Description

User group screening method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of user group screening technologies, and in particular, to a user group screening method and apparatus, and an electronic device.
Background
In a user object oriented platform system, a user sub-group often needs to be selected based on some user characteristic or characteristics, and this process may be called user selection or user grouping. After the user selection is completed, the selected user can be further taken as a target user to implement a specific activity, for example, activity information is pushed to the selected user, and a specific interest (such as issuing a coupon) is given, so as to realize various personalized interactions and services. On the other hand, for the operation of the platform system, the behavior of the circled specific group of users can be tracked and analyzed, so as to achieve the purposes of evaluating the market reaction after the product is put in, or evaluating the final effect after a certain activity is initiated, and the like. Therefore, in the big data analysis work of the Internet platform system, accurate user selection is the basis, and the method has very important significance for user statistical analysis and data mining, development of services and products, marketing strategy formulation and the like.
In the prior art, the user selection tool can only provide some simple condition settings. For example, some selectable user feature dimensions are provided, including age, gender, occupation, hobbies, behaviors, and the like, and then, by setting attribute values on the feature dimensions, the user is selected. However, as the running time of the platform system increases, the data involved in data analysis often shows an accelerated increase, the magnitude of the user data and the complexity of the data relationship both increase sharply, and this also brings new challenges to the user selection application of big data. This phenomenon is particularly prominent in some systems with very large data volume and complex services. For example, in an enterprise of a new retail service, the user group includes not only online users but also offline users consuming to a physical store, so that the user behavior data in the system is more complex, and the existing user selection tool often cannot meet the setting of complex selection conditions. For example, in a scenario, it is necessary to find customers who purchase seafood products of 99 dollars at Bima Beijing stores from 4 months 18 to 4 months 24 days in order to issue coupons valid for 7 days to such customers. It may be even more complicated, for example, to find 4 months 18 to 4 months 24, to purchase seafood products up to 99 dollars at box-horse beijing stores, and to purchase customers with seafood products up to 199 dollars at box-horse kayak stores, to issue coupons to them, and so forth. When the conventional user selection tool is used for selection, complicated condition setting is required, and even the complicated condition setting is difficult to accurately express because corresponding dimensions and the like are not provided in advance.
Therefore, how to satisfy the user selection by circles under the conditions of high order of magnitude and highly complex data relationship and ensure the accurate effect of selection by circles is a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the present application, in order to support more complicated filtering condition settings, the filtering condition may be broken down into a plurality of condition elements, and the condition elements in the embodiment of the present application may express the corresponding search condition in a natural sentence manner, instead of a simple key-value pair manner. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present application, the condition elements may include configuration items in multiple dimensions formed by connecting at least one connection word in series, so that each condition element is a natural sentence convenient for a user to understand, and when configuring a complex filtering condition, only the condition elements expressed in a natural language need to be disassembled, and a logical relationship between the condition elements is set, so that the system can finally combine into a complete retrieval condition.
In a specific implementation, the number of selectable condition elements may be large, and therefore, for convenience of selection, the condition elements may be further classified to obtain a plurality of condition element categories. In this way, when configuring the condition elements, a first operation option for adding a condition group may be provided first, and a selectable condition element category may be provided, so that the condition elements of the same category may be selected and configured in each condition group. Moreover, the logic relations among different condition groups can be set, including intersection, union, difference and the like, and various complex conditions can be combined through a plurality of condition elements in the same condition group and the logic relations among a plurality of different condition groups, so that the user screening requirement of the user in a complex scene is met. The conditional element category may be divided according to the service provided by the target application system for the user and the user-related data recorded in the process of using the service provided in the target application system by the user. For example, in an application system providing a commodity object sales service, a user performs a purchasing behavior of a commodity object through the system, and accordingly, the condition element categories can be divided into: behavior compliance, attribute satisfaction, tag preferences, etc. In this way, the characteristics of the user population can be characterized from a plurality of different angles, respectively. When adding a condition group, the user may first select a condition element category, and then set a condition element in the specific condition element category. In addition, under the condition of adding a plurality of condition groups, operation options for setting logical relations among different condition groups can be provided, so that the condition groups can be set under a plurality of condition element categories, each condition group can comprise a plurality of condition elements, and different condition groups can have definite logical relations, so that various complex screening conditions can be combined, and user group selection under complex scenes is supported. Further, by presenting the condition element category information, the user can easily understand the meaning of each condition element, and the specific screening condition can be expressed more accurately.
In specific implementation, from the perspective of specific system architecture, as shown in fig. 1, a server may be deployed, and the server may be dedicated to a specific application system, or may provide a user selection service for multiple application systems. The server may provide a plurality of optional condition elements in advance according to the service provided for the user in the target application system, the user-related data recorded in the process of using the service provided in the target application system by the user, and the like. In addition, the server can also provide a related configuration interface, the configuration interface can exist in the form of a webpage and the like, and staff and the like in the application system can access through an application program such as a browser of the terminal device so as to realize the coil selection of the user group. Of course, in another mode, the relevant client may be provided for the user in the form of an application program, and so on.
