Background
With the continuous development of electronic technology and communication technology, sound box devices gradually add various functions and become more and more intelligent, and at present, research and development personnel begin to add a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) function into a sound box, where the VOIP is also called a network phone, that is, the sound box can support a network Voice call function. The sound box can support the VOIP function by accessing a network communication service platform or a VOIP service platform of a telecom operator, so that real-time conversation between the sound box and the sound box, between the sound box and a mobile phone, between the sound box and a fixed phone and other terminals is realized.
No matter what technology is adopted to realize the VOIP function of the sound box, the playing logic problems of various different types of audios exist in the conversation process. Typically, the speaker needs To play both a prompt voice and a call audio, where the prompt voice is a voice prompt sent by the speaker To a user, and is generally a Text To Speech (TTS) audio called a "prompt tone"; call audio is the sound transmitted by the call partner (which may be another speaker, a cellular phone, a fixed telephone, etc.) and is called "talk voice". In addition, the speakers may also be playing songs, news, etc. audio, referred to as "media tones," prior to the call. The three audio types are several audio types which need to be played during the operation of the sound box device and conflict exists.
However, in the prior art, there is no relevant solution for how to control the playing logic of different types of audio for a sound box with a VOIP function.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an audio playing control method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and is applied to an audio amplifier device, where the audio amplifier device supports a VOIP function of a network telephone, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step 101, only playing a first audio frequency under the condition that the sound box device is in a call state, wherein the first audio frequency comprises a call ringtone, a call voice or a call prompt tone.
And 102, playing a second audio under the condition that the sound box device is in an idle state, wherein the second audio comprises media audio or interactive voice.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sound box equipment supports the VOIP function, namely supports the network communication function, and the sound box equipment can carry out real-time network communication with other equipment supporting the VOIP by being accessed to a network communication service platform or a telecommunication operator VOIP service platform.
In view of the special functions of the speaker device, such as playing media audio and voice interaction, the speaker device with the VOIP function can support playing various different types of audio, such as media audio, call audio, interactive voice, prompt voice, etc., and these audio needs to be played in sequence based on a certain logic sequence, otherwise the problem of audio playing conflict or overlap occurs, where the interactive voice is the voice output by the speaker device during the voice interaction with the user, and the prompt voice may be some voice output by the speaker device for prompting the user.
In order to avoid the above problem, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to determine what type of audio is currently played based on different states of the audio device. Specifically, the sound box device may include a call state and an IDLE state (IDLE), wherein the audio device may be considered to be in the call state when the audio device is in the call state, the called state, or the call-in state, and may be considered to be in the IDLE state when the audio device is not in the call state, the called state, or the call-in state.
In order to obtain the state of the sound box device, the current state of the sound box device may be monitored in real time, so as to determine what kind of audio to play according to the current state, specifically, when the sound box device is in a call state, in order to ensure call quality and effect, the audio related to the call, that is, the first audio, may be preferentially played, for example, when there are other audio being played before the sound box device enters the call state, such as media audio or interactive voice, the playing of these audio may be suspended, and the audio related to the call may be played instead. Particularly, during the call, if a voice instruction which is input by the user and is unrelated to the call is received, the voice reply may not be performed temporarily, or a prompt voice may be output to prompt the user that the user is currently in the call without executing the instruction, but the instruction related to the call, such as answering the call, hanging up the call, increasing or decreasing the volume, may be performed.
The first audio may include a call ring, a call voice, or a call alert tone, and more specifically, the first audio may determine to play the call ring, the call voice, or the call alert tone according to different call stages in the call state of the speaker device, for example, if the speaker device is in the call state or the called state, that is, the call state is not yet called, the call ring may be played, and when the call is in the call state, the call voice transmitted by the other party may be preferentially played Call related prompt tones such as 'the other party has answered the call', 'the call has hung up', and the call prompt tones cannot be played in an overlapping way with the call ring tone and the call voice.
When the speaker device is in an idle state, that is, not in a call state, since the audio related to the call does not need to be played, the normal playing function of the speaker device, such as a media audio playing function, a voice interaction function, etc., can be maintained, that is, when the speaker device is in the idle state, the media audio or the interactive voice, etc., that is, the second audio, can be played normally. For example, when the speaker device is in an idle state, the speaker device may normally play media audio and device alert tones (e.g., battery level is low, bluetooth is disconnected, etc.), and may also normally receive and respond to a voice instruction of a user, play related media audio or output related interactive voice according to the user instruction.
