Detailed Description
Embodiments of an ac mediation device, an ac mediation method, and a storage medium according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[ integral Structure ]
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of an ac system 1 including an ac mediation device according to an embodiment. The ac system 1 includes, for example, an ac mediation device 100 and a plurality of terminal devices 200-1 to 200-n (n is an integer of 2 or more).
Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, the terminal devices 200-1 to 200-6 will be used. The terminal devices 200-1 to 200-6 are terminals used by the users a to F, respectively. The ac mediation apparatus 100 and the terminal apparatuses 200-1 to 200-6 are connected via a network NW such as a WAN (Wide Area network), a LAN (Local Area Network ), the internet, a dedicated line, a wireless base station, a provider, a Wi-Fi network, bluetooth (registered trademark), or the like, for example. In the following description, when it is not distinguished which terminal device is the terminal devices 200-1 to 200-6, the symbol indicating which terminal device is the terminal device and the number of the same is omitted, and the symbol is called "terminal device 200". The same applies to other configurations described using hyphens.
The communication mediating apparatus 100 may be a computer included in a cloud computing system, for example, and may be a computer that operates independently of other devices. The communication mediating apparatus 100 includes, for example, a communication unit 110, an interface unit 120, a group chat management unit 130, a topic determination unit 140, a participant selection unit 150, an output control unit 160, an experience value assignment unit 170, and a storage unit 180. These components are realized by executing programs (software) by a hardware processor such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit ) or the like. Some or all of these components may be realized by hardware (circuit part; including circuits) such as LSI (Large Scale Integration, large-scale integrated circuit), ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit ), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array, field programmable gate array), GPU (Graphics Processing Unit, graphics processor), or by the force of software and hardware. The program may be stored in advance in the storage unit 180 such as an HDD (Hard Disk Drive) or a flash memory provided in the ac mediation apparatus 100, or may be stored in a removable storage medium (non-transitory storage medium) such as a DVD or a CD-ROM, and the storage medium may be installed in the storage unit 180 by being provided in a Drive apparatus.
The storage unit 180 is implemented by, for example, an HDD (Hard Disk Drive), a flash Memory, an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory ), a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), or the like. The storage unit 180 stores, for example, a reply DB (Database) 182, a group chat management DB184, an experience value DB186, and other information. The contents of the answer DB182, the group chat management DB184, and the experience value DB186 will be described later.
The communication unit 110 communicates with the terminal device 200 and other external devices via the network NW. For example, the communication unit 110 receives the content of a session from the terminal device 200, or transmits the content of a session input from another terminal device to the terminal device 200 of the user participating in the chat. Here, chat refers to, for example, a conversation in which a plurality of persons input characters, sounds, images, and the like in the network NW.
The interface unit 120 accepts the content of the session by the terminal device 200, and analyzes the structure and meaning of the text, sound, and image included in the content of the accepted session. When the content of the conversation received by the terminal device 200 is a voice, the interface unit 120 converts the voice into text to analyze the content. The interface unit 120 refers to the answer DB182 to extract answer information of the content based on the session, for example, based on the result of the content analysis of the session.
Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an example of the contents of the answer DB 182. In the answer DB182, input information and answer contents are associated with a session ID. The session ID is identification information that identifies a group of input information and answer content. The input information is, for example, content received by the interface 120. The interface unit 120 extracts the answer content based on the content of the session with reference to the input information of the answer DB182 based on the result of analyzing the content of the session, generates virtual session content based on the extracted answer content, and transmits the generated session content to the terminal device 200.
The interface unit 120 may implement a part or all of the process of analyzing the structure and meaning of the text or the process of generating the content of the virtual session by AI (Artificial Intelligence ) technology. The interface 120 may have a function as a chat robot. The chat robot is a function of performing an automatic session with a user by effectively using, for example, manual awareness.
The group chat management unit 130 provides a group chat based on the contents of the session received by the terminal apparatuses 200 of the plurality of users, and manages the execution state thereof. The group chat is a function or service that allows a plurality of users to connect together and chat as a group, not for example, a session performed by a chat robot. The execution state refers to, for example, information related to a member or topic participating in a group chat. The group chat management unit 130 stores information of the user who is performing the group chat in the group chat DB184, for example.
Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of the contents of the group chat management DB184. In the group chat management DB184, for example, members and topics are associated with group IDs, which are identification information for identifying groups. The member is information about a user who is participating in the group. The member may be identification information of a terminal device used by a user participating in the group. The topic is, for example, the content of a topic estimated by meaning analysis from the content of a session in chat. When there is a change of a member or a change of a topic during the chat, the group chat management unit 130 updates the content of the member or topic related to the group of the object. Therefore, the topic stored in the group chat management DB184 corresponds to the topic of the group chat currently in progress.
