Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water blocking and draining, in particular to a water blocking and draining system.
Background
With the development of cities, the land is more and more tensioned, and in order to better utilize the space, underground garages are widely popularized. But the drainage problem of underground garages has been a major problem. Specifically, since the underground garage entrance and exit is generally provided with a slope, rainwater can flow into the underground garage along the slope in rainy days, so that the underground garage can be filled with water, and vehicles can be even submerged in severe cases.
In the prior art, drainage of the slope of the underground garage mostly adopts a drainage ditch, but in the practical application process, only a part of rainwater can be led into a designated drainage outlet through the drainage ditch, and a large part of rainwater also directly flows into the underground garage. In the prior art, a rolling door mode is adopted to prevent rainwater from entering an underground garage, such as a water blocking system of the underground garage disclosed in China patent CN 201110408127.3. However, the mode of directly blocking rainwater by adopting a physical mode can cause the problem that vehicles cannot normally enter and exit the underground garage in the practical application process. In view of the above, the present inventors have studied the prior art and have made the present application.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawings and detailed description:
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the water blocking and draining system includes an air outlet device 2 and a rain grate 3 disposed on a slope 1, where the air outlet device 2 can guide rain into the rain grate 3. The water-blocking drainage system further comprises a drainage device arranged below the slope 1, wherein the drainage device comprises a water collecting tank 5 communicated with the rainwater grate 3, a water storage tank 6 used for storing water, a first pipeline 11 and a second pipeline 12 respectively used for communicating the water collecting tank 5 and the water storage tank 6, and a pressure supply assembly 7 used for supplying pressure to the first pipeline 11. It should be noted that, the pressure provided by the pressure supply assembly 7 can make the water flows in the first pipeline 11 and the second pipeline 12 generate the same-direction back pressure, and the pressure supply assembly 7 is an air pump assembly. Of course, in other embodiments, the pressure supply assembly 7 may supply pressure to the second conduit 12, or both the first conduit 11 and the second conduit 12.
As shown in fig. 1, the air outlet device 2 is a device for changing the flow direction of rainwater by spraying air in front to generate an air wall. In fig. 1, a trajectory S1 represents a trajectory of rainwater flowing down the slope 1 when the air outlet device 2 is not operating; the trajectory S2 represents a trajectory diagram in which rainwater is introduced into the rainwater grate 3 when the air outlet device 2 is in operation.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the outside rains, the rainwater flowing down the slope 1 is guided into the rainwater grate 3 and flows into the water collecting tank 5 by the air outlet device 2. The drainage device located below the slope 1 is capable of guiding rainwater from the water collection tank 5 into the water storage tank 6 through the first pipeline 11 and the second pipeline 12, respectively, and finally draining the rainwater from the water storage tank 6 when the pressure supply device is operated. Wherein the first and second pipelines 11 and 12 are respectively installed with the first and second water discharge assemblies 9 and 10 to increase the water flow rate.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, the drainage assembly includes a body 28 with a water passing chamber 31 therein, a fan blade 27 rotatably disposed on the body 28 and located in the water passing chamber 31, an upper cover 26 for covering the water passing chamber 31, and a motor assembly for driving the fan blade 27 to rotate. The body 28 is provided with a water inlet 30 and a water outlet 29 which are respectively communicated with the water passing cavity 31, the fan blades 27 are provided with a plurality of blades, the upper cover 26 is provided with a pressure release hole 32 which is connected with the water passing cavity 31 and the outside, and the pressure release hole 32 corresponds to the water passing cavity 31 and is clamped in the area between the water inlet 30 and the water outlet 29.
Specifically, the water chamber 31 may be divided into a plurality of relatively independent water containing areas by the plurality of blades, when the fan blades 27 are driven by the motor assembly to rotate, the water containing area opposite to the water inlet 30 can store water, when the water containing area rotates to the pressure release hole 32 area of the upper cover 26, the water containing area can release pressure, and then when the water containing area continues to rotate and is opposite to the water outlet 29, the water in the water containing area is discharged from the water outlet 29 under the action of inertia and water pressure.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in this case, the fan blade 27 is provided with three uniformly distributed blades, the water passing cavity 31 is a cylindrical cavity, and the three blades divide the water passing cavity 31 into A, B, C three water containing areas. In addition, the water inlet 30 and the water outlet 29 are oppositely arranged on the body 28, and the pressure release hole 32 is positioned on the midvertical line of the water inlet 30 and the water outlet 29.
As shown in fig. 7, the drainage device of the present disclosure is divided into four steps P1, P2, P3 and P4, and the specific working principle thereof is as follows:
in P1, water has not yet entered the water containing region A from the water inlet 30.
When the fan blades 27 are rotated counterclockwise to the position shown in fig. P2, the water containing area a is opposite to the water inlet 30, and water enters from the water inlet 30 and fills the water containing area a.
When the fan blade 27 rotates further counterclockwise to the position shown in fig. P3, the pressure release hole 32 will release the pressure in the water containing area a. It should be noted that, since A, B, C water containing areas are relatively independent, when water enters the water containing area a in a short time, negative pressure is generated in the water containing area a, which is not beneficial to drainage. The pressure release hole 32 can well release pressure in the water containing area A.
