adding 28kg of water into a high-speed stirrer, then adding a fluorocarbon surfactant, stirring at the rotating speed of 1500rpm for 1.5min, then adding a tackifier, stirring at the rotating speed of 850rpm for 1.5min, then adding a stabilizer and an antifreeze, stirring at the rotating speed of 300rpm for 5min, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a glue solution;
2) adding the flame retardant liquid and the glue solution prepared in the step 1) into a high-speed stirrer, and stirring at the rotating speed of 850rpm for 3min to prepare a mother solution;
3) transferring the mother liquor prepared in the step 2) to a stirring dispersion tank, adding 700kg of water, and stirring at the rotating speed of 120rpm for 4min to obtain the product.
The fire extinguisher of the embodiment is a water-based fire extinguisher, and comprises a pressure steel cylinder, wherein the water-based fire extinguishing agent is filled in the pressure steel cylinder.
Example 5
The water-based fire extinguishing agent of the embodiment is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4.50kg of hydrocarbon surfactant, 1.60kg of fluorocarbon surfactant, 2.05kg of tackifier, 0.78kg of flame retardant, 1.95kg of antifreeze, 0.85kg of stabilizer and 817kg of water.
Wherein the hydrocarbon surfactant is dodecyl dihydroxy ethyl betaine, and the fluorocarbon surfactant is FS-31 type fluorocarbon surfactant produced by DuPont company. The tackifier is formed by mixing starch grafted acrylamide polymer and cooked rubber powder in a mass ratio of 2: 1. The antifreezing agent is propylene glycol. The stabilizer consists of dimethyl phthalate and propylene glycol methyl ether according to the mass ratio of 3: 1. The flame retardant is composed of melamine cyanurate, aluminum diethylphosphinate, ammonium polyphosphate and aluminum hydroxide according to the mass ratio of 2:5:2: 1.
The preparation method of the water-based fire extinguishing agent comprises the following steps:
1) adding 65kg of water into a high-speed stirrer, adding a hydrocarbon surfactant, stirring at the rotating speed of 2500rpm for 2min, adding a flame retardant, stirring at the rotating speed of 600rpm for 2min, and cooling to room temperature to obtain flame retardant liquid;
adding 32kg of water into a high-speed stirrer, then adding a fluorocarbon surfactant, stirring at the rotating speed of 1600rpm for 1min, then adding a tackifier, stirring at the rotating speed of 900rpm for 1min, then adding a stabilizer and an antifreeze, stirring at the rotating speed of 300rpm for 5min, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a glue solution;
2) adding the flame retardant liquid and the glue solution prepared in the step 1) into a high-speed stirrer, and stirring at the rotating speed of 900rpm for 2.5min to prepare a mother solution;
3) transferring the mother liquor prepared in the step 2) to a stirring dispersion tank, adding 720kg of water, and stirring at the rotating speed of 120rpm for 4min to obtain the product.
The fire extinguisher of the embodiment is a water-based fire extinguisher, and comprises a pressure steel cylinder, wherein the water-based fire extinguishing agent is filled in the pressure steel cylinder.
Example 6
The water-based fire extinguishing agent of the embodiment is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4.25kg of hydrocarbon surfactant, 1.75kg of fluorocarbon surfactant, 2.05kg of tackifier, 0.78kg of flame retardant, 1.68kg of antifreeze, 0.85kg of stabilizer and 790kg of water.
Wherein the hydrocarbon surfactant is dodecyl dihydroxy ethyl betaine, and the fluorocarbon surfactant is FS-31 type fluorocarbon surfactant produced by DuPont company. The tackifier is prepared by mixing starch grafted acrylamide polymer, cooked rubber powder and kaolin according to the mass ratio of 5:2: 1. The antifreezing agent is propylene glycol. The stabilizer consists of dimethyl phthalate and propylene glycol methyl ether according to the mass ratio of 3: 1. The flame retardant is composed of melamine cyanurate, aluminum diethylphosphinate, aluminum hydroxide and zinc borate according to the mass ratio of 2:5:1.5: 1.5.
The preparation method of the water-based fire extinguishing agent comprises the following steps:
1) adding 60kg of water into a high-speed stirrer, adding a hydrocarbon surfactant, stirring at the rotating speed of 2500rpm for 2min, adding a flame retardant, stirring at the rotating speed of 600rpm for 2min, and cooling to room temperature to obtain flame retardant liquid;
adding 30kg of water into a high-speed stirrer, then adding a fluorocarbon surfactant, stirring for 2min at the rotating speed of 1500rpm, then adding a tackifier, stirring for 2min at the rotating speed of 800rpm, then adding a stabilizer and an antifreeze, stirring for 5min at the rotating speed of 300rpm, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a glue solution;
2) adding the flame retardant liquid and the glue solution prepared in the step 1) into a high-speed stirrer, and stirring at the rotating speed of 800rpm for 3min to prepare a mother solution;
3) transferring the mother liquor prepared in the step 2) to a stirring dispersion tank, adding 700kg of water, and stirring at the rotating speed of 120rpm for 4min to obtain the product.
Comparative example 1
The comparative example differs from example 1 only in that the starting materials do not contain fluorocarbon surfactants.
The method for preparing the water-based fire extinguishing agent of this comparative example and the fire extinguisher refer to example 1.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example differs from example 1 only in that the preparation method of the water-based fire extinguishing agent comprises the steps of:
1) adding 100kg of water into a high-speed stirrer, then adding a hydrocarbon surfactant, a fluorocarbon surfactant, a flame retardant, a tackifier, a stabilizer and an antifreezing agent, and stirring at the rotating speed of 800rpm for 2min to prepare a mother solution;
2) transferring the mother liquor prepared in the step 1) to a stirring dispersion tank, adding 520kg of water, and stirring at the rotating speed of 100rpm for 5min to obtain the product.
Test examples
The water-based fire extinguishing agents and fire extinguishers obtained in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were tested for the expansion ratio, fire extinguishing time and burning resistance time according to the methods in GB17427-1998 aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguisher, and the results are shown in the following tables.

