Detailed Description
Reference to a wall panel for mounting to a building facade such as a wall surface is the front-back, left-right, up-down direction, which is described in the following text.
Example 1
The assembled wallboard system of this embodiment comprises a mounting structure and a wallboard, which is a composite board; a plurality of composite boards (or wallboards) are assembled along the horizontal and vertical directions and are fixed on the building facade through the mounting structure to form an integrally assembled wallboard.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the mounting structure includes a keel 1, a keel mounting assembly 2, a connector 3, a hanger bar 4 and a wallboard connector 5. The keels 1 are fixed on a building elevation through the keel mounting assemblies 2, and a plurality of keels 1 are vertically arranged and fixed on the building elevation to form a keel frame. The connecting piece 3 is fixed on the fossil fragments, sets up peg mounting hole on the connecting piece 3, and the peg 4 passes the mounting hole and hangs on the connecting piece 3. The wallboard connecting piece 5 is hung on the hanging rod 4 and limited after being fixed with the wallboard to be installed through screws.
The keel 1 is square or square, in this embodiment steel square. At each fixing point from bottom to top, the runner 1 is secured to the building facade by a set of runner mounting assemblies 2.
The keel mount assembly 2 includes a burbar 21, a corner bracket 22 and a bolt 23.
The embedded part 21 is a square steel plate, four corners of the embedded part are provided with oblong holes, and the oblong holes are transversely arranged, namely, the central line of the length direction of the embedded part is parallel to the horizontal plane. The embedment 21 is secured to the building facade by bolts (e.g. chemical bolts).
The keel 1 is placed in the middle of the front of the embedded part 21, and is fixed on the embedded part 21 through two symmetrical corner brackets 22, thereby being fixed on the building elevation.
Two edges of each corner brace 22 are respectively attached to the surface of the embedded part 21 and the side surface of the keel 1, and one edge of each corner brace 22 is welded and fixed with the surface of the embedded part 21 or is in threaded connection and fixed with the embedded part 21 through a screw/bolt. The other edge of the corner brace 22 is provided with a parallel oblong hole 22-1 from top to bottom, and the central line of the oblong hole 22-1 in the length direction is perpendicular to the building elevation. And a through hole penetrating left and right is formed in the keel 1 at a position corresponding to the oblong hole 22-1, and the axis of the through hole is parallel to the vertical face of the building.
The bolt 23 passes through the oblong hole 22-1 of the left corner bracket 22, then passes through the through hole of the keel 1, passes through the oblong hole 22-1 of the right corner bracket 22, and then is fixed by a nut.
Preferably, a spacer and an insulating sheet are also used for fixation. When the nut is fixed correspondingly, the bolt 23 penetrates through the left gasket, the oblong hole 22-1 of the left corner bracket 22 and the left insulating sheet, penetrates through the through hole of the keel 1 from the left side, penetrates through the right insulating sheet, the oblong hole 22-1 of the corner bracket 22 and the gasket, and is fixed by the nut. The bolt 23 may be replaced by a long screw, in which case the screw is fastened on both sides with nuts.
Because the oblong hole 22-1 is arranged on the corner bracket 22, the bolt 23 can be moved and adjusted back and forth in the oblong hole 22-1, so that the back and forth position of the wallboard can be adjusted.
The connecting piece 3 in this embodiment is an H-shaped connecting piece, and the end face of the connecting piece 3 is H-shaped, and is composed of a left wing plate 31, a right wing plate 31 and a connecting plate 32 between the two wing plates 31. The connecting plate 32 is perpendicular to the left wing plate 31 and the right wing plate 31, the front part of the connecting plate 32 is the front part of the wing plate, the rear part of the connecting plate 32 is the rear part of the wing plate, the rear part of the wing plate is fixedly connected with the keel 1, and the front part of the wing plate is used for installing the hanging rod 4.
The keel 1 is positioned between the two wing plates 31 of the H-shaped connecting piece 3, the rear parts of the two wing plates of the H-shaped connecting piece 3 are respectively attached to the left side surface and the right side surface of the keel 1, and the connecting plate 32 of the H-shaped connecting piece 3 is attached to the front side surface of the keel 1. The fixing member 33, such as a screw, is fixed by a nut after passing through a screw hole formed in the wing plate and a mounting hole formed in the keel 1, thereby fixing the H-shaped connector 3 to the keel 1.