Particularly, when the speaker device is switched from the call state to the idle state, if there is a media audio that is paused due to entering the call state before the call, the media audio that was paused before the call state can be continuously played when the speaker device is switched back to the idle state, and in the process of playing the media audio, a voice instruction input by a user can be received and responded or replied, and there is no play conflict between the media audio and the interactive voice, wherein the play priority of the interactive voice may be higher than the media audio.
Therefore, the audio type which needs to be played correspondingly is determined based on different states of the sound box equipment, so that the sound box equipment can be ensured to play according to reasonable audio playing logic without overlapping of multiple audios, and the playing of conversation audios can be preferentially ensured.
Optionally, the call state includes an outgoing call state, an incoming call state, and an in-call state;
under the condition that the loudspeaker box equipment is in a conversation state, playing a first audio frequency, and the method comprises the following steps:
playing an outgoing call ringtone when the sound box equipment is in an outgoing call state;
playing an incoming call ringtone under the condition that the sound box equipment is in an incoming call state;
and under the condition that the sound box equipment is in a conversation state, playing the conversation voice transmitted by the target conversation object.
More specifically, the call states may be defined to include an outgoing call state (OUT _ ringing), an incoming call state (IN _ ringing), and an ACTIVE state (ACTIVE), where the outgoing call state refers to an outgoing call but not connected state when the audio equipment makes a call to another equipment, the incoming call state refers to an incoming call but not connected state when the audio equipment receives an incoming call of another equipment, and the ACTIVE state refers to a state where the audio equipment establishes formal call connection with another equipment, including an outgoing call connected state and an incoming call connected state.
In this embodiment, what type of call audio is played is further determined according to different call states where the speaker device is located.
When the sound box equipment is in an outgoing call state, an outgoing ring can be played, for example, when an instruction of a user for making a call is received, the user can make a call according to the instruction of the user, enter the outgoing call state, and start playing the outgoing ring, wherein the outgoing ring can be a customized ring tone of a call object terminal or a default calling ring, such as a ring tone of 'beep-', wherein the ring tone is pushed by a service terminal, and the default calling ring can be a locally stored wav file.
When the sound box device is in an incoming call state, an incoming call ringtone can be played, for example, when an incoming call of other devices is received, the sound box device enters the incoming call state, and starts to play the incoming call ringtone to prompt a user that an incoming call is currently made, wherein the incoming ringtone can be set by default by the sound box device or can be set by the user in a self-defined manner.
When the loudspeaker box equipment is in a conversation state, the conversation voice transmitted by a target conversation object can be played, and the target conversation object is an object for conversation with the loudspeaker box equipment. For example, when the speaker device makes a call according to a user instruction and enters an outgoing call state, if the opposite party connects the call, the state is switched to the in-call state, and at this time, the call voice transmitted by the target call object can be played; for another example, when the speaker device receives an incoming call from another device and enters an incoming call state, if the speaker device calls based on an instruction of a user, the speaker device switches to an in-call state, and at this time, a call voice transmitted by a target call object may be played. Meanwhile, in the in-call state, the sound box device can also collect call voice input by a user and transmit the call voice to the target call object so as to ensure that the two parties of the call can normally carry out the call.
Therefore, the corresponding conversation audio matched with the current state is played according to different conversation states of the loudspeaker box equipment, normal proceeding of conversation functions can be guaranteed, meanwhile, a better conversation prompting function can be achieved, and conversation experience of a user is guaranteed.
Optionally, playing an outgoing call ringtone when the speaker device is in an outgoing call state includes:
under the condition that a first instruction of a user for making a call is received, playing a first call prompt tone, wherein the first call prompt tone is used for prompting to make a call to a first call object corresponding to the first instruction;
and after the first call prompt tone is played, entering an outgoing call state, and playing an outgoing ring associated with the first call object.
In an actual use process, the sound box device usually dials a call based on an instruction of a user and enters an outgoing call state, and in order to better prompt a current device state of the user, a first call prompt tone may be played first under the condition that a first instruction for the user to dial the call is received, so as to prompt the user to prepare to dial the call to a first call object indicated by the first instruction, or the sound box device may be further used for the user to confirm whether to dial or not, or confirm whether information of the first call object is correct or not. The first instruction may be a voice instruction or a key instruction, that is, the user may input a voice instruction for instructing to make a call, such as voice input "call 12345", "call zhang san", and the like, or support the user to make a call by inputting a dial object through a key.