The topic determination unit 140 determines the topic of the session based on the content of the session acquired by the group chat management unit 130. The topic determination unit 140 may determine whether or not the topic of the session is changed based on the content of the session received by the interface unit 120, for example.
The participant selecting unit 150 selects participants for other chat from among users participating in the group chat managed by the group chat managing unit 130 based on the topic determined by the topic determining unit 140. In this case, the participant selection unit 150 selects the participant of the session based on the experience value of each user given by the experience value giving unit 170. For example, the participant selection unit 150 selects, as the participant, a user whose experience value for the topic or the comprehensive experience value described later is equal to or greater than a threshold value from among the users participating in the group chat. When the threshold is zero (0), the participant selection unit 150 selects all users (including users having no experience value) participating in the group chat on the same topic as the topic determined by the topic determination unit 140 as participants.
The participant selection unit 150 may adjust the participants participating in the chat based on the experience value given by the experience value giving unit 170. The term "adjustment participants" means, for example, adjustment to make a given number of participants with experience values equal to or higher than a threshold value, or adjustment to make a given ratio of users with high experience values to users with low experience values. For example, the participant selection unit 150 may reduce the range of the participants by the adjustment described above after the number of participants selected by the initial threshold reduction are participated. Whether or not to perform the above-described selection or adjustment may be registered in advance as the setting information. The setting information may be set in advance by, for example, an administrator of the communication mediation apparatus 100 or may be set by each user of the terminal apparatus 200.
When the topic determination unit 140 determines that the topic of the session has been changed, the participant selection unit 150 may select the participant of the session again based on the changed topic. Details regarding the function of the participant selection portion 150 will be described later.
The output control unit 160 controls the content of the session to be outputted from the terminal device 200. The output control unit 160 outputs the content of the session of the other chat to the user terminal 200 selected by the participant selection unit 150.
The experience value giving unit 170 gives an experience value of the participant who participated in the session. The experience value adding unit 170 stores the added experience value in the experience value DB186. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the contents of the experience value DB186. In the experience value DB186, experience values and integrated experience values are discriminated by subject and associated with user ID which is identification information for identifying a user. The experience value for each topic is an index value based on the number of times of participation in other chat, the number of times of call-back, the call-back rate, the evaluation results of other participants, and the like for each topic. The call-back rate is a ratio of the number of the user's call-back sessions among all the sessions of a certain topic. The call-back rate may be a call-back rate for a similar subject in the past among all call-back numbers. The integrated experience value is an average or aggregate experience value of each subject-specific experience value. In the example of fig. 4, the average of all subject-specific empirical values is stored in the integrated empirical values.
The experience value giving unit 170 may give an experience value to the user based on the evaluation result from the participant obtained by the interface unit 120. For example, the higher the experience value shown in fig. 4, the higher the likelihood that the experience value giving section 170 predicts that the user reviews the appropriate answer.
Next, the functional configuration of the terminal apparatus 200 will be described. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the terminal apparatus 200. The terminal device 200 is a wireless communication terminal such as a smart phone or a tablet terminal. The terminal device 200 may be an information processing device such as a PC (Personal Computer ).
The terminal device 200 includes, for example, a communication unit 210, an input unit 220, a display unit 230, an application execution unit 240, a display control unit 250, and a storage unit 260. These components are realized by a hardware processor such as a CPU executing a program (software). Some or all of these components may be realized by hardware (circuit part; including circuit) such as LSI, ASIC, FPGA, GPU, or may be realized by cooperation of software and hardware. The program may be stored in the storage unit 260 such as an HDD or a flash memory provided in the terminal device 200, may be stored in a removable storage medium (non-transitory storage medium) such as a DVD or a CD-ROM, or may be installed in the storage unit 260 by providing the storage medium to a drive device.
The storage unit 260 is implemented by, for example, an HDD, a flash Memory, an EEPROM, a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM, or the like. The storage unit 260 stores, for example, an ac application 262 and other information.
The communication unit 210 communicates with the ac mediation device 100 and other external devices via the network NW.
The input unit 220 receives input from a user by, for example, operating various keys, buttons, or the like. The display unit 230 is, for example, an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display ) or the like. The input unit 220 may be integrally formed with the display unit 230 as a touch panel.
