The terms "first," "second," and "third" (if any) in the description and claims of the invention and the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between different objects and not for describing a particular order. Furthermore, the terms "comprises" and any variations thereof, are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements listed, but may alternatively include other steps or elements not listed, or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The visitor permission management method aims to solve the problems that manual participation is needed, operation is not simple and convenient, extra resource consumption exists and the like in the existing visitor permission management scheme. The invention particularly provides a visitor permission management method, a platform and a system applicable to the visitor permission management method. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a guest permission management system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The guest authority management system 100 as shown in fig. 1 includes: a visitor service platform 102, at least one elevator 104, an entry gate 106, and a door access system 108. Optionally, a guest terminal 110 may also be included in the guest authority management system 100. Wherein:
a guest service platform 102 supporting interconnection with at least one elevator 104, an entry gate 106, a door access system 108, and a guest terminal 110, respectively. Optionally, any two components in the system may communicate with each other through the guest service platform 102, e.g., the guest terminal 110 supports communication with the entry gate 106 through the guest service platform 102. The guest service platform 102 may invoke or otherwise use a repository database 112, the repository database 112 having data stored therein for use by the guest service platform 102. Illustratively, the storage database 112 stores therein visitor permission information of a visitor to identify whether a target visitor has permission based on the visitor permission information when the target visitor visits, which is described in detail below.
An Application (APP), which may also be referred to as an applet, is deployed in guest terminal 110. Any visitor can fill in reservation information through the applet, such as a reservation name, a reservation visit time (hereinafter, referred to as reservation time), a reservation visit floor (hereinafter, referred to as reservation floor), a company address of the reservation visit, or other visitor-defined information. The guest terminal 110 may transmit the guest's subscription information to the guest service platform 102 through the network. Accordingly, after receiving the reservation information of the visitor, the visitor service platform 102 may display the reservation information to a corresponding approval or management personnel for approval, so as to configure corresponding visitor permission information for the visitor. For example, after the approval personnel approves the appointment information of the visitor, the visitor service platform 102 may obtain the specific visiting time, visiting floor and other information of the visitor according to the appointment information, and further configure the corresponding visiting time and the passing authority of the visiting floor for the visitor, for example, the passing authority of an open elevator reaching the visiting floor at the corresponding visiting time, the passing authority of an open entrance gate at the corresponding visiting time, and the like.
Optionally, after the guest service platform 102 determines that the reservation information of a certain guest has been approved, the guest permission information of the guest may be written into the corresponding storage database 112 for subsequent use. The guest service platform 102 may also generate a corresponding guest code for the guest, including but not limited to the guest's cell phone number, two-dimensional code, or other custom information code for authentication. In the present invention, the visitor code is taken as a two-dimensional code as an example to explain relevant contents, and the visitor service platform 102 may issue the two-dimensional code (visitor code) to the visitor terminal 110, so that the visitor terminal 110 can perform permission verification based on the two-dimensional code to realize a corresponding reserved visit.
Both the entrance gate 106 and the access control system 108 belong to an access control device. Also, the entrance gate 106 and the access control system 108 are only two examples of the access control device, but are not limited thereto, and the access control device may be, for example, a scanner deployed in an elevator as an access control system, a card punch deployed in an office area as an access control system, or the like. The access control device may receive a visitor code transmitted from the visitor holding the visitor terminal 110 to perform authority verification on the visitor according to the visitor code. Specifically, the access control device may send a visitor verification message to the visitor service platform 102 to verify the authority of the visitor. The visitor verification information may be a visitor code, or may be information such as a visitor identifier of the visitor obtained by parsing the visitor code. After the verification is successful, the access control device can realize automatic unlocking and allow visitors to pass.
The number of elevators 104 is not limited, and may be one or more. In the present application, after the visitor is successfully verified by the visitor service platform 102, the dispatch elevator may be selected from the at least one elevator 104, and a dispatch elevator command may be sent to the dispatch elevator to dispatch the visitor to the reserved destination floor using the dispatch elevator. The choice of the dispatch elevator is described in detail below in this application.
