Background
With the continuous development of livestock breeding and the improvement of food sanitation requirements of people, large-scale livestock farms emerge continuously, the traditional pig raising feeding method needs manual feeding, water adding and stirring and then feeding, the feeding method consumes a large amount of manpower resources and is low in efficiency when large-scale breeding is carried out, and the mixed porridge materials are precipitated and separated after a long time in a charging barrel, so that uniform feeding is difficult.

Wherein, the cylinder 110 is used for containing raw materials, and the stirring device 120 is disposed on the cylinder 110 and can extend into the cylinder 110 for stirring the raw materials placed in the cylinder 110. The temperature control device 130 is disposed on the cartridge 110, and may heat the raw material, detect temperature information of the raw material, and adjust the temperature in the cartridge 110 according to the temperature information. The discharging device 140 is arranged at the bottom of the barrel 110; the trough 150 is arranged below the discharging device 140 and is connected with the material barrel 110 through a mounting frame, and when the discharging device 140 is opened, raw materials in the material barrel 110 can be output into the trough 150; the weight detector 160 is arranged on the trough 150 and used for detecting the weight information of the raw materials of the trough 150; and the controller 170 is electrically connected with the stirring device 120, the temperature control device 130 and the discharging device 140 respectively, and is used for controlling the stirring device 120, the temperature control device 130 and the discharging device 140 to work.
Referring to fig. 2, which is a top view of the automatic feeder 100 provided in this embodiment, the stirring device 120 includes: a stirring shaft 121 and a stirring motor 122. Wherein the stirring shaft 121 is disposed within the barrel 110. The output end of the stirring motor 122 is connected with the stirring shaft 121.
The temperature control device 130 includes: a temperature sensor 131, a heater 132, and an indicator light 133. The temperature sensor 131 is disposed inside the cartridge 110, electrically connected to the controller 170, and configured to acquire temperature information of the raw material placed in the cartridge 110, and send the temperature information to the controller 170. The heater 132 is disposed in the barrel 110 and electrically connected to the controller 170 for receiving a heating signal from the controller 170 to heat the raw material in the barrel 110, and the heater 132 may also receive a heating stop signal from the controller 170 to stop heating. The indicator 133 is disposed on the outer wall of the cartridge 110 and electrically connected to the controller 170.
In one embodiment, the automatic feeder 100 is connected to a power plug, and when the start button is pressed, the system starts to supply power, and the button displays green; if the power supply is connected and the key is not pressed or connected, the key is turned off; meanwhile, the temperature sensor 131 feeds back the temperature of the material in the cartridge 110 to the controller 170; if the temperature of the material in the barrel 110 is within the set threshold range, the heater 132 does not work; if the temperature of the material in the charging barrel 110 is lower than a set threshold value, heating operation is started, and an indicator lamp 133 of the heater 132 displays red; when the material temperature reaches a set threshold value, the controller 170 controls the heater 132 to stop working, and the indicator light 133 of the heater 132 displays green; if the material temperature is higher than the set threshold value, the control circuit controls the heater 132 to stop working, and the indicator light 133 of the heater 132 displays yellow.
In one embodiment, the automatic feeder 100 further comprises a material level detector 111, the material level detector 111 is disposed on the top of the barrel 110 and can be used for detecting the position and height information of the raw material placed in the barrel 110, the position and height information of the raw material can indicate the amount of the raw material in the barrel 110 like a measuring cup scale, and the material level detector 111 is electrically connected to the controller 170.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic structural diagram of an automatic feeding device 100 according to this embodiment. The bottom of the barrel 110 may be provided with a discharge valve 141. The discharge valve 141 is located above the trough 150, electrically connected to the controller 170, and configured to receive a switching signal sent by the controller 170.
In one embodiment, the automatic feeder 100 further comprises: and the electronic information reading-writing device 142 is arranged on the trough 150 and connected with the controller 170 for reading the electronic tag signals within a preset range. Referring to fig. 4, which is an automatic feeding method provided in this embodiment, the method can be performed by the automatic feeder 100 shown in fig. 1-3, and the method includes the following steps:
step 401: when receiving the electronic tag signal from the electronic information reading/writing device 142, the remaining amount information of the raw material in the trough 150 is acquired.
In this step, taking a livestock feeding scene as an example, the electronic information reading and writing device 142 detects an electronic tag worn on a livestock body, the electronic information reading and writing device 142 has a detection range with a certain area, when the livestock carries the electronic tag to enter the detection range of the electronic information reading and writing device 142, the electronic information reading and writing device 142 generates an electronic tag signal, and the electronic tag signal may include biological information of the individual livestock, such as sex, breed, age, stall, and the like.
When the livestock approaches the automatic feeder 100, that is, when the controller 170 receives the electronic tag signal sent by the electronic information reading and writing device 142, it is obtained whether the raw material still exists in the trough 150, or the raw material allowance information is obtained and it is determined whether the raw material allowance is enough for the livestock to eat.
Step 402: the stirring device 120 is activated to stir the raw material and add the raw material to the trough 150 according to a preset addition value.

