Description
The present invention relates to electronic devices, and particularly to a head-mounted display device.
At present, the earphone part and the display part of the head-mounted display device are not detachable, and the use is limited.
Disclosure of Invention

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a head-mounted display device 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be a virtual reality device for playing video and games. The head mounted display apparatus 1000 includes an ear speaker apparatus 100 and a display apparatus 200. The earphone device 100 includes a base 110, the base 110 defines a receiving cavity, a sidewall 111 of the base 110 defines a mounting hole 111a, and the sidewall 111 includes an inner surface 111b and an outer surface 111c opposite to each other. The mounting hole 111a penetrates the inner surface 111b and the outer surface 111 c. The display device 200 includes a connecting assembly 210, the connecting assembly 210 is detachably mounted on the base 110, the connecting assembly 210 includes an engaging end 211, a first engaging portion 212 and a second engaging portion 213, the engaging end 211 can extend into the accommodating cavity from the mounting hole 111a, the first engaging portion 212 and the second engaging portion 213 are respectively located at two sides of the engaging end 211, when the engaging end extends into the accommodating cavity from the mounting hole 111a of the engaging end 211, the first engaging portion 212 engages with an inner surface 111b at one end of the mounting hole 111a, the second engaging portion 213 engages with an inner surface 111b at the other end of the mounting hole 111a to mount the connecting assembly 210 on the base 110, and the second engaging portion 213 can move to release the engagement with the inner surface 111b to detach the connecting assembly 210 from the base 110. The display device 200 further includes related elements such as a lens module, a circuit, and a battery, which are not shown. When the ear speaker device 100 and the display device 200 are connected, the ear speaker device 100 and the display device 200 may cooperate to simultaneously display video and audio for the user. When the earphone device 100 and the display device 200 are separated, the earphone module 100 can be connected to other display devices through a card socket or a connecting line, and the display device 200 can also be connected to other audio devices through a connecting component or in a wireless manner.
It can be understood that, the detachable connection enables the earphone device 100 and the display device 200 to be used independently, which reduces the cost of damaging the head-mounted display device 1000, and the user can also expand or upgrade the head-mounted display device 1000 according to personal needs, for example, the user with high sound quality needs can replace the earphone device 100 by himself, and for example, after the display device 200 is updated, the user can also replace the part of the components independently. Similarly, after the head-mounted display device 1000 fails, the head-mounted display device can be repaired or replaced in a split manner, so that the maintenance cost is reduced.

Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in some embodiments, the connecting element 210 includes a connecting body 214, a locking element 215 and a resilient element 216. The connecting body 214 is provided with a receiving groove 217, a blocking member 218 is formed in the receiving groove 217, a through hole 217b is formed on a first side wall 217a of the receiving groove 217, and the blocking member 218 is opposite to the first side wall 217 a. The engaging member 215 is disposed between the blocking member 218 and the first sidewall 217a, the engaging member 215 includes an engaging body 215a, a second engaging portion 213 and an abutting portion 215b, the second engaging portion 213 is disposed at one end of the engaging body 215a and can extend out of the through hole 217b, the abutting portion 215b is opposite to the second engaging portion 213, one end of the elastic member 216 is combined with the abutting portion 215b, and the other end is combined with the blocking member 218.
Specifically, the receiving slots 217 are formed to receive the related components therein, thereby reducing the thickness of the connection set 210. The first sidewall 217a is provided with a through hole 217b, the second engaging portion 213 can protrude from the through hole 217b, it should be noted that the second engaging portion 213 extends from one end of the engaging body 215, the size of the second engaging portion 213 should be equivalent to the size of the through hole 217b, and the size of the end portion of the second engaging portion 213 should be larger than the size of the through hole 217b to limit the movement of the engaging member 215 in the accommodating groove 217 without slipping off from the through hole. The engaging body 215a is biased by the elastic member 216, the elastic member 216 is disposed between the abutting portion 215b and the stopper 218, and is in a pressed state, and the engaging member 215 is pressed so that the second engaging portion 213 keeps a protruding state and stably engages with the mounting hole 111a when engaging with the base 110. When the engaging body 215a is detached, a force is applied to the engaging body 215a, and the engaging body 215a compresses the spring and moves in the direction of the stopper 218 to release the engagement. The stopper 218 defines the moving stroke of the catch 215. The combination of the two ends of the elastic member 216 and the interference part 215b and the blocking member 218 may be a fixed connection or an interference, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the receiving slot 217 includes a second side wall 217c opposite the first side wall 217a, and the blocking member 218 extends from a bottom wall of the receiving slot 217 and is located between the first side wall 217a and the second side wall 217 c.
Specifically, in other examples, the blocking member 218 may also be the second side wall 217c, that is, both ends of the elastic member 216 are respectively combined with the second side wall 217c and the interference part 215 b.
Further, in such an embodiment, the blocking member 218 includes a blocking wall 218a and two guiding walls 218b, the two guiding walls 218b are located at two opposite sides of the blocking wall 218a, the two guiding walls 218b are located between the blocking wall 218a and the first side wall 217a and form a guide rail oppositely, the engaging member 215 is located in the guide rail and can move along the guide rail, one end of the elastic member 216 is combined with the abutting portion 215b, and the other end is combined with the blocking wall 218 a.
Specifically, the guide wall 218b is oppositely disposed to form a guide rail, thereby defining the moving direction of the engaging member 215, and the blocking wall 218a and the first side wall 217a define the moving displacement of the engaging member 215.
Further, in the embodiment, the blocking wall 218a is provided with a guide hole 218c, the engaging member 215 further includes a guide rod 215d extending from the abutting portion 215b, the guide rod 215d is movably disposed in the guide hole 218c, and the elastic member 216 is disposed on the guide rod 215 d.
Specifically, the elastic member 216 may be a spring, and the elastic member 216 is sleeved on the guide rod 215d and can be compressed and deformed toward a predetermined direction when the elastic member 216 is stressed, so as to prevent the elastic member from deviating from the predetermined direction and deforming toward other directions, even releasing the initial position.
Further, in this embodiment, the blocking member 218 further includes a limiting wall 218d, the engaging member 215 further includes a protruding portion 215e extending from one side surface of the engaging body 215a, the protruding portion 215e intersects with the engaging body 215a and has an included angle, the limiting wall 218d extends from the bottom wall of the receiving groove 217, and when the engaging member 215 moves, the limiting wall 218d interferes with the protruding portion 215e to limit the moving stroke of the engaging member 215.
Specifically, the direction of the limiting wall 218d may be perpendicular to the guiding direction, that is, the moving direction of the engaging element 215, the blocking wall 218a is connected to the guiding wall 218b, and the limiting wall 218d is connected to one of the guiding walls 218b and located between the guiding wall 218b and the first side wall 217 a. The direction of the stopper wall 218d coincides with the direction of the projection 215e for limiting the moving stroke of the projection 215 e. The stopper wall 218 may be disposed perpendicular to one guide wall 218b connected thereto.
Further, in this embodiment, the receiving groove 217 further includes a third sidewall 217d connected to the first sidewall 217a, the third sidewall 217d is opened with a through hole 217e, and the protrusion 215e protrudes from the through hole 217e for toggling.
Specifically, by applying force to the protrusion 215e, the engaging member 215 can be driven to move to engage with or disengage from the mounting hole 111a, and accordingly, the dimension of the through hole 217e in the length direction should be larger than the dimension of the protrusion 215e in the length direction, so that the protrusion 215e can move in the through hole 217e, and the moving stroke should ensure that the second engaging portion 213 can be received in the receiving groove 217 to separate the connecting assembly 210 from the base 110.
Further, in some embodiments, the connection assembly 210 further includes a button 219, the button 219 movably disposed within the perforation 217e and engaging the projection 215 e.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the protrusion 215e is completely accommodated in the accommodating groove 217 without passing through the through hole 217e, and the button 219 is coupled with the protrusion 215, for example, by abutting, and the protrusion 215e is driven to move by applying a pushing force to the button 219.