The following describes in detail specific implementations in the embodiments of the present application.
Example one
The first embodiment provides a user group screening method, specifically, referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s201: establishing a condition meta-information base, wherein the condition meta-information base comprises a plurality of condition elements, and the condition elements comprise configuration items on a plurality of dimensions connected by at least one connecting word in series so as to express corresponding retrieval conditions in a natural statement manner;
in the embodiment of the present application, a condition element information base may be established in advance, where each condition element may be used to describe a specific search condition by way of a natural statement. Specifically, each condition element may include configuration items in multiple dimensions connected in series by at least one connection word. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present application, each condition element may correspond to a natural statement, instead of attribute value information corresponding to a single dimension, such as a key value, and therefore, the condition element may be easily understood by a human, thereby conveniently implementing setting of a screening condition and achieving the purpose of accurate screening.
That is to say, in a specific implementation, a dimension that can be co-occurring in the natural language expression process may not be simply configured in a specific condition element, and a corresponding connection word and a corresponding configuration item may be provided to enable the same condition element to be expressed in a manner that configuration results of configuration items in multiple dimensions are connected into a natural language. Whether specific dimensions can be co-represented in the same condition element or not can be determined according to expression modes of user groups in daily life, for example, the shopping times are frequently co-represented with dimensions such as shopping time, shopping places and the like, and the expression is expressed by how many times the shopping times are reached in a certain time period in a certain place, and the like. Therefore, after the user selects the dimension of "purchase times", configuration items in the dimensions of time, store, and the like can be provided so as to be configured in the same condition element. This allows, on the one hand, to reduce the number of conditional elements and, on the other hand, to make it possible to express a conditional element as a statement described in natural language instead of as a word. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, each condition element may correspond to a sentence expressed in natural language understandable by human, which may make it more convenient for a user to perform condition configuration, without taking much time to understand the meaning of a specific configuration item and the combined specific condition expression result. For example, in a condition element, the first item is selected as "action number", that is, the screening is performed in the dimension of action number. Other configuration items and corresponding conjunctions, including "at …", "of", etc., may also be subsequently presented. The other configuration items may be configuration items in other dimensions such as a specific time dimension and a store dimension, and may be used to configure specific date interval values, days of the week, and which store, and the like, and the specific configuration manner may include inputting (for example, date information) or selecting from preset options (for example, information of the day of the week). Or may assist in completing the configuration by automatically matching some common information, such as common fridays to sundays, etc. After the configuration items are configured, the generated condition element can correspond to a natural sentence formed by information such as time, place, people and the like. For example, one condition element for completing configuration may be: on friday, saturday, and sunday between 2018-05-01 to 2018-05-30, the number of behavior of purchasing goods in a certain physical store > -1.
S202: after receiving a user group screening request, providing selectable condition elements and receiving configuration information of configuration items in the selected condition elements;
under the condition that the condition element is provided, after a user group screening request is received, a selectable condition element can be provided, and then configuration items in the selected condition element can be configured. For example, in the foregoing example, information in dimensions of a date interval, a day of the week, a name of an entity store, a number of purchases, and the like in a certain condition element may be configured and connected into one natural sentence.
S203: determining a logical relationship between a plurality of configured different condition elements;
after the configuration of each condition element is completed, the logical relationship between a plurality of different condition elements may also be determined, and for example, the logical relationship may specifically include a logical and, a logical or, and the like.
S204: and combining the condition elements which are configured and the logic relation into a user group retrieval condition.
After a plurality of condition elements expressed by natural sentences and the logical relationship among the condition elements are determined, specific user group search conditions can be combined, and then the conditions are utilized for searching.
Specifically, when the user population screening condition needs to be set, the operation option for the newly added condition group may be provided first, and then the setting of the specific condition element may be performed in the group. That is, a condition element is a specific condition in a condition group, and each condition group may generally include one or more condition elements. For each condition element in the same condition group, a default may be set to "and", that is, a logical and relationship, and for the logical relationship between different condition groups, the default may be set as required. Thus, in addition to providing operational options for the newly added condition group, operational options for setting a logical relationship with the previous condition group may also be provided. Of course, in a specific implementation, the two options may be combined into one, and when the first condition group is added, since the "previous condition group" does not exist yet, the logical relationship with the previous condition group does not need to be set, and the operation option may be displayed as the "new condition group". Through the operation option, an interface for setting a specific condition element for the condition group can be entered. After the addition of the first condition group is completed, and then other condition groups are added, the operation option can be shown as "or", "and", etc. for words representing logical relationships. At this time, the user may select an operation option corresponding to the specific logical relationship according to actual requirements, at this time, a new condition group may be triggered, and the logical relationship with the previous condition group may be determined at the same time. When a new condition group is added later, the same method is adopted, so that a plurality of condition groups can be added, and the logical relationship among the condition groups can be determined simultaneously.
