The air bag clamping device mainly finishes clamping of an inflated air bag and winds the air bag into a roll shape by means of a first rotating head and a rotating assembly which are arranged on a lower fixing assembly, wherein the first rotating head finishes clamping of the air bag by a clamping rotating plate through a first arc-shaped plate arranged on a first assembling frame, first permanent magnets arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the first arc-shaped plate and a first electromagnet arranged on a first end assembling block, namely, when the first electromagnet is electrified, a strong magnetic effect is generated, the strong magnetic effect acts on the first permanent magnets to enable the clamping rotating plate to move relatively, the clamping rotating plate rotates under the driving of a rolling motor, and finally, the air bag is wound into a roll shape, wherein a propelling assembly can drag the air bag to move forwards for a certain distance under the condition that the inflated air bag is clamped by the propelling assembly, so that the inflated air bag is wound into a roll shape by the rotating assembly under the action of the rolling motor conveniently, after the rolling, the air bag needs to be bound by a certain number of binding belts in order to prevent the air bag from being scattered.

The rolling rotating head 15 comprises a second penetrating rod 150 assembled on the third bearing 104, two ends of the second penetrating rod 150 extend out of the third bearing 104, a second concave plate 151 is installed at the inner side end of the second penetrating rod 150, a second bolt 153 penetrates through the other end of the second concave plate 151, another end of the second concave plate 151 is assembled with an end rotating rod 152, the end rotating rod 152 is assembled on the second concave plate 151 through the second bolt 153, and an end support component 13 located at the end of the rolling rotating head 15 is installed at the other end of the end rotating rod 152.
The end support assembly 13 comprises an assembly disc 130, key-shaped holes 131 are formed in the assembly disc 130 in a symmetrical structure in a penetrating mode, end support fixing plates 132 are installed at two ends of each key-shaped hole 131, telescopic fixing rods 133 are fixed between every pair of end support fixing plates 132, first springs 134 penetrate through each telescopic fixing rod 133, penetrating plates 136 penetrate through each telescopic fixing rod 133, an extending pressing plate 135 is formed at one end of each penetrating plate 136, the other end of each penetrating plate 136 penetrates through the key-shaped holes 131, arc jacking plates 137 are installed at the other ends of the penetrating plates 136, and the first springs 134 are located between the end support fixing plates 132 located on the inner side and the penetrating plates 136.

The conveying unit 2 is arranged on the coil arranging unit 1 and used for conveying an inflatable column to be inflated, the conveying unit 2 comprises a pair of conveying front extension plates 20 which are arranged on one side of the end assembly seat 103, a plurality of bending support plates 21 are arranged at the lower ends of the front extension plates 20 in an inward extending mode, a first short support plate 210 is arranged at the middle position of each bending support plate 21 in an upward extending mode, a second short support plate 211 is arranged at the other end of each bending support plate 21 in an upward extending mode, a conveying assembly side plate 22 is arranged at the upper end of the first short support plate 210 on the same side, a plurality of pairs of conveying rollers 24 are arranged on each assembly side plate 22 in an equally-spaced array mode, conveying gears 25 are arranged at one ends of the conveying rollers 24, conveying gears 25 arranged on each pair of conveying rollers 24 are meshed, each pair of conveying rollers 24 are driven by a conveying motor to rotate in opposite directions, a middle plate 23 is arranged at the, the outer walls of the conveying rollers 24 are provided with soft anti-slip layers.

The inflation unit 4 is located at the other end of the slitting unit 3 and used for inflating the inflation column and comprises a supporting component 40, inflation mechanisms 41 are symmetrically installed on two sides of the upper end of the supporting component 40, each inflation mechanism 41 is provided with a pushing mechanism 42, each inflation mechanism 41 is used for inflating a winding core, and each pushing mechanism 42 is used for conveying the winding core during inflation.

