Abstract
The invention relates to a laundry care appliance (100) having an appliance door (103) for closing an appliance opening (105) of the laundry care appliance (100), an appliance wall (111) with a door retaining opening (139), and a retaining device (113) which is designed to retain a door device (109) for opening or closing the appliance door (103), the retaining device (113) being introduced into the door retaining opening (139). The holding device (113) has a first receptacle (121-1) into which a first edge (141-1) of the appliance wall (111) delimiting the door holding opening (139) fits. The retaining device (113) has a second receptacle (121-2) opposite the first receptacle (121-1), into which a second edge (141-2) of the appliance wall (111) opposite the first edge (141-1) bounding the door retaining opening (139) engages. Technical Field
The invention relates to a laundry care appliance having a holding device.
Background
In conventional laundry care appliances, laundry is introduced into the laundry drum of the laundry care appliance via an appliance opening. Here, the appliance opening is closed by an appliance door. In order to achieve automatic opening of the appliance door (for loading the laundry drum with laundry) or to effectively close the appliance door during operation of the laundry care appliance, conventional laundry care appliances have a door device which is designed to automatically open or close the appliance door. Here, the conventional door device can comprise electromechanical components configured to support the appliance door closed or the appliance door open. The assembly of the closure device or the electromechanical component is often critical here due to the narrow installation space conditions.
A device for locking a closing door of a washing machine is disclosed in EP 1418266 a 2.
Disclosure of Invention
The object on which the invention is based is to specify a laundry care appliance having an advantageously mounted component for closing or releasing the appliance door.
This object is achieved by the subject matter having the features according to the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims, the description and the figures.
According to one aspect, the object is achieved according to the invention by a laundry care appliance having: an appliance door for closing an appliance opening of a laundry care appliance; an appliance wall having a door retention opening; and a holding device, which is designed to hold a door device for opening or closing the appliance door, wherein the holding device is inserted into the door holding opening, wherein the holding device has a first receptacle into which a first edge of the appliance wall delimiting the door holding opening engages, wherein the holding device has a second receptacle opposite the first receptacle into which a second edge of the appliance wall opposite the first edge delimiting the door holding opening engages, wherein the holding device has a deformable latching arm, which is arranged on the first receptacle and is designed to fasten the holding device inserted into the door holding opening in a latching manner to the appliance wall in a fixed position.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: an effective mechanical fixing of the door device to the appliance wall can be ensured by the retaining device. The door device is designed in particular for opening the appliance door, as a result of which the user can advantageously remove the laundry from the laundry drum after the finished laundry care process. The door device is designed in particular for closing the appliance door, thereby ensuring that the user does not inadvertently open the appliance door during an ongoing laundry care process. The door arrangement can be operated electrically and comprises, in particular, electromechanical components.
The holding device is thus fixed on the appliance wall: the edges delimiting the door holding opening are each fitted into a corresponding receptacle of the holding device. A simple assembly of the holding device by snap-in fastening can be ensured by the deformable latching arms of the holding device.
By a laundry care appliance is understood an appliance for laundry care, for example a washing machine or a laundry dryer. Such a laundry care appliance is understood to be, in particular, a domestic laundry care appliance. Namely the following laundry care appliances: the laundry care appliance is used in the framework of a household and treats household-customary quantities of laundry with the laundry care appliance.

