本发明涉及一种新型高频电刀笔。包括壳体,所述壳体的端部设有刀头,所述壳体内部设有气管,所述壳体的前端为锥形结构,所述壳体的前端锥形表面上设有若干气孔,所述气孔与气管连通,所述壳体的前端表面设有照明灯,所述照明灯位于气孔与刀头之间,所述气管后端设有三通管,三通管的第一接口与气管相连,三通管的第二接口用于连接吸引器,三通管的第三接口用于连接输液器。本发明结构简单,操作方便,通过采用本发明结构,能够同时具备吸引烟雾及清洗出血的功能,同时又具备照明功能,增加手术时的视野度,从而有效保证手术的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型高频电刀笔,尤其涉及一种新型高频电刀笔。
背景技术
电外科已逐渐成为颇有价值的手段,可用于减少手术室与门诊医疗过程中病人的失血风险。在电外科手术中,射频电流穿过电极到达病人组织,与电极相连接的病人组织被通过的射频电流加热。依靠电流特性与外科医生使用高频电刀笔的方法特点,可以实施不同的电外科手术。例如,高频电刀笔(electrosurgicalinstrument)可用来进行切割、凝血、干燥或烧灼组织。因而各种电外科手术可用于进行各项手术,减少相应过程的失血。失血的减少可归因于手术部位加热组织时产生热凝固。与众多外科设备一样,在进行电外科手术时,高频电刀头(electrosurgicaldevice)需要对器械进行精准的引导。因而,高频电刀笔的尺寸必须能够易于被外科医生握持,以便精准地操纵该高频电刀笔。例如,许多高频电刀笔与书写仪器的尺寸和形状相似。各种电外科手术所需供应的电流可由高频发生器产生,并通过信号电缆连接高频电刀笔与高频发生器。现有的普通电刀笔在手术时,需要配合采用吸引器吸引切割组织后产生的烟雾和组织出血,烟雾和组织出血不及时吸除会影响视野,增加手术难度,延长手术时间,而且需要助手配合手持吸引器,增加人力,很不方便。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,能够同时具备吸引及清洗功能,而且也具备照明功能,提高在手术过程中的视野,保证手术效果的一种新型高频电刀笔。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括壳体,所述壳体的端部设有刀头,所述壳体内部设有气管,所述壳体的前端为锥形结构,所述壳体的前端锥形表面上设有若干气孔,所述气孔与气管连通,所述壳体的前端表面设有照明灯,所述照明灯位于气孔与刀头之间,所述气管后端设有三通管,三通管的第一接口与气管相连,三通管的第二接口用于连接吸引器,三通管的第三接口用于连接输液器。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述壳体的外壁上设有若干防滑突起。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述壳体内部设有电池,所述电池通过导线连接照明灯。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述壳体外壁上设有电源开关,所述电源开关与导线连接。

一种新型高频电刀笔,包括壳体1,所述壳体1的端部设有刀头2,所述壳体1内部设有气管3,所述壳体1的前端为锥形结构,所述壳体1的前端锥形表面上设有若干气孔4,所述气孔4与气管3连通,所述壳体1的前端表面设有照明灯5,所述照明灯5位于气孔4与刀头2之间,所述气管3后端设有三通管6,三通管6的第一接口与气管3相连,三通管6的第二接口用于连接吸引器,三通管6的第三接口用于连接输液器。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述壳体1的外壁上设有若干防滑突起7。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述壳体1内部设有电池8,所述电池8通过导线9连接照明灯5。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述壳体1外壁上设有电源开关10,所述电源开关10与导线9连接。
