Claims (17)

1. A laundry basket assembly for a washing machine, comprising:
a balance ring (100);
a laundry basket (200) nested within the gimbal ring (100);
the washing machine comprises a knob (300) and a lock catch (310) arranged on the knob (300), wherein the knob (300) is connected with the washing basket (200) and can rotate relative to the washing basket (200), the knob (300) is provided with a locking position and an unlocking position, when the knob (300) rotates to the locking position, the lock catch (310) is driven to be clamped with a balance ring (100) to lock the washing basket (200) and the balance ring (100), and when the knob (300) rotates to the unlocking position, the lock catch (310) is driven to be disengaged from the balance ring (100) to unlock the balance ring (100) and the washing basket (200).
2. A laundry basket assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 1,
the knob (300) comprises a knob cover (320), a neck (330) and the latch (310), the neck (330) is engaged between the knob cover (320) and the latch (310), the neck (330) and the latch (310) rotate with the knob cover (320), wherein,
the balance ring (100) is provided with a first through hole (110) which penetrates through the balance ring, and the first through hole (110) and the lock catch (310) are defined as follows: when the first through hole (110) is staggered with the lock catch (310), the first through hole (110) limits the lock catch (310) to pass through, and when the first through hole (110) is opposite to the lock catch (310), the first through hole (110) can be used for the lock catch (310) to pass through.
3. A laundry basket assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 2,
the lock catch (310) comprises a rectangular block, and the first through hole (110) is matched with the lock catch (310).

the neck (330) is connected to the middle part of the rectangular block along the length direction, and when the first through hole (110) is crossed with the lock catch (310), the rectangular block is positioned at the positions on two sides of the neck (330) and can be hooked at the positions around the first through hole (110).