After the first call prompt tone is played, the calling party can directly enter an outgoing call state, and start to play an outgoing ringtone related to the first call object, such as playing a polyphonic ringtone customized by the first call object, or playing a default calling ringtone when the polyphonic ringtone is not customized by the first call object.
For example, after receiving a voice command of "make a call to xxx" from a user, the speaker device starts playing an alert tone "good, make a call to xxx", so that the user can obtain a dialing feedback, and after playing the alert tone, the speaker device may enter an outgoing call state, start calling a call object indicated by the command, and may play an outgoing ringtone associated with the call object. Furthermore, the prompt tone played by the sound box device is "good, and calls are made to xxx", and may be used for the user to confirm the call object information (telephone number or contact name) output by the sound box device so as to avoid making a wrong call, or for the user to confirm whether to make a call to the call object again so as to meet the requirement that the user may expect to cancel making the call.
Therefore, under the condition of receiving the instruction of the user for dialing the telephone, the current conversation state can be fed back to the user by orderly playing the related conversation prompt tone and the outgoing call ringtone, and the conversation experience of the user is improved.
Optionally, after the outgoing ring tone associated with the first call object is played, the method further includes:
entering a conversation state under the condition that the first conversation object answers the call;
the playing the call voice transmitted by the target call object under the condition that the sound box device is in the call state comprises:
and under the condition that the sound box equipment enters a conversation state, stopping playing the outgoing call ringtone and playing the conversation voice transmitted by the first conversation object.
In this embodiment, after a user dials a call to enter an outgoing call state based on a dialing instruction of the user, if the first call object answers the call, the sound box device switches from the outgoing call state to an in-call state, and may stop playing the outgoing ringtone and switch to playing the call voice transmitted by the first call object, so as to ensure normal call.
In addition, if the first call object refuses to make a call, or is not answered after time out, or the loudspeaker box equipment stops continuing to make a call based on a hang-up instruction of the user, the loudspeaker box equipment is switched from an outgoing call state to an idle state, and stops playing the outgoing ringtone, and the user can continue to use the media audio playing function and the voice interaction function of the loudspeaker box equipment.
Therefore, the loudspeaker box equipment can be switched to different conversation states based on the operation of both parties in conversation, and plays the audio of the corresponding type, thereby ensuring reasonable audio playing logic.
Optionally, playing an incoming call ringtone when the speaker device is in an incoming call state includes:
and under the condition of receiving an incoming call of a second call object, entering an incoming call state, and circularly playing an incoming call ringtone and a second call prompt tone, wherein the second call prompt tone is played once after the incoming ringtone is played for a preset time, and the second call prompt tone is used for prompting the incoming call of the second call object.
In the case that the speaker device receives an incoming call, because the speaker device usually does not have a display screen and cannot display incoming call object information, in order to prompt a user of specific incoming call information, the speaker device may start to cyclically play an incoming call ringtone and a second call prompt tone when receiving an incoming call of a second call object, and specifically, the second call prompt tone may be played once after playing the incoming call ringtone for a preset time period, so as to avoid cross overlapping of the two tones, wherein the second call object may be any incoming call object, and the second call prompt tone is used to prompt the user of receiving the incoming call of the second call object, so that the user may know the incoming call object information and may determine whether to answer the incoming call.
For example, after receiving an incoming call of a certain call object, the sound box device may play a call alert tone of "xxx alai" once after playing an incoming call ringtone for 3 to 5 seconds, and cyclically play the incoming call ringtone and the call alert tone according to the rule before the sound box device does not answer, and a user at the end of the sound box device may obtain specific information of the call object according to the call alert tone, and may determine whether to answer the incoming call.
Therefore, under the condition of receiving the incoming call, the current incoming call state can be fed back to the user by playing the related call prompt tone and the incoming call ringtone in order, and the call experience of the user is improved.
