Abstract
The invention provides a member information query method and a member information query system based on voiceprint recognition, wherein the method comprises the following steps: voice information of a customer is collected by voice collection equipment arranged in an offline store; extracting voiceprint features in the voice information, and matching the voiceprint features with voiceprint features in a prestored member voiceprint model; and if the voiceprint characteristics are successfully matched, calling the information of the customer from the member information base and feeding the information back to the voice acquisition equipment or the designated terminal. In the invention, the voiceprint of the customer is identified and matched with the voiceprint information in the established customer information base, the relevant information of the customer is extracted and is transmitted to the shopping guide in the off-line store in real time, so that the shopping guide can better provide service for the customer.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of data processing, in particular to a member information query method and system based on voiceprint recognition.
Background
In an online store, the foreground usually records member information through written or computer forms, and customers need to inquire the information by means of a traditional inquiry mode. In this way, a large amount of labor cost is required, a large amount of time is wasted, and incomplete records and complicated information query are possible in the case of a large amount of information. In addition, shopping guide personnel cannot accurately and quickly inquire the information of the customers during work, so that the customers cannot be fed back in time.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a member information query method and system based on voiceprint recognition, which at least solve the problem of low efficiency of a member information query mode of an offline store in the related art.
According to an embodiment of the invention, a membership information query method based on voiceprint recognition is provided, which includes: voice information of a customer is collected by voice collection equipment arranged in an offline store; extracting voiceprint features in the voice information, and matching the voiceprint features with voiceprint features in a prestored member voiceprint model; and if the voiceprint characteristics are successfully matched, calling the information of the customer from the member information base and feeding the information back to the voice acquisition equipment or the designated terminal.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and when the member information is input in advance, filing and storing the voiceprint characteristics of the member to construct the member voiceprint model.
Optionally, before retrieving the information of the customer from the member information base, the method further includes: and if the voiceprint features are successfully matched, the voice acquisition equipment identifies the membership of the customer and sends the membership to a server.

In the above embodiment of the present invention, the voiceprint of the customer is identified and matched with the voiceprint information in the established customer information base, and the relevant information of the customer is extracted and is transmitted to the shopping guide in the offline store in real time, so that the shopping guide can better provide services for the customer.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
In this embodiment, a method for querying member information based on voiceprint recognition is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, voice information of a customer is collected by voice collecting equipment arranged in an offline store;
step S104, extracting the voiceprint features in the voice information, and matching the voiceprint features with the voiceprint features in a prestored member voiceprint model;
and step S106, if the voiceprint feature matching is successful, calling the information of the customer from the member information base and feeding the information back to the voice acquisition equipment or the designated terminal.
Before step S102 in this embodiment, the method may further include: and when the member information is input in advance, filing and storing the voiceprint characteristics of the member to construct the member voiceprint model.
In step S106 in this embodiment, if the voiceprint feature matching is successful, the voice capture device identifies the member identity of the customer and sends the member identity to the server.
In step S106 in this embodiment, the server retrieves the information of the customer from the member information base according to the member identity of the customer; and converting the information of the customer into an image or audio and then sending the image or audio to the voice acquisition equipment or the designated terminal.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided by the present invention, the following detailed description will be made with reference to embodiments of specific scenarios.
The embodiment provides a membership information real-time query and system based on voiceprint recognition. In the embodiment, the voiceprint of the customer is identified and matched with the voiceprint information in the established customer information base, and effective information related to the customer is extracted and is transmitted to the shopping guide in real time, so that the shopping guide can better provide service for the customer.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for querying member information in real time provided by this embodiment mainly includes the following steps:
step S201, when the member information is input in advance, the voiceprint characteristics of the members are filed and stored, and a customer voiceprint model is constructed.
Step S202, a peripheral button is configured on the recording equipment, and when the conversation is started, the button is pressed to start to collect conversation voice information of the waiter and the customer.
Step S203, the spoken voice information is processed, and the voiceprint characteristics of each speaker in the spoken voice information are extracted.
Step S204, when the voiceprint characteristics in the dialogue voice message are matched with the voiceprint characteristics pre-stored in the voiceprint model of the customer, the customer information stored in the customer information base, such as the balance of the membership card, the specific situation of discount on the membership card (for example, members of different grades have different corresponding discount strengths), the historical consumption order of the customer, and the like, is automatically called out.
The scheme is to rapidly identify the member identity of the customer in a low-perception and automatic triggering mode so as to acquire the related member information. After the member enters the store, the customer's membership can be identified through a simple greeting session. For example:

