Specifically, the concentration of the active ingredient is controlled. When the adaptor 122 retracts into the receiving cavity, the limiting component 112 applies force to the abutting surface 1220 through the button 112a so as to clamp the adaptor 122 and prevent the adaptor 122 from extending out, thereby forming self-locking. When the adaptor 122 protrudes from the receiving cavity, the button 122a is forced to escape from the path along which the adaptor 122 moves by applying force to the button 122 a. The stopper 112b is used to limit the stroke of the button 112a, and the force applying member 112c may be an elastic member 112c, and the elastic member is in a pressed state by the position cooperation of the stopper 112b and the button 112 a. In operation, the toggle button 112a faces the blocking member 112b to make the button 112a clear of the adaptor 122, the adaptor 122 protrudes out of the mounting hole 111a under the action of the elastic member 122c, the inner surface 111a of the abutting surface 1220 abuts, and the button 112a abuts against the abutting surface 1221. When the adaptor 122 is retracted into the receiving cavity by an external force, the button 112a returns to the original position by the elastic member 112c and contacts the abutting surface 1220, thereby locking the adaptor 122.
