Detailed Description
Embodiments of the communication intermediation apparatus, the communication intermediation method, and the storage medium according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[ integral Structure ]
Fig. 1 is a configuration diagram of an communication system 1 including a communication intermediation device according to the embodiment. The communication system 1 includes, for example, a communication intermediation device 100 and a plurality of terminal devices 200-1 to 200-n (n is an integer of 2 or more).
For convenience of description, the following description will use the terminal devices 200-1 to 200-6. The terminal devices 200-1 to 200-6 are terminals used by the users A to F, respectively. The ac mediation device 100 and the terminal devices 200-1 to 200-6 are connected via a Network NW such as a WAN (Wide Area Network), a LAN (Local Area Network), the internet, a dedicated line, a radio base station, a provider, a Wi-Fi Network, or Bluetooth (registered trademark). In the following description, the terminal apparatuses 200-1 to 200-6 are described as "terminal apparatus 200" by omitting the hyphen and following symbols indicating which terminal apparatus is when it is not distinguished. The same applies to other configurations described using hyphen numbers.
The communication mediation apparatus 100 may be, for example, a computer included in a cloud computing system, or may be a computer that operates independently of other devices. The communication intermediation device 100 includes, for example, a communication unit 110, an interface unit 120, a group chat management unit 130, a theme decision unit 140, a participant selection unit 150, an output control unit 160, an experience value assignment unit 170, and a storage unit 180. These components are realized by executing a program (software) by a hardware processor such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit). Some or all of these components may be realized by hardware (Circuit section; including Circuit) such as LSI (Large scale integration), ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), or the like, or may be realized by software and hardware force. The program may be stored in advance in the storage unit 180 such as a Hard Disk Drive (HDD) or a flash memory provided in the ac mediation device 100, or may be stored in a removable storage medium (non-transitory storage medium) such as a DVD or a CD-ROM, and the storage medium may be mounted in the storage unit 180 by mounting the storage medium in a Drive device.
The storage unit 180 is implemented by, for example, an HDD (Hard Disk Drive), a flash Memory, an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory), a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), or the like. The storage unit 180 stores, for example, a reply DB (Database) 182, a group chat management DB184, an experience value DB186, and other information. The contents of the answer DB182, the group chat management DB184, and the experience value DB186 will be described later.
The communication unit 110 communicates with the terminal apparatus 200 and other external apparatuses via the network NW. For example, the communication unit 110 receives the content of the conversation from the terminal device 200, or transmits the content of the conversation input from another terminal device to the terminal device 200 of the user participating in the chat. Here, the chat means that a plurality of people enter characters, voice, images, and the like to perform a conversation on the network NW, for example.
The interface unit 120 receives the contents of the conversation via the terminal device 200, and analyzes the structure and meaning of the text, audio, and image included in the received contents of the conversation. When the content of the conversation received by the terminal apparatus 200 is a voice, the interface unit 120 performs text conversion on the voice to analyze the content. The interface section 120 refers to the answer DB182 to extract answer information based on the content of the session, for example, based on the result of analyzing the content of the session.
Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an example of the contents of the answer DB 182. In the answer DB182, the input information and the answer content are associated with the session ID. The session ID is identification information that identifies a group of input information and reply content. The input information is, for example, a content received by the interface unit 120. The interface unit 120 extracts the reply content based on the content of the session with reference to the input information of the reply DB182 based on the result of analyzing the content of the session, generates the content of a virtual session based on the extracted reply content, and transmits the content of the generated session to the terminal device 200.
The interface unit 120 may implement part or all of the process of analyzing the structure and meaning of the text or the process of creating the contents of the virtual session by an AI (Artificial Intelligence) technique. The interface unit 120 may function as a chat robot. The chat robot is a function of performing an automatic conversation with a user by effectively utilizing, for example, artificial energy.