Optionally, after the ring tone and the second call alert tone are played in a circulating manner, the method further includes:
under the condition of receiving a second instruction of answering the call of the user, entering a conversation state;
the playing the call voice transmitted by the target call object under the condition that the sound box device is in the call state comprises:
and under the condition that the sound box equipment enters a conversation state, stopping playing the incoming call ringtone and the second conversation prompt tone, and playing the conversation voice transmitted by the second conversation object.
In this embodiment, after the audio amplifier device enters the incoming call state, if the audio amplifier device answers the call based on the second instruction of the user, the audio amplifier device switches from the incoming call state to the in-call state, and may stop playing the incoming call ringtone and the second call alert tone, and switch to playing the call voice transmitted by the second call object, so as to ensure normal call. The second instruction may be a voice instruction or a key instruction, that is, the user may answer the call by inputting a voice instruction for instructing to answer the call or pressing a specific key.
In addition, if the sound box device refuses to receive the call based on the user instruction, or is not received within a time-out period, or the second call object hangs up the call and stops continuing the call, the sound box device switches the call state from the call state to an idle state, and stops playing the incoming call ringtone and the second call prompt tone, and the user can continue to use the media audio playing function and the voice interaction function of the sound box device.
Therefore, the loudspeaker box equipment can be switched to different conversation states based on the operation of both parties in conversation, and plays the audio of the corresponding type, thereby ensuring reasonable audio playing logic.
Optionally, the step 101 includes:
under the condition that the sound box equipment is in a call state, if a call object is detected to hang up the call or a third instruction of a user to hang up the call is received, playing a third call prompt tone, wherein the third call prompt tone is used for prompting that the call is hung up;
and after the third call prompt tone is played, entering an idle state.
In this embodiment, when the speaker device is in a call state, a reasonable audio playing scheme is provided for a situation where the phone is hung up, so as to prompt the user that the current call is hung up and the call is ended. Specifically, according to the scenario that the phone is hung up in different call states, three different situations can be distinguished, the first situation is that the call is hung up when the speaker device is in the outgoing call state, the second situation is that the call is hung up when the speaker device is in the incoming call state, and the third situation is that the call is hung up when the speaker device is in the in-call state.
The user can clearly know that the current call is actively hung up and know the time when the user hangs up the call, but when the call opposite side hangs up, the user can not clearly know which party hangs up and can not determine when the call is hung up. Therefore, in order to achieve a clearer and more definite prompting effect, when the call object is detected to hang up, a call prompt tone for prompting that the other party is hung up, such as a prompt tone for prompting that the other party is hung up, is played, and when a third instruction of the user to hang up the call is received, a call prompt tone for prompting that the call is hung up, such as a prompt tone for prompting that the call is hung up, is played, so that the user can know the message that the call is hung up by a certain party at the first time. The third instruction may be a voice instruction or a key instruction, that is, the user may hang up the call by inputting a voice instruction for instructing to hang up the call or pressing a specific key.
In addition, after the third call prompt tone is played, the call state of the sound box device is ended, so that the sound box device is switched back to an idle state, and a user can continue to use the media audio playing function and the voice interaction function of the sound box device.
Therefore, the call completion state of the user can be prompted by playing the third call prompt tone when the call object is detected to hang up the call or the third instruction of the user to hang up the call is received in the call state, so that the user can obtain timely feedback.
Optionally, the step 102 includes:
if the media audio is played before the loudspeaker box equipment enters the conversation state, continuing to play the media audio after the loudspeaker box equipment finishes the conversation state and enters the idle state;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
receiving a voice instruction input by a user under the condition that the sound box equipment is in an idle state; responding to the voice instruction, and playing interactive voice corresponding to the voice instruction.
Under the condition that the sound box equipment is in the idle state, what kind of audio frequency is played can be determined according to the specific use condition of the sound box equipment and the time when the sound box equipment is in the idle state.
Specifically, when the speaker device just ends the call state and enters the idle state, it may determine whether to continue playing the previously paused media audio, or play some prompt audio or interactive audio, or be in the standby state first, according to whether the media audio whose playing is paused exists before the call.
If the media audio is played before the sound box device enters the call state and the media audio is paused to be played after the sound box device enters the call state, the media audio can be continuously played after the sound box device is switched back to the idle state.
If the sound box device does not play the media audio before entering the call state, some device prompt tones such as "battery low", "bluetooth disconnected", etc. may be played based on the device state, or some instant news may be actively played for the user, some recommended music may be played based on the user preference, etc., or the sound box device may be in a standby state first when there is no audio to be played currently.