The application execution unit 240 is implemented by executing the communication application 262 stored in the storage unit 260. The communication application 262 is, for example, an application as follows: the communication with the communication mediation device 100 is performed via the network NW, and the article, sound, etc. generated by the communication mediation device 100 is used for performing a virtual conversation or participating in a chat with another user, thereby performing a conversation with another user.
The display control unit 250 controls the content displayed on the display unit 230 and the timing of display. For example, the display control unit 250 causes the display unit 230 to display an image or the like corresponding to the executed communication application 262 by the application execution unit 240. The display control unit 250 may generate an image based on information related to the display style or the like transmitted from the communication mediating apparatus 100, and display the generated image on the display unit 230. The display control unit 250 may generate a sound corresponding to a part or all of the content shown in the image, and output the generated sound from a speaker (not shown) of the terminal device.
[ AC mediation device ]
Next, specific processing contents of the communication mediation apparatus 100 will be described. The following illustrates examples as follows: the communication mediation apparatus 100 receives the negotiation from the user a via the terminal apparatus 200-1, acquires an answer to the received negotiation from the answer DB182, or causes other users to participate in the session.
Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an example of a session implemented by the communication mediation apparatus 100. Fig. 7 is a diagram showing an example of the image IM1 displayed on the display unit 230 of the terminal device 200 from the ac mediation device 100. Fig. 6 and 7 show the time shifting downward in the drawing, and the times T1 to T3 in fig. 6 and 7 are the same.
In the example of fig. 7, for convenience of explanation, the description is made irrespective of the screen area of the display unit 230, and in reality, a predetermined number of comments are displayed from the latest comment content by the scroll function of the screen. In the example of fig. 7, the input information (content of the conversation) input by the user a of the terminal device 200-1 is displayed on the right side of the image IM1, and the content of the conversation transmitted from the communication mediation device 100 and the content of the conversation from the other user are displayed together with the user name on the left side of the image IM 1. In the example of fig. 7, the contents of the session are displayed so as to overlap with the balloon dialog image. The content and layout displayed on the image IM1 are not limited thereto. For example, at the time when the image IM1 can display a comment image or the like, an icon image or the like assigned to each user may be displayed. The same applies to the similar other images IM2 to IM 5.
First, when receiving an access from the terminal device 200, the interface unit 120 of the communication mediating apparatus 100 acquires the first article for starting the session from the answer DB182, and transmits information related to the acquired answer information to the terminal device 200 having the access. Specifically, the interface unit 120 analyzes the meaning of text information accessed or input from the user by the communication application 262, and obtains the analysis result as input information. Then, the interface unit 120 compares the analyzed input information with the input information of the answer DB182, and obtains answer contents corresponding to the matched input information. The term "match" also includes input information having high similarity in which the matching rate between the analysis result and the input information is equal to or higher than a threshold value.
The output control unit 160 sets an output style of the answer content acquired by the interface unit 120 based on the input content of the terminal device 200. For example, the output control unit 160 may generate an image for displaying information related to the answer content, or may generate information for displaying an image on the display control unit 250 of the terminal device 200. The interface unit 120 outputs the information generated by the output control unit 160 to the terminal device 200 having access.
In the case where the terminal device 200-1 shown in fig. 1 accesses the communication mediation device 100 at time T1 in fig. 6 and 7, for example, the communication mediation device 100 makes "what negotiation is performed today? "such message image SC1 is displayed on the display unit 230 of the terminal device 200-1. Next, when receiving the input information AC1 of "overtime topic" from the user a, "how long to overtime" is made as corresponding answer information? "content SC2 of the equal session is displayed on the screen. Next, when receiving the input information AC2 of "100 hours per month" from the user a, the topic determination unit 140 determines a topic of discussion based on the content of the session up to this point. In this case, the topic determination unit 140 may determine a topic based on the input information AC1 or AC2 input from the user a, or may select one topic by comparing the input information AC1 or AC2 with a plurality of topics set in advance. In the examples of fig. 6 and 7, the topic of the conversation is decided to be "overtime and hard".
Next, the participant selection unit 150 selects another user who participates in the session between the user a of the terminal device 200-1 and the communication mediation device 100. In this case, the participant selection unit 150 acquires information about other users currently performing chat managed by the group chat management unit 130, and selects users who are performing chat on a relevant topic based on the acquired information.
