Abstract
本发明提供一种高性能塑钢耐火窗,包括由平开框型材焊接构成的窗框、通过连接在窗框上的平开中梃型材将窗框分割成开启窗和固定窗、设置在开启窗内由平开扇型材焊接构成的平开窗扇,平开框型材及平开中梃型材与平开窗扇之间形成独立的水密腔室和气密腔室。本发明型材结构设计合理,形成独立的水密腔和气密腔,提升了门窗的各项性能。经理论测算,型材传热系数K=1.4㎡k/w,有效的保障了门窗的保温性能,具有较强的高端市场竞争优势。本发明具有以下优点:1、具有较高的保温性能。2、窗材料结构全部为耐火型材,耐火完整性达到1小时。本发明适用于严寒、寒冷地区建筑门窗使用,同时适用于有耐火窗需求的高端楼盘使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种窗户,特别是一种气密性、水密性、抗风压性、隔音性、保温性及耐火性的高性能塑钢耐火窗。
背景技术
按照国家规范《建筑设计防火规范》GB50016-2014,5.5.32条规定,建筑高度大于54m的住宅建筑,每户应有一间房间符合下列规定:1、应靠外墙设置,并应设置可开启外窗;2、内、外墙体的耐火极限不应低于1.00h,该房间的门宜采用乙级防火门,外窗的耐火完整性不宜低于1.00h。要求原有的节能门窗在具备气密性、水密性、抗风压性、隔音性、保温性五种性能的同时还具备耐火完整性,由于本身材质的问题,目前市场上铝合金耐火窗比较普遍,但是很少有能通过耐火检测的塑钢门窗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是按照国家规范《建筑设计防火规范》GB50016-2014里要求的提供一种具有气密性、水密性、抗风压性、隔音性、保温性及耐火性的高性能塑钢耐火窗。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高性能塑钢耐火窗,包括由平开框型材焊接构成的窗框、通过连接在窗框上的平开中梃型材将窗框分割成开启窗和固定窗、设置在开启窗内由平开扇型材焊接构成的平开窗扇,固定窗的平开框型材和平开中梃型材通过玻璃压条安装中空玻璃;平开窗扇的平开窗扇型材上通过玻璃压条安装防火中空玻璃,平开窗扇上设有传动器和执手五金件实现开启窗锁闭,开启窗的平开框型材和平开中梃型材的胶条槽口上穿入大胶条,平开框型材及平开中梃型材与平开窗扇之间形成独立的水密腔室和气密腔室。
所述平开框型材从室外一侧至室内一侧依次设有平开框型材独立排水腔、平开框型材保温腔室A、平开框型材钢衬腔、平开框型材保温腔室B、C腔室结构;所述平开扇型材从室外一侧至室内一侧依次设有平开扇型材独立排水腔、平开扇型材保温腔室Q、平开扇型材钢衬腔、平开扇型材保温腔室R腔室结构。
所述平开扇型材上设有五金欧式槽,五金欧式槽上设有五金件。
所述的平开框型材的平开框型材内部腔室D、E里分别设有1.2-1.5mm厚度的不锈钢片;平开中梃型材的平开中梃型材内部腔室X、Y里分别设有1.2-1.5mm厚度的不锈钢片;平开扇型材的平开扇型材内部腔室J、K里分别设有1.2-1.5mm厚度的不锈钢片。
所述的平开框型材的平开框型材内部卡槽F、G里分别设有遇火膨胀胶条;平开中梃型材的平开中梃型材内部卡槽M、N里分别设有遇火膨胀胶条;平开扇型材的平开扇型材内部卡槽里设有遇火膨胀胶条。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种高性能塑钢耐火窗,包括平开框型材1、窗框2、平开中挺型材3、开启窗4、固定窗5、平开扇型材6、平开窗扇7,平开框型材1从室外一侧至室内一侧依次设有平开框型材独立排水腔16、平开框型材保温腔室A18、平开框型材钢衬腔17、平开框型材保温腔室B19、C20腔室结构。所述的平开框型材1的平开框型材内部腔室D27、E29里分别设有1.2-1.5mm厚度的不锈钢片26、28;使整个塑钢型材增加强度,从而增加耐火性。所述的平开框型材1的平开框型材内部卡槽F34、G35里分别设有遇火膨胀胶条39、40;使整个窗在遇火温度升高后,遇火膨胀胶条膨胀10-20倍体积后,使窗内缝隙充满,整窗具备耐火性能,可达到耐火完整性1小时。