In practical applications, the guest service platform 102 may be specifically deployed in one terminal or a plurality of terminals, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The terminal related to the present invention may include an internet device such as a smart phone (e.g., an Android phone, an IOS phone, etc.), a personal computer, a tablet computer, a palmtop computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), or a wearable smart device, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
Based on the above system framework, please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for managing guest permissions according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method shown in fig. 2 specifically includes the following implementation steps:
step S201, the entrance guard device obtains a visitor code of a target visitor.
The visitor code of the target visitor can be specifically a verification code for verifying the identity of the target visitor, and the verification code can include but is not limited to a two-dimensional code, a mobile phone number or other self-defined verification codes. The access device may be embodied as a device or component having access control functions, which may include, but is not limited to, an entry gate 106 and an access control system 108 of the system of fig. 1.
In one example, a target guest holds a guest terminal 110 with an applet deployed in the guest terminal 110. The target visitor can fill in a self reservation application through the applet, and the reservation application comprises reservation information required to be filled in by the target visitor. The reservation information includes, but is not limited to, a time period required for a reservation (referred to as reservation time above), a destination floor, a corresponding entrance guard, a name and a contact address of the user, and the like. The target visitor sends the reservation information of the target visitor to the approval terminal held by the approval employee through the visitor service platform 102 through the visitor terminal 110. Alternatively, the approval terminal may be a terminal independent from the deployment of the guest service platform 102, or may be a terminal supporting the deployment of the guest service platform 102. After the approval terminal receives the reservation application of the target visitor, the approval or refusal of the reservation application can be confirmed.
Optionally, when the specific implementation is performed, the appointment time that the target visitor needs to visit, the access control of the target floor and the related access control device, or other appointment information may also be configured by the approval terminal, and may be actively filled by an approval person at the approval terminal side, which is not limited in the present invention. For example, an approval employee at the approval terminal may first fill out the time supporting the visit reservation of the target visitor, the target floor, the access control device relating to the corresponding access authority definition, and the like. After completion of the information filling, it may be transmitted to the guest terminal 110 of the target guest side. After receiving the information, the guest terminal 110 may continue to complete the filling in of the reservation application, for example, filling in personal information such as personal name, mobile phone number, and the like. After the guest terminal 110 completes the appointment application, the appointment application may be submitted to an approval terminal through the guest service platform 102 to approve or reject the appointment application.
Optionally, after the guest service platform 102 knows that the subscription application of the target guest passes the approval, a corresponding guest code may be generated for the target guest, and specifically, according to the subscription application (i.e., subscription information) of the target guest, it knows that the guest permission information configured for the target guest generates a corresponding guest code, where the guest code is used to perform identity verification or permission verification on the target guest. Optionally, the visitor code may carry a visitor identification of the target visitor, which is used to distinguish the target visitor, and may be the name, number, ID number or other information of the target visitor. Further, the guest service platform 102 may send the guest code to the guest terminal 110.
In practical application, the visitor code may be generated by the approval terminal for the target visitor after approval of the reservation application of the target visitor. The approval terminal further sends the guest code to the guest terminal 110 through the guest service platform 102.
And S202, the access control device acquires visitor verification information of the target visitor.
The visitor verification information refers to information for verifying a target visitor, and may include, but is not limited to, a visitor code of the target visitor, a visitor identification of the target visitor, an effective access time of the target visitor, an effective access frequency of the target visitor, a face image of the target visitor, identity information of the target visitor, or other customized information for authority or identity verification.
When a target visitor needs access to a certain place (e.g., an office area), the target visitor may present the access code acquired by the visitor terminal 110. The access control device obtains visitor verification information accessed by the target by scanning or obtaining the access code. The guest verification information may specifically include a guest code of the target guest, or a guest identification of the target guest. For example, taking the visitor identification of the target visitor and the visitor code as two-dimensional codes as examples, after the access control device obtains the two-dimensional codes displayed by the visitor terminal 110, the two-dimensional codes can be analyzed to obtain the visitor identification of the target visitor.
Step S203, the access control device sends the visitor verification information to the visitor service platform 102, so as to send the visitor verification information to the visitor service platform 102. Accordingly, the guest service platform 102 receives the guest authentication information.