Group chat manager 130 provides a group chat based on the content of the session received by terminal apparatuses 200 of a plurality of users, and manages the execution state thereof. The group chat refers to, for example, a function or a service in which a plurality of users can simultaneously connect and chat as a group, instead of a conversation by a chat robot. The execution state is information related to, for example, a member or a subject who is participating in the group chat. The group chat manager 130 stores, for example, information on users who are performing a group chat in the group chat DB 184.
Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of the contents of group chat management DB 184. In the group chat management DB184, for example, members and subjects are associated with identification information for identifying a group, i.e., a group ID. The member is information related to a user who is participating in the group. The member may be identification information of a terminal device used by a user who is participating in the group. The topic is, for example, the content of a topic estimated by meaning resolution from the content of a conversation in a chat. When there is a change in a member or a change in a subject during a chat, group chat manager 130 updates the contents of the member or subject related to the target group. Therefore, the topic stored in the group chat management DB184 corresponds to the topic of the currently held group chat.
The topic determination unit 140 determines the topic of the conversation based on the content of the conversation acquired by the group chat management unit 130. The theme determination unit 140 may determine whether or not the theme of the conversation has been changed, based on the content of the conversation received by the interface unit 120, for example.
The participant selection unit 150 selects participants for other chats from among the users who are participating in the group chat managed by the group chat management unit 130, based on the topic determined by the topic determination unit 140. In this case, the participant selection unit 150 selects participants of the session based on the experience value given to each user by the experience value giving unit 170. For example, the participant selection unit 150 selects, as participants, users having experience values for subjects or a comprehensive experience value described later equal to or more than a threshold value from among users participating in a group chat. When the threshold value is zero (0), the participant selection unit 150 selects all users (including users having no experience value) who are participating in the group chat with the same topic as the topic decided by the topic decision unit 140 as participants.
The participant selection unit 150 may adjust the participants who participate in the chat based on the experience value given by the experience value giving unit 170. The adjustment of the participants means, for example, that the number of participants having an experience value equal to or greater than a threshold is adjusted to a predetermined number, or that a user having a high experience value and a user having a low experience value participate at a predetermined ratio. For example, the participant selection unit 150 may decrease the range of participants by the adjustment after a large number of participants selected by initially decreasing the threshold value participate. Whether or not the above-described selection or adjustment is performed may be registered in advance as setting information. The setting information may be set in advance by, for example, an administrator of the communication intermediation device 100 or may be set by each user of the terminal device 200.
When the topic determination unit 140 determines that the topic of the conversation has been changed, the participant selection unit 150 may select the participant of the conversation again based on the changed topic. Details of the function of the participant selection unit 150 will be described later.
The output control unit 160 controls the content of the session to be output by the terminal device 200. The output control unit 160 outputs the content of the session of the other chat to the terminal device 200 of the user selected by the participant selection unit 150.
The experience value assigning unit 170 assigns experience values to participants who have participated in the session. The empirical value imparting unit 170 stores the imparted empirical value in the empirical value DB 186. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the contents of the empirical value DB 186. In the experience value DB186, the subject-specific experience values and the combined experience values are associated with the user ID, which is identification information for identifying the user. The experience value for each topic is an index value based on the number of times of participating in another chat, the number of times of answering, the rate of answering, the evaluation result of other participants, and the like for each topic. The call-back rate is a ratio of sessions that the user has called back to among all sessions for a certain topic. The call back rate may be a call back rate for a similar subject in the past among all the call back numbers. The composite empirical value is an average or aggregate of the individual subject-specific empirical values. In the example of fig. 4, an average of all theme-specific empirical values is stored in the composite empirical value.
The experience value assigning unit 170 may assign an experience value to the user based on the evaluation result from the participant acquired by the interface unit 120. For example, as the experience value shown in fig. 4 is higher, the experience value assigning unit 170 predicts that the possibility of the user reviewing an appropriate answer is higher.
Next, a functional configuration of the terminal device 200 will be described. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the terminal device 200. The terminal device 200 is a wireless communication terminal such as a smartphone or a tablet terminal. The terminal device 200 may be an information processing device such as a PC (Personal Computer).