Specifically, the participant selection unit 150 refers to the group chat management DB184 based on the topic determined by the topic determination unit 140, and selects a member of the group that is chat with the topic having high similarity as a participant. At time T2 in fig. 6 and 7, the participant selection unit 150 selects, as participants, users B to D of the group "Gr1" that are performing chat with the subject having the similarity equal to or higher than the threshold, with reference to the subject of the group chat management DB184, based on the determined subject "overtime". The participant selection unit 150 may participate in the group B to D of the corresponding group ", or may select the participating member based on a predetermined condition.
For example, the participant selecting unit 150 may cause the output control unit 160 to generate an image for inquiring the users B to D as to whether or not the user a can participate in the chat, and transmit the generated image to the terminal devices 200-2 to 200-4 used by the users B to D.
Fig. 8 is a diagram showing an example of the image IM2 displayed on the terminal apparatuses 200-2 to 200-4. The image IM2 includes text information for inquiring whether to participate in another chat and a selection item display area A1 for selecting whether to participate. In the example of fig. 8, the selected item display area A1 includes an icon IC1 for permitting participation and an icon IC2 for refusing participation. When the icon IC1 is selected by the operations of the users B to D received from the image IM2, the participant selection unit 150 selects the user as a participant.
When there is a user permitted to participate, the participant selecting unit 150 generates an image IM3 for inquiring whether or not the user a can participate in the chat, and displays the generated image on the terminal device 200-1 used by the user a. Fig. 9 is a diagram showing an example of an image IM3 displayed on the terminal device 200-1. The example of fig. 9 includes text information indicating the number of users permitted to participate and a selection item display area A2 for selecting whether or not to permit participation of the users. In the example of fig. 9, the selected item display area A2 includes an icon IC3 for permitting participation and an icon IC4 for refusing participation. When the icon IC3 is selected by the operation of the user a received from the image IM3, the participant selecting unit 150 selects the user as a participant. When icon IC4 is selected, participant selecting unit 150 may transmit information indicating that participation has been denied by user a to terminal devices 200-2 to 200-4 used by users B to D. In the examples below, it is illustrated that users B-D are permitted to participate and user a may be available to participate for users B-D.
The participant selection unit 150 may acquire setting information indicating whether or not to display the screens of fig. 8 and 9 on the terminal apparatuses 200-1 to 200-4, and may automatically participate in the selected users B to D without receiving permission from the users a to D without displaying the setting information.
The participant selecting unit 150 transmits the contents of the session with the user a up to now (specifically, the information up to the time T1 to T2) to the terminal devices 200-2 to 200-4 used by the users B to D permitted to participate. The interface unit 120 receives the contents of the session from the other user, and causes the terminal devices 200-1 to 200-4 to display the received contents of the session. After time T2 in fig. 6 and 7, the interface unit 120 receives the content DC1 of the session of the user D, the content BC1 of the session of the user B, and the content CCl of the session of the user C, and transmits the received contents to the respective terminal apparatuses 200-1 to 200-4 in the output pattern controlled by the output control unit 160. When the content of the session of the other user is displayed, the output control unit 160 causes the balloon dialog image to be superimposed with information identifying the user as shown in fig. 6 and 7.
When the contents DCl, BC1, and CC1 of the session are displayed and then the user a receives the content of the input information AC3, the topic determination unit 140 dynamically determines the topic again from the content of the session based on the input information AC3 of the user a. The topic determination unit 140 may dynamically determine the topic again based on the input information of the other participating users instead of (or in addition to) the input information of the user a. At time T3 in fig. 6 and 7, the comment of the user a by the topic determination unit 140 is "is the change of the programmer simple? The meaning of the "is analyzed, and the topic of the negotiation is changed into the" programmer changes line and overtime "based on the analysis result. Whereby the subject of the session can be reset at a proper timing.
The participant selection unit 150 refers to the group chat management DB184 to select again the users participating in the chat based on the changed subjects. In this case, the participant selection unit 150 refers to the group chat management DB184 and selects a member of the group ID "Gr2" in which the chat is being performed on the subject of the diversion as a participant candidate. The participant selecting unit 150 transmits an image asking whether to participate in the chat of the user a to the terminal apparatuses 200-5 and 200-6 used by the users E and F, and selects the user having permission to participate in the inquiry as a participant in the chat of the user a.
Because the topic is changed, the participant selection unit 150 can end the participation of the chat of the users B to D who participated in the previous topic. In this case, among the participating users B to D, the user who has input the content of the session associated with the next topic can continue participation in the chat. After time T3 in fig. 6 and 7, it is assumed that user E of the group ID "Gr2" and user C who entered the comment associated with the current topic participate in the chat of user a. In this case, the interface unit 120 accepts the content EC1 of the session of the user E and the content CC2 of the session of the user C for the comment input AC3, and transmits the accepted comments to the terminal apparatuses 200-1, 200-3 and 200-5 used by the user a, the user C and the user E.