And S204, the visitor service platform 102 carries out permission verification on the target visitor according to the visitor verification information and determines whether the target visitor has the permission to enter the access control device.
After obtaining the visitor verification information, the access control device may send a verification request to the visitor service platform 102 for requesting verification of the target visitor. Accordingly, after receiving the verification request, the visitor service platform may obtain the visitor verification information of the target visitor. The visitor authentication information may be carried in the authentication request, or may be the visitor authentication information of the target visitor obtained from the guest terminal 110 after obtaining the authentication request, which is not limited in the present invention.
In practical application, the verification request may also carry system-defined information, such as an identification ID of the access control device. For example, taking the visitor identification information as the visitor identification (e.g., the visitor ID number of the target visitor), and the access control device as the entry gate 106, the authentication request may specifically carry the identification ID of the target visitor and the identification ID of the entry gate. Optionally, the identification ID of the entrance gate may be used to subsequently assign a corresponding dispatch elevator to the target visitor in the vicinity according to the identification ID of the entrance gate, so as to dispatch the target visitor to the reserved target floor by using the dispatch elevator.
After the guest service platform 102 receives the verification request, the guest verification information of the target guest can be obtained. And further performing permission verification on the visitor verification information of the target visitor to determine whether the target visitor has the permission to enter the access control device. Several embodiments of S204 are described below.
In one embodiment, the guest verification information is a guest identification of the target guest, and step S204 specifically includes the following implementation steps.
In step S11, the guest service platform 102 searches the guest permission information of the target guest from the storage database 112 corresponding to the guest service platform 102 according to the guest identification of the target guest.
The visitor permission information of the present invention is used to indicate the permission that the target visitor has when accessing, such as whether the visitor has a right of way to access an access control device (e.g., the entrance gate 106 or the access control system 108). The visitor permission information is permission information configured for the target visitor, which is obtained after the visitor service platform 102 determines that the reservation application of the target visitor passes approval.
And step S12, identifying the visitor permission information and determining whether the target visitor has the permission to enter the entrance guard device.
The guest service platform 102 may identify the guest permission information of the target guest by looking up the guest permission information of the target guest from the storage database 112 according to the guest identification of the target guest. And determining whether the visitor permission information indicates the permission of the target visitor to enter the access control device.
In yet another embodiment, the guest authentication information is biometric information of the target guest. Step S204 specifically includes the following implementation steps:
in step S21, the guest service platform 102 obtains the biometric information of the target guest in the guest authentication information and obtains the pre-stored biometric information of the target guest from the storage database 112.
The biometric information of the present invention refers to characteristic information for identifying a target visitor, which may include, but is not limited to, iris, human face, eye mask, fingerprint, palm print, or other characteristic information. Taking the biometric information as the face as an example, the biometric information may be acquired by a camera, or may be sent from other devices, which is not limited in the present invention.
Step S22, the visitor service platform 102 matches the pre-stored biometric information with the biometric information of the target visitor according to the similarity.
And step S23, the visitor service platform 102 determines whether the target visitor has the right of access to the access control device according to the similarity.
The visitor service platform 102 performs similarity matching on the pre-stored biometric information and the biometric information of the target visitor by using a preset similarity calculation method, and calculates the similarity between the pre-stored biometric information and the biometric information of the target visitor. If the similarity is larger than the first threshold value, the target visitor can be determined to have the passing permission to enter the entrance guard device. Otherwise, if the similarity is smaller than or equal to the first threshold, it may be determined that the target visitor does not have the right of passage to enter the access control device. The first threshold is set by the system in a self-defined mode, for example, the first threshold is set by the user according to the actual requirement of the user in a self-defined mode, or is obtained according to a series of statistical data statistics.
The predetermined similarity algorithm includes, but is not limited to, euclidean distance (euclidean metric), also referred to as euclidean distance, pearson correlation coefficient, cosine similarity, or other algorithms for calculating similarity.
In another embodiment, the visitor verification information is identity information of the target visitor, and step S204 specifically includes the following implementation steps:
step S31, the guest service platform 102 verifies whether the identity information of the target guest is legitimate.
