The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are merely for purposes of illustrating and explaining the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the present disclosure.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a lower control arm mounting structure 110 is provided on a trailing arm 100 of the suspension, and the lower control arm mounting structure 110 may generate wind resistance during the driving of the vehicle. The trailing arm 100 is further provided with a lightening hole 120, a drainage hole 130, and the like, which generate a whistle when the vehicle is driven at high speed.
As shown in fig. 3, to optimize wind resistance, reduce wind noise, and provide better protection for the trailing arm 100, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a trailing arm baffle 200. The trailing arm baffle 200 includes a floor 210 and a sidewall 220 positioned on the floor 210.
The base plate 210 includes opposing first and second ends 200a and 200b, wherein the first end 200a is upwardly inclined. When the trailing arm air deflector 200 is installed, the first end 200a is a windward end, and the first end 200a is arranged to be inclined upwards, so that the leading of the trailing arm air deflector 200 to wind is facilitated, and the wind resistance is reduced.
The sidewalls 220 include a first sidewall 221, a second sidewall 222, and an end sidewall 223, and the sidewalls 220 are disposed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 210 at the edge of the bottom plate 210, that is, the sidewalls 220 extend along the edge of the bottom plate 210. The floor 210 and sidewalls 220 form a trough-like structure that is open at the top and second ends.
The first sidewall 221 is disposed at an inner side of the bottom plate 210. The first sidewall 221 is curved, and the first sidewall 221 extends to correspond to the inner curved surface 140 of the trailing arm 100. When the trailing arm air deflector 200 is installed, the first side wall 221 is positioned below the inner curved surface 140 of the trailing arm 100.
The second sidewall 222 is disposed outside the bottom plate 210. The second sidewall 222 has a curved structure, and the outer surface of the second sidewall 222 is a convex curved surface. When the trailing arm baffle 200 is installed, the second sidewall 222 is positioned below the outer curved surface 150 of the trailing arm. In this embodiment, the length of the second sidewall 222 is about half of the length of the outer edge of the bottom plate 210.
An end sidewall 223 is disposed at the first end 200 a. The end side wall 223 has an arc shape. The end side wall 223 is connected to the first side wall 221 at one end and to the second side wall 223 at the other end to form the side wall 220 of the trailing arm baffle 200. The rounded end side wall 223 facilitates diversion of wind. The upper surfaces of the first side wall 221, the second side wall 222, and the end side wall 223 are flush to facilitate the mounting of the trailing arm baffle 200 on the trailing arm 100.
The shape of the first sidewall 221 corresponds to the inner curved surface 140 of the trailing arm 100, and the outer surface of the second sidewall 222 is a convex curved surface, which is beneficial to optimizing the flow direction of wind and reducing wind resistance.
The trailing arm baffle 200 of the present embodiment is disposed below the trailing arm 100 and is in close contact with the bottom surface of the trailing arm 100. When the automobile runs, the longitudinal arm guide plate 200 plays a role in guiding wind, and the wind resistance of the whole automobile is optimized. The trailing arm baffle 200 covers a substantial portion of the holes in the trailing arm 100, reducing wind noise generated by the trailing arm 100. The trailing arm guide plate 200 protects the trailing arm 100, and prevents the trailing arm 100 from rusting due to falling off of a paint surface caused by hitting with sand and stones.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present disclosure, a drainage protrusion 230 protruding downward is disposed at the second end 200b of the bottom plate. The drainage projection 230 corresponds to the lower control arm mounting structure 110 of the trailing arm. After the trailing arm guide plate 200 is installed, the drainage protrusion 230 substantially covers the lower control arm installation structure 110, and the drainage protrusion 230 performs a drainage function on wind to prevent the lower control arm installation structure 110 from generating wind resistance.
Optionally, the outer surface of the drainage protrusion 230 is semi-conical, and the inner portion is a semi-conical groove. The tip of the flow-inducing protrusion 230 is directed toward the first end 200a, facilitating the guidance of the wind by the flow-inducing protrusion 230.
According to an alternative aspect of the present disclosure, the width of the bottom plate 210 gradually increases from the first end 200a to the second end 200 b. The first end 200a is used as a windward end, and the width of the bottom plate 210 is gradually increased from the first end 200a to the second end 200b, so that the air guide of the trailing arm guide plate 200 to the wind is facilitated, and the effect of reducing the wind resistance of the trailing arm guide plate 200 is improved.
According to an alternative aspect of the present disclosure, a flange 224 extends outwardly from the top of the first sidewall 221. The provision of the flanges 224 may increase the stiffness of the side walls 220 and improve the reliability of the trailing arm baffle 200.
As shown in fig. 4, according to an alternative embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of fixing posts 240 are disposed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 210, and through holes 241 for installing the trailing arm deflectors are disposed on the fixing posts 240. In this embodiment, the number of the fixing posts 240 is three. The diameter of the fixing post 240 is gradually reduced from the bottom end to the top end. The top surfaces of the fixing columns 240 are planes, and the top surfaces of the three fixing columns 240 are located on the same horizontal plane, so that the longitudinal arm guide plate 200 can be conveniently installed. When the trailing arm baffle 200 is fixed, the screw penetrates through the through hole 241 to be in threaded connection with the trailing arm 100, and the screw is fastened to realize the installation and fixation of the trailing arm baffle 200.
According to an alternative aspect of the present disclosure, the bottom plate 210 has a rib 250 on an upper surface thereof. In this embodiment, the reinforcing ribs 250 include a first reinforcing rib 251 and a second reinforcing rib 252. The first reinforcing bead 251 extends in the longitudinal direction of the base plate 210, and the second reinforcing bead 252 extends in the width direction of the base plate 210.
According to an optional technical scheme of the present disclosure, transition fillets are arranged at positions where the bottom plate 210 and the side walls 220 are connected, so that stress concentration of the trailing arm baffle 200 is avoided.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a trailing arm assembly. The trailing arm assembly includes: a trailing arm 100 and the trailing arm baffle 200 described above. The trailing arm baffle 200 is mounted to the bottom surface of the trailing arm 100 with the first end 200a near the forward end of the vehicle, i.e., the first end 200a is directed toward the vehicle head.
Example 3
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a vehicle including the trailing arm assembly described above. The trailing arm assembly of the present embodiment functions to optimize wind resistance and reduce wind noise, and the trailing arm baffle 200 simultaneously functions to protect the trailing arm 100.
The above description is only exemplary of the present disclosure and should not be taken as limiting the disclosure, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present disclosure should be included in the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present disclosure should be included in the protection scope of the present disclosure.
