Abstract
The invention discloses a prefabricated part connecting piece and a connecting mode thereof, and relates to the technical field of assembly type buildings, wherein the prefabricated part connecting piece comprises a first sleeve, at least one connecting rod, a flat plate and a second sleeve, wherein the flat plate is provided with at least one first hole, and the connecting rod penetrates through the first hole and sequentially penetrates through the first sleeve, the flat plate and the second sleeve; the prefabricated member connecting piece has a simple structure, reduces the steel consumption on the basis of a simplified structure, obviously enhances the shearing resistance and lifting resistance among cavity members, well meets the strength requirement of connection among the prefabricated cavity members, is simple and convenient in connection operation, and reduces the labor intensity in the installation process.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of assembly type buildings, in particular to a prefabricated part connecting piece and a connecting mode thereof.
Background
The connecting piece is the key part of prefabricated component combination, and its main effect has two: the first is used for bearing and transmitting longitudinal shearing force; and the other is used for resisting the tensile force. At present, the market generally still uses traditional peg connecting piece, curved reinforcing bar connecting piece, shaped steel shear force connecting piece etc. because the particularity of prefabricated component connection, when these traditional connected modes are applied to the connection between the cavity component, often can't reach due technical strength index, need increase the steel quantity, perhaps design specific function connection block at member certain position, thereby increase the weight of cavity component, make the structure of prefabricated component complicated, the efficiency of mill's production has been restricted, the degree of difficulty of installing and using has also been increased, can't satisfy the actual production demand.

a prefabricated part connecting piece comprises a first sleeve, at least one connecting rod, a flat plate and a second sleeve, wherein the flat plate is provided with at least one first hole, and the connecting rod penetrates through the first hole and sequentially penetrates through the first sleeve, the flat plate and the second sleeve; the inner side opening of the first sleeve is provided with a first side belt, the inner side opening of the second sleeve is provided with a second side belt, and the flat plate is provided with at least one glue inlet hole and at least one glue overflow hole.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the first sleeve, the flat plate, the second sleeve or the connecting rod is made of metal, high-strength plastic or high-strength nylon.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the first sleeve and the second sleeve are vertically symmetrical along the flat plate, and the first sleeve is in a pipe shape with a large upper part and a small lower part.

d. sleeving the second sleeve on the other prefabricated part, respectively pouring a connecting sizing material into the reserved holes of the second sleeve and the other prefabricated part, and then sleeving the prefabricated part on the other end of the connecting rod to fixedly connect the prefabricated part, the connecting rod, the first sleeve, the flat plate and the second sleeve into a whole;
e. injecting a connecting glue material into the glue injection hole, and discharging the glue from the glue outlet hole until the enclosed space of the first sleeve, the second sleeve and the two prefabricated parts is filled;
f. and maintaining and hardening, and fixedly connecting the two prefabricated components, the connecting component and the connecting rod into a whole.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the connecting sizing material is high-strength mortar, structural adhesive, fine aggregate concrete or high-strength fiber concrete.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
(1) the prefabricated part connecting piece is simple in structure, reduces the steel consumption on the basis of simplifying the structure, remarkably enhances the shearing resistance and the lifting resistance among prefabricated parts, and well meets the strength requirement of connection among the prefabricated parts.
(2) The connecting mode of the prefabricated part connecting piece is simple and convenient to operate, and labor intensity in the installation process is reduced.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a prefabricated part connecting piece, which includes a first sleeve 2, at least one connecting rod 1, a flat plate 6 and a second sleeve 3, and referring to fig. 2, the flat plate 6 is provided with at least one first hole 9, and the connecting rod 1 passes through the first hole 9 and sequentially penetrates through the first sleeve 2, the flat plate 6 and the second sleeve 3; the inner side opening of the first sleeve 2 is provided with a first side belt 4, the inner side opening of the second sleeve 3 is provided with a second side belt 5, and the flat plate 6 is provided with at least one glue inlet hole 10 and at least one glue overflow hole 11.
The first sleeve 2, the flat plate 6, the second sleeve 3 or the connecting rod 1 are made of metal, high-strength plastic or high-strength nylon.
The first sleeve 2 and the second sleeve 3 are vertically symmetrical along the flat plate 6, and the first sleeve 2 is in a tube shape with a large top and a small bottom. The tubular first and second sleeves 2, 3 are provided to facilitate the adaptation to the requirements of the connecting ends of the prefabricated elements, and to ensure the integrity and structural strength of the connecting portions. In addition, the prefabricated part connecting piece can be made into other shapes without changing the overall structural characteristics for the requirement of using various prefabricated parts.
