The invention does not need manual inspection during operation, reduces the operation burden, greatly improves the automation level of the equipment while reducing the labor cost, and can more reliably and effectively ensure the filtering quality and the service life of the filter.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a portable integrated intelligent filter group.
Background
The bag filters used for degreasing and pre-degreasing pretreatment working conditions are generally used in pairs, the existing bag filters are independently installed on a water pan, the water pan needs to be manufactured by scribing and blanking after relevant sizes of the filters are measured on site, then the filters and the water pan are assembled, corresponding pipeline accessories need to be installed after the filters are installed on the water pan, the whole process is time-consuming and labor-consuming, a plurality of factors on site are considered, the water pan is generally large in size, heavy in weight and not attractive in appearance.
In addition, the pressure gauge is installed at the inlet and the outlet of the previous bag filter, manual inspection is needed when the pressure of the filter is checked and whether the operation condition of blockage exists, whether the filter bag needs to be replaced is judged by checking the difference value of the pressure gauge at the inlet and the outlet, and all the processes are manual operation. And since the bag filter is not provided with a flow meter, the flow parameters of the filter cannot be known, and even if the flow meter is installed, the data needs to be observed on site, which undoubtedly increases the workload.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that a portable integrated intelligent filter group is provided, and the bag filter and the water pan are low in integration level, high in labor cost and low in automation degree during operation in the prior art.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a portable integrated intelligent filter group comprises a common water pan and two bag filters arranged on the common water pan, wherein a water inlet pipeline and a water outlet pipeline are arranged between the two bag filters, the water inlet pipeline and the water outlet pipeline are respectively connected with an inlet header pipe and an outlet header pipe through an inlet three-way pipe and an outlet three-way pipe, pressure transmitters are respectively arranged on the water inlet pipeline and the water outlet pipeline, and an electromagnetic flowmeter is arranged on the outlet header pipe; the filter group further comprises a data acquisition box which can be in communication connection with a user terminal, and the pressure transmitter and the electromagnetic flowmeter are respectively connected with the data acquisition box.
Furthermore, the water inlet pipeline comprises two water inlet branch pipes, the water outlet pipeline comprises two water outlet branch pipes, one ends of the two water inlet branch pipes are respectively connected with two pipe orifices of the inlet three-way pipe, the other ends of the two water inlet branch pipes are respectively correspondingly connected with the two bag-type filters through inlet flanges, one ends of the two water outlet branch pipes are respectively connected with two pipe orifices of the outlet three-way pipe, and the other ends of the two water outlet branch pipes are respectively correspondingly connected with the two bag-type filters through outlet flanges.
Further, the inlet flange and the inlet flange are respectively provided with a liquid taking port.
Furthermore, the water inlet pipeline and the water outlet pipeline are respectively provided with a manual valve, and the manual valves are connected with the pressure transmitters.
Furthermore, the top parts of the two bag filters are provided with exhaust valves, and the exhaust valves are connected with the common water pan through connecting pipes so as to discharge liquid generated in the exhaust process to the common water pan.
Furthermore, the two bag filters are respectively distributed on two sides of the common water receiving tray, and a treading panel convenient for a person to tread is arranged on the common water receiving tray and positioned between the two bag filters.
Further, the tread panel is in a hollow grid shape.
Furthermore, a supporting foot cup is arranged at the bottom of the public water receiving tray.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1) according to the invention, through the specially designed pressure transmitter, electromagnetic flowmeter and data acquisition box, pressure and flow data can be monitored in real time in the whole filtering process, and the data is transmitted to the data acquisition box, if the data is abnormal, the data acquisition box can display an alarm signal, a client can access the data acquisition box through a user terminal such as a computer, a mobile phone or a PAD anytime and anywhere so as to inquire required information, manual inspection is not needed, the operation burden is reduced, the labor cost is reduced, the automation level of the equipment is greatly improved, the client can timely process the abnormal data, and the filtering quality and the service life of the filter are further reliably and effectively ensured.
2) In the invention, two bag filters are arranged on a common water receiving tray, the central distance of the filters is calculated to select the most reasonable value, thereby ensuring that the space is saved, the weight is reduced, the water flow cannot interfere with each other, and the whole filter group has compact structure and high integration level.
3) In the invention, liquid generated in the exhaust process of the exhaust valves at the tops of the two bag filters is discharged to the public water receiving tray through the connecting pipe, so that the pollution to the working environment is avoided, and the fresh and clean ground on site is ensured.
4) In the invention, the treading panel designed on the public water receiving tray is used for treading by operators when the operators carry out operation, and is in a hollow grid shape, so that the treading safety of the operators after standing on the water receiving tray is ensured, and the integral weight of the public water receiving tray is not increased too much.
5) In the invention, the liquid taking ports respectively designed at the inlet flange and the inlet flange of the filter are convenient for observing the liquid condition before and after filtration.

The water inlet pipeline 3 and the water outlet pipeline 4 are respectively provided with a pressure transmitter 7, and the outlet header pipe is provided with an electromagnetic flowmeter. The filter group further comprises a data acquisition box 8 which can be communicatively connected to the user terminal. The pressure transmitter 7 and the electromagnetic flowmeter are respectively connected with the data acquisition box 8.
When the water purifier works specifically, water flows in through the inlet header pipe, flows into the two bag filters 2 through the inlet three-way pipe 5 and the water inlet pipeline 3 respectively, and after full filtration, clean liquid is converged into the outlet header pipe through the water outlet pipeline 4 and the outlet three-way pipe 6 and flows out. In the whole filtering process, the pressure transmitters 7 arranged on the water inlet pipeline 3 and the water outlet pipeline 4 and the electromagnetic flow meters arranged on the outlet main pipes monitor pressure and flow data in real time and send the data to the data acquisition box 8, if the data is abnormal, the data acquisition box 8 can display an alarm signal, a client can access the data acquisition box 8 through a user terminal such as a computer, a mobile phone or a PAD anytime and anywhere so as to inquire required information, the all-round general information comprises basic parameters of a filter, fault and maintenance history, real-time operation data, operation alarm, quality guarantee information, spare parts, manuals and the like, manual inspection is not needed when the filter operates, the operation burden is reduced, the automation level of the equipment is greatly improved while the labor cost is reduced, the client can timely process the abnormal data when receiving the abnormal data, and the filtering quality and the service life of the filter are further reliably and effectively guaranteed.
In addition, liquid generated in the exhaust process of the exhaust valves at the tops of the two bag filters 2 is exhausted to the public water pan 1 through the connecting pipe, so that the pollution to the working environment is avoided, and the fresh and clean ground on site is ensured. The liquid taking ports 9 respectively arranged on the inlet flange and the inlet flange of the filter are convenient for observing the liquid conditions before and after filtration.
