Abstract
本发明涉及一种高密封性蝶阀,属于阀门筑技术领域。本发明在蝶阀底部设定了缓冲弹簧并且连接了橡胶垫,可以很好的在流体流动过程中,减缓震动,避免对蝶阀由于晃动,造成的密封性能的损伤,其次,本发明在使用过程中,在液体进行流动至蝶阀时,由于蝶板的关闭,对液体进行了阻隔,使液体静置,并且顺着连接斜管、连接管进入气圈,对气圈进行填充,通过气圈的微量的膨胀,使其增加与蝶板表面凹圈的契合程度,进一步增加了密封性能,同时,在蝶板打开后,由于连接斜管的倾斜方向使顺着液体流动方向,因此在液体流动时,由于流速产生的吸力,可以将里面的液体进行吸出来,避免液体的残留。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高密封性蝶阀,属于阀门筑技术领域。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,可用于低压管道介质的开关控制。蝶阀是指关闭件(阀瓣或蝶板)为圆盘,围绕阀杆旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀,阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。蝶阀的优点主要表现在启闭方便迅速、省力、流体阻力小,可以经常操作;启闭力矩较小,由于转轴两侧蝶板受介质作用基本相等,而产生转矩的方向相反,因而启闭较省力。
蝶阀的使用非常广泛,其使用的品种和数量仍在继续扩大,并向高温、高压、大口径、高密封性、长寿命、优良的调节特性,以及一阀多功能发展,其可靠性及其他性能指标均达到较高水平。蝶阀的结构原理尤其适合制作大口径阀门,常用的蝶阀有对夹式蝶阀和法兰式蝶阀两种。对夹式蝶阀是用双头螺栓将阀门连接在两管道法兰之间,法兰式蝶阀是阀门上带有法兰,用螺栓将阀门上两端法兰连接在管道法兰上使用过程。现市场上现有蝶阀结构,只由阀杆、蝶阀板、密封垫圈相互组合形成密封。但是,现有的蝶阀一般采用橡胶环密封或者金属环密封,长时间使用后会导致蝶阀的密封性能下降,影响蝶阀的正常使用。因此,现有的技术存在着密封性能较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题,针对目前蝶阀密封性能差的问题,提供了一种高密封性蝶阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种高密封性蝶阀,包括阀体、阀轴,其特征在于,所述阀体内部连接密封圈,所述密封圈与气圈进行连接,所述阀轴贯穿阀体与连接轴进行连接,所述连接轴与蝶板进行连接,所述阀轴两侧设有固定片,所述阀体底部连接阀座,所述阀座中间设有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧底部与橡胶垫进行连接。
所述密封圈是硅胶圈、橡胶圈中的任意一种。
所述密封圈内部设有连接管,连接管一侧连接斜管,连接管另一端与气圈进行连接。
所述斜管贯穿气圈,且斜管的倾斜方向与水流向相同,且倾斜40~45°。
所述蝶板外圈为凹圈。
所述气圈在充满后,与凹圈进行匹配。
所述阀体、密封圈及气圈可以通过粘结进行结合,也可以通过连接杆进行连接。
本发明的有益技术效果是:

如图1至图3所示的一种高密封性蝶阀,包括阀体1、阀轴2,其特征在于,所述阀体1内部连接密封圈4,所述密封圈4与气圈5进行连接,所述阀轴2贯穿阀体1与连接轴7进行连接,所述连接轴7与蝶板6进行连接,所述阀轴2两侧设有固定片3,所述阀体1底部连接阀座8,所述阀座8中间设有缓冲弹簧10,缓冲弹簧底部与橡胶垫9进行连接。所述密封圈4是硅胶圈、橡胶圈中的任意一种。所述密封圈4内部设有连接管12,连接管一侧连接斜管11,连接管另一端与气圈5进行连接。
所述斜管11贯穿气圈5,且斜管的倾斜方向与水流向相同,且倾斜40~45°。所述蝶板6外圈为凹圈13。
所述气圈5在充满后,与凹圈13进行匹配。
所述阀体1、密封圈4及气圈5可以通过粘结进行结合,也可以通过连接杆进行连接。

1.一种高密封性蝶阀,包括阀体(1)、阀轴(2),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)内部连接密封圈(4),所述密封圈(4)与气圈(5)进行连接,所述阀轴(2)贯穿阀体(1)与连接轴(7)进行连接,所述连接轴(7)与蝶板(6)进行连接,所述阀轴(2)两侧设有固定片(3),所述阀体(1)底部连接阀座(8),所述阀座(8)中间设有缓冲弹簧(10),缓冲弹簧底部与橡胶垫(9)进行连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密封性蝶阀,其特征在于,所述密封圈(4)是硅胶圈、橡胶圈中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密封性蝶阀,其特征在于,所述密封圈(4)内部设有连接管(12),连接管一侧连接斜管(11),连接管另一端与气圈(5)进行连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高密封性蝶阀,其特征在于,所述斜管(11)贯穿气圈(5),且斜管的倾斜方向与水流向相同,且倾斜40~45°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密封性蝶阀,其特征在于,所述蝶板(6)外圈为凹圈(13)。
6.根据权利要求1或6所述的一种高密封性蝶阀,其特征在于,所述气圈(5)在充满后,与凹圈(13)进行匹配。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密封性蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀体(1)、密封圈(4)及气圈(5)可以通过粘结进行结合,也可以通过连接杆进行连接。
