Claims (10)

1. A method of surgical emergency alerting, the method comprising:
monitoring vital sign data of a patient in real time during a surgical procedure;
and if the vital sign data of the patient continuously exceed the standard range within the set time and the risk grade index in the surgical information of the patient is higher than the preset value, transmitting the surgical information of the patient to at least one terminal and controlling alarm equipment to send out an alarm signal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before sending the surgical information of the patient to at least one terminal and controlling an alarm device to send an alarm signal, after the vital sign data of the patient continuously exceeds a standard range within a set time and the risk level index in the surgical information of the patient is higher than a preset value, the method further comprises:
and pushing an early warning prompt page to a monitoring terminal of the operating room where the patient is located, and determining that an alarm instruction is received.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to an alarm key triggering instruction of an operating room in which a patient is located, sending operation information of the patient to at least one terminal, and controlling alarm equipment to send an alarm signal; or
Responding to an alarm instruction of a nursing terminal, sending the operation information of the patient to at least one terminal, and controlling alarm equipment to send an alarm signal; or
And responding to an alarm instruction of the management terminal page, sending the operation information of the patient to at least one terminal, and controlling alarm equipment to send an alarm signal.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the patient undergoing surgery comprises at least one category of patient;
transmitting the surgical information of the patient to at least one terminal, and controlling an alarm device to send out an alarm signal, comprising:
if operation information of a plurality of patients in the same category needs to be sent in the operation process, determining the alarm sequence of the patients according to the risk level indexes of the patients;
and transmitting the operation information of the plurality of patients to at least one terminal according to the alarm sequence of the plurality of patients, and controlling the alarm equipment to send out an alarm signal.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the surgical information of the patient is transmitted to at least one terminal by any one or more of:
transmitting the surgical information of the patient to at least one nursing terminal of a corresponding department;
transmitting the patient's surgical information to at least one portal display screen of a corresponding department;
transmitting the patient's surgical information to at least one nurse workstation of a corresponding department;
and transmitting the operation information of the patient to at least one terminal used by a doctor who is idle in shift and matched with the operation information.
6. An apparatus for surgical emergency alert, the apparatus comprising: a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores program code that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of:
monitoring vital sign data of a patient in real time during a surgical procedure;
and if the vital sign data of the patient continuously exceed the standard range within the set time and the risk grade index in the surgical information of the patient is higher than the preset value, transmitting the surgical information of the patient to at least one terminal and controlling alarm equipment to send out an alarm signal.
7. The device of claim 6, wherein the processor is further specifically configured to:
and pushing an early warning prompt page to a monitoring terminal of the operating room where the patient is located, and determining that an alarm instruction is received.
8. The device of claim 6, wherein the processor is further specifically configured to:
