An embodiment of a multi-video dynamic preview apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 5, where the multi-video dynamic preview apparatus can be applied to a multi-video dynamic preview system provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a multi-video dynamic preview device according to the present invention; the device comprises:
the preview module 101 is configured to enter a preview interface when a preview request of a user is received.
If the multi-video dynamic preview device is a digital television receiving terminal, the digital television receiving terminal can provide preview keys for a user on a remote controller or a television panel, and the user sends a preview request to the digital television receiving terminal by pressing the preview keys on the television remote controller or the television panel. If the multi-video dynamic preview device is a network video receiving terminal, a user can send a preview request to the network video receiving terminal through an interactive controller such as a touch screen, a mouse or a keyboard. When a preview request from a user is received, the preview module 101 enters a preview interface, where the preview interface may include at least one preview area, each preview area includes at least one display area, and each display area corresponds to one video program.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a schematic diagram of a preview interface according to the present invention; in the example shown in fig. 2, the preview interface only includes one preview area, and the preview area includes 9 display areas, which may correspond to 9 channel programs. Please refer to fig. 3, which is another schematic diagram of the preview interface according to the present invention; in the example shown in FIG. 3, the preview interface includes two preview areas, preview area A1 and preview area A2; wherein preview area a1 includes a display area that may correspond to a video program; preview area a2 includes 6 display areas, which may correspond to 6 video programs. Please refer to fig. 4, which is another schematic diagram of the preview interface according to the present invention; in the example shown in FIG. 4, the preview interface includes four preview areas, preview area B1, preview area B2, preview area B3 and preview area B4. Each preview area comprises two display areas which can correspond to two video programs.
It should be noted that, the number of preview areas in the preview interface may be determined according to the actual acquisition capability of the multi-video dynamic preview apparatus, that is, may be determined according to the number of program input ports in the multi-video dynamic preview apparatus, where the program input ports may include: any one or more of a tuner, a network port, a color difference component Interface, an HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface), a DVI (Digital Visual Interface), and a cable Interface. Such as: the number of preview areas in the preview interface can be determined according to the number of tuners in the digital television receiving terminal, and each tuner can correspond to one preview area and is used for acquiring video programs corresponding to each display area in the preview area; such as: the number of preview areas in the preview interface can be determined according to the number of network ports of the network video receiving terminal, and each network port can correspond to one preview area and is used for being responsible for acquiring video programs corresponding to each display area in the preview area; the following steps are repeated: if the multi-video dynamic preview device can be a terminal integrating digital television functions and network video functions, such as an IPTV, the number of preview areas in the preview interface can be determined according to the total number of tuners and network ports of the terminal, and each tuner or network port corresponds to a preview area for acquiring a video program corresponding to each display area in the preview area. It is understood that the number of preview areas in the preview interface may not correspond to the actual capturing capability of the multi-video dynamic preview device, such as: the multi-video dynamic preview device has two tuners, the number of the preview area of the preview interface may be one, which corresponds to one of the tuners, and the other tuner may be idle or may play other video programs in real time, and the like, under the above circumstances, similar analysis may be performed, and details are not described herein.
The number of display areas, the arrangement mode of the display areas, the length and the width of each display area in each preview area in the preview interface, and the video programs corresponding to each display area can be set by a user according to own preference or preset by a manufacturer when the manufacturer leaves a factory; wherein, the length and the width of each display area can be the same or different; the video programs corresponding to the display areas may be the same or different. It is understood that the number of preview interfaces can also be determined according to actual needs, such as: the preview interface may only include one preview interface, or may include two or more preview interfaces, at this time, when the preview module 101 receives a preview request from a user, the preview interface displayed for the user is any page in the total preview interface, and so on, when the number of the preview interfaces is two or more, the user may implement a page turning operation through an interactive controller such as a remote controller, a television panel, a mouse, a keyboard, and so on, the current preview interface is replaced with a new preview interface, and the analysis of the new preview interface may refer to the analysis of the current preview interface, which is not described herein.
The image obtaining module 102 is configured to obtain at least one complete image of the video program corresponding to the display area in the preview interface according to a video obtaining rule.
The video acquisition rule is as follows: and sequentially acquiring at least one complete image of the video program corresponding to the display area in the same preview area according to a preset preview sequence. Wherein, the preset preview sequence may be: the method comprises the steps of arranging display areas on the preview interface in a positive sequence, arranging display areas on the preview interface in a negative sequence and randomly selecting the display areas in the preview interface. The random selection sequence of the display areas in the preview interface is as follows: and randomly selecting part or all of the display areas in the preview interface, and appointing the sequence of the selected display areas according to any mode. As mentioned above, a preview area corresponds to a program input port (e.g., a tuner or a network port), and therefore, video programs corresponding to display areas in the same preview area need to be acquired by turns. The image obtaining module 102 sequentially obtains at least one complete image of the video program corresponding to each display area in the same preview area according to a preset preview sequence, for example: in the example shown in fig. 2, the image obtaining module 102 may obtain the image of the video program 1 corresponding to the display area 1 first, then obtain the image of the video program 2 corresponding to the display area 2, and so on, according to the forward order arrangement order of the display areas 1 to 9, and finally obtain the image of the video program 9 corresponding to the display area 9; such as: in the example shown in fig. 2, the image obtaining module 102 may also obtain the image of the video program 9 corresponding to the display area 9 first, then obtain the image of the video program 8 corresponding to the display area 8, and so on, according to the reverse order arrangement order of the display area 9-the display area 1, and finally obtain the image of the video program 1 corresponding to the display area 1; the following steps are repeated: in the example shown in fig. 2, the image obtaining module 102 may further randomly select one or more display areas, and obtain images of video programs corresponding to the display areas according to any specified order.
