled materials, can change the high-strength operation of four groups of stirring personnel required by the original matched brushing machine into small quantity of manually matched mechanical automatic stirring and mixing, and greatly improves the construction efficiency and quality.
