In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 10, the locking assembly is provided on the laundry basket 200, and the rotation member 310 includes a handle rotatably coupled to the laundry basket 200. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 6 and 8, the laundry basket 200 includes a washing tub 240, so that it has an independent washing function, and the washing tub 240 can be independently washed, or the washing tub 240 and the inner tub can be simultaneously washed and separated.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 7 and 9, the transmission mechanism includes: a gear 321 and a rack 322. Specifically, the gear 321 is connected with the handle, and the handle drives the gear 321 to rotate when rotating; the rack 322 is engaged with the gear 321, and the sliding lock 330 is connected with the rack 322 and moves with the rack 322. Of course, the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present design, and in other embodiments, a slider-crank mechanism, a cam mechanism, a sprocket-chain mechanism, etc. may be designed to transmit the motion between the handle and the slide fastener 330.
Alternatively, the rack 322 extends along the circumferential or tangential direction of the laundry basket 200, and the rack 322 drives the sliding locker 330 to move along the circumferential or tangential direction of the laundry basket 200 when being driven by the gear 321. Among them, the slider 331 is preferably in an arc shape to fit the outer shape of the laundry basket 200.
For example, the gear 321 is designed to be a bevel gear, the rack 322 is arc-shaped and is matched with the outer shape of the laundry basket 200, and the axis of the bevel gear is along the radial direction of the laundry basket 200, so that when the bevel gear rotates, the rack 322 is driven to do circular motion along the outer periphery of the laundry basket 200, that is, the rack 322 moves along the circumferential direction of the laundry basket 200, and drives the sliding lock 330 to do circumferential motion correspondingly.
Or, for example, referring to fig. 2, 3, 7 and 9, the gear 321 is designed as a straight gear, the rack 322 is linear and substantially tangential to the laundry basket 200, and the axis of the straight gear is radial to the laundry basket 200, so that when the straight gear rotates, the rack 322 is driven to make tangential motion along the periphery of the laundry basket 200, and the sliding lock 330 makes tangential motion accordingly. It will be appreciated that, since the handle is typically rotated through 180 °, the working length of the rack 322 is relatively small relative to the outer diameter of the basket 200, and the tangential movement of the slide latch 330 is substantially equivalent to circumferential movement.
Preferably, the handle is coaxially connected with the gear 321. More specifically, as shown in fig. 2, 4, 7 and 9, the gear 321 is provided with a connecting shaft 3211, and the connecting shaft 3211 for pivotally connecting the handle with the laundry basket 200 are the same component. This simple structure, easily processing equipment, and occupation volume to the washing space is less, and simultaneously, the transmission efficiency of this structure is higher for the user utilizes handle control locking or unblock more laborsaving.
More preferably, the handle and the connecting shaft 3211 are integrally formed with the gear 321.
Preferably, both ends of the handle are rotatably connected to the laundry basket 200, for example, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4, both ends of the handle are respectively provided with a connecting shaft 3211, and the connecting shaft 3211 is pivotally connected to the shaft seat of the tub cover 230. In addition, the number of the transmission mechanisms 320 is two and the two transmission mechanisms 320 are correspondingly connected to the two ends of the handle, the two transmission mechanisms 320 may be the same or different, preferably, the two transmission mechanisms 320 are the same, wherein the number of the sliding latches 330 is the same as that of the transmission mechanisms 320, and the sliding latches 330 are correspondingly connected with the transmission mechanisms 320 one by one. The design can enable the internal stress on the handle to be more balanced, reduce the deformation risk of the handle, and thus, the transmission precision of the transmission mechanism 320 can be better ensured, and the function of controlling locking or unlocking of the product through the handle is more reliable.
Of course, the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present design, and in other embodiments, the same sliding lock 330 may be connected to two transmission mechanisms 320, and in this case, the two transmission mechanisms 320 may have different forms to better satisfy the requirement of the rotational freedom of the handle, for example, one transmission mechanism 320 includes a gear 321 and a rack 322, the gear 321 is engaged with the rack 322, and the other transmission mechanism 320 includes a gear 321, a rack 322 and a driven gear, and the driven gear is engaged and transmitted between the gear 321 and the rack 322, so that the two transmission mechanisms 320 can drive the same sliding lock 330 to move.