It should be noted that, because different preview areas can be respectively provided by different program input ports (e.g. tuner or network port), different preview areas are independent from each other and do not affect each other, for example: in the example shown in fig. 3, display area 1 of preview area a1 can play any video program in real time, and each display area of video area a2 acquires the image of the video program corresponding to each display area according to the image acquisition rule; the following steps are repeated: in the example shown in fig. 4, for the preview area B1, the images of the video programs corresponding to the display areas in the preview area B1 may be sequentially acquired according to the forward arrangement order of the display areas in the preview interface; for the preview area B2, images of video programs corresponding to each display area in the preview area B2 may be sequentially acquired according to the reverse order arrangement order of the display areas in the preview interface; and so on.
Further, the video acquisition rule further includes: and acquiring the image of the video program corresponding to the display area in the preview interface according to preset acquisition time. The setting of the acquisition time determines the number of acquired images of each video program, and preferably, for each video program, the preset acquisition time is: an integer multiple of the time required to capture a complete picture of the video program. Such as: in the example shown in fig. 2, 1ms is required for acquiring a complete frame image of the video program 1 corresponding to the display area 1, the preset acquisition time may be an integral multiple of 1ms for the video program 1, and when the preset acquisition time is 1ms, the image acquisition module 102 acquires the complete frame image of the video program 1 each time and then acquires an image of the next video program; when the number is Nms (N is an integer), the image obtaining module 102 obtains a complete N frame image of the video program 1 each time, and then obtains an image of a next video program. It is understood that the preset acquisition time may be the same or different for each video program.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the image acquisition module 102 completely acquires the video programs corresponding to the display areas according to the image acquisition sequence, the image acquisition module circulates the acquisition process according to the image acquisition sequence again. The image acquisition module 102 may acquire the image (frame image or picture) of each video program at a rate allowed by the system, for example, at the highest speed allowed by the system, so that the cyclic acquisition process takes a shorter time, and a better preview effect can be achieved.
A display module 103, configured to display the image of each video program acquired by the image acquisition module 102 in a corresponding display area in the preview interface.
The display module 103 displays the image of each video program acquired by the image acquisition module 102 in the corresponding display area of the preview interface in time, and since the time spent by the image acquisition module 102 in one cycle of the acquisition process is very short, for a user, the user can view the moving image of the corresponding video program in each display area of the preview interface, thereby implementing dynamic preview of multiple videos.
It can be understood that, since the video program is generally processed by modulation and coding, the image obtaining module 102 should perform corresponding demodulation and decoding after obtaining the image, that is, the multi-video dynamic preview device should further include a demodulation module pair and a decoding module, where the demodulation and decoding processes are inverse to the modulation and coding of the video program, and the demodulation and decoding processes may refer to the prior art, and after performing demodulation and decoding on the image, the image is delivered to the display module 103 for display.
Please refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the display module shown in fig. 1; the display module 103 includes:
the image adjusting unit 311 is configured to adjust the size of the acquired image of the video program corresponding to the display area according to the length and the width of the display area.
Since the length and width of each display area can be set by a user according to his/her own preference, or preset by a manufacturer at the time of shipment, the size of each display area may be different, and the size of each display area is also different from the original size of the acquired image of the corresponding video program, and the image adjusting unit 311 adjusts the size of the acquired image of the video program corresponding to the display area according to the length and width of each display area, so as to make the image of each video program suitable for display in the corresponding display area.
A display unit 312, configured to display the image of the video program adjusted by the image adjusting unit 311 in a corresponding display area in the preview interface.
The embodiment of the invention enters a preview interface when receiving a preview request of a user; according to the video acquisition rule, at least one complete image of the video program corresponding to each display area in the preview interface is acquired in a circulating mode, and the dynamic image of each video program is displayed in the display area corresponding to each video program, so that the technical problem that the sub-video program is a static picture in the prior art is solved, and the requirement of a user for simultaneously dynamically previewing a plurality of videos is met.

the reading unit 411 is configured to read a video program in real time when a preview command of any video program sent by the user is detected.