Further, in such an embodiment, the button 219 includes a toggle portion 219a, a pushing portion 219b, and a connecting portion 219c, the connecting portion 219c is connected between the toggle portion 219a and the pushing portion 219b, the connecting portion 219c is disposed in the through hole 217e and can move in the through hole 217e, the toggle portion 219a is located outside the accommodating groove 217, and the pushing portion 217 is located in the accommodating groove 217 and abuts against the protrusion 215 e.
It is understood that the perforation 217e opens on the third sidewall 217 d. The connecting portion 219 has a size corresponding to the thickness of the third sidewall 217d, so that the button 219 can be snapped to the through hole 217 e. The pushing portion 219b abuts against the protruding portion 215e, and the user applies a force to the toggle portion 219a to drive the protruding portion 215e to drive the engaging member 215 to move through the pushing portion 219 b.
In some examples, the toggle part 219a and the push part 219b are made of an elastic material, and the push part 219b is compressed to extend into the receiving groove 217 and then restores to be deformed and can interfere with the third sidewall 217 d.
In some examples, the connection assembly 210 may further include a guide block, and accordingly, an end of the pushing portion 219b is opened with a guide groove, and the guide block is received in the guide groove, so that the pushing portion 219 can move along the guide block.
In some embodiments, the connecting assembly 210 further includes a cover 220, and the cover 220 is mounted on the engaging body 215a to seal the receiving groove 217.
The cover 220 can protect the parts inside the receiving groove 217, and prevent the internal parts or structures from being damaged due to the entry of foreign matters. The cover 220 may be plate-shaped and connected to the receiving groove by means of a screw, a clip, a magnet, or the like.
Further, in this embodiment, the cover 220 includes a cover body 220a and a hook 220b extending from a bottom surface of the cover body 220a, a slot 217f is opened on a bottom wall of the receiving slot 217, and the hook 220b is engaged with the slot 217f to mount the cover 220 on the engaging body 215a to seal the receiving slot 217.
Specifically, the slot 217f is opened at the bottom wall of the receiving slot 217, the cover 220 is locked with the slot 217f by the hook 220a, and the shape of the cover 220 is the same as the shape of a common enclosure of the side walls of the receiving slot 217, so as to completely cover the receiving slot 217.
Further, in some examples, a clamping hole 217g is formed on the second sidewall 217c of the receiving groove 217, and a buckle 220b corresponding to the clamping hole 217g is disposed on a side surface 220a of the cover body.
Specifically, the fastener 220b is engaged with the fastener hole 217g, so that the cover 220 is more firmly engaged with the receiving groove 217.
In some embodiments, an inclined section 112 protruding toward the receiving cavity is formed on a side of the inner surface 111b close to the mounting hole 111a, the inclined section 112 gradually inclines toward the receiving cavity 217 along a direction approaching the mounting hole 111a, the second engaging portion 213 includes an inclined engaging surface corresponding to the inclined section 112, and when the engaging end 211 extends into the mounting hole 111a, the engaging surface engages with the inclined section 112 of the inner surface 111 b.
It can be understood that the inner surface 111b has a circular arc shape, and the inclined section 112 has a shape matching with the engaging surface, such as a rectangular surface, so that the second engaging portion 213 can be engaged with the inner surface 111b more firmly. Of course, in some examples, the engagement end 211 may be formed in a circular arc shape to fit the inner surface 111 b.
In some embodiments, the earphone device 100 further includes a limiting member 120, the limiting member 120 extends from the bottom wall of the receiving cavity, two ends of the limiting member 120 are respectively combined with two opposite ends of the mounting hole 111a to form a limiting space together with the side wall 111 of the base, the limiting space is communicated with the mounting hole 111a, and when the connecting assembly 210 is mounted on the base 110, the engaging end 211 is received in the limiting space.
In this way, the spacing space can protect the engaged portion when the connecting assembly 210 is engaged with the mounting hole 111 a.
Further, in such an embodiment, the earphone device 100 further includes an upper cover 130, and the upper cover 130 is mounted on the stopper 120 to seal the receiving space.
