Detailed Description
The present disclosure now will be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which exemplary embodiments of the disclosure are shown. The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method according to an embodiment of a video playing method of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1:
And 102, the set top box judges whether the television connected with the set top box through the HDMI interface is closed or not based on the detection signal.
And 103, if so, disconnecting the set top box from the video service system and recording the video resource currently played by the television. The video resource may be a television channel program or the like.
And step 104, if the television is determined to be switched from the off state to the on state based on the detection signal, the set-top box provides the recorded video resource for the television.
The video service system can be an IPTV/OTT service system and the like. Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and OTT (over The top) Television services are rapidly promoted, and a set-top box may request a live broadcast service from an IPTV/OTT service system based on a Browser-Server (B/S) architecture. The live broadcast service aims at the service that the live broadcast streaming media can be continuously and interactively acquired with a platform under the condition that no user actively operates, in the IPTV/OTT network television category, a recording and broadcasting technology which lags for several minutes is often adopted, and the recording and broadcasting which has no obvious difference experience to the user can be regarded as the live broadcast service.
In one embodiment, the set top box may obtain the detection signal by detecting the HDMI interface in various ways. The set-top box may send an instruction to read a power state of the television through a CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) bus of the HDMI interface, and obtain a power state signal sent by the television.
The HDMI interface includes three pairs of Transition Minimized Differential Signal (TMDS) data transmission channels, a pair of TMDS clock channels, a Display data channel (Display data channel), and a Consumer Electronics Control (Consumer Electronics Control) bus.
The three pairs of TMDS data transmission channels and the one pair of TMDS clock channels are used for transmitting high-definition multimedia audio and video data; the DDC can read basic configuration parameters of the television; the CEC bus provides high-level control functions between various audio and video products, such as one-key play, system standby, and the like, based on a CEC control protocol. The set top box can periodically send an instruction for reading the power state of the television through the CEC bus to obtain a power state signal sent by the television; the television can also send power state change information to the set-top box through the CEC bus when the power state changes.
The set-top box can also obtain a voltage signal of a TDMS signal port of the HDMI interface. The set-top box is connected with the television through the HDMI, and the set-top box detects the level of a TMDS signal port of the HDMI to obtain a voltage signal.
The set-top box receives a power state signal sent by the television through the CEC bus, and judges whether the television is turned off or not according to the power state signal. Namely, the set-top box can periodically send an instruction for reading the power state of the television through the CEC bus, and determine whether the television is turned off based on the obtained power state signal sent by the television.
The set-top box judges whether the voltage signal of the TMDS signal port is in a low level, and if so, the television is determined to be turned off. When the television is started to work, the level of the TMDS signal port in the HDMI is set to be 3.3V, and when the television is shut down, the level of the TMDS signal port in the HDMI is changed into 0V, so that a voltage signal of the TMDS port can be a television on-off state signal. And when the voltage signal of the TDMS signal port of the HDMI is determined to be 0, determining that the television is turned off.
The set-top box enters a low-power consumption state after being disconnected with the video service system, can change the existing various low-power consumption states, and obtains a detection signal in real time to determine whether the television is changed from a closed state to a starting state. The detection signal is a voltage signal of a TDMS signal port of the HDMI, a power state signal transmitted by the television through a CEC bus, and the like.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a process of resuming playing a video according to another embodiment of the video playing method of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2:
If the voltage signal of the TDMS signal port of the HDMI is changed from low level to high level, the television is determined to be changed from the off state to the on state, or the television is determined to be changed from the off state to the on state based on a power state signal sent by the television through a CEC bus.
And step 203, if yes, sending a media request to the video service system based on the address information, and sending the live media stream corresponding to the address information sent by the video service system to the television through the HDMI interface. For example, the set-top box sends a television program request to the video service system based on the cached url.
And step 204, after the set-top box determines that the live media stream corresponding to the address information is received, the set-top box removes the address information from the cache.
In one embodiment, the set-top box is connected with an IPTV/OTT service system, provides IPTV/OTT service for users, and enables the users to normally request live broadcast service. During live broadcast service, monitoring the output voltage of an HDMI (high definition multimedia interface) of the set top box, if no voltage is output, storing a current live broadcast URL (uniform resource locator), disconnecting streaming media interaction, continuing to monitor the output voltage of the HDMI of the set top box, if voltage is output and a live broadcast URL is stored before acquisition, initiating a streaming media request through the stored live broadcast URL, recovering live broadcast service, clearing URL storage records, and continuing to provide universal IPTV/OTT service.
The construction and service of Fujian telecom wing high definition platform (belonging to IPTV/OTT category) are taken as examples: a wing high-definition platform of Fujian is built on a public network, the whole network multicast is not opened, and in order to provide good dynamic experience for users, a small video window is provided for the home page of the EPG at present, and CCTV-1 comprehensive channels are played in real time. More than 400 million users exist in the whole province, if 5% of users hang on the home page for a long time and often turn off the set-top box without turning off the television, 20 ten thousand users are invalid users, and occupy streaming media distribution resources and bandwidth of the platform for a long time, so that the waste is large.
The streaming media protocol of the live broadcast service provided by the IPTV/OTT service platform can be rtsp, hls or igmp, wherein the resource occupation by rtsp is most obvious. The method monitors the voltage of the HDMI of the set top box, combines the establishment and disconnection method of the streaming media protocol, actively disconnects the streaming media for a plurality of non-activated users who turn off the set top box when operators operate on a large scale, and saves the streaming media distribution and bandwidth resources operated by a platform.
In the video playing method in the above embodiment, if part of users do not use the service, the set top box is turned off but not turned off, if the set top box is live broadcasting, streaming media interaction between the set top box and the platform CDN is continuously performed, and platform resources are continuously occupied, and if it is determined that the television is turned off, the live broadcasting stream is cut off, so that real-time bandwidth resources and CDN streaming media resources required by the live broadcasting service are reduced, and meanwhile, the set top box caches the latest streaming media request URL.
When the television is determined to be started, a streaming media request is initiatively initiated according to the stored URL, the real-time live broadcast service is recovered in the shortest time, and good service experience of seamless connection is provided for users; the disconnection and reconnection time of the streaming media can be controlled within 2 seconds, and the system automatically detects and recovers, so that the seamless connection experience is provided for users. Compared with the existing set top box automatic standby scheme, the set top box automatic standby scheme has the advantages that the efficiency is higher, the experience is better, the set top box automatic standby scheme needs manual operation of a user after standby, at least 40 seconds are needed for service recovery, and the user experience is poor.

The signal obtaining module 31 enters a low power consumption state after the set-top box is disconnected from the video service system, and obtains a detection signal in real time, and the state judging module 32 determines whether the television is switched from the off state to the on state.
If the video processing module 33 determines that the television is switched from the power-on state to the power-off state, the address information of the live media currently played by the television is cached. The video processing module 33 determines whether the address information is stored, and if so, sends a media request to the video service system based on the address information, and the video processing module 33 sends the live media stream corresponding to the address information sent by the video service system to the television through the HDMI interface. The video processing module 33 clears the address information from the cache after determining that the live media stream corresponding to the address information is received.