The identity information of the present invention refers to information for verifying the identity of the target guest, which may include, but is not limited to, an identification card number of the target guest, and the like. Taking the id number of the target visitor as an example, the visitor service platform 102 may verify whether the id number of the target visitor is authentic to determine whether the identity information of the target visitor is legitimate.
Step S32, when legal, the visitor service platform 102 determines whether the identity information of the target visitor is in a preset white list, so as to determine whether the target visitor has a right of access to the access control device.
When the identity information of the target guest is legal, the guest service platform 102 may determine whether the identity information of the target guest is located in a preset white list stored in the storage database 112. If the visitor service platform is in the preset white list, the visitor service platform 102 may determine that the target visitor has a right of passage to enter the access control device; otherwise, it may be determined that the target visitor does not have the right of passage to enter the access control device.
Optionally, if the storage database 112 corresponding to the guest service platform 102 stores a predetermined blacklist for no passing. The visitor service platform 102 may determine whether the identity information of the target visitor is in a predetermined blacklist when the identity information of the target visitor is legal. If the visitor service platform is in the preset blacklist, the visitor service platform 102 may determine that the target visitor does not have the right of passage to enter the access control device; conversely, the guest service platform 102 may determine that the target guest has a right of way to access the access control device.
In still another embodiment, the guest authentication information may further include a valid authentication time and/or a valid authentication number of the guest authentication information, and the step S204 may further include the implementation steps of:
s41, the visitor service platform 102 verifies whether the valid verification time and/or valid verification times of the visitor verification information exceed the corresponding threshold value, so as to determine whether the target visitor has the right of access to the access control device.
Before the visitor service platform 102 determines whether the target visitor has the right of access to the access control device, the visitor service platform 102 further needs to verify the valid verification time and/or valid verification times of the visitor verification information. Specifically, taking the visitor verification information as a two-dimensional code as an example, the two-dimensional code also carries valid verification time and/or valid verification times of the visitor verification information, and after obtaining the visitor verification information, the visitor service platform 102 needs to verify whether the valid verification time of the two-dimensional code is within a preset time threshold and/or whether the valid verification times of the two-dimensional code is within a preset time threshold. The preset time threshold or the preset times threshold is set by a system in a self-defined mode. If the valid verification time is within a preset time threshold and/or the valid verification times are within a preset time threshold, the visitor service platform 102 determines that the target visitor has a right of passage to enter the access control device. Otherwise, the visitor service platform 102 determines that the target visitor does not have the right of access to the access control device.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention can be implemented individually or in combination, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
And S205, when the target visitor has the right of way, the visitor service platform 102 sends an unlocking instruction to the access control device, wherein the unlocking instruction is used for indicating the access control device to unlock.
And S206, the entrance guard device receives the unlocking instruction, responds to the unlocking instruction, and unlocks the entrance guard device indicated by the unlocking instruction.
After determining that the target visitor has the right of passing into the access control device, the visitor service platform 102 may send an unlocking instruction to the access control device to instruct the access control device to unlock. Correspondingly, the access control device receives and responds to the unlocking instruction to unlock.
Optionally, the visitor service platform 102 may notify the approval employee that the target visitor arrives for access after determining that the target visitor has the right to access the access control device. Specifically, the visitor service platform 102 may send a notification message to an approval terminal held by an approval employee to notify a target visitor that the visitor is currently entering the access control device, that access is about to be achieved. The specific implementation form of the notification message is not limited, and may include, but is not limited to, a short message, an image, a subtitle, or other manners.
In an alternative embodiment, the method shown in fig. 2 further includes the following steps S207 and S208, specifically:
and step S207, when the target visitor has the right of way, the visitor service platform 102 sends a dispatching elevator instruction to a dispatching elevator, wherein the dispatching elevator is an elevator supporting the target visitor in at least one elevator. Accordingly, the dispatch elevator receives the dispatch elevator command.
And S208, the dispatching elevator responds to the elevator dispatching command and dispatches the target visitor.