The front parts of the left wing plate 31 and the right wing plate 31 of the H-shaped connecting piece 3 are respectively provided with through holes, and the axes of the two through holes are coincident and parallel to the vertical surface of the building. The screw 41 of the hanging rod 4 passes through the two through holes, and then the left side and the right side are fixed by nuts 42, so that the fixation of the hanging rod 4 and the H-shaped connecting piece 3 is completed.
In addition to the H-shaped connector described above, the connector may also be U-shaped, i.e., the rear of the wing is omitted as compared to the H-shaped connector. The U-shaped connecting piece and the keel 1 are fixed by welding the connecting plate between the two parallel plates with the keel or by connecting the connecting plate with the keel in a threaded connection mode.
Similarly, through holes are formed in the two parallel plates, and the axes of the two through holes are coincident and parallel to the vertical face of the building. The screw 41 of the hanging rod 4 passes through the two through holes, and then the left side and the right side are fixed by nuts 42, so that the fixation of the hanging rod 4 and the U-shaped connecting piece 3 is completed.
Referring to fig. 8, the wall panel connector 5 is a pair of components, a first connector 5a and a second connector 5b, which are mirror images of each other, respectively. The wall panel connector 5 is an integral piece comprising a connection plate 51 and a hook portion 52. The connecting plate 51 is used for fixedly connecting with the side surface of the wallboard to be installed, and the hook part 52 is hung on the hanging rod 4. The plane of the connecting plate 51 is vertical to the building elevation.
The connection plate 51 is a flat plate, on which a plurality of mounting holes 51-1, for example, 2 to 4, are formed, and screws pass through the mounting holes 51-1 and are screwed into the wall plate to complete connection of the connection plate 51 and the wall plate.
The top of the hook part 52 is provided with a limiting plate 53, and the plane of the limiting plate 53 is perpendicular to the plane of the connecting plate 51. The limiting plate 53 is provided with a screw hole, a limiting piece 54 is arranged in the screw hole, and the limiting piece is a bolt; the limiting piece 54 is screwed downwards and then abuts against the hanging rod 4, so that the limiting of the wallboard connecting piece 5 can be realized. In addition, along with the movement of the up and down positions of the limiting member 54, the fine adjustment of the up and down positions of the wallboard can be driven.
The limit 53 of the first connector 5a extends to the left of the hooking portion 52, and the limit 53 of the second connector 5b extends to the right of the hooking portion 52.
After the wallboard connecting piece 5 is hung on the hanging rod 4 through the hook part 52, the hook part 52 can move left and right on the hanging rod 4, so that the left and right positions of the wallboard can be adjusted.
When the wall panel mounting structure is applied, each mounting point is provided with the mounting structure, and the position is determined according to the size of the wall panel to be mounted: in the first step, the embedded parts 21 are fixed on a building elevation such as a wall surface through bolts, after the embedded parts 21 are fixed at equal intervals, the keels 1 are placed in front of the embedded parts 21, and then are fixed on the embedded parts 21 through the corner brackets 22. The H-shaped connecting piece 3 is fixed on the keel 1, the hanging rod 4 is fixed on the H-shaped connecting piece 3, after the upper side face of the wallboard is fixed with the connecting plate 51 of the wallboard connecting piece 5, the wallboard connecting piece 5 is hung on the hanging rod 4 through the hook part 52, and the hanging of the wallboard is completed.
The keel 1 can be adjusted in position back and forth relative to the embedded part 21, the wallboard connecting part 5 can be adjusted in position left and right on the hanging rod 4, and fine adjustment of the wallboard up-down position is realized along with up-down movement of the limiting part. Therefore, the mounting structure of the invention realizes three-dimensional adjustment, reduces the requirement on the flatness of the building elevation and can be suitable for more application occasions.
Referring to fig. 9 to 17, the wall panel is a composite panel and comprises a panel body 9 and a sealing assembly. The edge sealing assembly is arranged on four sides of the side face of the plate body 9 of the composite plate and covers the four sides of the composite plate, and the two side face plates of the composite plate and the edge sealing assembly form a closed structure.
The edge sealing assembly comprises a first edge sealing strip 6 and a second edge sealing strip 7.
The first edge banding 6 is an elongated strip, and includes a first band body 61, a first supporting portion 62, and a first baffle 63.