In other embodiments, one end of the handle may be connected to the laundry basket 200 and the actuator 320 may be connected to one end of the handle for connecting to the laundry basket 200, or, for a handle having both ends connected to the laundry basket 200, only one end of the handle may be connected to the actuator 320.
Further, the slide fastener 330 includes a slider 331 and a first catching portion 332. The sliding member 331 is provided with a plurality of first engaging portions 332, the balance ring 100 is provided with a plurality of second engaging portions 110, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the sliding lock catch 330 slides to the first position, the first engaging portions 332 engage with the second engaging portions 110 to form a locking fit, and as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the sliding lock catch 330 slides to the second position, the first engaging portions 332 and the second engaging portions 110 are disengaged to unlock.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5 and 10, each sliding lock 330 is provided with a plurality of first locking portions 332, preferably, the plurality of first locking portions 332 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the laundry basket 200, the balancing ring 100 is provided with a plurality of second locking portions 110, and when the sliding lock 330 is located at the first position, the plurality of first locking portions 332 are in one-to-one corresponding fit with the plurality of second locking portions 110. Thus, the torsion between the washing basket 200 and the balance ring 100 can be evenly shared to the plurality of first clamping parts 332, and a good protection effect is provided for the single first clamping part 332 and the single second clamping part 110.
More preferably, as shown in fig. 5 and 10, each sliding lock 330 is provided with 3 first clamping parts 332, and further preferably, the number of the sliding lock 330 is two, so that 6 first clamping parts 332 are formed on the washing basket 200, and the number of the second clamping parts 110 on the balance ring 100 is also 6.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, 4, 8 and 9, one of the laundry basket 200 and the balance ring 100 is provided with an accommodating chamber 210 and an opening communicating with the accommodating chamber 210, the slider 331 is located in the accommodating chamber 210, and the first clamping portion 332 protrudes out of the accommodating chamber 210 along the opening. On the one hand, the protection and the limiting guide function can be formed on the sliding part 331, on the other hand, the problem of clamping stagnation of the sliding part 331 caused by the fact that foreign matters are clamped can be prevented, the sliding smoothness is ensured, and the appearance of the product is more attractive.
In one embodiment of the present invention, one of the rotating member 310 and the sliding lock 330 is provided with a limiting rib 312, and when the rotating member 310 rotates to a position for driving the sliding lock 330 to the first position (i.e. when the handle rotates to the falling position), the limiting rib 312 can cooperate with the other of the rotating member 310 and the sliding lock 330 to limit the sliding lock 330 to the first position. This is beneficial to maintaining the locking and matching state between the sliding lock 330 and the corresponding balance ring 100 or laundry basket 200, further enhancing the locking effect between the balance ring 100 and the laundry basket 200, and making the connection and transmission effect between the laundry basket 200 and the balance ring 100 more reliable.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the handle is provided with a limiting rib 312, wherein the first fastening portion 332 includes a protrusion 3321, the second fastening portion 110 includes a slot 111 adapted to fasten with the protrusion 3321, and when the rotating member 310 rotates to a position where the sliding lock 330 is driven to reach the first position (i.e., when the handle rotates to the falling position), the limiting rib 312 covers the notch 1111 of the slot 111 to limit the protrusion 3321 in the slot 111. The convex buckle 3321 can be used for multiple purposes, and an additional structure is not required to be arranged on the sliding lock catch 330 to be in limit fit with the limit convex rib, so that the product structure is simplified, and the product cost is reduced. Preferably, the convex buckle 3321 is provided with the groove 3322, so that processing defects such as shrinkage can be avoided, the molding quality of the convex buckle 3321 can be ensured, and the reliability of the convex buckle 3321 can be improved.
Of course, the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present design, and in other embodiment, other structures on the sliding lock 330 may be used for the limiting fit with the limiting stopper rib 312, specifically, for example, a slot or a stopper is provided on the sliding lock 330, and when the rotating member 310 rotates to a position where the sliding lock 330 reaches the first position (that is, when the handle rotates to the laid-down position), the limiting stopper rib 312 forms an insertion fit with the slot or is stopped by the stopper for limiting.
More preferably, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, the handle is provided with an avoiding groove 313, the limiting blocking rib 312 is arranged in the avoiding groove 313, and the avoiding groove 313 can protect the limiting blocking rib 312, so as to reduce the risk of the limiting blocking rib 312 being broken.
