Abstract
The invention provides a device and a method for measuring and positioning a planting bar hole, wherein the device comprises a main measuring scale and a marking device arranged on the main measuring scale; the main measuring scale comprises a foldable main body part, a level bubble arranged on the main body part, a transverse folding ruler, a graduated scale and a slide rail; the leveling bubble is used for detecting the levelness of the main body part, the transverse folding ruler is used for determining the levelness and the horizontal spacing between the planting rib holes, and the dividing ruler is used for determining the verticality and the height spacing between the planting rib holes; the marking device is limited in the slide rail and fixed through the fixing holes. The invention can realize the positioning and the measurement of a plurality of bar planting holes at one time, and can realize the verticality and the levelness among the bar planting holes while ensuring the spacing of the bar planting holes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a device and a method for measuring and positioning a planting bar hole.
Background
With the progress of society and the development of technology, the building industry in China is rapidly developed, and a shear wall structure and a frame structure slowly replace a masonry structure and become mainstream in the building industry. When the construction drawing is designed, a tie bar is usually arranged in the masonry infilled wall and is connected with the main structure through the tie bar so as to ensure the anti-seismic design requirement of the wall.
At present, in order to simplify the construction process and improve the operation efficiency, a post-bar planting method is generally adopted in the field construction process to enable the tie bars to root in the main structure, and secondary structure masonry and bar planting become an important link in the engineering construction process. The traditional bar planting hole positioning is mostly measured by adopting a box ruler, single bar planting hole positioning is carried out, and ascending operation is needed in part of scenes; in order to ensure the verticality, the verticality is mostly detected by adopting a plumb bob, and the consistent levelness cannot be ensured; therefore, the positioning operation speed of the artificial bar planting holes is low, and the measurement precision of the positions and the intervals of the bar planting holes is low, so that the construction progress and the construction quality are influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a device and a method for measuring and positioning a rebar planting hole, so as to solve the problems of slow construction progress and low quality caused by manual rebar planting hole marking at present.
The invention provides a device for measuring and positioning a bar planting hole, which comprises a main measuring scale and a marking device arranged on the main measuring scale; the main measuring scale comprises a foldable main body part, a level bubble arranged on the main body part, a transverse folding ruler, a graduated scale and a slide rail; the leveling bubble is used for detecting the levelness of the main body part, the transverse folding ruler is used for determining the levelness and the horizontal spacing between the planting rib holes, and the dividing ruler is used for determining the verticality and the height spacing between the planting rib holes; and fixing holes are regularly distributed in the slide rail, and the marking device is limited in the slide rail and fixed through the fixing holes.

By utilizing the device and the method for measuring and positioning the bar planting holes, the spacing between the bar planting holes can be adjusted according to design requirements, a plurality of bar planting holes can be positioned and measured at one time, the operation efficiency is improved, and the perpendicularity and levelness of the bar planting holes can be ensured while the spacing between the bar planting holes is ensured.

In order to describe the device and method for measuring and positioning the bar-planting hole in detail, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 to 5 show schematic structures of a bar-planting hole measuring and positioning device according to an embodiment of the present invention from different angles, respectively.
As shown together with fig. 1 to 5, the device for measuring and positioning a bar planting hole according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a main measuring scale and a marking device 9 disposed on the main measuring scale; the main measuring scale comprises a foldable main body part 1, a level bubble 6 arranged on the main body part 1, a transverse folding ruler 3, a graduated scale 4 and a slide rail 7; the leveling bubble 6 is used for detecting the levelness of the main body part 1, the transverse folding ruler 3 is used for determining the levelness and the horizontal spacing between the planting reinforcement holes, and the dividing ruler 4 is used for determining the verticality and the height spacing between the planting reinforcement holes; the fixed holes 8 which are regularly distributed are formed in the slide rail 7, the marking device 9 is limited in the slide rail 7 and fixed in the fixed holes 8, and the embedded bar position of the to-be-embedded bar wall body is accurately marked through the marking device 9.

As shown together with fig. 1 to 7, the marking device 9 of the embodiment of the present invention includes a spherical fixing portion 92, a pigment bin 94 disposed in the fixing portion 92, and a limiting block sleeved outside the pigment bin 94; the stopper is fixed in the fixed part 92 outside, and pigment storehouse 94 is fixed partially in fixed part 92, and local spacing is in the stopper, and is provided with spacing spring 93 and fixes the dog at spacing spring 93 tip between pigment storehouse 94 and stopper.

The device and the method for measuring and positioning the bar planting hole have the following advantages:
