and step four, discharging the rice after shelling in the rotary inner cylinder 5 onto the discharging clamping plate 2 through the arc-shaped clamping nozzle 3 by utilizing the rotation of the rolling plate 39, rotating the side rotating clamping nozzle 33 by utilizing the butt joint rotary table 34, unfolding the folding side wall 35 between the side rotating clamping nozzle 33 and the discharging clamping plate 2, and adjusting the angle of the side rotating clamping nozzle 33 to discharge the rice through the side rotating clamping nozzle 33.

by arranging the side rotary clamping mouths 33 and the butt joint rotary disc 34, when the rice hulling and dedusting device for rice processing is used for rice discharging operation, the rice hulled in the rotary inner cylinder 5 is discharged onto the discharging clamping plate 2 through the arc-shaped clamping mouths 3 by utilizing the rotation of the rolling pressing plate 39, the rice can be prevented from scattering in the discharging process through the arc-shaped clamping mouths 3, the side rotary clamping mouths 33 are rotated by utilizing the butt joint rotary disc 34, so that the folding side walls 35 between the side rotary clamping mouths 33 and the discharging clamping plate 2 are unfolded, the angles of the side rotary clamping mouths 33 are adjusted, meanwhile, the gaps between the rotary clamping mouths and the discharging clamping plate 2 can be sealed by utilizing the folding side walls 35, the rice discharged from the discharging clamping plate 2 can be subjected to shunting operation by utilizing the three groups of side rotary clamping mouths 33, meanwhile, the use angles of the side rotary clamping mouths 33 can be flexibly adjusted by matching with the butt joint rotary disc 34, the flexibility of the use of the side rotary clamping mouths 33 is improved, and the rice is, through the arrangement of the side-rotating clamping mouth 33 and the butt joint rotary disc 34, the collection efficiency of the rice can be improved, and meanwhile, the flexibility of the device in use is improved, so that the output angle of the rice can be adjusted randomly according to the use requirement;
through feed rod 11 and aiutage 7, when the operation is carried out to corn when collecting bucket 12, through starting second motor 9, make second motor 9 rotate through belt drive rotating chuck 10, make rotating chuck 10 drive feed rod 11 rotate, make feed rod 11 leading-in to row of material mouth 13 with the corn in collecting bucket 12, utilize the rotation of feed rod 11 can effectively avoid the corn raw materials to appear blocking phenomenon in collecting bucket 12, stability when hoisting device uses, simultaneously utilize aiutage 7, cooperate its inboard filter screen, can be in the air-blower moving, the dust that produces in fixed shell 6 after shelling the rice is discharged by aiutage 7, utilize the inboard filter screen of aiutage 7 can filter the dust, avoid the dust to spread in the air, promote this rice processing with shelling and dust collector's dust removal effect.