由安装有不锈钢片26、28的平开框型材1焊接形成耐火窗框2,平开中梃型材3的平开中梃型材内部腔室X30、Y31里分别设有1.2-1.5mm厚度的不锈钢片26、28,使整个塑钢型材增加强度,从而增加耐火性。平开中挺型材3的平开中挺型材内部卡槽M37、N38里分别设有遇火膨胀胶条39、40;使整个窗在遇火温度升高后,遇火膨胀胶条膨胀10-20倍体积后,使窗内缝隙充满,整窗具备耐火性能,可达到耐火完整性1小时。由安装有不锈钢片26、28的平开中梃型材3焊接在窗框2上,将窗框2分割成开启窗4和固定窗5。固定窗5的平开框型材1和平开中梃型材3通过玻璃压条10安装中空玻璃13;开启窗4内由平开扇型材6焊接构成的平开窗扇7,平开扇型材6从室外一侧至室内一侧依次设有平开扇型材独立排水腔21、平开扇型材保温腔室Q23、平开扇型材钢衬腔22、平开扇型材保温腔室R24腔室结构。平开扇型材6的平开扇型材内部腔室J32、K33里分别设有1.2-1.5mm厚度的不锈钢片26、28。使整个塑钢型材增加强度,从而增加耐火性。平开扇型材6的平开扇型材内部卡槽36里设有遇火膨胀胶条39。使整个窗在遇火温度升高后,遇火膨胀胶条膨胀10-20倍体积后,使窗内缝隙充满,整窗具备耐火性能,可达到耐火完整性1小时。平开扇型材6上设有五金欧式槽25,五金欧式槽25上设有五金件12,使整窗可以锁闭。平开窗扇7上的平开扇型材6通过玻璃压条10安装防火中空玻璃11,平开窗扇7上设有传动器和执手五金件12实现开启窗4锁闭,开启窗4的平开框型材1和平开中梃型材3的胶条槽口8上穿入大胶条9,平开框型材1及平开中梃型材3与平开窗扇7之间形成独立的水密腔室14和气密腔室15,大大提升整窗的密封性能和保温性能,最终形成这种高性能塑钢耐火窗。由于窗型材内全部穿不锈钢片26、28形成防火面,窗子遇火后塑料型材软化,但是内部不锈钢耐高温不变,所以整窗可以耐火1小时。

1.一种高性能塑钢耐火窗,包括由平开框型材(1)焊接构成的窗框(2)、通过连接在窗框(2)上的平开中梃型材(3)将窗框(2)分割成开启窗(4)和固定窗(5)、设置在开启窗(4)内由平开扇型材(6)焊接构成的平开窗扇(7),固定窗(5)的平开框型材(1)和平开中梃型材(3)通过玻璃压条(10)安装中空玻璃(13);平开窗扇(7)的平开扇型材(6)通过玻璃压条(10)安装防火中空玻璃(11),其特征在于:平开窗扇(7)上设有传动器和执手五金件(12)实现开启窗(4)锁闭,开启窗(4)的平开框型材(1)和平开中梃型材(3)的胶条槽口(8)上穿入大胶条(9),平开框型材(1)及平开中梃型材(3)与平开窗扇(7)之间形成独立的水密腔室(14)和气密腔室(15)。
2.如权利要求1所述的高性能塑钢耐火窗,其特征在于:所述平开框型材(1)从室外一侧至室内一侧依次设有平开框型材独立排水腔(16)、平开框型材保温腔室A(18)、平开框型材钢衬腔(17)、平开框型材保温腔室B、C(19、20)腔室结构;所述平开扇型材(6)从室外一侧至室内一侧依次设有平开扇型材独立排水腔(21)、平开扇型材保温腔室Q(23)、平开扇型材钢衬腔(22)、平开扇型材保温腔室R(24)腔室结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的高性能塑钢耐火窗,其特征在于:所述平开扇型材(6)上设有五金欧式槽(25),五金欧式槽(25)上设有五金件(12)。
4.如权利要求1所述的高性能塑钢耐火窗,其特征在于:所述的平开框型材(1)的平开框型材内部腔室D、E(27、29)里分别设有1.2-1.5mm厚度的不锈钢片(26、28);平开中梃型材(3)的平开中挺型材内部腔室X、Y(30、31)里分别设有1.2-1.5mm厚度的不锈钢片(26、28);平开扇型材(6)的平开扇型材内部腔室J、K(32、33)里分别设有1.2-1.5mm厚度的不锈钢片(26、28)。
5.如权利要求1所述的高性能塑钢耐火窗,其特征在于:所述的平开框型材(1)的平开框型材内部卡槽F、G(34、35)里分别设有遇火膨胀胶条(39、40);平开中梃型材(3)的平开中梃型材内部卡槽M、N(37、38)里分别设有遇火膨胀胶条(39、40);平开扇型材(6)的平开扇型材内部卡槽(36)里设有遇火膨胀胶条(39)。