The terminal device 200 includes, for example, a communication unit 210, an input unit 220, a display unit 230, an application execution unit 240, a display control unit 250, and a storage unit 260. These components are realized by executing a program (software) by a hardware processor such as a CPU. Some or all of these components may be realized by hardware (circuit section; including circuit) such as LSI, ASIC, FPGA, GPU, etc., or may be realized by cooperation of software and hardware. The program may be stored in advance in the storage unit 260 such as an HDD or a flash memory provided in the terminal device 200, may be stored in a removable storage medium (non-transitory storage medium) such as a DVD or a CD-ROM, or may be installed in the storage unit 260 by mounting the storage medium in a drive device.
The storage unit 260 is implemented by, for example, an HDD, a flash Memory, an EEPROM, a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM, or the like. The storage unit 260 stores, for example, a communication application 262 and other information.
The communication unit 210 communicates with the communication mediation device 100 and other external devices via the network NW.
The input unit 220 receives user input through operations of various keys, buttons, and the like, for example. The Display unit 230 is, for example, an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The input unit 220 may be integrally formed with the display unit 230 as a touch panel.
The application execution unit 240 is realized by executing the communication application 262 stored in the storage unit 260. The communication application 262 is, for example, an application as follows: the communication with the communication mediation apparatus 100 is performed via the network NW, and a virtual conversation is performed by a text, a voice, or the like generated by the communication mediation apparatus 100, or a conversation with another user is performed by participating in a chat with another user.
The display control unit 250 controls the content displayed on the display unit 230 and the timing of display. For example, the display control unit 250 causes the display unit 230 to display an image or the like corresponding to the executed communication application 262 through the application execution unit 240. The display control unit 250 may generate an image based on information on the display style or the like transmitted from the communication intermediation device 100 and display the generated image on the display unit 230. The display control unit 250 may generate a sound corresponding to a part or all of the content shown in the image, and output the generated sound from a speaker (not shown) of the terminal device.
[ communication mediating means ]
Next, specific processing contents of the communication intermediation device 100 will be described. Examples are described below as follows: the communication mediation apparatus 100 receives a conversation from the user a via the terminal apparatus 200-1, and acquires a response to the received conversation from the response DB182, or participates in a conversation with another user.
Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an example of a session realized by the communication intermediation equipment 100. Fig. 7 is a diagram showing an example of an image IM1 displayed on the display unit 230 of the terminal device 200 from the communication intermediation device 100. Fig. 6 and 7 show the time points moving downward in the figure, and the time points T1 to T3 in fig. 6 and 7 show the same time points.
In the example of fig. 7, for convenience of explanation, description is made without taking into consideration the screen area of the display unit 230, and a given number of comments are actually displayed from the latest comment content by the scroll function of the screen. In the example of fig. 7, the input information (contents of the session) input by the user a of the terminal apparatus 200-1 is displayed on the right side of the image IM1, and the contents of the session transmitted from the communication intermediation apparatus 100 and the contents of the session from the other user are displayed together with the user name on the left side of the image IM 1. In the example of fig. 7, it is assumed that the contents of the conversation are displayed so as to overlap with the balloon dialog image. The contents and layout displayed on the image IM1 are not limited to these. For example, when the image IM1 displays a comment image or the like, an icon image or the like assigned to each user may be displayed. The same applies to the other similar images IM2 to IM 5.
First, upon receiving an access from the terminal device 200, the interface unit 120 of the communication mediation apparatus 100 acquires the first sentence for starting the session from the reply DB182, and transmits information related to the acquired reply information to the terminal device 200 having the access. Specifically, the interface unit 120 analyzes the meaning of the text information accessed or input from the user by the communication application 262, and acquires the analysis result as input information. Then, the interface unit 120 compares the analyzed input information with the input information of the answer DB182, and acquires the answer content corresponding to the input information. The matching also includes input information having high similarity in which the matching rate of the analysis result and the input information is equal to or higher than a threshold value.