Further, the laundry basket assembly of the washing machine further includes a position-limiting locking structure 220, the position-limiting locking structure 220 is disposed on the balance ring 100 or the laundry basket 200, and when the rotating member 310 rotates to a position for driving the sliding lock 330 to reach the first position (i.e., when the handle rotates to the falling position), the position-limiting locking structure 220 can be engaged with the rotating member 310 and limit the rotating member 310 at the current position. Therefore, the locking matching state between the sliding lock 330 and the corresponding balance ring 100 or laundry basket 200 can be further maintained, the locking effect between the balance ring 100 and the laundry basket 200 is strengthened, and the connection and transmission effect between the laundry basket 200 and the balance ring 100 are more reliable.
More specifically, the lid 230 of the laundry basket 200 is provided with a position-limiting locking structure 220, the position-limiting locking structure 220 is further preferably a position-limiting buckle, the rotating member 310 is provided with a buckle hole 311, and when the rotating member 310 rotates to a position for driving the sliding buckle 330 to reach the first position (i.e. when the handle rotates to the falling position), the position-limiting buckle is buckled in the buckle hole 311 to limit the rotating member 310 at the current position.
Of course, the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present design, and in other embodiments, the locking hole 311 may be provided on the washing basket 200, and the limit button may be provided on the rotating member 310.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the sliding lock 330 is disposed on the laundry basket 200 and provided with a sliding portion 333, and the balance ring 100 is provided with a guiding portion 120, and the guiding portion 120 is slidably engaged with the sliding portion 333 and guides the sliding portion 333. By utilizing the guiding function of the guiding part 120 on the sliding part 333, the movement track of the sliding lock 330 can be limited, and the problem of deviation of the sliding lock 330 can be prevented, which is more favorable for ensuring the transmission efficiency and accuracy between the rotating part 310 and the sliding lock 330, and ensuring the reliable performance of the product.
More specifically, the male tab 3321 of the sliding lock 330 is provided with a sliding groove as the sliding portion 333, and the gimbal 100 is provided with a rail as the guide portion 120, the rail being inserted into the sliding groove and slidably engaged with the sliding groove.
Of course, the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present design, and in other embodiments, the sliding lock 330 may be positioned on the balance ring 100 and provided with the sliding part 333, the laundry basket 200 may be provided with the guide part 120, and the guide part 120 may be slidably engaged with the sliding part 333 and guide the sliding part 333. It is also possible to design the convex button 3321 of the sliding lock 330 with a rail as the sliding part 333, and the balance ring 100 with a sliding groove as the guiding part 120, wherein the rail is embedded in the sliding groove and forms a sliding fit with the sliding groove.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiments (as shown in FIGS. 1-10)
The laundry basket assembly of the washing machine includes a laundry basket 200 and a balance ring 100.
The gimbal 100 is a hollow annular body. The balance ring 100 is provided with a connection part for connection with an inner tub of the washing machine so that the balance ring 100 can be mounted to the inner tub of the washing machine and rotate with the inner tub.
The laundry basket 200 is provided with a locking assembly, which includes a rotating member, a transmission mechanism 320 and a sliding lock 330. The rotating member is a handle and is connected to the laundry basket 200, and more particularly, both ends of the handle are connected to both sides of the laundry putting opening of the laundry basket 200, and the handle is rotatable about a horizontal axis.
As shown in fig. 5 and 10, the transmission mechanism 320 includes a gear 321 and a rack 322, the two ends of the handle are respectively provided with the gear 321, and the gear 321 at the two ends is driven to rotate when the handle rotates around the horizontal axis. The rack 322 is connected to the sliding catch 330 and engages with the gear 321.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the user basket is placed on the gimbal 100 inside the washing machine tub, the handle is in a position vertical to the horizontal plane, and at this time, the sliding lock 330 is in the second position, and at this time, the protruding button 3321 of the sliding lock 330 is disengaged from the engaging groove 111 of the gimbal 100.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the handle is rotated and pressed down, the handle is in a horizontal state, the protruding button 3321 on the sliding lock 330 is pushed by the transmission mechanism 320 to realize a certain circumferential rotation, and reaches a first position, at this time, the protruding button 3321 on the sliding lock 330 is locked with the slot 111 on the balance ring 100, so that the laundry basket 200 and the balance ring 100 are locked and fixed, and the laundry basket 200 and the balance ring 100 are maintained in a relatively static state in the washing and dewatering processes. When the washing is completed, the user lifts the handle to a position perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and at this time, the sliding lock 330 returns to the second position, so that the washing basket 200 can be simply taken.