The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: a two-stage fixing process of the holding device on the appliance wall can be carried out particularly advantageously. In the release position of the catch arm, neither the first rim nor the second rim is guided into the first receptacle. In a first phase of the fixing process, the first rim is guided into the first receptacle, as a result of which the latching arm is rotated from the release position into the pre-fixing position. In the pre-fixing position, the retaining device is positioned on the appliance wall, whereas the second rim is not yet introduced into the second receptacle. In a second phase of the fixing process, which follows the first phase, the second edge is guided into the second receptacle, as a result of which the latching arm is moved from the pre-fixing position into the fixing position. In the fixed position, the first edge leads into the first receiving portion and the second edge leads into the second receiving portion.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the deformable latching arm has a deformable bending section, in particular a deformable U-shaped bending section, wherein the deformable bending section is deformable when the first edge is introduced into the first receptacle.
The following technical advantages are thereby achieved: the deformable bending section ensures the deformable properties of the deformable latching arm. The deformable bending section is in particular designed as a spring element, wherein, after the deformation of the bending section designed as a spring element (for example due to the introduction of the first rim into the first receptacle), a restoring force is exerted by the bending section, which acts, for example, on the first rim.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a generic laundry care appliance 100, for example a washing machine. The laundry care appliance 100 comprises a storage container 101, which is also referred to as an insertion housing and into which detergent or other laundry care substances can be inserted. The laundry care appliance 100 comprises an appliance door 103 for loading the laundry care appliance 100 with laundry. The appliance door 103 closes the appliance opening 105 on the front side 107 of the laundry care appliance 100. A door arrangement 109 for opening or closing the appliance door 103 on the front side 107 of the laundry care appliance 100 is only schematically illustrated in fig. 1. Furthermore, the laundry care appliance 100 is delimited by an appliance wall 111.
Fig. 2A and 2B show schematic views of a holding device of a door device for holding a laundry care appliance. The holding device 113 is designed to hold a door device 109, not shown in fig. 2A and 2B, for opening or closing the appliance door 103. Here, the holding device 113 is introduced into a door holding opening, not shown in fig. 2A and 2B, of the appliance wall 111 of the laundry care appliance 100.
The holding device 113 has a lower section 115 and an upper section 117 connected to the lower section 115, wherein the upper section 117 has a device receiver 119 which is designed to receive the door device 109. Even if this is not shown in fig. 2A and 2B, here the holding device 113 exits from the inside of the appliance wall 111 through the door holding opening, so that the lower section 115 is arranged on the inside of the appliance wall 111, and so that the upper section 117 passes at least in sections through the door holding opening and extends from the inside of the appliance wall 111 to the outside of the appliance wall 111.
In order to ensure an effective fixing of the holding device 113 on the appliance wall 111, a first receptacle 121-1 (in particular a first receiving groove) and a second receptacle 121-2 (in particular a second receiving groove) opposite the first receptacle 121-1 are arranged between the lower section 115 and the upper section 117.
Here, a first edge of the door holding opening, not shown in fig. 2A and 2B, which delimits the appliance wall 111 fits into the first receptacle 121-1, and a second edge of the door holding opening, not shown in fig. 2A and 2B, which delimits the appliance wall 111 fits into the second receptacle 121-2 here.
In order to ensure effective fastening of the holding device 113 to the appliance wall 111, the holding device 113 has a deformable latching arm 123 which is designed to fasten the holding device 113 introduced into the door holding opening in a latching manner to the appliance wall 111.
The deformable latching arm 123 has a deformable bending section 125, in particular a deformable U-shaped bending section 125, in order to introduce the first rim into the first receptacle 121-1. The deformable latching arm 123 has a deflection element 127, in particular a cam, wherein the deflection element 127 can be deflected by contact with the first edge to introduce the first edge into the first receptacle 121-1.
After the first edge is introduced into the first receiving part 121-1, the second edge can be introduced into the second receiving part 121-2. If two edges are received in the respective receiving parts 121-1, 121-2, the first receiving projection 131-1 delimiting the first receiving part 121-1 abuts on the first edge and the second receiving projection 131-2 delimiting the second receiving part 121-2 abuts on the second edge.
The stop arm 123 is secured to the lower section 115 at the first curved end 133-1 of the curved section 125. Here, the holding device 113 has a lower support element 135, which is arranged between the lower section 115 and the first curved end 133-1 to support the curved section 125.
In order to ensure effective fixing of the holding device 113 on the appliance wall 111, the latching arm 123 has, at a second curved end 133-2 opposite the first curved end 133-1, a latching projection 137 which is designed to bear against and force-load a first rim introduced into the first receptacle 121-1 in the fixing position.
Further, the first receiving portion 121-1 has a first receiving wall 129-1.
Fig. 3A and 3B show schematic views of the holding device during introduction into the door holding opening of the laundry care appliance. The appliance wall 111 has a door retaining opening 139 on the front side 107 of the laundry care appliance 100, into which a retaining device 113 for retaining a door device 109, which is not shown in fig. 3A and 3B, is introduced. Here, the door retention opening 139 is bounded by a first edge 141-1 of the appliance wall 111, and the door retention opening 139 is bounded by a second edge 141-2 of the appliance wall 111 opposite the first edge 141-1.
The holding device 113 has a latching arm 123 with a curved section 125, which is fastened to the lower section 115 of the holding device 113 at a first curved end 133-1 of the curved section 125 and is supported by a lower support element 135.
In order to ensure effective fixing of the holding device 113 on the appliance wall 111, the latching arm 123 has, at a second curved end 133-2 opposite the first curved end 133-1, a latching projection 137 which is designed to bear against a first rim 141-1 introduced into the first receptacle 121-1 in the fixing position and to act upon said first rim 141-1 with force.
The release position of the detent arm 123 is shown in fig. 3A, while the pre-fixed position of the detent arm 123 is shown in fig. 3B. When the latching arm 123 is rotated from the release position into the pre-fixing position as a result of the movement of the holding device 113 in the first movement direction 143-1, in particular as a result of the inward pivoting, the first rim 141-1 engages in the first receptacle 121-1, while the second rim 141-2 does not engage in the second receptacle 121-2.
Here, the deformable stopper arm 123 is biased by: the offset element 127, in particular the cam, arranged on the bending section 125 can be offset by contact with the first edge 141-1, as a result of which the latching arm 123 is rotated from the release position shown in fig. 3A into the pre-fixing position shown in fig. 3B. Due to the offset of the bent section 125, the stopper arm 123 releases the first receiving part 121-1, so that the first rim 141-1 can be effectively guided into the first receiving part 121-1.
Here, the stop protrusion 137 has a protrusion side 145 arranged at an angle with respect to the first rim 141-1, said protrusion side facing the outside of the holding device 113. During the introduction of the first rim 141-1 into the first receptacle 121-1, the first rim 141-1 presses against the projection side 145 of the stop projection 137 and thus delimits the introduction movement.
The latching arm 123 can then be pivoted from the pre-fixing position shown in fig. 3B into the fixing position shown in fig. 4, into which the holding device is moved in the second movement direction 143-2, in particular by being moved.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of the holding device introduced into the door holding opening of the laundry care appliance. Fig. 4 shows the fixing position of the latching arm 123 of the holding device 113 of the laundry care appliance 100.
In the pre-fixing position shown in fig. 3B, only the first rim 141-1 is received in the first receiving portion 121-1, after which the second rim 141-2 is also received in the second receiving portion 121-2 according to the fixing position shown in fig. 4. In the secured position of the detent arm 123, the detent projection 137 of the detent arm 123 rests against the first rim 141-1, so that the detent arm 123 secures the retaining device 113 introduced into the door retaining opening 139 in a detent manner.
If the retaining device 113 is released again from the laundry care appliance 100, the offset element 127, in particular the cam, must be pressed downward by a tool, as a result of which the latching projection 137 of the latching arm 123 is also pressed downward and thus releases the latching fastening, and then the retaining device 113 can be released from the laundry care appliance 100.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic view of the holding device introduced into the door holding opening of the laundry care appliance. On the front side 107 of the laundry care appliance 100, the retaining device 113 is guided from the inside of the appliance wall 111 away from the door retaining opening 139 through the appliance wall 111, so that the upper section 117 of the retaining device 113 extends from the inside of the appliance wall 111 to the outside 147 of the appliance wall 111. Here, the upper section 117 has a device receiving portion 119 for receiving the gate device 109.
The advantage of the present fastening of the retaining device 113 is that an advantageous mechanical fastening of the door arrangement 109 on the front side 107 of the laundry care appliance 100 is achieved and the door retaining opening 139 can be advantageously covered, as a result of which a simplified configuration of the front side 107 and thus an advantageous cleaning possibility results.
Simple mounting and dismounting of the holding device 113 can be ensured by the offset element 127, and an effective locking of the holding device 113 can be checked by the acoustic detent sound caused by the detent arm 123.
All features explained and illustrated in connection with a single embodiment of the invention can be provided in different combinations in the subject matter according to the invention in order to achieve their advantageous effects at the same time.