The output control unit 160 sets the output style of the reply content acquired by the interface unit 120 based on the input content of the terminal device 200. For example, the output control unit 160 may generate an image for displaying information related to the response content, or may generate information for displaying an image on the display control unit 250 of the terminal device 200. The interface unit 120 outputs the information generated by the output control unit 160 to the terminal apparatus 200 having access.
At time T1 in fig. 6 and 7, for example, when the terminal device 200-1 shown in fig. 1 accesses the communication mediation device 100, the communication mediation device 100 makes "what negotiation is made today? The "message image SC1 is displayed on the display unit 230 of the terminal device 200-1. Next, when receiving the input information AC1 of "hard-to-shift topic" from the user a, "how long to shift? "the content SC2 of the equal session is displayed on the screen. Next, when receiving the input information AC2 of "100 hours per month" from the user a, the topic determination unit 140 determines the negotiation topic based on the content of the session up to that time. In this case, the theme determination unit 140 may determine the theme based on the input information AC1 and AC2 input from the user a, or may select one theme by comparing the input information AC1 and AC2 with a plurality of preset themes. In the example of fig. 6 and 7, the negotiation topic of "overtime" is decided.
Next, the participant selection unit 150 selects another user participating in the session between the user a of the terminal device 200-1 and the communication mediation device 100. In this case, participant selection unit 150 acquires information about other users currently chatting managed by group chat management unit 130, and selects a user chatting with a related topic based on the acquired information.
Specifically, the participant selection unit 150 refers to the group chat management DB184 based on the topic decided by the topic decision unit 140, and selects members of a group that is chatting on a topic with high similarity as participants. At time T2 in fig. 6 and 7, the participant selection unit 150 refers to the topic of the group chat management DB184 based on the determined topic "overtime bitterness", and selects as participants the users B to D in the group "Gr 1" that have chatted on the topic having the similarity equal to or higher than the threshold value. The participant selection unit 150 may join all the users B to D who are participating in the corresponding group "Grl", or may select the members to join based on a predetermined condition.
For example, the participant selection unit 150 may cause the output control unit 160 to generate images for inquiring of the users B to D as to whether or not the users a can participate in the chat, and transmit the generated images to the terminal devices 200-2 to 200-4 used by the users B to D.
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of an image IM2 displayed on the terminal devices 200-2 to 200-4. The image IM2 includes text information for asking whether to participate in another chat and a selection item display area a1 for selecting whether to participate. In the example of fig. 8, a participation-permitted icon IC1 and a participation-denied icon IC2 are included in the selection item display area a 1. The participant selection unit 150 selects the user as a participant when the icon IC1 is selected by the operations of the users B to D received from the image IM 2.
When there is a user permitted to participate in the chat, the participant selection unit 150 generates an image IM3 inquiring about whether or not the user a can participate in the chat, and displays the generated image on the terminal device 200-1 used by the user a. Fig. 9 is a diagram showing an example of an image IM3 displayed on the terminal device 200-1. In the example of fig. 9, text information indicating the number of persons of the user who is permitted to participate and a selection item display area a2 for selecting whether or not the participation of the user is permitted are included. In the example of fig. 9, a participation-permitted icon IC3 and a participation-denied icon IC4 are included in the selection item display area a 2. The participant selection unit 150 selects the user as a participant when the icon IC3 is selected by the operation of the user a received from the image IM 3. When the icon IC4 is selected, the participant selection unit 150 may transmit information indicating that participation by the user a is rejected to the terminal apparatuses 200-2 to 200-4 used by the users B to D. In the following example, the participation permission is given to the users B to D and the participation permission is given to the user a.
The participant selection unit 150 may acquire setting information indicating whether or not to display the screens of fig. 8, 9, and the like described above on the terminal devices 200-1 to 200-4, and may automatically participate in the selected users B to D without receiving permission from the users a to D when the setting is not displayed.