The rolling unit 5 is arranged at the other end of the inflating unit 4, and is used for making an inflating column which is inflated into a roll shape and comprises a lower fixing component 50, a rolling motor 51 is arranged at the upper end of the lower fixing component 50, the rolling motor 51 is connected with a first rotating head 52, the first rotating head 52 is provided with a rotating component 53, and the lower end of the lower fixing component 50 is provided with a propelling component 54.
The lower fixing assembly 50 includes a lower fixing plate 500, a first upper extension plate 501 is installed at one end of the lower fixing plate 500 in an upward extending manner, a first assembling seat 502 is installed at the upper end of the first upper extension plate 501, a first bearing 503 is assembled on the first assembling seat 502, and the rolling motor 51 is installed on the first assembling seat 502.

The rotating assembly 53 comprises a pair of clamping rotating plates 532, a first end assembling block 530 is installed at one end of each clamping rotating plate 532, an inserting block 533 is installed at the other end of each clamping rotating plate 532, a second electromagnet 534 is installed at the other end of the inserting block 533, L-shaped plates 535 are installed on two side walls of the inserting block 533, the first end assembling block 530 is assembled on the first assembling frame 525 and penetrates through the first installing bump 526, the first end assembling block 530 extends out of the first assembling frame 525, a first electromagnet 531 is installed at the extending end of the first end assembling block 530, the first electromagnet 531 is over against the first permanent magnet 529, and when the first electromagnet 531 is electrified, the first electromagnet 531 is under the attraction of the first permanent magnet 529, so that the clamping rotating plates 532 move towards each other.
The pushing assembly 54 comprises a pair of guide sleeves 542 mounted on the lower fixing plate 500, racks 540 are respectively penetrated through the guide sleeves 542, one ends of the racks 540 are respectively mounted on the lower support plate 400, pushing rotating seats 543 are respectively arranged on two sides of the guide sleeves 542, pushing gears 545 are respectively mounted between the pushing rotating seats 543, the pushing gears 545 are respectively meshed with the racks 540, the pushing rotating seats 543 are respectively mounted on the lower fixing plate 500, a pushing motor 544 is connected to the pushing gears 545, and the pushing motor 544 is mounted on the lower fixing plate 500.
The pushing-out unit 6 is arranged on the rolling unit 5, the air inflation column which is used for rolling is pushed out from the rolling unit 5, and comprises a side branch assembly 60 arranged at the other end of the lower fixing plate 500, a second rotating head 61 is arranged at the upper end of the side branch assembly 60, a pushing-out driving assembly 62 is arranged at the lower end of the side branch assembly 60, and a roll core pushing-out assembly 63 is arranged at the middle position of the side branch assembly 60.
The side branch assembly 60 comprises a lower support block 600 arranged at the other end of the lower fixing plate 500, a second upper extension plate 601 is arranged on the lower support block 600 in an upward extending manner, a second assembling seat 602 is arranged at the upper end of the second upper extension plate 601, and a second bearing 603 is assembled on the second assembling seat 602;
the second rotating head 61 comprises a second rotating shaft 610 assembled on the second bearing 603, a second rotating disc 611 is installed at the other end of the second rotating shaft 610, second rotating support plates 612 are formed on the outer wall of the second rotating disc 611 in a circumferential array, second rotating support plates 613 are installed on the second rotating support plates 612, a second assembling frame 614 is arranged at the other end of the second rotating support plates 613, second assembling lugs 615 are installed on the four walls of the second assembling frame 614, the second assembling lugs 615 are installed on the second rotating support plates 613, a second arc-shaped plate 616 is installed in the middle of the second assembling frame 614 in an outward extending mode, second permanent magnets 617 are installed on the upper side and the lower side of the second arc-shaped plate 616, the second permanent magnets 617 face the second electromagnet 534, the inserting blocks 533 penetrate through the second assembling frame 614, and the L-shaped plates 535 are clamped on the two sides of the second assembling frame 614;
the push-out driving assembly 62 comprises guide rods 620 which are installed at the other end of the lower fixing plate 500 in pairs, the lower support block 600 penetrates through the guide rods 620, a push-out mounting seat 621 is installed at the other end of the guide rods 620, a push-out motor 623 is installed on the push-out mounting seat 621, an output shaft of the push-out motor 623 is connected with a screw rod 622, the other end of the screw rod 622 is assembled on the lower fixing plate 500, and the second upper extension plate 601 is screwed on the screw rod 622;
the winding core pushing assembly 63 comprises a pair of bending plates 630 arranged on two sides of the second upper extension plate 601, the other ends of the bending plates 630 are respectively provided with a pushing plate 631 in an upward extending manner, the upper ends of the pushing plates 631 are provided with pushing arc plates 632, and the pushing arc plates 632 are respectively concentric with the second rotating shaft 610 and the first rotating shaft 520.
And the compaction unit 7 is arranged on the rolling unit 5 and is used for compacting during rolling of the inflatable column. The compacting unit 7 comprises an extending support plate 70 installed on the first assembling seat 502, a transverse plate 71 is installed at the other end of the extending support plate 70, a moving hole 710 is formed in the middle of the transverse plate 71 in a penetrating mode, transverse moving assembling seats 72 are installed at two ends of the other side of the transverse plate 71, a transverse moving rotary rod 74 is installed between the transverse moving assembling seats 72, one end of the transverse moving rotary rod 74 is connected with a transverse moving motor 73, a transverse moving block 75 is screwed on the transverse moving rotary rod 74, one end of the transverse moving block 75 penetrates through the moving hole 710, a limiting plate 76 is installed at one end of the transverse moving block 75, the limiting plate 76 is located at the other side of the transverse plate 71, a lifting cylinder 77 is installed on the limiting plate 76, a connecting piece 78 is installed at the movable end of.
The connecting piece 78 is including installing in the riser 780 of lift cylinder 77 expansion end, and extend board 781 before the riser 780 other end is installed perpendicularly, and the other end of preceding extension board 781 is installed lower extension connecting plate 782 perpendicularly and downwardly extending, and V-arrangement compaction piece 79 is installed in lower extension connecting plate 782, and feeding limiting plate 790 is installed to the outside level extension of V-arrangement compaction piece 79 front side.
The specific implementation mode is as follows:
the implementation steps can be divided into the placement of an uninflated inflatable column, namely an air bag; conveying an uninflated inflatable column, namely an air bag; the non-inflated column is the air bag; slitting the uninflated inflatable column, namely the air bag; and drawing and winding the inflated air bag into a coil and pushing out the air bag wound into the coil.
The inflatable column is made of plastic, the two sides of the inflatable column are provided with bags, and the air bag part of the inflatable column can be inflated positively but not deflated reversely.