In specific implementation, after receiving a user group screening request, first providing a first operation option for adding a condition group, providing a selectable condition element category, and after receiving the selected condition element category, providing a condition group configuration interface, and providing a second operation option for adding at least one condition element in the configuration interface. After receiving the operation request through the second operation option, the user may provide the selectable condition meta information in the selected condition meta category, so that the user selects from the condition meta and performs configuration of the corresponding configuration item. Of course, a plurality of condition elements may be set in the set of conditions.
After the configuration of the condition elements in one condition group is completed, a new condition group can be added, in this case, a third operation option for adding the new condition group and configuring the logical relationship between the condition groups can be provided in the condition group configuration interface, and after an operation request is received through the third operation option, an optional condition element category is provided, so that the condition elements under the selected condition element category are added in the newly added condition group, and the logical relationship between the condition groups is determined.
Each condition group corresponds to a condition meta-category, and the condition meta-categories between different condition groups may be the same or different. If the "or" relationship between a certain condition group and the last condition group, the condition meta category corresponding to the last condition group may be the same by default, and if the "and" relationship is the "or" relationship, the selection of the condition meta category may be further continued by the user.
The specific condition element category may be divided according to the service provided by the target application system for the user and the user-related data recorded in the process of using the service provided in the target application system by the user. That is, during the process of using the service provided by a specific application system, the application system usually deposits rich user data, which includes what behaviors the user has performed in the system, behavior attributes, and basic attributes of the user, such as gender, age, academic calendar, occupation, and the like, and may further include user preference information recorded after processing or analyzing the data, tag information added to the user, and the like. However, since different application systems provide different services, the corresponding user data to be deposited are different. In the embodiment of the application, conditions which may occur in a user screening process can be divided into a plurality of categories according to characteristics of user data in a specific service system, so that when user screening conditions are specifically set, a user can more clearly configure the conditions through selection of the condition meta-categories, and in addition, screening conditions in a more complex scene can be more conveniently combined according to logical relations such as 'cross-over and difference' among condition groups through condition classification.
For example, in a specific application scenario, the services provided by a specific application system for a user include: an online and offline combined merchandise object sales service; accordingly, the user-related data recorded during the use of the service provided in the target application system by the user may be user-related data recorded during the purchase of the commodity object by the user using the commodity object sales service. More specifically, the data may be user-related data recorded in a process of purchasing a commodity object in a user-off physical store, the user-related data may be multiple pieces, and each piece of data may include data in multiple fields, for example, specifically, one or more of the following combinations may be included: the occurrence time, the place, the physical shop identification, the commodity object list, the amount information, the purchasing times, the shopping preference information and the personal attribute information of the user.
For the application scenario, the specific condition element categories may be classified into conditions that the behavior meets the category, conditions that the attribute meets the category, and conditions that the tag prefers the category. For example, as shown in FIG. 3-1, the various conditional meta-categories that are optional as described above may be exposed first, when a request for a new set of conditions is first received. Each condition element category may also have a respective condition dimension, for example, the dimension of a behavior compliance category may include one or more of the following: a number of times to purchase the commodity object dimension, a total amount dimension, a time dimension, an entity store dimension, and a commodity object category dimension. The dimensions under which the attributes satisfy the classes may include: radius of life dimension, basic information dimension (e.g., basic age, school calendar, gender, etc.). The dimensions under the tag preference class may include: shopping preference dimensions, existing crowd dimensions (such as numerical controls, beauty controls, and the like) to which the shopping preference dimensions belong, and the like.
After one of the target conditional meta categories is selected, a specific conditional meta-configuration option may be exhibited, as shown in fig. 3-2, and assuming that the selected target conditional meta-category is "behavior-compliant", the conditional meta-configuration options that are subsequently exhibited may be as shown in fig. 3-3. It can be seen that a plurality of condition elements may be added in each condition group, wherein after receiving a request for configuring a condition element in a group, a selectable condition dimension in the target condition element category is provided, and a corresponding configuration item is provided according to the selected condition dimension. In addition, prompt information may also be provided, including prompt keywords and controls for filling in or selecting condition data.