1. A laundry care appliance (100) having: a utensil door (103) for closing a utensil opening (105) of the laundry care utensil (100); an appliance wall (111) having a door retention opening (139); and a holding device (113) configured to hold a door device (109) for opening or closing the appliance door (103), wherein the holding device (113) is introduced into the door holding opening (139), characterized in that,
the holding device (113) has a first receptacle (121-1) into which a first edge (141-1) of the appliance wall (111) delimiting the door holding opening (139) fits,
the retaining device (113) has a second receptacle (121-2) opposite the first receptacle (121-1), into which a second edge (141-2) of the appliance wall (111) opposite the first edge (141-1) delimiting the door retaining opening (139) engages, and
the retaining device (113) has a deformable latching arm (123) which is arranged on the first receptacle (121-1) and is designed to latch the retaining device (113) inserted into the door retaining opening (139) in a fixed position on the appliance wall (111).
2. A laundry care appliance (100) as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the deformable retaining arm (123) can be rotated from a release position into a pre-fixing position, wherein in the release position the first and second rim (141-2) do not fit into the first and second receptacle (121-1, 121-2), wherein in the pre-fixing position the first rim (141-1) fits into the first receptacle (121-1), wherein in the pre-fixing position the second rim (141-2) does not fit into the second receptacle (121-2), and wherein in the pre-fixing position the deformable retaining arm (123) can be rotated into a pre-fixing position

