The present invention also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores a data transmission control program, and the data transmission control program realizes the steps of the data transmission control method when being executed by a processor.

According to the invention, after the law enforcement instrument is connected with the data acquisition center, the data is automatically uploaded to the data acquisition center through the law enforcement instrument without the guard of law enforcement personnel, and the data is automatically shut down after successful uploading, so that the energy is saved and the data is convenient, when the data uploading is abnormally interrupted, the law enforcement personnel can be warned to prompt the law enforcement personnel to backup the data in time, and the data loss is avoided.

the law enforcement instrument establishes communication connection with the data acquisition center and enters a mobile disk mode;
after the law enforcement instrument and the data acquisition center establish a corresponding transmission protocol, the law enforcement instrument uploads acquired data to the data acquisition center, and the data acquisition center detects the data transmission process;
the law enforcement appearance receives the order that data acquisition center sent according to data transmission detection result, reports error message after receiving the order that data upload made mistakes to show the suggestion of making mistakes on the screen.

The data transmission control method according to claim 1, wherein the law enforcement instrument establishes a communication connection with the data collection center through a wired or wireless connection; the wired connection mode comprises USB connection; after the law enforcement instrument establishes communication connection with the data acquisition center through the USB port, the law enforcement instrument establishes a Bulk-Only transmission protocol with the data acquisition center.
3. The data transmission control method according to claim 1, wherein the data collected by the law enforcement instrument includes video data and audio data.
4. The data transmission control method of claim 1, wherein the law enforcement instrument receiving a command sent by a data collection center comprises: no data, data uploading is completed, the data acquisition center cancels the uploading and the data uploading is in error.

The data transmission control method according to claim 4, wherein the law enforcement instrument receives a command sent by a data acquisition center according to a data transmission detection result, broadcasts an error message after receiving a data uploading error command, and displays an error prompt on a screen, specifically comprising:
the law enforcement instrument receives a command sent by the data acquisition center according to the data transmission detection result;
when the law enforcement instrument receives a command sent by the data acquisition center and uploads data errors, the law enforcement instrument broadcasts the law enforcement instrument with the serial number that the uploaded data errors in a voice mode;
the law enforcement appearance simultaneously with upload the wrong information display of data on the screen, the suggestion law enforcement personnel upload the data and make mistakes.

when the law enforcement instrument receives a command sent by the data acquisition center and cancels the uploading of the data for the data acquisition center, the law enforcement instrument broadcasts the uploaded data of the law enforcement instrument with the serial number in a voice mode and shuts down the vehicle after the uploaded data is cancelled.
7. The data transmission control method according to claim 2, characterized in that the data transmission control method further comprises:
when the wired connection between the law enforcement instrument and the data acquisition center is interrupted, the law enforcement instrument establishes communication connection with the data acquisition center in a wireless connection mode;
the wireless connection mode comprises Bluetooth connection and WIFI connection;
after the law enforcement instrument establishes communication connection with the data acquisition center through Bluetooth or WIFI, the law enforcement instrument establishes an RTSP transmission protocol with the data acquisition center.

A law enforcement instrument, characterized in that it comprises: memory, a processor and a data transfer control program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the data transfer control program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the data transfer control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
