Abstract
由熔体制造粒料时产生的蒸发物必须从废气中
滤除。本发明建议把制成的块状产品,特别是丸状产
品直接用来形成固定床的散状物料,将这种散状物料
装入废气流中,使其中的硫蒸汽形成结晶。
Description
本发明涉及一种用熔体制造粒料的方法,熔体凝固后呈团块状,特别是呈丸状。其中,设置了抽走制造过程中产生的蒸发物用的抽吸装置,并为抽走气流配备了固定床式的散状物料,使蒸发物结晶。
众所周知,例如在把熔化的硫加工成块状粒料时,为了环境保护,必须净化加工过程产生的废气。为此,抽走的废气流必须用过滤器或用含杂质的能使废气中有害的硫蒸汽结晶的固定床式的散状物料滤除。通常用过滤器来滤掉硫尘,而过滤器在制造微粒时本来就是必需的。
本发明提出一种制造块状物的方法,例如制造丸状硫的方法,用这种方法制成的丸状硫亦可用来使废气中要滤除的硫蒸汽结晶。所以,本发明建议,将制成的块状物,特别是丸状物的一部分用来形成固定床的散状物料。经过试验证明,用这种方法不但可使废气达到理想的净化程度,而且还可省掉随后的过滤过程。此外,用本发明方法时,散状物料只由纯制品组成,并在作为散状物料使用后,又可当作产品使用和卖掉。同时散状物料本身又分别被连续排空并用制成粒料重新填充,所以,可使散状物料范围内的硫蒸汽产生有效的结晶作用。
下面结合附图所示的一个实施例来说明本发明。唯一的这幅附图表示用来制造硫丸的设备。为此,硫通过管道(1)输入加料装置(2),该装置将硫熔液分裂成熔滴并把熔滴输送到沿顺时针方向转动的金属带式冷却机(3)上。装料装置(2)有一个抽吸罩(4),罩上有一个抽吸口(5),从抽吸口(5)到抽吸机(7)用一根抽吸管(6)连接。固定床式的散状物料(8)装入抽吸管(6)中,它的作用是,使从抽吸罩(4)中流出仍然是蒸汽状的硫分子形成结晶,从而使废气净化。
在抽吸罩(4)右端硬化了的粒料从带式冷却机(3)上输送到输送装置(9),并由它送入储料罐(10)中。根据本发明建议,储料罐中堆集的制成块状即硫丸的一部分分流出来,如图4虚线(11)所示,用作形成散状物料(8)的材料。输入散状物料(8)中的硫丸特别适用于使硫蒸汽在硫丸上结晶。散状物料(8)中的硫丸可连续或不连续地沿箭头(12)所示方向运走,并被来自输入管(11)的新的硫丸代替。然后,从箭头方向(12)运出由纯硫磺组成的硫丸亦可当作产品进行包装和出售。所以,在这一方法中产生的硫蒸汽的绝大部分都在进入废气之前被收集起来并重新加以利用。
Claims (2)
1.用熔体制造粒料的方法,熔体在凝固后呈块状,特别是丸状,其中,设置了抽走在制造过程中产生的蒸发物用的抽吸装置,并为被抽走的气流配备了固定床式的散状物料,用于使蒸汽状产品结晶,其特征是,块状、特别是丸状制成品的一部分被用来生成固定床的散状物料(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是,固定床的散状物料(8)的块状制成品亦可作为成品使用。
