Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the description is illustrative only, and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that: like reference numerals refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it may not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
In clinical medicine, when the uterus disease is treated by high-intensity focused ultrasound, the pain or the soreness and the discomfort of the hip, the sacrum and the coccyx of a patient are easy to cause due to the conduction of ultrasonic energy, and the anesthesia medicaments are commonly used for controlling the symptoms in the prior art.
In order to solve the problems, a clinician tries to insert a common catheter into the rectum of a patient and inject water into the balloon, so that the distance between the uterus and the hip, the sacrum and the coccyx is increased, the symptoms of the patient are obviously relieved, the dosage of anesthetic is reduced, and the treatment speed is accelerated. However, the head end of the catheter is in a pointed shape, so that the risk of puncturing the rectum exists; the middle section of the catheter is easy to coil at the internal anal opening due to lack of guide wire support, and cannot be inserted to the required rectal depth under many conditions, and the water sac is too small, so that the distance for opening the uterus, the sacrum and the coccyx is insufficient; the water sac has small volume, poor toughness of the sac wall and easy bursting.
The present embodiment therefore primarily describes a novel balloon catheter device for insertion into the rectum, as follows:
a transrectal balloon insertion device 100 for relieving side effects of ultrasonic therapy comprises a main body catheter 10 with an internal channel and a water sac 20 coated on the periphery of the main body catheter 10 and used for squeezing the rectal wall, wherein the end face of the head of the main body catheter 10 is a smooth arc surface, the main body catheter 10 is respectively provided with an internal port 12 communicated with the internal channel 11 and an external port 13 communicated with the outside, and the water sac 20 is externally connected with a water delivery catheter 30.
Specifically, the main body catheter 10 is coated with paraffin oil for lubrication, is directed to the anus of the patient, and is slowly inserted to a desired depth. Preferably, the head of the main body tube 10 is smoothly curved, so that the insertion process is smoother, less uncomfortable for the patient, and less risk of puncturing the intestine.
After the injector f sucks a certain amount of normal saline or distilled water, the water bag 20 can be filled with water through the water delivery conduit 30 connected to the water bag 20 until the expansion degree of the water bag 20 reaches the actual requirement.
The main body duct 10 is provided with an inner port 12, and the feces, intestinal juice and the like in the body of the patient can pass through the inner port 12 and be discharged out of the body from an outer port 13 along an inner channel 11 on the main body duct 10.
When the high-intensity focused ultrasound is used for treating uterine diseases, the saccular catheter device 100 for inserting into the rectum in the embodiment utilizes the expanded water sac 20 to increase the distance between the uterus 01 and the hip, the sacrum and the coccyx, and the water sac 20 also has the functions of absorbing ultrasonic energy and reducing the temperature, so that the stimulation of the hip, the sacrum and the coccyx caused by the high-intensity focused ultrasound treatment of the uterine diseases can be reduced, and the pain or the discomfort can be reduced.
In addition, wound bleeding often occurs after the rectum has undergone surgery such as trauma, hemorrhoid or anal fissure; the expanded water sac 20 can fully press the rectal wall, and can well play a role in hemostasis of the rectum.
The inner port 12 is opened at the side of the head of the main body duct 10, and the outer port 13 is a straight port at the tail end of the main body duct 10.
The water bag 20 is of a long cylindrical structure, the long cylindrical water bag 20 covers the middle area of the main body catheter 10, and the water bag 20 is positioned at the inner side of the inner port 12 and the outer port 13.
The outer contour of the water sac 20 after being filled with liquid is in a regular cylindrical structure or in an irregular shape to match the thickness of different sections of the rectal cavity. So as to meet the requirement of compressing irregular rectal wall and achieve better hemostasis effect.
The balloon catheter device 100 for insertion into the rectum further comprises a flexible support wire 40, the support wire 40 being inserted from the outer port 13 of the main body catheter 10 to a head position for supporting and guiding the main body catheter 10 into the rectum of the patient. Thereby making the device insertion more convenient and faster.
Preferably, the support wire 40 is a metal wire. The support wire 40 made of metal has better support performance. The metal guide wire is preferably made of iron, steel, copper, titanium, aluminum and the like.
The head of the main body duct 10 has a spherical or hemispherical shape or a mushroom shape. Thereby reducing discomfort to the patient during insertion of the balloon catheter device.
The water delivery pipe 30 is provided with a self-closing valve 31, and the self-closing valve 31 can be inserted into the syringe f. To facilitate filling of the water bladder 20 with the syringe f.
Preferably, the main body tube 10 is made of elastic latex. The main body catheter 10 is made deformable and can be better inserted into the inside of the irregular rectum to adapt to the rectal lumens with different thickness sections.
The long cylindrical water sac 20 covers the middle region of the main body duct 10, and the length of the water sac 20 is not less than 10 CM. Such that the length distribution of the water bladder 20 is sufficient to match the rectal length.
In a specific practical operation, the supporting guide wire 40 is completely inserted into the main body catheter 10, and then the main body catheter 10 is coated with paraffin oil for lubrication; then the head of the main body catheter 10 in the shape of a ball or a hemisphere or a mushroom is aligned with the anus of the patient and is slowly inserted until the required depth is pushed; then, pumping a certain amount of normal saline or distilled water by using an injector f, injecting the normal saline or distilled water into the water sac 20 through the self-closing valve 31 until the required amount is reached, and removing the injector f; the main catheter 10 is then pulled slightly to accommodate the main catheter 10 more snugly inside the rectal wall, and the intestinal waste is then discharged under the guidance of the internal channel 11 of the main catheter 10, and finally treated as usual.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "back", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings or orientations or positional relationships conventionally arranged when products of the present invention are used, and are used for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the referred device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
The present invention provides a transrectal balloon insertion device for reducing the side effects of ultrasound therapy, and the principle and embodiments of the present invention are described in detail herein using specific examples, which are provided only to help understanding the present invention and the core concept. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