The participant selection unit 150 transmits the contents of the session up to now with the user a (specifically, the information up to the times T1 to T2) to the terminal apparatuses 200-2 to 200-4 used by the users B to D permitted to participate. The interface unit 120 receives the contents of a session from another user, and displays the contents of the received session on each of the terminal devices 200-1 to 200-4. After time T2 in fig. 6 and 7, the interface unit 120 receives the content DC1 of the session of the user D, the content BC1 of the session of the user B, and the content CCl of the session of the user C, and transmits the received contents to the respective terminal apparatuses 200-1 to 200-4 in the output style controlled by the output control unit 160. When displaying the content of the session of another user, the output control unit 160 displays information for identifying the user so as to be superimposed on the balloon dialog image as shown in fig. 6 and 7.
When the content of the input information AC3 is received by the user a after the content DCl, BC1, and CC1 of the conversation is displayed, the topic determination unit 140 dynamically determines the topic again from the content of the conversation based on the input information AC3 of the user a. The theme decision section 140 may dynamically decide the theme again based on the input information of the other participating users instead of (or in addition to) the input information of the user a. At time T3 in fig. 6 and 7, the theme decision unit 140 makes a comment on the user a "is the programmer's line change simple? "meaning of" is analyzed, and based on the analysis result, the subject of the negotiation is changed to "programmer changes course, overtime". Thereby, the theme of the conversation can be reset at an appropriate timing.
The participant selection unit 150 refers to the group chat management DB184 to select a user participating in the chat again based on the changed topic. In this case, the participant selection unit 150 refers to the group chat management DB184, and selects a member of the group ID "Gr 2" that is chatting on the subject of the diversion as a participant candidate. The participant selection unit 150 transmits an image inquiring whether or not to participate in the chat of the user a to the terminal apparatuses 200-5 and 200-6 used by the users E and F, and selects a user having permission to participate in the inquiry as a participant in the chat of the user a.
Since the theme is changed, the participant selection unit 150 can end the participation in the chat of the users B to D who participated in the previous theme. In this case, among the participating users B to D, a user who has input the content of the conversation related to the next topic can continue the participation of the chat. After time T3 in fig. 6 and 7, user E who has group ID "Gr 2" and user C who has entered a comment related to the current topic participate in the chat of user a. In this case, the interface unit 120 receives the content EC1 of the conversation of the user E and the content CC2 of the conversation of the user C with respect to the comment input AC3, and transmits the received comments to the terminal apparatuses 200-1, 200-3, and 200-5 used by the user a, the user C, and the user E.
In this way, by determining a topic based on the conversation with the user a and allowing another user who is in the conversation with the determined topic to participate, the user a can obtain a highly reliable answer with immediate responsiveness.
When the chat of the user a is completed, the experience value assigning unit 170 assigns experience values to the users who have participated in the chat. For example, the empirical value assigning unit 170 assigns an empirical value based on the number of times of return for each topic and the rate of return for similar topics in the past. When the chat is completed, the output control unit 160 may generate an image for allowing the user a to evaluate each participant, and the experience value assignment unit 170 may assign an experience value to each participant based on the evaluation result of the user a received for the generated image.
Fig. 10 is a diagram showing an example of the image IM4 of the evaluation participant. The image IM4 includes, for example, an evaluation content display area A3 of the evaluation participant and an end icon IC5 for ending the display of the image IM 4. The evaluation content display area a3 includes, for example, an area for inputting an evaluation value for each user who has participated in. Radio buttons for selecting one from "happy", "ordinary", and "unsatisfied" for the session content of each user are shown in the example of fig. 10. The user a sets evaluation values for the respective participants and selects the end icon IC 5. The image IM4 may be transmitted to users other than the user a who has participated in the chat, to obtain the evaluation results of the respective participating users. The experience value imparting unit 170 imparts the experience value of the user based on the information input through the image IM4 shown in fig. 10, and updates the experience value DB 186. In the example of fig. 10, a selection of "happy" gives a higher experience value than a selection of "ordinary" and "unsatisfied", and a selection of "ordinary" gives a higher experience value than a selection of "unsatisfied". Thus, when a participant is selected, a more appropriate user can be made to participate based on the latest experience value. As a result, it is possible to obtain a highly reliable answer to the contents of the conversation.