The first strip body 61 is a rectangular thin plate, and the height, length and thickness are determined according to the design requirements of the composite plate.
The first supporting portion 62 and the first barrier 63 are fixed to both sides of the first strip main body 61, respectively. The first supporting portion 62 is located on the right side of the first main body 61 in the drawing, and the first barrier 63 is located on the left side of the first main body 61.
The first supporting portion 62 is disposed at an end portion of one side surface (right side in the drawing) of the first strip main body 61, and the first supporting portion 62 may be used to enhance strength of the composite board, and may also enhance connection strength of the first edge sealing strip 6 and the board body 9 of the composite board.
The first supporting portion 62 may be a thin plate perpendicular to the end of the first main body 61, for example, a rectangular thin plate is bent perpendicularly to obtain the first main body 61 and the first supporting portion 62, respectively.
Or the first supporting portion 62 includes two parallel plates, which are located on the same side of the first body 61 and are perpendicular to the side of the first body 61, wherein one plate is located at the end of the first body 61.
Or the first supporting part 62 is composed of three plates, wherein two plates are parallel and positioned on the same side of the first main body 61 and are perpendicular to the side surface of the first main body 61, and the third plate is parallel to the first main body 61 and is connected with the two parallel plates.
Alternatively, the first support 62 may have a rectangular cross section, such as a square tube or a square column. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the first supporting portion 62 is disposed below the first main body 61, the main body portion is located on the right side of the first main body 61, and the left side surface of the first main body 61 and the left side surface of the first supporting portion 62 are located on the same plane.
In either type of the first supporting portion 62, the first adhesive grooves 12-1 are provided on the surface of the first supporting portion 62, so that the adhesive strength can be improved.
The first barrier 63 includes a first outer barrier 63a and a first inner barrier 63b arranged in parallel, and the first outer barrier 63a and the first inner barrier 63b are perpendicular to the side surface (left side surface in the drawing) of the first strip main body 61.
The first outer baffle 63a is adjacent to the first support 62, and the first outer baffle 63a is adjacent to the decorative surface of the encapsulated composite board after being connected to the board body 9.
The first inner barrier 63b is closer to the back sheet layer of the panel body 9 of the encapsulated composite panel than the first outer barrier 63 a.
In this embodiment, the first inner barrier 63b is located near the middle of the first main body 61, and the specific position is adjusted according to the design requirement.
In theory, the first inner baffle 63b may be disposed at any position inside the first outer baffle 63a, and if a plate mounting connection position is to be reserved, the first inner baffle 63b is disposed at a position between the mounting connection position and the first outer baffle 63a, but a sealing strip mounting position is reserved between the first inner baffle and the first outer baffle 63 a.
The first edge banding 6 is provided with a first slot 64 and a first raised strip 65.
The first slot 64 is located below the first inner baffle 63b, the opening of the first slot 64 faces the first outer baffle 63a, and the slot width of the first slot 64 is smaller than the slot bottom width. The first slot 64 is used for plugging the inner sealing strip 82 to form an inner channel waterproof structure.
The first ridge 65 is integrally formed with the first strip body 61. The first ridge 65 and the first support 62 are provided on the same side of the first strip body 61, for example, on the right side in fig. 1. The first protruding strips 65 are located on the inner side, close to the back plate layer of the plate body 9. The first raised line 65 is located at the position where the first edge banding 6 is fixedly connected with the hanging piece by a screw when the composite board is installed. During installation, the mechanism screws penetrate through the screws of the connecting piece and are screwed into the first strip main body 61 and the first raised strips 65, the contact area between the screws and the first edge sealing strip 6 is increased by the arrangement of the first raised strips 65, and the hanging strength is improved.
When the first edge banding 6 is fixed with the side face of the plate body 9 of the composite plate, a bonding mode is adopted: the positions of the first supporting part 62 and the first raised strips 65 are reserved on the plate body 9, the first main body 61 is attached to the side face of the plate body 9 and is fixed in an adhesive mode, and the first supporting part 62 is located at the reserved position in the composite layer and is fixed in an adhesive mode. The bonding surface of the first support 62 is typically bonded to the inner side of the decorative surface layer of the composite panel.
The second edge banding 7 is an elongated strip, and includes a second band body 71, a second supporting portion 72, and a second baffle 73.
