Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and particularly relates to a process for pretreating domestic garbage leachate by an activated bentonite adsorption method.
Background
At present, the main methods for treating the municipal solid waste comprise composting, landfill, incineration, pyrolysis and the like, and the municipal solid waste in China has the characteristics of high inorganic components, low heat value and the like, so that sanitary landfill is determined to be an important mode for treating the municipal solid waste in China at present. In the process of collecting, transporting and burying the municipal domestic garbage, the pollutants contained in the municipal domestic garbage can generate odorous liquid with high heavy metal content, deep chroma, high pollutant concentration, wide variation range and high ammonia nitrogen content due to the actions of compaction, fermentation, precipitation seepage and the like, and the odorous liquid is called as landfill leachate. Leachate generated after sanitary landfill of garbage can directly or indirectly pollute surface runoff, underground water and soil, so that the treatment of the domestic garbage leachate becomes a great problem in the treatment of urban domestic garbage.
Because the biodegradability of the landfill leachate is low, COD after biochemical treatment can not reach the standard and can not be discharged, although the COD can be ensured to reach the standard by adopting the subsequent treatment procedures such as aeration, ultrafiltration, nitrification, reverse osmosis and the like, the process flow is complex, the problem of recycling of concentrated water is prominent, the biochemical sludge amount is large, and the equipment investment and the treatment cost are relatively high. In view of the above, the present invention provides a process for pretreating landfill leachate by activated bentonite adsorption.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention aims to provide a pretreatment process of landfill leachate, which has stable operation, simple and convenient operation, low investment and low treatment cost, and can reduce the COD (chemical oxygen demand) and ammonia nitrogen content in the landfill leachate so as to reduce the pressure of the subsequent treatment process of the leachate.
The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme. The activated bentonite provided by the invention is prepared by the following method: adding bentonite into activation modifier according to the proportion of adding 20g of bentonite into each 100ml of solution to obtain mixed solution, wherein the bentonite adopts natural sodium bentonite or modified sodium bentonite, and the activation modifier adopts 5% Al2(SO4)3A solution; and stirring the mixed solution for 1h, soaking and standing for 12h, then carrying out suction filtration and dehydration, drying and roasting for 1h at 450-500 ℃, and sieving by a 10-mesh sieve after grinding to obtain the activated bentonite. The activated bentonite prepared by the invention is introduced with Al3+The ion exchange performance of the bentonite is enhanced, the internal specific surface area is increased, and the adsorption performance of the bentonite is greatly enhanced.
The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme. According to the technology for pretreating the landfill leachate by the activated bentonite adsorption method, which is provided by the invention, the technology is suitable for pretreating the domestic landfill leachate with the COD content of 800-90000 mg/L and the ammonia nitrogen content of 500-7000 mg/L, SS content of 200-2000 mg/L, pH value of 6-9, and specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) collecting and treating garbage leachate: standing and filtering the collected landfill leachate, and then sending the landfill leachate into an adjusting tank to adjust the pH value to 7-9;
(2) sending the landfill leachate after the pH value is adjusted to a pretreatment tank, adding activated bentonite into the pretreatment tank according to the proportion that 0.03t of activated bentonite is added into each cubic meter of the landfill leachate, stirring for 10min at the speed of 200-300 r/min, standing for 60min after stirring, draining to obtain effluent of a landfill leachate pretreatment process, and sending the effluent of the landfill leachate pretreatment process to a subsequent treatment process.
Bentonite is also called as bentonite or bentonite, is a kind of bentonite with montmorillonite as main component, and has excellent ion exchange, dispersion suspension and adhesion, and owing to the relatively great inner specific surface area, bentonite has excellent adsorption capacity. The pretreatment process of activated bentonite can effectively remove the chromaticity, ammonia nitrogen and COD of the landfill leachate, but the final standard discharge still needs to be removed through the subsequent process reaction.
The process for pretreating landfill leachate by the activated bentonite adsorption method has the following beneficial effects:
1. not only can effectively remove the COD, ammonia nitrogen and SS contents in the leachate, remove more than 65 percent of the chromaticity of the leachate and more than 80 percent of heavy metal pollutants, but also can use the pretreated leachate for regulating the water quantity and the water quality of a stock solution;
2. the process has the advantages of simple flow, stable and reliable operation, low investment and treatment cost, pressure reduction for the subsequent treatment of the percolate, treatment cost reduction and treatment efficiency improvement.
