if T is less than Tmax/2, or T is more than or equal to Tmax/2 but Ti is less than 2 months, determining that the physical examination result of any business item is early warning;
if T is more than or equal to Tmax/2 and Ti is more than or equal to 2 months, the physical examination result of any business item is determined to be normal.
The determining module 503 is specifically configured to:
s103-1, determining business matters with association relation with the lead transaction item as transaction information;
s103-2, determining business items which have no association relation with the backlog items but have abnormal physical examination results and early warning as handling information;
s103-3, forming final transacted information according to the business relation between the transacted information obtained in S103-1 and S103-2.
Optionally, the backlog is a business guide item, or a business consultation item;
wherein S103-3 specifically comprises:
if the conducting item is a business consultation item, forming a business handling guide according to the business relation between the handling information obtained in S103-1 and S103-2; determining a business handling guide as final handling information;
if the lead transaction item is a business guide item, corresponding transaction objects are determined according to the transaction information obtained in S103-1 and S103-2, and final transaction information is determined according to the transaction objects.
Optionally, determining final transacting information according to the transacting object, including:
if the number of the transacted objects is 1, determining the information of the transacted objects as final transacted information;
if the number of the handling objects is multiple, determining the distance dj between each handling object and the current position, determining the current service saturation Cj of each handling object, and determining final handling information according to the distance dj between each handling object and the current position and the current service saturation Cj of each handling object;

According to the system provided by the embodiment, after the backlog and the user information are acquired, the user information is verified, then the identity examination is performed according to the user information, and finally the handling information is determined according to the examination result, so that intelligent backlog is realized.

1. A self-help lead method, the method comprising:
s101, acquiring a guide transaction item and user information;
s102, after verifying the user information, carrying out identity examination according to the user information;
s103, determining handling information according to the physical examination result;
s104, feeding back the handling information;
wherein each user corresponds to only one piece of user information, and each user corresponds to at least one business item;
in S102, performing identity check according to the user information specifically includes:
s102-1, determining the states of related business matters according to the user information, wherein the states are normal or abnormal;
s102-2, for related business matters with time limit constraint, determining the effective time limit of each item, wherein the effective time limit is positive number, which indicates that the constraint time limit is not reached, negative number, which indicates that the constraint time limit is exceeded, and 0, which indicates that the day is the last day of the constraint time limit; for related business matters without time constraint, determining the effective time limit of each item to be positive infinity;
s102-3, identity examination is carried out according to the state and the effective time limit of the business items.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein S102-3 comprises:
for business matters with abnormal states or negative effective time limit, determining that the physical examination result is abnormal;
for business matters with normal states and non-positive effective time limit, determining that the physical examination result is early warning;
for business matters with normal states and positive effective time limits, determining the physical examination result according to the effective time limits.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein for the business item whose status is normal but whose validity time limit is positive, determining the physical examination result according to the validity time limit includes:
for any business item whose state is normal, but whose validity time limit is positive,
determining a maximum validity period Tmax of any business item;
determining a ratio t=ti/Tmax, wherein Ti is an effective time limit of any service item;
if T is less than Tmax/2, or T is more than or equal to Tmax/2 but Ti is less than 2 months, determining that the physical examination result of any business item is early warning;
if T is more than or equal to Tmax/2 and Ti is more than or equal to 2 months, determining that the physical examination result of any business item is normal.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein S103 specifically comprises:
s103-1, determining business matters with association relation with the guide and transaction item as transaction information;
s103-2, determining business matters which have no association relation with the backlog matters but have abnormal physical examination results and early warning as handling information;
s103-3, forming final transacted information according to the business relation between the transacted information obtained in S103-1 and S103-2.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the backlog is a business guideline or a business consultation;
the step S103-3 specifically comprises the following steps:
if the guide transaction item is a business consultation item, forming a business transaction guide according to the business relation between the transaction information obtained in S103-1 and S103-2; determining the business handling guide as final handling information;
if the guide transaction item is a business guide item, determining a corresponding transaction object according to the transaction information obtained in S103-1 and S103-2, and determining final transaction information according to the transaction object.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining final transaction information based on the transaction object comprises:
if the number of the transacted objects is 1, determining the information of the transacted objects as final transacted information;
if the number of the handling objects is multiple, determining the distance dj between each handling object and the current position, determining the current service saturation Cj of each handling object, and determining final handling information according to the distance dj between each handling object and the current position and the current service saturation Cj of each handling object;
and j is a transacted object identifier.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein Cj = number of transactions in a queue of transaction objects j × a preset average transaction duration (1+|transaction object j current transaction duration-preset average transaction duration|/preset average transaction duration).
8. The method of claim 7, wherein determining final transaction information based on the distance dj of each transaction object from the current location and the current traffic saturation Cj of each transaction object comprises:
calculating the value Ej of dj/1.2-Cj;
selecting information of a transaction object corresponding to j with the largest k1 x Ej+k2/dj as final transaction information;
wherein k1 and k2 are preset coefficients.