The second main body 71 is a rectangular thin plate, and the height, length and thickness are determined according to the design requirements of the composite plate.
The second supporting portion 72 and the second barrier 73 are fixed to both sides of the second strip body 71, respectively. In fig. 2, the second support portion 72 is located at the left side of the second strip body 71, and the second barrier 73 is located at the right side of the second strip body 71.
The second supporting portion 72 is provided at an end portion of one of side surfaces (left side in the drawing) of the second strip main body 71, and the second supporting portion 72 can be used to enhance strength of the composite board, and also enhance connection strength of the second edge strip 7 and the board body 9 of the composite board, similarly to the first supporting portion 62.
Similar to the first support 62, the second support 72 may be a plate, two parallel plates, three plates, or a square column, square tube having a rectangular cross section.
Specifically, the second support portion 72 is a thin plate perpendicular to the end of the second main body 71, and for example, a rectangular thin plate is vertically bent to obtain the second main body 71 and the second support portion 72, respectively.
Or the second support portion 72 includes two parallel plates on the same side of the second body 71, both perpendicular to the side of the second body 71, one plate being located at the end of the second body 71.
Or the second supporting part 72 is composed of three plates, wherein two plates are parallel and positioned on the same side of the second main body 71 and are perpendicular to the side surface of the second main body 71, and the third plate is parallel to the second main body 71 and is connected with the two parallel plates.
Or the second support portion 72 is a square tube or a square column. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the second supporting portion 72 is disposed below the second main body 71, the main body portion is located at the left side of the second main body 71, and the right side surface of the second main body 71 and the right side surface of the second supporting portion 72 are located at the same plane.
In either type of the second supporting portion 72, the second supporting portion 72 is provided with a plurality of second adhesive grooves 72-1 on the surface thereof, so that the adhesive strength can be improved.
The second baffle 73 includes a second outer baffle 73a and a second inner baffle 73b that are parallel. The second outer barrier 73a and the second inner barrier 73b are perpendicular to the side surface (right side surface in the drawing) of the second strip main body 71.
The second outer barrier 73a is adjacent the second support portion 72 and in use the second outer barrier 73a is adjacent the decorative finish of the encapsulated composite panel.
The second inner barrier 73b is located inside the second outer barrier 73 a.
The second main body 71 of the second edge sealing strip 7 is further provided with a second slot 74 and a second raised strip 75.
The second slot 74 is located outside the second outer barrier 73a, and the second slot 74 is disposed in parallel with the second outer barrier 73 a. The second slot 74 has a small slot bottom width.
The second slot 74 is in plug-in fit with the outer sealing strip 81, the outer sealing strip 81 comprises a mounting portion 81-1 and a sealing strip main body, and a baffle slot 81-2 is arranged in the middle of the sealing strip main body. The baffle slot 81-2 is adapted for a plug-in engagement with the first outer baffle 63a of the first edge strip 6.
The second ridge 75 is integrally formed with the second strip body 71. The second protruding strip 75 and the second supporting portion 72 are provided on the same side of the second strip body 71, for example, on the left side in the drawing. The second ridge 75 is located on the inner side, close to the back plate layer of the plate body 9. The second raised line 75 is located at the position where the second edge banding 7 is fixedly connected with the hanging piece by a screw when the composite board is installed.
When the second edge banding 7 is fixed with the side face of the plate body 9 of the composite plate, a bonding mode is adopted: the plate body 9 is reserved with a second supporting part 72 and a second raised line 75, the second main body 71 is attached to the side face of the plate body 9 and is fixed in an adhesive mode, and the second supporting part 72 is located at the reserved position in the plate body 9 and is fixed in an adhesive mode. The bonding surface of the second support portion 72 is typically bonded to the inner side of the decorative surface layer of the composite panel.
The first edge banding 6 and the second edge banding 7 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of a composite board, and when the composite board is installed on a wall surface, four sides are respectively called an upper side, a lower side, a left side and a right side. When the edge sealing assembly of the embodiment is used for packaging, the same edge sealing strip is used on the upper side and the left side, and the same edge sealing strip is used on the right side and the lower side; and the upper and left edge banding is different from the lower and right edge banding. For example, the first edging 6 is used on the upper and left, and the second edging 7 is used on the lower and right.