Firstly, rotating the pushing column 126 to cancel the pushing action of the pushing column 126 on the end support assembly 13, then rotating the first rotating rod 14 around the second bolt 153, slowly removing the sector insert plate 125 from the insert sleeve 124, after removing, completing the cancellation of the fixing action of the pushing column 126 on the end support assembly 13, and detaching the end support assembly 13, then, threading the airbag roll to be inflated on the first rotating rod 14, and simultaneously needing to ensure that the arc jacking plate 137 acts on the inner wall of the airbag roll, so that the airbag roll is stably fixed at one end of the first rotating rod 14, then, assembling the other end support assembly 13 at the other end of the first rotating rod 14, enabling the arc jacking plate 137 arranged thereon to complete the support of the other end of the airbag roll, after that, fixing the end support assembly 13 on the first rotating rod 14 through the pushing column 126, then rotating the first rotating rod 14 around the second bolt 153, and inserting the sector insert plate 125 into the insert sleeve 124, and finishing the placing work of the air bag roll.
And secondly, conveying the uninflated inflatable column, namely the air bag, wherein the conveying unit 2 is mainly used for conveying the uninflated air bag.
In the conveying process, the air bags in the row move forwards mainly by means of the action of each pair of conveying rollers 24 and the two sides of the air bags in the row, meanwhile, the middle plate 23 has a supporting effect on the middle parts of the air bags in the row, and meanwhile, in the conveying process, the arc-shaped pre-tightening piece 116 on the pre-tightening assembly 11 plays a role in limiting the conveying speed of the air bags, so that the phenomenon that the air bags in the row are leaked and filled due to the fact that the conveying speed of the air bags in the row is high is prevented.
And thirdly, inflating the airbag by using the uninflated inflatable column, wherein the main inflating unit 4 completes the inflating operation of the airbag.
When one end of the continuous air bag passes through the slitting unit 3 and moves to the inflating unit 4, the sleeve bag of the continuous air bag penetrates through the closed cusp 415, the continuous air bag slowly moves forwards under the action of the pushing wheel 423, in the moving process, when the air inlet of the air bag is communicated with the air outlet 416, the inflating pump 410 leads high-pressure gas into each air bag from the air outlet 416 of the inflating pipe 413 until the gas in the air bag reaches a certain value, the air bag is continuously pushed forwards through the pushing wheel 423, in the forward pushing process, the cutting knife 414 continuously cuts the sleeve bag, and the air bag is continuously moved out from the other end of the inflating pipe 413.