[ modified examples ]
When displaying information on the participants who participate in the chat of the user a, the output control unit 160 may change the display style based on the experience values of the participants. The information related to the user includes, for example, at least one of the contents of the session of the participants who participated in the chat, identification information (for example, user names) of the participants, a balloon dialog image, and the like. Fig. 11 is a diagram showing an example of the image IM5 in which the display style is changed based on the empirical value. When displaying the content and user name of a conversation of a user having a high experience value among the users participating in the chat of the user a, the output control unit 160 displays the content and user name larger than the size of characters displayed by other users. The output control unit 160 may display the balloon dialog image, to which the comment of the user having a high experience value related to the current theme is input, larger than the balloon dialog images of other users, or may display the background color of the balloon dialog image in a color or pattern that is more emphasized than the background color of the balloon dialog images of other users. The output control unit 160 may increase the size of the characters, the atmospheric dialog image, or the background color of the image to a more emphasized color or pattern as the empirical value increases.
With regard to the example of the image IM5 shown in fig. 11, the text of the content CC1 of the conversation of the user C with a high experience value for the subject in the time points T2 to T3 is displayed larger than the content of the conversation of the other users, and the background color of the balloon dialog image is highlighted. The text of the content EC1 of the conversation of the user E having a high experience value for the subject after the time T3 is displayed larger than the content of the conversation of the other users, and the background color of the balloon dialog image is highlighted. In the example of fig. 11, there are contents CC1 and CC2 of the conversation of the user C, but the output style is changed based on the experience value for the subject at the time of inputting the comment. This makes it possible to visually judge the user having a high experience value to the participants in the conversation.
[ treatment procedure ]
Fig. 12 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow of the process of the communication intermediation device 100. The processing shown in fig. 12 may be repeatedly executed at a given timing or cycle. In the example of fig. 12, first, the interface section 120 acquires the contents of a session among a plurality of users (step S100). Next, group chat manager 130 manages the execution state of the group chat based on the content of the session (step S102). Next, the topic determination unit 140 determines the topic of the conversation (step S104).
Next, the participant selection unit 150 selects or adjusts participants participating in the conversation (chat) based on the determined subject, the experience value of each user, and the like (step S106), and outputs the content of the conversation to the selected or adjusted participants (step S108). Next, group chat manager 130 manages the execution status of the group chat reflecting the selected participant (step S110). Next, the theme determination unit 140 determines whether or not the theme is changed (step S112). When the theme is changed, the process returns to step S106 to reselect the participant. When the theme is not changed, it is determined whether or not the process is ended by an instruction of the user or the like (step S114). If the process is not ended, the process returns to step S110. When the end of the processing by the user operation is accepted or when a predetermined time has elapsed since the latest comment was input, the experience value assigning unit 170 assigns an experience value to the participant (step S116), and the processing is ended.
According to the embodiment described above, the communication intermediation device 100 includes: a group chat management unit 130 for providing a group chat based on the content of the session received by the terminal apparatuses 200 of the plurality of users; a topic deciding part 140 deciding the topic of the conversation based on the content of the conversation managed by the group chat managing part 130; a participant selection unit 150 that selects participants for another chat from users who are participating in the group chat managed by the group chat management unit 130 based on the topic decided by the topic decision unit 140; and an output control unit 160 for providing the contents of the conversation of the other chat to the terminal device 200 of the user selected by the participant selection unit 150, thereby obtaining highly reliable information with immediate responsiveness.
According to the embodiment, even if the user is not likely to negotiate about the content without restriction when the user can see the face of the other party or knows each other, the user can negotiate about the content without restriction because only a short conversation is made with an unspecified number of anonymous users who are currently interested in the same subject. Since participants are selected from users who are currently chatting on the same subject, answers can be obtained more quickly.
