constructing a middle tower column, installing a framework, installing a cable guide pipe, binding steel bars, installing a template, pouring, maintaining and removing the template;
fifthly, constructing a closure section;
step six, constructing a tower column, installing a framework, installing a cable guide pipe, binding steel bars, installing a template, pouring, maintaining and removing the template;
and seventhly, constructing the tower crown.