When the inflated airbag is exposed from the other end of the inflating unit 4, the pushing motor 544 is started, the pushing gear 545 is driven by the pushing motor 544 to rotate, the rotation of the pushing gear 545 enables the whole rolling unit 5 to move towards the inflating unit 4 along the direction of the rack 540, when the rolling unit 5 reaches the side of the inflating unit 4, the pair of first electromagnets 531 and the pair of second permanent magnets 617 are electrified, so that the clamping rotating plate 532 completes clamping of one end of the airbag under the magnetic force action of the first electromagnets 531 and the second permanent magnets 617, after the clamping is completed, the pushing motor 544 rotates reversely and drags the inflated airbag to move forwards slowly, when the rolling motor 51 moves to a certain distance, the clamping rotating plate 532 is driven to rotate, the rotation of the clamping rotating plate 532 drives the airbag to rotate around the clamping rotating plate 532, and meanwhile, the transverse movement motor 73 is started, so that the V-shaped compacting member 79 continuously reciprocates until a compact air bag roll is obtained, and the lifting cylinder 77 continuously adjusts the V-shaped compacting member 79 according to the number of turns of the rolling until the rolling is completed, and the air bag is rolled and bundled by a bundling belt after the rolling is completed.
And sixthly, pushing out the airbag wound into a roll, wherein the airbag roll is pushed out from the rolling unit 5 mainly by means of the pushing-out unit 6, and the airbag roll is bundled before being pushed out, so that the airbag roll is placed to be scattered.
After the rolling is completed, the pushing motor 623 is started to drive the side branch assembly 60 to move outwards, and in the moving process, the pushing arc plate 632 acts on the other end of the air bag until the air bag roll is completely pushed out, the pushed air bag roll falls between the bending plates 630, and then the air bag roll is taken down from the air bag roll to prepare for the next rolling operation.
In the whole implementation process, the conveying unit 2 completes the previous conveying operation of the uninflated air bag roll, the conveying of the inflating unit 4 is to adapt to the air outlet of the air outlet hole 416 according to the movement speed or movement pace of the air bag, and the subsequent drawing of the rolling unit 5 is mainly to provide enough rotating space for the rolling unit 5 and to conveniently tighten the air bags in series to facilitate the inflating operation.

Claims (10)