When the visitor service platform 102 determines that the target visitor has the right of way, the visitor service platform 102 can obtain the identification ID of the access control device, and then allocates a dispatching elevator for the access control device according to the identification ID of the access control device nearby, wherein the dispatching elevator is one of at least one elevator used for dispatching the target visitor. Alternatively, the dispatch elevator may be an elevator supporting the arrival of the target floor reserved by the target visitor. The access control device includes but is not limited to an entrance gate, an exit gate of an office area, and the like. Specifically, taking an entrance guard device as an entrance gate as an example, the visitor service platform 102 acquires an elevator group ID according to an identification ID of the entrance gate, acquires a dispatch elevator supporting a target visitor from the elevator group ID according to visitor authority information (e.g., a target floor required to be reached by a reservation) of the target visitor, and calls an Application Programming Interface (API) of the dispatch elevator to reserve the target floor required to be reached by the target visitor. Further the visitor service platform 102 may also send a dispatch elevator order to the dispatch elevator to reach the target floor.
After the visitor service platform 102 assigns the dispatch elevator to the entrance gate 106, a dispatch prompt instruction may be sent to the entrance gate 106, where the instruction is used to instruct the display screen of the entrance gate 106 to display the elevator number of the dispatch elevator to prompt the target visitor to take the dispatch elevator.
Optionally, after detecting the target visitor entering or exiting the access control device, the visitor service platform 102 may send a corresponding prompt message to the visitor terminal 110, where the prompt message is used to prompt the target visitor for the next operation. For example, when the target visitor enters the entrance gate, a first prompt message may be sent to the visitor terminal 110 to prompt the target visitor of the number of the elevator to be taken or the route, direction and distance to the elevator to be taken. For another example, after the target visitor enters or leaves the dispatch elevator, a second prompt message may be sent to the visitor terminal 110 for prompting the target visitor to enter information such as a route, a direction, and a distance of the access area (e.g., an office area), or prompting other system-defined information, and the invention is not limited thereto.
In practical applications, the guest terminal 110 of the present invention is deployed with an applet, and a target guest can reserve access through the applet in the guest terminal 110, which is described above. Optionally, the target guest may receive a corresponding prompt message sent by the guest service platform 102 through an applet in the guest terminal 110 to prompt the target guest for a specific operation in the next step. For example, please refer to fig. 3(a) -3 (c) to illustrate three scenarios of guest permission management. Fig. 3(a) shows a detailed diagram of a guest code. When a target visitor needs to make a reserved visit, the visitor code (shown as a two-dimensional code) needs to be presented through an applet of the visitor terminal 110 for scanning and verification by a scanner of the access control device. Optionally, the applet of the guest terminal 110 may also receive a prompt message sent by the guest service platform 102 or other device, for example, fig. 3(b) the guest service platform 102 may also assign a dispatch elevator to the target guest after verifying that the target guest has the right to enter the access control device, and feed back to the applet. Accordingly, the target visitor can know the required direction and route of the visitor after entering the entrance guard device (such as an entrance gate), the required delivery elevator for taking the visitor and the like through page display of the small program. As shown in the interface of fig. 3(b), the target visitor can know that the visitor can walk 500 meters to the right to reach the third elevator after passing through the entrance gate to wait for taking the third elevator.
When the target visitor is about to arrive at the target floor and leave the dispatching elevator, the applet can also receive prompt information pushed by the visitor service platform 102, the prompt information is used for prompting the target visitor to enter information such as a route and a direction of an access area (such as an office area), specifically, the applet can be displayed on an interface in a navigation map mode, and the target visitor is prompted to arrive at the access area more conveniently and quickly in a graph and voice mode. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3(c), after the target visitor arrives at the target floor, the information such as the route of the visitor entering the access area can be checked through the applet, and the target visitor is prompted to go to the right 300 meters to arrive at a reception conference room and the like as shown in the figure.
By implementing the embodiment of the invention, the target visitor uses the applet to make visitor reservation, which is not limited by regions and enlarges the utilization rate of visitor reservation. The entrance gate, the elevator and the access control system in the visitor authority management system carry out unified authority management without repeatedly registering the authority, thereby saving the operation flow. Linkage management of devices in the system can be achieved, and visitor experience is enhanced. In addition, visitor's permission information still can subdivide to floor and entrance guard, is favorable to further promoting visitor's permission management's security.
