Abstract
The invention discloses a method for updating commodity information, which comprises the following steps: establishing a standard commodity database according to commodity data information of a supplier; matching the commodities in the shop with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the key parameters of the commodities; and obtaining the commodities with the completely matched key parameters, updating the commodity database of the shop by using the standard commodity database, keeping the commodity data of the shop consistent with the data in the standard commodity database, and solving the problem that the same commodity in the shop has multiple data or inaccurate data.

The application relates to the field of data processing, in particular to a method for updating commodity information and a device for updating the commodity information.
Background
With the development of internet technology, online shopping has become a trend, and stores have more and more commodities, and correspondingly, the management of commodities is more and more complicated, and meanwhile, due to improper management, the uploaded commodities are not matched and corrected, and the condition that the same commodity has multiple data or the commodity data is inaccurate exists in the stores, so that on one hand, trouble is brought to purchasing of buyers, and on the other hand, pressure is brought to a store system.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for updating commodity information according to an embodiment of the present application, and the method provided by the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1.

In the process from production and manufacture to online display and sale of commodities, a commodity supplier is not left, wherein the supplier is a button belt connecting a factory and a shop, a management platform of the supplier uploads latest information of the commodities or acquires the latest information of the commodities from a factory related management system, and the information is initial information of the commodities transferred from factory production completion to market and can also be considered as standard information of the commodities. The sellers mainly complete the selling work of the commodities, and can upload the commodities to their stores or provide the commodities to other stores for online display and selling, and part of the commodity information may be modified in the process of uploading the commodities to the stores, so that the commodity information in the stores is generally changed. This leads to a problem that the same item in the shop has multiple pieces of data or data is inaccurate. To solve the problem, firstly, a standard commodity database is established according to commodity data information of a supplier, and the standard commodity database at least comprises: brand, item number, and specification fields.

After the standard commodity database is established, the brands, the commodity numbers and the specification fields are used as key parameters of the commodities, and the commodities in the shop are matched with the commodities in the standard commodity database. Then, matching the commodities in the stores with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the key parameters of the commodities, and firstly, matching the commodities in the stores with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the standard names or synonyms of the brands of the commodities to obtain the commodities with matched brands; then, matching the commodities of the shops with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the standard name or synonym of the commodity number of the commodity to obtain commodities with matched commodity numbers; and finally, matching the standard names or synonyms of the commodities with the goods numbers according to the specifications of the commodities, and matching the commodities in the stores with the commodities in the standard commodity database to obtain the commodities with matched specifications.

In step S102, the product of the store and the product in the standard product database are obtained, and the two product databases include products with completely matched brands, product numbers and specifications, which can be considered as the same product, and then the product database of the store is updated by using the standard product database to keep the product data of the store consistent with the data in the standard product database. If a plurality of commodities in the shop are matched with one piece of standard commodity data in the standard commodity database at the same time, the commodity database of the shop is updated, and meanwhile, the plurality of commodity data in the shop can be merged. The product database of the store may be updated manually or may be updated periodically by using the standard product database.
Meanwhile, for the commodities with the key parameters which are not completely matched, the commodities can be displayed in the background of the shop after the commodity data of the shop is updated, and whether the corresponding modification or deletion is carried out or not is manually confirmed, so that the accuracy of the data is kept.
In accordance with the present application, there is provided a method for updating commodity information, as shown in fig. 2, further comprising:
a standard goods database establishing unit 210 for establishing a standard goods database according to the goods data information of the supplier;
a matching unit 220, configured to match the commodities in the store with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the key parameters of the commodities;
and an updating unit 230, configured to obtain the product with the completely matched key parameter, and update the product database of the store using the standard product database.
Preferably, the matching unit includes:
the brand matching subunit is used for matching the commodities in the stores with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the standard names or synonyms of the brands of the commodities to obtain commodities with matched brands;
the commodity number matching subunit is used for matching the commodities of the shops with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the standard name or synonym of the commodity number of the commodity to obtain the commodities with matched commodity numbers;
and the specification matching subunit is used for matching the standard names or synonyms of the commodities with the commodity numbers, which are matched with each other, of the stores with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the specifications of the commodities to obtain the commodities with the matched specifications.
The application provides a commodity information updating method, which is characterized in that a standard commodity database is established according to commodity data information of a supplier, commodities in a store are matched with commodities in the standard commodity database according to key parameters of the commodities, the commodities with the key parameters completely matched are updated by using the standard commodity database, the commodity data of the store is kept consistent with data in the standard commodity database, and the problem that the same commodity in the store has a plurality of data or inaccurate data is solved.

Claims (9)
1. A method for updating commodity information, comprising:
establishing a standard commodity database according to commodity data information of a supplier;
matching the commodities in the shop with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the key parameters of the commodities;
and obtaining the commodities with the completely matched key parameters, and updating the commodity database of the shop by using the standard commodity database.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the standard goods database comprises at least: brand, item number, and specification fields.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the key parameters of the commodity comprise three parameters: brand, item number and specification.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and setting standard names and synonyms of key parameters of the commodities.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein synonyms of key parameters of the commodity comprise at least:
chinese, English, or a combination thereof.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein matching the store's items with items in a standard item database based on key parameters of the items comprises:
matching the commodities of the shop with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the standard names or synonyms of the brands of the commodities to obtain commodities with matched brands;
matching the commodities of the shops with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the standard name or synonym of the commodity number of the commodity to obtain commodities with matched commodity numbers;
and matching the commodities in the stores with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the standard names or synonyms of the commodities with the commodity matched with the commodity number to obtain the commodities with the commodity number specification.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the item with the matching key parameter is obtained, and the item database of the store is updated by using the standard item database to keep the item data of the store consistent with the data in the standard item database.
8. An apparatus for updating commodity information, comprising:
a standard commodity database establishing unit for establishing a standard commodity database according to commodity data information of a supplier;
the matching unit is used for matching the commodities of the shop with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the key parameters of the commodities;
and the updating unit is used for acquiring the commodities with the completely matched key parameters and updating the commodity database of the shop by using the standard commodity database.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the matching unit comprises:
the brand matching subunit is used for matching the commodities in the stores with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the standard names or synonyms of the brands of the commodities to obtain commodities with matched brands;
the commodity number matching subunit is used for matching the commodities of the shops with the commodities in the standard commodity database according to the standard name or synonym of the commodity number of the commodity to obtain the commodities with matched commodity numbers;
and the specification matching subunit is used for matching the standard names or synonyms of the commodities with the commodity numbers according to the specifications of the commodities, matching the commodities in the stores with the commodities in the standard commodity database and obtaining the commodities with the matched commodity numbers.