According to the simple greeting dialogue, the voice of the customer can be collected, and then operations such as voiceprint extraction, voiceprint recognition and the like are carried out on the voice, so that the membership of the customer is analyzed.
Step S205, the called customer information is issued, and may be transmitted to the shopping guide bound intelligent device (a mobile terminal with a display screen, or a sound recording device, or other devices similar to a tablet or a mobile phone) in the form of an image (for example, a short message or a form).
The called customer information is issued and can be played in the recording equipment of shopping guide in an audio mode. The recording equipment can be provided with an earphone, and the shopping guide can directly listen to the customer information of the voice broadcast from the earphone.
As shown in fig. 3, the member information real-time query system provided by the embodiment may include a mobile terminal and a server.
The mobile terminal is provided with:
(1) the voice acquisition module: the voice acquisition module is used for automatically acquiring voice information.
(2) A voiceprint recognition module: the voiceprint information of the customer can be quickly identified during identity identification. And carrying out voiceprint feature extraction on the voice information of the customer, comparing and matching the voice information with the stored information, and carrying out identity confirmation to obtain identity confirmation information.
(3) A data transmission module: and after the identity recognition unit confirms the identity, the voice information is transmitted to the server side in real time. In the scheme, if the voiceprint features extracted from the collected voice information are matched with the voiceprint features stored in the mobile terminal, the data are transmitted to the server side.
The server side is provided with:
(1) CMR data extraction module: and extracting the basic information of the customer, such as member ID, discount condition, point, balance and the like, from the established CRM information base.
(2) The information conversion module: converting the extracted information into an image through a manual transcription technology, and outputting the image through intelligent equipment bound by shopping guide; or converting the extracted information into audio through a manual transcription technology and outputting the audio through a headset worn by the shopping guide.
In the above embodiment of the present invention, in the offline store scene, the query and issue of the member information are automatically triggered through a simple conversation: the scheme is mainly used for the online store-off scene, after a customer enters a store, the customer can automatically trigger the voiceprint recognition mechanism at a low perception through a simple conversation with a shopping guide person, the member identity of the customer is recognized, and the relevant information of the member is sent to the shopping guide person, so that the shopping guide person can better serve the customer.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
In this embodiment, a system for querying member information based on voiceprint recognition is also provided, and the system is used to implement the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, and the details that have been described are not repeated. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a structure of a member information query system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the system has different module division from the previous embodiment, and includes a voice capturing device 100 disposed in an offline store and a server 200 located locally or in a cloud.
The voice capturing device 100 includes a capturing module 101 and a voiceprint recognition module 102. The collection module 101 is used for collecting voice information of customers. The voiceprint recognition module 102 is configured to extract a voiceprint feature in the voice message, and match the voiceprint feature with a voiceprint feature in a pre-stored member voiceprint model, so as to recognize a member identity of the customer.
The server 200 is configured to retrieve the information of the customer from the member information base according to the member identity of the customer and feed the information back to the voice collecting device or the designated terminal.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing the structure of a membership information inquiring system according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the system includes a voice collecting apparatus 100, which includes a transmitting module 104 and a 103 in addition to all the modules shown in fig. 4.
The building module 103 is configured to archive and store the voiceprint features of the member to build the member voiceprint model when the member information is input in advance.
A sending module 104, configured to send the member identity of the customer to the server when the member identity of the customer is identified according to the voiceprint feature matching result.
In this embodiment, the server 200 may further include a calling module 201 and a sending module 202.
The retrieving module 201 is configured to retrieve the information of the customer from the member information base according to the member identity of the customer.
And the sending module 202 is configured to convert the information of the customer into an image or audio and send the image or audio to the voice acquisition device or the designated terminal.
It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)
1. A member information query method based on voiceprint recognition is characterized by comprising the following steps:
voice information of a customer is collected by voice collection equipment arranged in an offline store;
extracting voiceprint features in the voice information, and matching the voiceprint features with voiceprint features in a prestored member voiceprint model;
and if the voiceprint characteristics are successfully matched, calling the information of the customer from the member information base and feeding the information back to the voice acquisition equipment or the designated terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the member information is input in advance, filing and storing the voiceprint characteristics of the member to construct the member voiceprint model.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before retrieving the customer's information from the member information repository, further comprising:

4. The method of claim 1, wherein retrieving the customer's information from a member information base and feeding the customer's information back to the voice capture device or a designated terminal comprises:

and converting the information of the customer into an image or audio and then sending the image or audio to the voice acquisition equipment or the designated terminal.
5. A membership information query system based on voiceprint recognition is characterized by comprising a voice acquisition device arranged in an offline store and a server located locally or in a cloud, wherein,
the voice collecting device includes:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring voice information of a customer;
the voiceprint recognition module is used for extracting voiceprint features in the voice information and matching the voiceprint features with voiceprint features in a prestored member voiceprint model so as to recognize the member identity of the customer;
and the server is used for calling the information of the customer from a member information base according to the member identity of the customer and feeding the information back to the voice acquisition equipment or the appointed terminal.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the speech acquisition device further comprises:

9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 4 when executed.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 4.