A laundry care appliance (100) as claimed in any of claims 1, 2, 5 to 8, characterized in that the retaining means (113) can be positioned on the door retaining opening (139) by swinging inwards in a first direction of movement (143-1), and the retaining means (113) can be fixed on the door retaining opening (139) by movement in a second direction of movement (143-2) which is different from the first direction of movement (143-1).
11. A laundry care appliance (100) according to any of claims 1, 2, 5-8, characterized in that the deformable stop arm (123) has a deformable stop projection (137) which is configured to abut against the first rim (141-1) in the securing position in order to snap-fittingly secure a retaining device (113) introduced into the door retaining opening (139) on the appliance wall (111).
12. A laundry care appliance (100) as claimed in claim 11, characterized in that the deformable stop projection (137) has a projection side (145) which is arranged at an angle to the first rim (141-1) and is configured to delimit an introduction movement of the first rim (141-1) into the first receptacle (121-1).
13. The laundry care appliance (100) according to any of claims 1, 2, 5-8, 12, characterized in that the holding device (113) has a lower section (115) and an upper section (117) connected to the lower section (115), wherein the upper section has a device receptacle (119) configured for receiving the door arrangement (109), wherein the first and second receptacles (121-1, 121-2) are arranged between the lower section (115) and the upper section (117).
14. The laundry care appliance (100) according to claim 13, characterized in that the lower section (115) of the holding device (113) is arranged on the inside of the appliance wall (111), wherein the upper section (117) of the holding device (113) passes at least in sections through the door holding opening (139) and extends from the inside of the appliance wall (111) to the outside of the appliance wall (111).

A laundry care appliance (100) according to claim 13, characterized in that the deformable stop arm (123) has a deformable bending section (125) with a first bending end (133-1) and a second bending end (133-2) opposite the first bending end (133-1), wherein the first bending end (133-1) is connected with the lower section (115), wherein a stop projection (137) is arranged on the second bending end (133-2).

The laundry care appliance (100) according to claim 13, characterized in that the deformable stop arm (123) has a U-shaped deformable bending section (125) with a first bending end (133-1) and a second bending end (133-2) opposite the first bending end (133-1), wherein the first bending end (133-1) is connected with the lower section (115) in a material-locking manner, wherein a stop projection (137) is arranged on the second bending end (133-2).
17. A laundry care appliance (100) according to claim 15, characterized in that the holding device (113) has a lower support element (135) arranged between the lower section (115) and the first bent end (133-1) to support the bent section (125).

A laundry care appliance (100) according to any of claims 1, 2, 5-8, 12, 14-17, characterized in that the first receiving portion (121-1) is bounded by a first receiving projection (131-1), wherein in the fixed position the first receiving projection (131-1) abuts on the first rim (141-1), wherein the second receiving portion (121-2) is bounded by a second receiving projection (131-2), wherein in the fixed position the second receiving projection (131-2) abuts on the second rim (141-2).
19. A laundry care appliance (100) as claimed in claim 18, characterized in that the first and second receiving projections (131-1, 131-2) are configured as deformable receiving projections (131-1, 131-2).
20. A laundry care appliance (100) as claimed in claim 18, characterized in that the first and second receiving projections (131-1, 131-2) are configured as elastically deformable receiving projections.

Laundry care appliance (100) according to any of claims 1, 2, 5-8, 12, 14-17, 19, 20, characterized in that the door arrangement (109) comprises an electromechanical door opening arrangement for opening the appliance door (103), wherein the electromechanical door opening arrangement has a movably supported opening pin which is configured for opening the appliance door (103) in the frame of an opening movement and/or