In this way, by deciding the topic based on the session with the user a, the user a can obtain highly reliable answers with immediate responsiveness by participating in other users who are talking with the decided topic.
When the chat of the user a ends, the experience value adding unit 170 adds the experience value of the user who participated in the chat. For example, the experience value giving unit 170 gives an experience value based on the number of times of call-back for each subject and the call-back rate of the past for similar subjects. When the chat is completed, the output control unit 160 may generate an image for the user a to evaluate each participant, and the experience value adding unit 170 may add an experience value to each participant based on the evaluation result of the user a received for the generated image.
Fig. 10 is a diagram showing an example of the image IM4 of the evaluation participant. The image IM4 includes, for example, an evaluation content display area A3 for the evaluation participants and an end icon IC5 for ending the display of the image IM 4. The evaluation content display area A3 includes, for example, an area for inputting an evaluation value for each user that has participated in. In the example of fig. 10, a radio button for selecting one of "satisfactory", "normal", "dissatisfied" for the session content of each user is shown. The user a sets the evaluation value for each participant and selects the end icon IC5. The image IM4 may be transmitted to users other than the user a who participated in the chat, and the evaluation result of each participating user may be obtained. The experience value adding unit 170 adds an experience value to the user based on the information input through the image IM4 shown in fig. 10, and updates the experience value DB186. In the example of fig. 10, the selected "satisfactory" gives a higher empirical value than the selected "normal" gives a higher empirical value than the selected "dissatisfaction". Thus, when a participant is selected, a more appropriate user can participate based on the latest experience value. As a result, a highly reliable answer to the negotiation content can be obtained.
Modification example
The output control unit 160 may change the display style based on the experience value of the participant when displaying information about the participant who participates in the chat of the user a. The information related to the user includes, for example, at least one of the content of a conversation of a participant in a chat, identification information (for example, a user name) of the participant, a balloon dialog image, and the like. Fig. 11 is a diagram showing an example of an image IM5 in which a display style is changed based on an empirical value. When the content and the user name of the session of the user having the high experience value among the users participating in the chat of the user a are displayed, the output control unit 160 causes the content and the user name to be displayed larger than the displayed text of the other users. The output control unit 160 may display a balloon dialog image in which comments of a user having a high experience value regarding the current subject are input, larger than balloon dialog images of other users, or may display a background color of the balloon dialog image in a more emphasized color or pattern than a background color of the balloon dialog images of other users. The output control unit 160 may increase the text, increase the balloon dialog image, change the background color of the image to a more emphasized color or pattern as the experience value increases.
Regarding the example of the image IM5 shown in fig. 11, the text of the content CC1 of the conversation of the user C having a high experience value for the subject in the time T2 to T3 is displayed larger than the content of the conversation of the other user, and the background color of the balloon dialog image is highlighted. The text of the content EC1 of the session of the user E having a high experience value for the subject after the time T3 is displayed larger than the content of the sessions of other users, and the background color of the balloon dialog image is highlighted. In the example of fig. 11, there are contents CC1 and CC2 of the session of the user C, but the output style is changed based on the experience value for the subject at the time of inputting the comment. Thus, a user having a high experience value can be visually judged for the participants in the conversation.
[ Process flow ]
Fig. 12 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow of the process of the communication mediation device 100. The process shown in fig. 12 may be repeatedly performed at a given timing or period. In the example of fig. 12, first, the interface unit 120 acquires the contents of a session among a plurality of users (step S100). Next, the group chat management unit 130 manages the execution state of the group chat based on the content of the session (step S102). Next, the topic determination unit 140 determines the topic of the session (step S104).
Next, the participant selection unit 150 selects or adjusts the participants participating in the conversation (chat) based on the determined subjects, the experience value of each user, and the like (step S106), and outputs the content of the conversation to the selected or adjusted participants (step S108). Next, the group chat management unit 130 manages the execution state of the group chat reflecting the selected participants (step S110). Next, the theme deciding part 140 decides whether or not the theme is changed (step S112). If the theme is changed, the process returns to step S106 to perform the reselection of the participant. If the theme is not changed, it is determined whether or not the process is ended by an instruction from the user or the like (step S114). If the process is not completed, the process returns to step S110. When the end of the processing by the user operation is received or when a predetermined time has elapsed since the latest comment was input, the experience value adding unit 170 adds an experience value to the participant (step S116), and the processing ends.
