4. A production method of a light water-resistant gypsum board is characterized by comprising the following steps: at least comprises the following steps:
a) scattering and frying the desulfurized gypsum to prepare calcined gypsum powder;
b) fully mixing the fly ash and the calcined gypsum powder, and grinding and modifying to prepare clinker;
c) adding water, a foaming agent, paper pulp, modified starch, a coagulant, silicone oil and a silicone oil catalyst into the clinker, and fully stirring to obtain uniform slurry;
d) the slurry is continuously poured between two layers of protective paper, and the gypsum board wet board is prepared by extrusion forming;
e) and solidifying, cutting, drying and trimming the wet gypsum board to obtain a finished product of the paper-surface gypsum board.
5. The method of producing a lightweight water-resistant gypsum board according to claim 4, wherein: and c), directly feeding the silicone oil in the step c) into a mixer after passing through an independent silicone oil emulsifying system.
