增减复合五轴加工中心机床,床身1上安装有A/C轴摇篮式转台2和Y轴驱动系统3,Y轴驱动系统3驱动横梁4沿Y轴方向移动,横梁4内安装X轴驱动系统5,X轴驱动系统5驱动滑枕架6沿X轴方向移动,滑枕架6内安装Z轴驱动系统7,Z轴驱动系统7驱动滑枕主轴8沿Z轴方向移动,床身内安装有激光喷粉装置9和刀库10。本发明的增减复合五轴加工中心机床特别适用于包括医疗零部件、照单生产产品以及飞机、汽车的试制复杂零件的快速成型加工,节省其试制时间。并且针对一些传统方式如铸造、锻造等无法实现的工件形状和结构也可以加工制造。从而可以使产品结构更加优化,简化加工程序和工艺,提高产品生产效率和产品性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种加工中心机床 , 尤其涉及一种增减复合五轴加工中心机床。
背景技术
3D 打印技术 ( 即增材制造技术 ) 是现阶段世界很多发达国家都在致力于研究的一 种新型产品生产方式,由于其具有传统铸锻造等行业所不具备的一些优势,随着其技术的 不断成熟,必将带来一场新的产业革命。而五轴联动加工中心作为机床行业的高端产品,在 一些异形或复杂零件的加工方面也起着不可替代的作用。结合以上两种技术所形成的增减复合五轴加工机床可以实现复杂零件的从生成到加工成品的全部工序,真正实现了从无到 有。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种既可以进行增材制造,也可以对工件进行去除材料加工,并且可以在两者之间自由切换增减复合五轴加工中心机床。
本发明采用的技术方案是床身上安装有 A/C 轴摇篮式转台和 Y 轴驱动系统 ,Y轴驱动系统驱动横梁沿 Y 轴方向移动 , 横梁内安装 X 轴驱动系统 ,X 轴驱动系统驱动滑枕架 沿 X 轴方向移动 , 滑枕架内安装 Z 轴驱动系统 ,Z 轴驱动系统驱动滑枕主轴沿 Z 轴方向移 动 , 床身内安装有激光喷粉装置和刀库。A/C 轴摇篮式转台可实现 A、C轴的单独旋转或联 动旋转,刀库用于安放机床所使用的刀具并实现自动换刀功能。
激光喷粉装置包括激光系统用水冷机、激光发生器、粉末输送器和激光喷粉头。激光系统用水冷机用于冷却激光发生器及激光喷粉头。增减复合五轴加工中心机床还包括机床用水冷机、排屑器和电气柜。机床用水冷机用于冷却滑枕主轴,排屑器用于机床加工中铁屑的收集,电气柜用于机床的电气元件安放。机床在加工时可以实现刀具与激光喷粉头的自由更换 , 当需要增材制造时,滑枕主轴移动到激光喷粉头放置位置并停止滑枕主轴的旋 转运动,抓取激光喷粉头,然后进行增材制造。当需要进行减材加工时,滑枕主轴将激光喷 粉头放置回原位置,再移动到刀库的换刀点位置,抓取所需要的刀具并恢复主轴旋转运动, 对增材后的零件进行切削加工。
本发明的有益效果是增减复合五轴加工中心机床不仅可完成航空航天、军工、模具以及汽车等主要行业的传统五轴零件批量加工,还特别适用于包括医疗零部件、照单生产产品以及飞机、汽车的试制复杂零件的快速成型加工,节省其试制时间。针对一些传统方式如铸造、锻造等无法实现的工件形状和结构也可以加工制造。从而可以使产品结构更加优化,简化加工程序和工艺,提高生产效率和产品性能。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1 和图 2 所示,增减复合五轴加工中心机床,床身 1 上安装有 A/C 轴摇篮式转 台 2 和 Y 轴驱动系统 3,Y 轴驱动系统 3 驱动横梁 4 沿 Y 轴方向移动 , 横梁 4 内安装 X 轴驱 动系统 5,X 轴驱动系统 5 驱动滑枕架 6 沿 X 轴方向移动 , 滑枕架 6 内安装 Z 轴驱动系统7,Z 轴驱动系统 7 驱动滑枕主轴 8 沿 Z 轴方向移动 ,床身 1 内安装有激光喷粉装置 9 和刀 库 10。A/C 轴摇篮式转台 2 可实现 A、C 轴的单独旋转或联动旋转,刀库 10 用于安放机床所 使用的刀具并实现自动换刀功能。
激光喷粉装置 9 包括激光系统用水冷机 91、激光发生器 92、粉末输送器 93 和激光喷粉头 94。激光系统用水冷机 91 用于冷却激光发生器 92 及激光喷粉头 94。增减复合五 轴加工中心机床还包括机床用水冷机 11、排屑器 12 和电气柜 13。机床用水冷机11 用于冷 却滑枕主轴 8,排屑器 12 用于增减复合五轴加工中心机床加工中铁屑的收集,电气柜 13 用 于增减复合五轴加工中心机床的电气元件安放。增减复合五轴加工中心机床在加工时可以实现刀具与激光喷粉头的自由更换 , 当需要增材制造时,滑枕主轴移动到激光喷粉头放置 位置,停止滑枕主轴的旋转运动并抓取激光喷粉头,然后进行增材制造。当需要进行减材加 工时,滑枕主轴将激光喷粉头放置回原位置,再移动到刀库的换刀点位置,抓取所需要的刀 具并恢复主轴旋转运动,对增材后的零件进行切削加工。
