The pipe surface cleaning device according to claim 3, further comprising a buffer resistance member (A), wherein the buffer resistance member (A) is fixedly connected to the base (5), and the buffer resistance member (A) and the wind fluid (8) are coaxially and sequentially arranged on the base (5) in the pipe (3) cleaning direction.
5. A pipe surface cleaning device according to claim 4, further comprising a sound-proof enclosure (1), wherein the wind fluid (8) is placed inside the sound-proof enclosure (1), and wherein the sound-proof enclosure (1) is fixedly connected to the base (5).
6. A pipe surface cleaning device according to claim 5, characterized in that the base (5) comprises an adjustable bracket (52) and a base frame (53), the adjustable bracket (52) being adjustably connected with the base frame (53).

The pipe surface cleaning device according to claim 1 or 6, wherein the controller (7) is a PLC circuit board (71), the valve body (10) is an electromagnetic throttle valve (102), the sensor (2) is an annular non-contact sensor (21), the PLC circuit board (71) is respectively communicated with the electromagnetic throttle valve (102) and the non-contact sensor (21), and the annular non-contact sensor (21) is coaxially arranged with the wind fluid (8).

The pipe surface cleaning device according to claim 6, wherein the base (5) further comprises a bearing table (51) and a supporting member, one end of the adjustable bracket (52) is connected with the base frame (53) through an adjusting hand wheel (54), the other end of the adjustable bracket (52) is fixedly connected with the bearing table (51), the water blocking piece (4) is a water blocking flange (41), the buffering piece (A) is a buffering flange (A1), the bearing table (51) is sequentially provided with the water blocking flange (41), the sensor (2), the buffering flange (A1) and the wind fluid (8), the water blocking flange (41), the buffering flange (A1) and the wind fluid (8) are coaxially arranged, the pipe (3) is suspended in the water blocking flange (41), the buffering flange (A1) and the wind fluid (8), the supporting piece contacts and supports the pipe (3).

b. residual water drops do not exist on the surface of the pipe (3), the sensor (2) sends a signal without residual water drops to the controller (7), the valve body (10) is not opened, and the pipe (3) exits from the pipe surface cleaning device;
2) after the valve body (10) is opened, the pipe (3) with residual water drops on the surface enters the air fluid (8), the started air compressor presses air into the valve body (10), the valve body (10) conveys air to the air fluid (8), and the water drops on the surface of the pipe (3) are cleaned by air outlet of the air fluid (8).

1) the pipe (3) to be treated enters the pipe surface cleaning device from the water tank, the pipe (3) passes through the water blocking piece (4) of the pipe surface cleaning device, and the water blocking piece (4) blocks water sprayed out of the water tank;

a. residual water drops are formed on the surface of the pipe (3), the sensor (2) sends a signal with the residual water drops to the controller (7), and the controller (7) controls the valve body (10) to be opened;
b. residual water drops do not exist on the surface of the pipe (3), the sensor (2) sends a signal without residual water drops to the controller (7), the valve body (10) is not opened, and the pipe (3) exits from the pipe surface cleaning device;
3) after the valve body (10) is opened, the pipe (3) with the residual water drops on the surface enters the buffering resistance piece (A), the poor-quality pipe (3) is prevented from directly colliding with the wind fluid (8), the pipe (3) enters the buffering resistance piece (A) and then enters the wind fluid (8), and the surface of the pipe (3) is cleaned through the wind outlet of the wind fluid (8) air outlet.