As shown in the table, the water-based fire extinguishing agent prepared by the invention has higher foaming times, shorter fire extinguishing time which can reach 21.1-31.7s, and very good fire extinguishing performance. The burning resistance time is greatly enhanced and can reach 17.7-19.8 min.

Claims (1)

1. A preparation method of a water-based fire extinguishing agent is characterized by comprising the following steps: the water-based fire extinguishing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4.1-4.25 parts of hydrocarbon surfactant, 1.75-1.8 parts of fluorocarbon surfactant, 2.05 parts of tackifier, 0.78-0.85 part of flame retardant, 1.68 parts of antifreeze, 0.82-0.85 part of stabilizer and 790 parts of water 788-; the tackifier is prepared by combining at least one of cooked rubber powder and kaolin with a starch grafted acrylamide polymer in a mass ratio of 3: 5; the starch graft acrylamide copolymer is prepared by a method comprising the following steps: uniformly mixing cassava starch and water according to the mass ratio of 1:20, preserving heat at 65 ℃ for 45min to prepare gelatinized starch, then adding an acrylamide monomer with the mass 1.5 times that of the starch and a small amount of ammonium persulfate, and carrying out mixed reaction for 3 h; the stabilizer consists of dimethyl phthalate and propylene glycol methyl ether according to the mass ratio of 3-5: 1; the flame retardant is formed by mixing a flame retardant A, a flame retardant B and a flame retardant C, wherein the flame retardant A is melamine cyanurate, the flame retardant B is aluminum diethylphosphinate, and the flame retardant C is at least one of aluminum hydroxide and zinc borate; the mass ratio of the flame retardant A to the flame retardant B to the flame retardant C is 2:5-6: 2-3; the antifreezing agent is propylene glycol; the hydrocarbon surfactant is at least one of dodecyl diethanolamide and dodecyl dihydroxy ethyl betaine;
the preparation method of the water-based fire extinguishing agent comprises the following steps:
1) uniformly mixing a hydrocarbon surfactant, a flame retardant and water to prepare a flame retardant liquid;
uniformly mixing a fluorocarbon surfactant, a tackifier, a stabilizer, an antifreezing agent and water to prepare a glue solution;
2) uniformly mixing the flame retardant liquid prepared in the step 1) with the glue solution to prepare a mother solution, and diluting the mother solution to obtain the flame retardant rubber;
uniformly mixing the hydrocarbon surfactant, the flame retardant and water in the step 1), namely uniformly mixing the hydrocarbon surfactant and the water, then adding the flame retardant and uniformly mixing to prepare flame retardant liquid;
step 1), uniformly mixing the hydrocarbon surfactant and water, namely mixing the hydrocarbon surfactant and the water and stirring at the rotating speed of 2500-2800rpm for 1-2 min; after adding the flame retardant, stirring at the rotating speed of 600-700rpm for 1-2 min; adding a flame retardant, stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a flame retardant liquid;
uniformly mixing the fluorocarbon surfactant, the tackifier, the stabilizer, the antifreezing agent and water in the step 1), namely uniformly mixing the fluorocarbon surfactant and the water, then adding the tackifier and uniformly mixing, and then adding the stabilizer and the antifreezing agent and uniformly mixing to obtain a glue solution;
in the step 1), the fluorocarbon surfactant and water are uniformly mixed, namely the fluorocarbon surfactant and water are mixed and stirred at the rotating speed of 1500rpm for 1-2 min; after the tackifier is added, stirring at the rotation speed of 800-; stirring at the rotating speed of 300-500rpm for 3-5min after adding the stabilizer and the antifreeze; adding a stabilizer and an antifreezing agent, stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a glue solution;
in the step 2), the flame retardant liquid and the glue solution are uniformly mixed and stirred for 2-3min at the rotating speed of 800-;
the mother liquor dilution is to mix the mother liquor with water and stir at 100-150rpm for 3-5 min.