When a user clicks any display area through the interactive controller to send a preview command of a video program corresponding to the display area, the multi-video dynamic preview device considers that the user wants to preview the video content of the display area in particular, and the reading unit 411 reads the video program corresponding to the display area clicked by the interactive controller in real time.
A first playing unit 412, configured to play the video program read by the reading unit 411.
The first playing unit 412 plays the video program read by the reading unit 411 in real time, and the playing mode may be: and playing the video program in real time in a display area corresponding to the video program (namely, a display area clicked by a user through an interactive controller), wherein in a preview area where the display area is located, except for the display area which displays the dynamic image in real time, static images are displayed in other display areas. The playing mode can also be as follows: playing the video program in real time in an amplification area corresponding to a display area corresponding to the video program (i.e. a display area clicked by a user through an interactive controller), and if a program input port (such as a tuner or a network port) corresponding to the amplification area is the same as a program input port corresponding to a preview area where the display area is located, displaying static ground images in the preview area where the display area is located except for displaying dynamic images in real time in the display area; if the program input port (such as a tuner or a network port) corresponding to the amplification area is different from the program input port corresponding to the preview area where the display area is located, each display area in the preview area where the display area is located still displays the dynamic image. The playing mode can also be as follows: and switching the video program to any display area in other preview areas for real-time playing, wherein each display area in the preview area where the display area corresponding to the video program is located still displays a dynamic image, and other display areas except the display area in other preview areas where the display area for playing the video program is located display still images.
It should be noted that, a certain duration may also be preset in the embodiment of the present invention, and the preset duration may be set according to actual needs; when the playing time of the video program played by the first playing unit 412 according to the operation command of the user exceeds the preset time length, each display area in the preview area in the current preview interface continues to implement dynamic preview.
Optionally, the executing module 104 further includes:

s101, when a preview request of a user is received, entering a preview interface.
In step S101, when a preview request of a user is received, a preview interface is entered, where the preview interface may include at least one preview area, each preview area includes at least one display area, and each display area corresponds to one video program. In practical application, the preview interface may refer to schematic diagrams shown in fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4.
And S102, acquiring at least one complete image of the video program corresponding to the display area in the preview interface according to the video acquisition rule.
In step S102, at least one complete image of the video program corresponding to each display area in the same preview area is sequentially obtained according to a preset preview sequence, for example: in the example shown in fig. 2, the images of the video program 1 corresponding to the display area 1 may be obtained first, then the images of the video program 2 corresponding to the display area 2 may be obtained, and so on, according to the forward order arrangement order of the display areas 1 to 9, and finally the images of the video program 9 corresponding to the display area 9 may be obtained; such as: in the example shown in fig. 2, the images of the video programs 9 corresponding to the display area 9 may be obtained first, then the images of the video programs 8 corresponding to the display area 8 are obtained, and so on, according to the reverse order arrangement order of the display area 9-the display area 1, and finally the images of the video programs 1 corresponding to the display area 1 are obtained; the following steps are repeated: in the example shown in fig. 2, one or more display areas may be selected, and the images of the video programs corresponding to the display areas may be acquired in any designated order.
2, 1ms is required for acquiring a complete frame image of the video program 1 corresponding to the display area 1, the preset acquisition time may be an integral multiple of 1ms for the video program 1, and when the preset acquisition time is 1ms, after acquiring the complete frame image of the video program 1 each time, the image of the next video program is acquired; when the number is Nms (N is an integer), after a complete N-frame image of the video program 1 is acquired each time, an image of the next video program is acquired. It is understood that the preset acquisition time may be the same or different for each video program.
S103, displaying the acquired image of each video program in a corresponding display area in the preview interface, and then returning to the step S102.
Step S103 displays the image of each video program acquired in step S102 in a corresponding display area in the preview interface in time.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the step S103 and the step S102 are executed to execute the cyclic acquiring operation, which may not be sequential in time, that is, in step S102, after the video programs corresponding to the display areas are completely acquired according to the image acquiring sequence, the acquiring process is cycled again according to the image acquiring sequence; meanwhile, each acquired image is displayed in step S103. The acquisition of the image (frame image or picture) of each video program in step S102 is performed at a rate allowed by the system, for example, the image is acquired at the highest speed allowed by the system, so that the loop acquisition process takes a short time, and the user can view the moving image of the corresponding video program in each display area of the preview interface, thereby implementing the dynamic preview of multiple videos.
Please refer to fig. 9, which is a detailed flowchart of step S103 shown in fig. 8; step S103 includes:
s311, adjusting the size of the acquired image of the video program corresponding to the display area according to the length and the width of the display area.
Since the length and width of each display area can be set by a user according to his/her own preference, or preset by a manufacturer at the time of shipment, the size of each display area may be different, and the size of each display area is also different from the original size of the acquired image of the corresponding video program, in step S311, the size of the acquired image of the video program corresponding to the display area is adjusted according to the length and width of each display area, so that the image of each video program is suitable for being displayed in the corresponding display area.
And S312, displaying the adjusted image of the video program in a corresponding display area in the preview interface.