1. An inflator device, comprising:
the coil arranging unit (1) is used for placing an inflatable column to be inflated and comprises a coil arranging end support assembly (10), wherein one end of the coil arranging end support assembly (10) is provided with a coil manufacturing assembly head (12), the other end of the coil arranging end support assembly (10) is provided with a coil manufacturing rotating head (15), the other ends of the coil manufacturing assembly head (12) and the coil manufacturing rotating head (15) are provided with end support assemblies (13), a first rotating rod (14) is arranged between the end support assemblies (13), two ends of the coil arranging end support assembly (10) are provided with pre-tightening assemblies (11), and the pre-tightening assemblies (11) are used for limiting the rotation of the first rotating rod (14);
the conveying unit (2) is arranged on the coil arranging unit (1) and is used for conveying an inflating column to be inflated;
the cutting unit (3) is arranged on the conveying unit (2) and is used for cutting off the inflatable column to be inflated;
the inflation unit (4) is positioned at the other end of the slitting unit (3) and used for inflating the inflation column, and comprises a support assembly (40), inflation mechanisms (41) are symmetrically installed on two sides of the upper end of the support assembly (40), the inflation mechanisms (41) are respectively provided with a pushing mechanism (42), the inflation mechanisms (41) are used for inflating the winding cores, and the pushing mechanisms (42) are used for conveying the winding cores during inflation;
the supporting assembly (40) comprises a lower supporting plate (400), a plurality of supporting plates (401) are installed at two ends of the lower supporting plate (400) in an upward extending mode, upper installation plates (402) are installed at the upper ends of the supporting plates (401) located on the same side, a plurality of fixing rods (403) are installed on the upper installation plates (402) in an inward extending mode, and an assembly plate (404) is installed at the other end of each fixing rod (403); the inflation mechanism (41) comprises inflation pumps (410) which are all installed on an upper installation plate (402), the inflation pumps (410) are connected with air conveying pieces (411), the other ends of the air conveying pieces (411) are fixed on an assembly plate (404), air conveying pipes (412) are installed on the other side of the assembly plate (404), the air conveying pipes (412) are communicated with the air conveying pieces (411), inflation pipes (413) are installed on the other ends of the air conveying pipes (412), a cutting knife (414) is installed at the connection positions of the inflation pipes (413) and the air conveying pipes (412), one ends of the inflation pipes (413) are formed with closed pointed ends (415), and a plurality of air outlet holes (416) are formed in the inflation pipes (413); the pushing mechanism (42) comprises a plurality of rotating rods (422) assembled on the assembly plate (404) in pairs, the rotating rods (422) are uniformly distributed on the upper side and the lower side of the gas-filled tube (413), belt pulleys (420) are installed at one end of each rotating rod (422), belts (421) are arranged between the belt pulleys (420) on the same side, the belts (421) at one end are connected with a pushing motor, pushing wheels (423) are installed at the other end of each rotating rod (422), pushing arc grooves (424) are formed in the outer wall of each pushing wheel (423) in an inwards recessed mode, and the pushing arc grooves (424) are concentric with the gas-filled tube (413);
the coil making unit (5) is arranged at the other end of the inflating unit (4), and is used for making the inflated inflating column into a coil shape and comprises a lower fixing component (50), a coil making motor (51) is installed at the upper end of the lower fixing component (50), the coil making motor (51) is connected with a first rotating head (52), the first rotating head (52) is provided with a rotating component (53), and the lower end of the lower fixing component (50) is provided with a propelling component (54);
the pushing-out unit (6) is arranged on the rolling unit (5), pushes out the rolled inflatable column from the rolling unit (5), and comprises a side branch assembly (60) arranged at the other end of the lower fixing plate (500), the upper end of the side branch assembly (60) is provided with a second rotating head (61), the lower end of the side branch assembly (60) is provided with a pushing-out driving assembly (62), and the middle position of the side branch assembly (60) is provided with a roll core pushing-out assembly (63);
and the compaction unit (7) is arranged on the rolling unit (5) and is used for compacting during rolling of the inflatable column.
2. The inflator device according to claim 1, wherein:
the coiling end support assembly (10) comprises a pair of base plates (100) which are arranged in pairs, a plurality of fixed connecting plates (101) are arranged between the base plates (100), end support plates (102) are arranged on the base plates (100) in an upward extending mode, end assembling seats (103) are arranged at the other ends of the end support plates (102), and third bearings (104) are arranged on the end assembling seats (103);
the coiling assembly head (12) comprises a first penetrating rod (120) assembled on one of the third bearings (104), two ends of the first penetrating rod (120) extend out of the third bearings (104), a first concave plate (121) is installed at the inner side end of the first penetrating rod (120), a first rotating plate (122) is assembled on the first concave plate (121), a first bolt (123) penetrates through the first concave plate (121), the first rotating plate (122) is assembled on the first concave plate (121) through the first bolt (123), a plug bush (124) is installed at the other end of the first rotating plate (122), fan-shaped holes are formed in the other end of the plug bush (124) in a circumferential array mode, fan-shaped plug boards (125) penetrate through the fan-shaped holes, the other ends of the fan-shaped plug boards (125) are fixed on the first rotating rod (14), threads are formed on the inner wall of the fan-shaped plug boards (125), extrusion pushing columns (126) are screwed in the fan-shaped plug boards (125), and end support assemblies (13) positioned at the end of the coiling assembly head (12) penetrate through the fan-shaped plug boards (125, and is fixed at one end of the first rotating rod (14) through a pushing column (126);
the rolling rotating head (15) comprises a second penetrating rod (150) assembled on a third bearing (104), two ends of the second penetrating rod (150) extend out of the third bearing (104), a second concave plate (151) is installed at the inner side end of the second penetrating rod (150), a second bolt (153) penetrates through the other end of the second concave plate (151), an end rotating rod (152) is assembled at the other end of the second concave plate (151), the end rotating rod (152) is assembled on the second concave plate (151) through the second bolt (153), and an end support assembly (13) located at the end of the rolling rotating head (15) is installed at the other end of the end rotating rod (152);
the end support assembly (13) comprises an assembly disc (130), key-shaped holes (131) are formed in the assembly disc (130) in a symmetrical structure in a penetrating mode, end support fixing plates (132) are installed at two ends of each key-shaped hole (131), telescopic fixing rods (133) are fixed between every two end support fixing plates (132), first springs (134) penetrate through each telescopic fixing rod (133), penetrating plates (136) penetrate through each telescopic fixing rod (133), an extending pressing plate (135) is formed at one end of each penetrating plate (136), the other end of each penetrating plate (136) penetrates through the key-shaped holes (131), arc jacking plates (137) are installed at the other end of each penetrating plate (136), and the first springs (134) are located between the end support fixing plates (132) located on the inner side and the penetrating plates (136);
the pre-tightening assembly (11) comprises pre-tightening fixing plates (110) installed on the outer wall of the end assembling seat (103) in pairs, the pre-tightening fixing plates (110) are located on two sides of the first rotating rod (14), two pairs of pre-tightening assembling plates (111) are installed on the pre-tightening fixing plates (110) in an outwards extending mode, four pairs of pre-tightening rods (112) are arranged on the pre-tightening assembling plates (111) in a penetrating mode, second springs (113) are arranged on the pre-tightening rods (112) in a penetrating mode, key plates (114) are installed at the other ends of the pre-tightening rods (112) in a penetrating mode, extruding plates (115) are installed on the other sides of the key plates (114) located on the same side, arc-shaped pre-tightening pieces (116) are installed at the other ends of the extruding plates (115), anti-skid rubber pads are arranged on the inner wall, and are respectively contacted with the outer walls of the first penetrating rod (120) and the second penetrating rod (150).

