Description

Respiratory secretion collection device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the manufacturing technology of medical instruments, in particular to a respiratory tract secretion collecting device, and belongs to the technical field of medical article manufacturing.
Background
It is generally accepted that foreign substances such as germs and contaminants in the respiratory tract may damage the body if not discharged from the body. The sneezing method can effectively discharge the pathogenic bacteria, pollutants and other foreign matters in the respiratory tract out of the human body, thereby protecting the human body.
In the existing respiratory system secretion detection process, saliva or secretion in a nasal cavity is generally adopted for detection, but body fluid in the deep part of a lung, an alveolus or a bronchus cannot be directly detected. In particular, some viruses will first survive and proliferate in the alveoli of the human body, and the lungs need to be flushed to obtain secretions for testing, which is time and labor consuming and takes a long time for testing.
In the prior art, the secretion in the deep part of the respiratory system can be obtained by inducing sneeze, but the sneeze is not easy to be induced and is difficult to collect in time after the induction; moreover, part of infectious diseases are easy to spread by droplets, and the process of obtaining secretions is not safe.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a novel respiratory tract secretion collecting device, which solves the technical problem that the secretion at the deep part of the respiratory system is difficult to collect in the prior art by inducing sneeze and collecting the secretion by the collecting device.
The respiratory secretion collecting device of the embodiment of the invention comprises: an elastic face mask of a semi-spherical structure; a liquid joint is arranged on one side of the bulge of the mask, and a collecting bottle is arranged on the liquid joint;
the elastic face mask is also provided with a sleeve which is used for penetrating through the elastic face mask, and the sleeve is internally sleeved with a drawable plastic fiber strip.
The respiratory secretion collecting device as described above, wherein one end of the plastic fiber strip is a handheld end, and the other end is a free end; the free end is provided with a plurality of fiber furcations.
The respiratory secretion collecting device as described above, wherein two fixing clips are provided at the edge of the elastic mask, and an elastic band is provided between the two fixing clips.
The respiratory secretions collecting device as described above wherein said flexible mask is of transparent construction.
The respiratory secretion collecting device as described above, wherein the elastic face mask is provided with a flange at its edge.
The respiratory secretions collecting device as defined above wherein said plastic fiber strip is rotatably mounted within said sleeve.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mouth and nose parts of a person are covered by the elastic mask, and then the plastic fiber strips are pulled to stimulate the mucous membranes of the nasal cavity to cause sneezing, so that the secretion extending out of the respiratory system is sprayed onto the mask at a high speed and is collected by the collecting bottle to facilitate detection and assay.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a side view of a respiratory secretion collecting device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The respiratory secretion collection device of the present invention may be made of, and is not limited to, the following materials, for example: transparent plastics, silica gel, medical plastics, tetrafluoroethylene, polycarbonate, rubber, plastic filaments, and the like.
FIG. 1 is a side view of a respiratory secretion collection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; this embodiment pertains to a disposable medical article.
The respiratory secretion collecting device of the embodiment of the invention comprises: an elastic face mask 1 of a semi-spherical structure; a liquid joint 20 is arranged on one convex side of the mask 1, and a collecting bottle 2 is arranged on the liquid joint 20; one end of the liquid connector 20 is communicated with the inner side of the elastic face mask 1, so that liquid secretion in the elastic face mask can be conveniently guided into the collecting bottle 2.
In this embodiment, after the collection bottle 2 collects the secretion, a separate cap may be used to seal the collection bottle for subsequent testing or assay.
The elastic mask 1 is also provided with a sleeve 3 used for passing through the elastic mask 1, and a drawable plastic fiber strip 4 is sleeved in the sleeve 3.
The sleeve 3 is typically a tubular structure having a length of 10-20mm to facilitate the fixing and mounting of the plastic fibre strip 4.
The plastic fiber strip is inserted into the nasal cavity of a human body, and the nasal mucosa is stimulated by rotating and pulling the plastic fiber strip, so that sneezing is caused.
In the respiratory secretion collecting device of the present embodiment, specifically, one end of the plastic fiber strip 4 is a handheld end, and the other end is a free end; the free end is provided with a plurality of fiber furcations. The multiple fiber bifurcations can increase the contact surface and chance of the plastic fiber strip contacting the nasal cavity, which can cause nasal discomfort quickly and sneezing.
In the practical use process, the mouth and nose parts of a person are covered by the elastic mask, the plastic fiber strips are pulled to stimulate nasal mucosa to cause sneezing, and therefore secretions extending out of a respiratory system are sprayed onto the elastic mask at a high speed and are collected by the collecting bottle to facilitate detection and testing.
The elastic mask can be well attached to the face of a human body, and excessive dispersion of droplets in the sneezing process is avoided; also, the elastic mask can be folded and compressed after use to facilitate secretion flow into the collection bottle.
After use, the elastic face mask can be intensively recycled.
The respiratory secretion collecting device of the present embodiment, wherein two fixing clips 50 are provided at the edge of the elastic mask 1, and an elastic band 5 is provided between the two fixing clips 50. The elastic straps are intended to be secured to the head or ears of a person to prevent the mask from loosening or falling off during sneezing.
In the respiratory secretion collecting device of the present embodiment, the elastic mask 1 is generally of a transparent structure to facilitate the collection of the secretions to the maximum extent.
Preferably, the edge of the elastic face mask 1 is provided with an outward flange to increase the contact area of the edge of the face mask and the skin of the human body and enhance the air tightness.
The respiratory secretion collecting device of this embodiment, wherein the plastic fiber strip 4 is rotatably installed in the casing 3, thereby facilitating the handling and inducing sneezing.
In addition, the respiratory secretion collecting device is low in manufacturing cost, simple and easy to use, compact in structural design, stable in finished product quality, easy to use, free of environmental pollution and suitable for collecting respiratory secretions in various experiments, medical treatment and outdoor environments.