When the assembled wallboard system is installed, the wallboard (namely the composite board) is fixed on the building facade through the installation structure: the fixing of the installation structure on the wall surface is finished firstly, namely, the keels 1 are fixed on the building elevation through the keel installation assembly 2, and the keels 1 are vertically arranged and fixed on the building elevation to form a keel frame. The connecting piece 3 is fixed on the fossil fragments, sets up peg mounting hole on the connecting piece 3, and the peg 4 passes the mounting hole and hangs on the connecting piece 3.
Then, the screws are inserted through the mounting holes 51-1 of the connection plates 51 of the wall plate connection members 5 and screwed into the wall plate to complete the connection of the wall plate connection members 5 and the wall plate, and then the wall plate connection members 5 are hung on the hanging rods 4.
During installation, the adjacent left, right, upper and lower wallboards are assembled, when the two wallboards are assembled, the first edge sealing strip 6 of one wallboard is in plug-in fit with the second edge sealing strip 7 of the adjacent wallboard, and two second baffles 73 (a second outer baffle 73a and a second inner baffle 73 b) of the second edge sealing strip 7 are positioned between two first baffles 63 (a first outer baffle 63a and a first inner baffle 63 b) of the first edge sealing strip 6.
Specifically, the second outer baffle 73a of the second sealing strip 7 is close to the first outer baffle 63a of the first sealing strip 6, and the first outer baffle 63a of the first sealing strip 6 is inserted into the baffle slot 81-2 of the outer sealing strip 81. The second inner barrier 73b of the second sealing strip 7 is adjacent to the first inner barrier 63b of the first sealing strip 6. The inner sealing strip 82 is inserted into the first slot 64 below the first inner baffle 63b, the inner sealing strip 82 of the inner sealing strip 82 is inserted into the first slot 64, and the extending end 82-2 extends to the gap between the second inner baffle 73b of the second edge banding 7 and the first main body 61 of the first edge banding 6.
Thus, for two adjacent spliced composite panels, two waterproof walls are formed between the first baffle 63 of one composite panel and the second baffle 73 of the other composite panel. After the first edge banding 6 and the second edge banding 7 are spliced, a sponge 7 is placed in a cavity between a second outer baffle 73a and a second inner baffle 73b of the second edge banding 7 to prevent sundries from depositing.
Example 2
The rest of the assembled wall panel system of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1, except that:
The first edging 6 includes edging with drain holes and edging without drain holes. The two types of edge sealing strips are different in that the edge sealing strip with the drain holes is provided with drain holes 63a-1 on the first outer baffle 63a at equal intervals, and the drain holes 63a-1 are arranged close to the third strip main body 61.
When the edge sealing assembly is arranged on four edges of the plate body 9, the first edge sealing strips 6 with the drain holes are arranged on the upper side edge, the first edge sealing strips 6 without the drain holes are arranged on the left side edge, and the second edge sealing strips 2 are arranged on the right side edge and the lower side edge of the plate body 9.
The banding subassembly of this embodiment has set up the wash port, has solved the drainage problem under the special circumstances.
Example 3
The rest of the assembled wall panel system of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1, except that: the second slot 74 is not provided on the outer side of the second outer baffle 73a of the second sealing strip 7, and the outer sealing strip 81 of the sealing strips 8 is fixed below the second outer baffle 73a by bonding.

The rest of the assembled wall panel system of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1, except that:
As shown in fig. 17, the first slot 64 is not provided below the first inner barrier 63b of the first edge strip 6, and the first inner barrier 63b is a thin plate similar to the first outer barrier 63 a.
The inner side of the second inner baffle 73b of the second edge sealing strip 7 is provided with a sealing strip, and the sealing strip structure is the same as that of the outer sealing strip 81. The sealing strip may be fixed to the inner side of the second inner barrier 73b by inserting slots in the second strip body 71 or by bonding. For example, a slot is provided on the outer side of the second outer barrier 73a, and a slot is also provided on the inner side of the second inner barrier 73b, and a weather strip (the structure of the outer weather strip 81) is fixed in each of the two slots.
After the first edge sealing strip 6 and the second edge sealing strip 7 are inserted, the first inner baffle 63b and the second inner baffle 73b are inserted and matched with the slots of the inner sealing strips in the same way as the first outer baffle 63 a.