And under the condition that the sound box equipment is in an idle state, whether the sound box equipment plays the media audio currently or not can support receiving and responding to the voice instruction input by the user, namely under the condition that the sound box equipment is in the idle state, the voice instruction input by the user can be received, the voice instruction is responded, the interactive voice corresponding to the voice instruction is played, and if the played media audio currently exists, the playing of the media audio can be paused firstly, the interactive voice is played firstly, namely the interactive voice can be played preferentially. For example, when a voice instruction of "how today's weather" is input by the user is received, the user can respond to the voice instruction to inquire the weather of today and play an interactive voice of "today's weather is clear, temperature x degree and the like" after inquiring weather information.
Therefore, under the condition that the sound box equipment is in an idle state, the media audio which is paused before can be continuously played, the voice which is interacted with the user can also be supported to be played, and the requirement that the user normally uses the sound box equipment is ensured.
It should be noted that, the step 101 and the step 102 are two audio playing control branches of the sound box device in different states, and the step 101 and the step 102 have no execution timing limitation, and it may be specifically determined which branch is executed according to whether the sound box device is currently in a call state or an idle state.
The following illustrates a specific implementation of an embodiment of the present invention by way of an application example:
first, the state of the sound box can be defined as follows:
IDLE state (IDLE): the sound box does not make a call or receive an incoming call and is not in the process of communication;
outgoing state (OUT _ ringing): after receiving a call dialing instruction of a user, the sound box starts to dial the call, but the other party does not answer the call;
incoming call state (IN _ ringing): the sound box receives the incoming call but does not answer the call;
ACTIVE state during call: the other party answers the call after the sound box calls the call, or the sound box answers the call after receiving the call.
When the sound box is the calling party, the audio playing logic can be as follows:
1. and when the state of the sound box is IDLE, normally playing the media sound according to the using condition of the sound box.
2. After the sound box receives a call-making instruction of a user, the state of the sound box is changed into OUT _ BOUNDING, the playing of relevant media sound is stopped, and a prompt sound of 'good' is played for 'X x call-making'; after the prompt tone is played, starting to carry out calling operation; when calling, the sound box plays the color ring of the dialing object, if the color ring is not customized by the dialing object, the wav file of 'Du-Du' -stored locally is played.
3. After the other party answers, the conversation state is changed into ACTIVE, the sound box stops playing the polyphonic ringtone or the wav file of local 'Dudu-Dudu', and the conversation audio transmitted by the other party starts to be played.
4. If the loudspeaker box hangs up the telephone in the OUT _ BOUNDING or ACTIVE state, playing a prompt tone of 'the telephone is hung up'; after the prompt tone is played, the call state is set to IDLE, and the media tone before the call is played continuously.
5. If the opposite side hangs up the telephone in the OUT _ BOUNDING or ACTIVE state, playing a prompt tone of 'the opposite side is hung up'; after the prompt tone is played, the call state is set to IDLE, and the media tone before the call is played continuously.
When the sound box is called, the audio playing logic can be as follows:
1. and when the state of the sound box is IDLE, normally playing the media sound according to the using condition of the sound box.
2. And after the sound box receives the incoming call, the call state is changed into IN _ BOUNDING, the media sound is stopped to be played, and the incoming call ring tone (3-5 s) and the incoming call prompt tone are played IN a circulating way, wherein the prompt tone of 'XXXLailai' is played once after the incoming call ring tone is played once, until the sound box answers or refuses the incoming call, or is not connected after time out, or the other party hangs up to cancel the incoming call.
3. And if the loudspeaker box answers the call, starting to play the call audio.
4. If the loudspeaker box hangs up the telephone, a prompt tone of 'the telephone is hung up' is played once, after the prompt tone is played, the conversation state is set to IDLE, and the media tone before the conversation is played continuously.
5. If the opposite side hangs up the telephone before the sound box answers the telephone, the prompt tone of 'the opposite side is hung up' is played once, after the prompt tone is played, the conversation state is set to IDLE, and the media tone before the conversation is played continuously.
In the audio playing control method in this embodiment, for a sound box with a VOIP function, only a call ringtone, a call voice, or a call alert tone is played when the sound box device is in a call state, and a media audio or an interactive voice is played when the sound box device is in an idle state.