When the fan blade 27 rotates further counterclockwise to the position shown in fig. 4, the water containing area a faces the water outlet 29, and the water in the water containing area a is rapidly discharged from the water outlet 29 under the action of inertia and water pressure.
In the above process, when the water in the water containing area a finally reaches the position in fig. P4 from the position in fig. P2 by the driving of the fan blades 27, the kinetic energy of the water in the water containing area a is increased, so that the water is discharged from the water outlet 29 at a high speed. In addition, for convenience of explanation, the above steps will be explained only in the water containing region a. In actual operation, the water containing regions A, B, C are connected in sequence to allow the drain to be in a continuous drain state.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the air outlet device 2 includes an air storage assembly with a cavity 19 therein, a first motor 13, and a fan assembly 15 disposed in the cavity 19 and drivingly connected to the motor. The first motor 13 has an output shaft 14, the fan assembly 15 includes a fan 16 sleeved on the output shaft 14, and an end cover 17 sleeved on the output shaft 14 and located behind the fan 16, where the end cover 17 and the fan 16 can rotate along with the output shaft 14. The air storage assembly comprises an air storage box 18, an air inlet piece 21 arranged on the air storage box 18 and communicated with the cavity 19, and an air outlet piece 20 arranged on the air storage box 18 and communicated with the cavity 19, wherein the air outlet piece 20 is provided with an air outlet channel which is arranged approximately horizontally.
Specifically, the rotating fan assembly 15 may draw air from the air intake 21 and then eject the air from the air outlet 20 in a designated direction to form an air wall to direct rainwater into a designated location. Wherein the fan assembly 15 comprises not only the fan 16 but also an end cap 17 located behind the fan 16. The end cover 17 is a circular sheet-shaped geometric body sleeved on the output shaft 14, and the rotating end cover 17 can change the wind power track positioned in the cavity 19, so that air is ejected from a more concentrated air outlet channel. Of course, a plurality of wind-guiding drum surfaces can be arranged on one side of the end cover 17 close to the fan blade 16, which plays a role of pushing and cutting air, and further enhances the air wall generated by the fan blade assembly 15.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the rain grate 3 includes a second motor 22, a crank block mechanism 23 drivingly connected to the second motor 22, a grid plate 25 connected to the crank block mechanism 23 and provided with a plurality of drain holes, and a slide rail 24, and the second motor 22 can drive the grid plate 25 to move back and forth along the slide rail 24. Wherein the drain hole and the water collecting tank 5 are communicated. Because in long-term use, debris such as weeds and branch can plug up the wash port, the rainwater grate 3 of this case, through the connection of second motor 22 and slider-crank mechanism 23, can drive grid tray 25 back and forth reciprocating motion, can effectively avoid the wash port of grid tray 25 to be plugged up the problem by debris such as weeds and branch, and the silt of piling up also can be discharged from the wash port under the motion of grid tray 25 simultaneously, guarantees the effective drainage of rainwater grate 3.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the surface of the slope 1 has a plurality of inclined drainage grooves 4, and the plurality of drainage grooves 4 are arranged to incline from the air outlet device 2 toward the rain grate 3. The drainage grooves 4 are obliquely arranged, so that rainwater can be guided into the rainwater grate 3 in an auxiliary mode, meanwhile, the time for the rainwater to flow through the slope 1 can be increased, and the rainwater can be guided into the rainwater grate 3 by the air outlet device 2 conveniently. At the same time, the bottom of the slope 1 is provided with a drain to the reservoir 6, which drain can redirect overflowed rainwater into the reservoir 6.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the water blocking and draining system includes a control mechanism and a rain sensor 8. In this case, the raindrop sensor 8, the air outlet device 2, the pressure supply assembly 7, the first drainage assembly 9, and the second drainage assembly 10 are electrically connected to the control mechanism respectively. The rain sensor 8 is arranged on the upper edge of the slope 1, and the rain sensor 8 can detect whether external rainwater flows into the underground garage or not and transmit the information containing the rainwater to the control mechanism. The control mechanism can control the operation of the air outlet device 2, the pressure supply assembly 7, the first water discharge assembly 9 and the second water discharge assembly 10. The connection relationship among the control mechanism, the raindrop sensor 8, the air outlet device 2, the pressure supply assembly 7, the first drainage assembly 9, and the second drainage assembly 10 belongs to the prior art means and is not described herein.
Through the scheme of the embodiment, the water blocking and draining system adopts the concept of not being too sparse, and the rainwater flowing into the underground parking garage is guided and drained from the source slope 1. The water-blocking drainage system does not directly adopt a mode of blocking rainwater, but realizes the guiding of the rainwater through the combination of the air outlet device 2 and the rainwater grate 3, so that the water-blocking drainage system can be ensured to normally pass through vehicles when in normal drainage operation, and the water-blocking drainage system has good practicability.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and variations may be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
