The fire-resistant lining panel 10 and the outer panel 20 may be fastened together by screw-fastening, and in a state where the elevator door pocket is installed in the door opening, the fire-resistant lining panel 10 is close to the wall body, the outer panel 20 is located at the outer side of the fire-resistant lining panel 10, the outer panel 20 may be directly observed, or a portion of the outer panel 20 may be covered with a decorative material such as the ceramic tile 200.
Further, the face plate 1 and the side plate 2 may further include ribs 30, the fireproof liner plate 10 is sandwiched between the outer plate 20 and the ribs 30, the ribs 30 may be made of a metal material such as stainless steel, and the ribs 30 may make the face plate 1 and the side plate 2 have high strength.
The left frame side plate 22 and the right frame side plate 23 are respectively located on the left side and the right side of the elevator door opening, the left frame side plate 22 and the right frame side plate 23 are both connected to the wall 100 through the connecting assembly 3, and because the structures on the left side and the right side of the elevator door pocket are symmetrical, only the structure on the right side of the elevator door pocket is described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 3, the connection assembly 3 includes a first connection member 31 and a second connection member 32, the first connection member 31 and the second connection member 32 are connected by a screw 324, the first connection member 31 is connected to the right frame side plate 23, and the second connection member 32 is connected to the wall 100.
The first connector 31 includes a first portion 311 and a second portion 312, the first portion 311 and the second portion 312 may be flat plate-shaped, the first portion 311 and the second portion 312 are perpendicular to each other, and the first portion 311 and the second portion 312 may be formed as a single piece by bending a flat plate. The first portion 311 is parallel to the right frame side plate 23, and the first portion 311 is attached to the right frame side plate 23 by screws 313. For example, the first connector 31 may be connected to the rib 30 of the right side frame 23. The first connecting member 31 is connected to the right side frame side plate 23 by a screw 313 passing through the first portion 311 and screwed into the right side frame side plate 23.
The second portion 312 is provided with a first connection hole 314, and the first connection hole 314 may have a long bar shape extending in the left-right direction W, and the relative positions of the first connection member 31 and the second connection member 32 may be adjusted in the left-right direction W through the first connection hole 314, thereby adjusting the right frame side plate 23 in the left-right direction W.
The second connecting member 32 includes a third portion 321 and a fourth portion 322, the third portion 321 and the fourth portion 322 may be flat plates, the third portion 321 and the fourth portion 322 are perpendicular to each other, the third portion 321 is parallel to the second portion 312, and the fourth portion 322 is parallel to the right bezel side plate 23. The third portion 321 and the fourth portion 322 may be formed as a single piece by bending a flat plate.
The third portion 321 is provided with a second coupling hole 323, and the second coupling hole 323 may be a circular hole, and a nut may be welded at the second coupling hole 323. The second coupling hole 323 and its nut are used to couple the first coupling member 31 and the second coupling member 32 together. The third portion 321 and the second portion 312 at least partially overlap, the third portion 321 being located on the rear side of the second portion 312. The first and second connection members 31 and 32 are fixedly coupled together by passing the screws 324 through the first and second coupling holes 314 and 323 and screwing the nuts.
It will be appreciated that in other possible embodiments, the first connecting hole may be a circular hole, the second connecting hole may be a long bar shape, the second portion is located at the rear side of the third portion, and the screw 324 passes through the second connecting hole and the first connecting hole and is screwed with the nut to connect the first connecting member and the second connecting member together.
The fourth portion 322 has wall mounting holes 325, and the wall mounting holes 325 are used for bolts (e.g., expansion bolts 326) to pass through, and the second connector 32 can be fixedly connected to the wall 100 through the expansion bolts 326. Preferably, the wall surface mounting hole 325 may have an elongated shape extending in the front-rear direction F, and the mounting position of the second connecting member 32 in the front-rear direction F may be easily adjusted when the second connecting member 32 is mounted to the wall body 100. By mounting the right side frame plate 23 to the wall body by the connection assembly 3, not only can the mounting position of the right side frame plate 23 be adjusted in the front-rear direction F and the left-right direction W, but also no mounting marks affecting the beauty such as mounting holes or screws are left on the surface of the right side frame plate 23, and no additional covering of the mounting marks is required.
The left and right ends of the upper beam side plate 21 are bridged over the left and right frame side plates 22 and 23, and the upper beam side plate 21 is fixedly connected with the left and right frame side plates 22 and 23 by screws. Specifically, the ribs 30 of the upper beam side plate 21 are located at the left and right ends of the upper beam side plate 21, and the ribs 30 of the upper beam side plate 21 are fixedly connected to the left frame side plate 22 and the right frame side plate 23.
The upper beam front panel 11 is erected on the upper beam side panel 21, and both can be fixedly connected by screws. The rib 30 of the upper beam side plate 21 is bent to form a first flanging portion 301 extending in the vertical direction H and the horizontal direction W, and a screw can be screwed into the upper beam front panel 11 through the first flanging portion 301 to fixedly connect the upper beam front panel 11 and the upper beam side plate 21.
The upper beam side plate 21, the left frame side plate 22, and the right frame side plate 23 are formed in a substantially U-shape, and the front end surfaces thereof are in the same plane.
The upper rail front panel 11 may be rectangular, and the height of the upper rail front panel 11 in the up-down direction H is larger than the width of the left frame front panel 12 in the left-right direction W and the width of the right frame front panel 13 in the left-right direction W. So that the upper ends of the upper beam front panel 11, the left frame front panel 12 and the right frame front panel 13 can extend to the top or near the top of the floor. The upper beam upright posts 111 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper beam front panel 11, the upper beam upright posts 111 protrude forwards from the upper beam front panel 11, and the front end surfaces of the upper beam upright posts 111 and the front end surfaces of the left frame side panel 22 and the right frame side panel 23 are in the same plane.
The left bezel front panel 12 is connected to the left bezel side panel 22, and the right bezel front panel 13 is connected to the right bezel side panel 23. Specifically, the outer panels 20 of the left and right frame front panels 12 and 13 may be folded forward to form second turned portions 201 (see fig. 4) extending in the up-down direction H and the front-back direction F, the left frame front panel 12 is connected by screws passing through the second turned portions 201 and screwed into the left frame side panel 22, and the right frame front panel 13 is connected by screws passing through the second turned portions 201 and screwed into the right frame side panel 23. The roof rail front panel 11 is located on the front side of the left and right frame front panels 12 and 13, and the roof rail front panel 11 is connected to the left and right frame front panels 12 and 13 via the second burring part 201.
It will be appreciated that the header front panel 11 may also be located on the rear side of the left and right frame front panels 12, 13, for example the header front panel 11 may be provided with a forwardly turned hem by which the header front panel 11 is connected to the left and right frame front panels 12, 13.
It can be understood that the dimension of the side plate 2 in the front-back direction F may exceed the depth of the door opening during processing, so that the front end of the side plate 2 protrudes from the front side of the wall 100. Since the front end of the side plate 2 protrudes from the front side of the wall body 100, the installation of the side plate 2 is not affected as long as the depth of the door opening is controlled within a certain range. When the panel 1 is mounted, the mounting position of the panel 1 in the front-rear direction F can be adjusted as necessary.