Step 403: and judging whether to stop feeding according to the electronic tag signal.
In this step, the detection range of the electronic information reading and writing device 142 can be used to determine whether the livestock is eating before the automatic feeder 100, and when it is detected that the livestock leaves the detection range of the electronic information reading and writing device 142, it can be determined that the livestock is not eating any more, so the controller 170 controls the discharging device 140 to stop feeding.
Step 404: and if the feeding is stopped, calculating the feed intake information according to the raw material allowance information and the feeding information.
In this step, when it is determined that the individual livestock leaves the automatic feeder 100 and does not eat any more, the feed intake information during the previous feeding of the individual livestock is recorded for reference of the next discharge amount of the individual livestock when eating.
Step 405: and matching and recording the feed intake information and the electronic tag signal.

1. An automatic feeder, comprising:
a charging barrel;
the stirring device is arranged on the charging barrel and is used for stirring the raw materials placed in the charging barrel;
the temperature control device is arranged on the charging barrel and used for acquiring temperature information in the charging barrel and adjusting the temperature in the charging barrel according to the temperature information;
the discharging device is arranged at the bottom of the charging barrel;
the material groove is arranged below the discharging device and is connected with the charging barrel through a mounting frame;
the weight detector is arranged on the trough and used for detecting the raw material weight information of the trough;
and the controller is respectively electrically connected with the stirring device, the temperature control device and the discharging device and is used for controlling the stirring device, the temperature control device and the discharging device to work.
2. The automatic feeder of claim 1, wherein the agitation device comprises:
the stirring shaft is arranged in the charging barrel;
and the output end of the stirring motor is connected with the stirring shaft.
3. The automatic feeder of claim 1, wherein the temperature control device comprises:
the temperature sensor is arranged in the charging barrel, is electrically connected with the controller, and is used for acquiring temperature information of raw materials placed in the charging barrel and sending the temperature information to the controller;
the heater is arranged in the charging barrel, is electrically connected with the controller and is used for receiving a heating signal of the controller and heating the raw material in the charging barrel;
the indicator light sets up the feed cylinder outer wall, with controller electric connection.
4. The automatic feeder of claim 1, wherein the outfeed device comprises:
and the discharge valve is arranged at the bottom of the charging barrel, is positioned above the trough, is electrically connected with the controller and is used for receiving the switching signal sent by the controller.
5. The automatic feeder of claim 1, further comprising:
and the electronic information reading-writing device is arranged on the trough, connected with the controller and used for reading the electronic tag signals within a preset range.
6. The automatic feeder of claim 1, further comprising:
and the material level detector is arranged at the top of the charging barrel and electrically connected with the controller.
7. The feeder of claim 1, further comprising:
the display is arranged on the outer wall of the charging barrel and electrically connected with the controller.
8. An automatic feeding method, comprising:
when an electronic tag signal from an electronic information read-write device of the electronic information read-write device is received, raw material allowance information in the material tank is obtained;
starting a stirring device to stir the raw materials, and adding the raw materials into a material tank according to a preset feeding value;
judging whether to stop feeding according to the electronic tag signal;
if the feeding is stopped, calculating feed intake information according to the raw material allowance information and the feeding information;
and matching and recording the feed intake information and the electronic tag signal.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the obtaining of the material remaining amount information in the material tank upon receiving the electronic tag signal from the electronic information reading and writing device comprises:
receiving the electronic tag signal;
judging whether the duration of receiving the electronic tag signal exceeds a first preset value or not;
and if the duration of receiving the electronic tag signal exceeds a first preset value, acquiring the raw material allowance information.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein before the starting the stirring device to stir the raw material and adding the raw material to the trough according to the preset addition value, the method further comprises:
judging whether the raw material allowance information is smaller than a second preset value or not;
and if the raw material allowance information is smaller than a second preset value, starting a stirring device to stir the raw materials.
11. The method according to claim 10, wherein before acquiring the material remaining amount information in the trough when receiving the electronic tag signal from the electronic information reading/writing device, the method further comprises:
when the charging barrel is connected with an external power supply, material level information and temperature information of raw materials in the charging barrel are obtained;
judging whether the temperature information is lower than a third preset value or not;
when the temperature information is lower than the third preset value, sending a heating signal to a heater to start the heater to heat, and turning off the heater until the temperature information is not lower than the third preset value;
and displaying the heating state of the raw materials in the charging barrel, the material level information and the temperature information in real time through a display screen.