In order to ensure the tightness after the first sleeve 2 and the second sleeve 3 are connected, the horizontal cross section area of the flat plate 6 is larger than or equal to the minimum horizontal cross section area of the first sleeve 2 and the second sleeve 3, one of the flat plate and the second sleeve can ensure the smooth filling of connecting sizing materials, the flat plate 6 provides redundancy, so that the engineering installation and construction can be facilitated, and the requirements on connection and assembly precision can be reduced as far as possible to accelerate the construction progress on the premise of not influencing the use efficiency.
The shape, size and number of the connecting rod 1 are matched with the first holes 9. The connecting rod 1 and the inner side of the first hole 9 are screwed, welded, glued or not connected.
The connecting rod 1 is in a hollow tubular shape and is provided with a glue injection hole 7, and the radial cross-sectional area of the glue injection hole 7 is not more than 30% of the radial cross-sectional area of the connecting rod 1; at least one glue outlet hole 8 is formed in the side wall of the connecting rod 1 in the radial direction, the glue outlet hole 8 is communicated with the glue injection hole 7, and the position of the glue outlet hole 8 is located in the height range from the first side belt 4 to the second side belt 5. In order to ensure the glue injection effect and prevent the connection glue from being exposed, the opening position of the glue outlet hole 8 needs to ensure that a closed space is formed between the first side band 4 and the second side band 5, and the first side band 4 arranged on the first sleeve 2 and the second side band 5 arranged on the second sleeve 3 can be connected with the prefabricated part to form a closed space.
A connecting mode of prefabricated part connecting pieces comprises the following steps:
a. the end parts of two prefabricated parts to be connected are respectively provided with a reserved hole with the size and the shape matched with the connecting rod 1;
b. fixing the first sleeve 2 at the end of a prefabricated part to be connected, inserting the connecting rod 1 into the reserved hole at the end of the prefabricated part, and penetrating through the first hole 9 on the flat plate 6 to fix the connecting rod 1;
c. connecting rubber materials are injected through the rubber injection holes 7 until the connecting rubber materials overflow from the rubber overflow holes 11;
d. sleeving the second sleeve 3 on the other prefabricated part, respectively pouring a connecting sizing material into the reserved holes of the second sleeve 3 and the other prefabricated part, and then sleeving the prefabricated part on the other end of the connecting rod 1 to fixedly connect the prefabricated part, the connecting rod 1, the first sleeve 2, the flat plate 6 and the second sleeve 3 into a whole; wherein the connecting sizing material is high-strength mortar, structural adhesive, fine aggregate concrete or high-strength fiber concrete;
e. injecting a connecting glue material into the glue injection hole 7, and discharging the glue from the glue outlet hole 8 until the enclosed space of the first sleeve 2, the second sleeve 3 and the two prefabricated parts is filled;
f. and (5) maintaining and hardening, and fixedly connecting the two prefabricated parts with the connecting component 1 and the connecting rod 1 into a whole.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic diagram of a prefabricated part connecting piece according to an embodiment of the present invention after installation is completed.
The prefabricated part connecting piece is simple in structure, reduces the steel consumption on the basis of simplifying the structure, remarkably enhances the shearing resistance and the lifting resistance among prefabricated parts, and well meets the strength requirement of connection among the prefabricated parts. In addition, the connecting mode of the prefabricated part connecting piece is simple and convenient to operate, and the labor intensity in the installation process is reduced.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and such modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the present invention. d. sleeving the second sleeve (3) on the other prefabricated part, respectively pouring connecting sizing materials into the reserved holes of the second sleeve (3) and the other prefabricated part, and then sleeving the prefabricated part on the other end of the connecting rod (1) to fixedly connect the prefabricated part, the connecting rod (1), the first sleeve (2), the flat plate (6) and the second sleeve (3) into a whole;
e. injecting a connecting glue material into the glue injection hole (7), and discharging glue from the glue outlet hole (8) until the enclosed space of the first sleeve (2), the second sleeve (3) and the two prefabricated components is filled;
f. and (5) maintaining and hardening, and fixedly connecting the two prefabricated components with the connecting component (1) and the connecting rod (1) into a whole.