The inflator according to claim 2, wherein the conveying unit (2) comprises a pair of conveying forward extension plates (20) which are arranged on one side of the end assembly seat (103), a plurality of bending support plates (21) are arranged at the lower end of each forward extension plate (20) in an inward extending manner, a first short support plate (210) is arranged at the middle position of each bending support plate (21) in an upward extending manner, a second short support plate (211) is arranged at the other end of each bending support plate (21) in an upward extending manner, a conveying assembly side plate (22) is arranged at the upper end of the first short support plate (210) on the same side, a plurality of pairs of conveying rollers (24) are arranged on each assembly side plate (22) in an equally-spaced array manner, a conveying gear (25) is arranged at one end of each conveying roller (24), the conveying gears (25) arranged on each pair of conveying rollers (24) are engaged, and each pair of conveying rollers (24) are driven by a conveying motor to, middle plate (23) are installed to short extension board (211) upper end of second, and middle plate (23) upper surface is tangent with conveying roller (24), and the outer wall of conveying roller (24) all is equipped with soft skid resistant course.

The inflation device according to claim 3, characterized in that, cut unit (3) including installing in feeding frame (30) of medium plate (23) one end, feeding frame (30) upper end is taken shape with running through has cutter motion hole (300), feeding frame (30) both ends are installed upwards to extend and are cut assembly seat (31), it is equipped with between assembly seat (31) to cut screw rod (33), it is connected with cutting motor (34) to cut screw rod (33) one end, install in cutting assembly seat (31) to cut motor (34), it installs on the upper end between assembly seat (31) to cut guide (32), it is equipped with and cuts subassembly (35) to cut screw rod (33).

The inflator according to claim 1, wherein the lower fixing assembly (50) comprises a lower fixing plate (500), one end of the lower fixing plate (500) is provided with a first upper extending support plate (501) in an upward extending manner, the upper end of the first upper extending support plate (501) is provided with a first assembling seat (502), the first assembling seat (502) is provided with a first bearing (503), and the rolling motor (51) is arranged on the first assembling seat (502);