In this embodiment, the user can take and fix the laundry basket 200 by pulling or pressing the handle, and the sliding lock 330 of the laundry basket 200 is pushed by the rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism 320 to lock and unlock the balance ring 100, so that the laundry basket has the characteristics of simple and fast installation. And compare the present scheme of installing laundry basket 200 in interior barrel bottom impeller, laundry basket 200 is fixed in on the gimbal 100 in this scheme, can provide sufficient space for the washing of major possession clothing in the interior barrel, and reliable mounting structure can realize that laundry basket 200 and interior barrel wash with taking off. The user can independently select to use the traditional big impeller barrel for washing, or use the washing basket 200 for water-saving and care washing of small clothes, precious clothes and infant clothes, and also can select the inner barrel and the washing basket 200 for washing simultaneously, thereby realizing subarea and high-efficiency washing.
An embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention provides a washing machine comprising: an inner barrel; in the laundry basket assembly of the washing machine according to any one of the above embodiments, the balance ring 100 of the laundry basket assembly of the washing machine is connected to the inner tub.
The washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention has all the beneficial effects by arranging the washing basket assembly of the washing machine in any embodiment, and the detailed description is omitted.
Preferably, the washing machine is a pulsator washing machine.
In conclusion, the washing machine and the washing basket assembly thereof have the characteristics of simplicity and convenience in installation and rapidness between the washing basket and the balance ring, and the reliable installation structure can realize simultaneous washing and simultaneous separation of the washing basket and the inner barrel. The user can independently select to use the traditional big impeller barrel for washing, or use the laundry basket for water-saving and care washing of small clothes, precious clothes and infant clothes, and also can select the inner barrel and the laundry basket for washing simultaneously, thereby realizing subarea and high-efficiency washing.

a washing basket (200) nested in the balance ring (100), one of the washing basket (200) and the balance ring (100) is provided with a locking assembly, the locking assembly comprises a rotating part (310), a transmission mechanism (320) and a sliding lock catch (330), the transmission mechanism (320) is connected with the rotating part (310) and the sliding lock catch (330), the rotating part (310) can rotate, and the transmission mechanism (320) drives the sliding lock catch (330) to slide between a first position and a second position when the rotating part (310) rotates, wherein,
the sliding catch (330) is in locking engagement with the other of the laundry basket (200) and the balancing ring (100) in the first position to lock the laundry basket (200) and the balancing ring (100);
the sliding catch (330) is unlocked from the other of the laundry basket (200) and the balancing ring (100) when in the second position;
the locking assembly is arranged on the washing basket (200), the rotating piece (310) comprises a handle, and the handle is rotatably connected with the washing basket (200).
2. A laundry basket assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 1,
the handle having a standing position and a lying position and being rotatable relative to the laundry basket (200) between the standing position and the lying position, wherein,
when the handle rotates to the standing position, the transmission mechanism (320) drives the sliding lock catch (330) to the second position, and when the handle rotates to the falling position, the transmission mechanism (320) drives the sliding lock catch (330) to the first position.
3. A laundry basket assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 1 or 2,
the two ends of the handle are respectively connected with the washing basket (200) in a rotating mode, the number of the transmission mechanisms (320) is two, the two transmission mechanisms are correspondingly connected to the two ends of the handle, the sliding lock catches (330) are connected with the transmission mechanisms (320) in a one-to-one corresponding mode, or the same sliding lock catch (330) is connected with the two transmission mechanisms (320).
4. Laundry basket assembly of a washing machine according to any of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the transmission mechanism (320) comprises:
the gear (321) is connected with the rotating piece (310), and the rotating piece (310) drives the gear (321) to rotate when rotating;
and the rack (322) is meshed with the gear (321), and the sliding lock catch (330) is connected with the rack (322) and moves along with the rack (322).