Conditional meta category
After the configuration of one condition element is completed, the condition element of the information may also be added within the current condition group, for example, the request may be initiated through the "add condition" option shown in fig. 3-3, after which the configuration of the next condition element may be performed. For example, the conditional element is selected to be screened in the dimension of "sum total", and accordingly, configuration items for configuring the conditional element in the dimension may be subsequently displayed, and some suggestive keywords may also be included. For example, as shown in fig. 3-4, the condition elements added on the basis of fig. 3-3 are: the sum > is 100 yuan. That is, the actual screening conditions of the first set of conditions are: on friday, saturday, and sunday between 2018-05-01 to 2018-05-30, the number of actions to purchase goods in a certain physical store a > is 1, and the amount is totaled > is 100 dollars.
It should be noted that, for a condition group, after a specific condition element category is selected, the first configured condition element may be generally used as a fixed condition element, and the subsequently added condition elements belong to newly added condition elements. In general, the newly added condition elements can be reconfigured after being deleted, and the fixed condition elements can be set to be in a non-deletable state.
After one or several condition elements are configured, new condition elements can be added continuously, or if the configuration of the condition group is completed, the operation of the newly added condition group can be triggered through the first operation option, and the logic relationship with the last condition group is set. For example, the words "or" and "like buttons in fig. 3-4 may be used to trigger the new condition set, and the above-mentioned logical relationship information may be set. For example, if "or" is clicked, it is equivalent to adding a condition group having an "or" relationship with the previous condition group; if "and" is clicked, it is equivalent to adding a condition group having "and" relationship with the previous condition group. Of course, in practical applications, other options may be provided, such as "remove" or other options representing a "bad" relationship, to express the removal of certain groups from the group selected from the last condition set, and so on.
After clicking a specific operation option for adding a condition group and setting a logical relationship, similar to when creating a condition group for the first time, optional condition element category information can be provided as well. For example, as shown in fig. 3-5, after the "or" option is clicked, selectable conditional meta category information may be presented at the location where the option is located. After selecting a condition meta category, the process of configuring the next condition group can be entered. As shown in fig. 3-6, assuming the selected conditional element category is "behavior-met," then the configuration of the conditional elements within the condition group can be performed. For example, assume that the specifically configured condition elements may be: on fridays, saturdays and sundays during 2018-05-01 to 2018-05-30, the number of times of behavior > of purchasing a commodity in the physical store B under a certain line is 1.
If the yes option is triggered, similarly, as shown in fig. 3-7, optional condition element category information is also displayed, and after one of the condition element categories is selected, the process of configuring the condition elements in the group can be entered. For example, as shown in fig. 3-8, assuming the selected behavior category is attribute satisfaction, configuration items related to attribute satisfaction may be provided, whereby the condition elements within the condition group may be configured. For example, the condition elements of a specific configuration may be: the living radius is in the range of 0km to 3km around Cao's shop, Yanghuan shop, Huiyang square shop.
After completing the configuration of the condition elements in the plurality of condition groups and the configuration of the logical relationship between the condition groups, the server may combine the condition groups according to the logical relationship information, thereby obtaining a complete screening condition expression result. For example, assuming that the states as shown in fig. 3-8 are states in which the configuration of all condition groups and condition elements has been completed, the complete screening condition expression result is: "the number of times of actions of purchasing commodities in a certain physical store a on friday, saturday, and sunday between 2018-05-01 to 2018-05-30 > is 1 and the sum of money > is 100", or "the number of times of actions of purchasing commodities in a physical store B under a certain line on friday, saturday, and sunday during 2018-05-01 to 2018-05-30 > is 1", and "the radius of life is in the range of 0km to 3km around a cafo shop, a yangguan road shop, a franchise square shop". That is, for the complicated user screening requirement as described above, it is also possible to perform accurate expression by the embodiment of the present application, and each condition element may be expressed in the form of a natural sentence, rather than a word one by one, so that it is more convenient for a user to understand.
In specific implementation, because the target population is usually predetermined before submitting the screening requirement, the system can synthesize the condition elements into the final screening condition expression result only by dividing the deterministic target person selection condition into a plurality of condition elements according to the condition element categories and the like defined in the embodiment of the present application and configuring the condition elements and the logical relationship among the condition groups through the platform provided in the embodiment of the present application. Further, the system can use the expression result to perform specific population screening processing.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the present application, a condition meta information base may be established in advance, where the condition meta information base includes a plurality of condition elements, and the condition elements include configuration items in a plurality of dimensions, which are formed by connecting at least one connection word in series, so as to express corresponding search conditions in a natural language manner. Therefore, when user group screening is carried out, the user group can be decomposed into a plurality of condition elements according to the certainty target, and logic relations can be set among different condition elements. That is to say, for complex screening conditions, the system can combine the completed screening conditions by only disassembling the complex screening conditions into a plurality of condition elements expressed in a natural sentence form and setting the logic relationship between the condition elements, so that the screening conditions can be conveniently and accurately set for the user group screening in the complex scene by the method, and the efficiency and the accuracy are improved.
