The invention discloses an opening and closing poking hopper and a using method thereof, wherein the opening and closing poking hopper comprises the following components: a hopper body; the material nozzle is arranged at the bottom of the hopper body; the bag opening cylinder is arranged on the side wall of the hopper body; the first end of the connecting rod is hinged with a piston rod of the bag opening cylinder; a first end of the swing rod is clamped with a second end of the connecting rod; the first end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the second end of the oscillating bar; the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the side wall of the hopper body; the opening plate is arranged on the outer wall of the material nozzle and fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, and can be used for opening a large packaging bag and sending the small packaging bag into the large packaging bag.

The side wall of the hopper body is provided with a mounting seat, and the rotating shaft is rotatably mounted on the mounting seat.
The opening plates are two in number and are respectively arranged on two sides of the material nozzle, and the two opening plates wrap the material nozzle.