It is understood that the earphone device 100 further includes other electronic components and circuits not shown, and the space in the earphone device 100 can be more neatly arranged by closing the receiving space through the upper cover 130. The connection between the upper cover 130 and the accommodating space is not limited, particularly, by means of a snap, a screw, etc.

- The head-mounted display device of claim 1, wherein the connecting assembly comprises a connecting body, a locking member and an elastic member, the connecting body defines a receiving groove, a blocking member is formed in the receiving groove, a through hole is formed in a first sidewall of the receiving groove, the blocking member is opposite to the first sidewall, the locking member is disposed between the blocking member and the first sidewall, the locking member comprises a locking body, a second locking portion located at one end of the locking body and capable of extending out of the through hole, and an abutting portion opposite to the second locking portion, one end of the elastic member is combined with the abutting portion, and the other end of the elastic member is combined with the blocking member.
- The head-mounted display device of claim 2, wherein the receptacle includes a second sidewall opposite the first sidewall, the barrier extending from a bottom wall of the receptacle and being positioned between the first sidewall and the second sidewall.
- The head-mounted display device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the blocking member comprises a blocking wall and two guiding walls disposed at opposite sides of the blocking wall, the two guiding walls are disposed between the blocking wall and the first side wall and form a guide rail oppositely, the engaging member is disposed in the guide rail and can move along the guide rail, one end of the elastic member is combined with the interference portion, and the other end of the elastic member is combined with the blocking wall.
- The head-mounted display device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the barrier wall defines a guide hole, the engaging member further includes a guide rod extending from the interference portion, the guide rod is movably disposed in the guide hole, and the elastic member is disposed on the guide rod.
- The head-mounted display device of claim 4, wherein the blocking member further comprises a limiting wall, the engaging member further comprises a protruding portion extending from a side surface of the engaging body, the protruding portion intersects with the engaging body and has an included angle, the limiting wall extends from a bottom wall of the receiving groove, and when the engaging member moves, the limiting wall interferes with the protruding portion to limit a moving stroke of the engaging member.
- The head-mounted display device of claim 6, wherein the receiving slot further comprises a third sidewall connected to the first sidewall, the third sidewall has a through hole, and the protrusion extends out of the through hole for being toggled.
- The head-mounted display device of claim 7, wherein the connection assembly further comprises a button movably disposed through the aperture and engaged with the protrusion.
- The head-mounted display device of claim 8, wherein the button comprises a toggle portion, a push portion, and a connecting portion connected between the toggle portion and the push portion, the connecting portion is disposed in the through hole and is capable of moving in the through hole, the toggle portion is located outside the receiving slot, and the push portion is located in the receiving slot and is abutted against the protrusion.
- The head-mounted display device of claim 2, wherein the connection assembly further comprises a cover mounted on the snap-fit body to seal the receiving slot.
- The head-mounted display device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the cover comprises a cover body and a hook extending from a bottom surface of the cover body, a slot is formed on a bottom wall of the receiving slot, and the hook is engaged with the slot to mount the cover on the hook body to seal the receiving slot.
- The head-mounted display device of claim 11, wherein a second sidewall of the receiving groove has a locking hole, and a side of the cover body has a buckle corresponding to the locking hole.
- The head-mounted display device of claim 2, wherein an inclined section protruding toward the receiving cavity is formed on a side of the inner surface close to the mounting hole, the inclined section gradually inclines toward an inside of the receiving cavity along a direction close to the mounting hole, the second engaging portion includes an inclined engaging surface corresponding to the inclined section, and when the engaging end extends into the mounting hole, the engaging surface engages with the inclined section of the inner surface.
- The head-mounted display device of claim 2, wherein the earphone device further comprises a limiting member extending from the bottom wall of the receiving cavity, two ends of the limiting member are respectively combined with two opposite ends of the mounting hole to form a limiting space together with the side wall of the base, the limiting space is communicated with the mounting hole, and when the connecting assembly is mounted on the base, the engaging end is received in the limiting space.
- The head-mounted display apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the earphone device further comprises an upper cover mounted on the stopper to seal the receiving space.
