Description

Auxiliary bag for colonoscope
Technical Field
The invention relates to an auxiliary bag, in particular to a colonoscope auxiliary bag.
Background
Currently, colonoscopes are commonly used fiberscopes in clinic. By inserting the tube through the anus and checking it backwards and downwards, the rectum, sigmoid colon, descending colon, transverse colon, ascending colon and cecum, as well as a small segment of small intestine (ileocecal end) connected to the large intestine, intestinal lesions can be clearly detected and treated. However, after the colonoscopy is completed, when the colonoscope is drawn out, some excrement is often taken out from the colon of the patient, so that the environment is polluted, and meanwhile, the mood of the patient is influenced by the odor. In some painless enteroscopy, the anal sphincter may fail due to anesthesia, and the internal examination environment is not sealed and the gas-filled examination cannot be performed.
Disclosure of Invention
In accordance with the technical problem set forth above, a colonoscope accessory bag is provided.
The technical means adopted by the invention are as follows:
a colonoscope auxiliary bag comprises a main body, wherein a sewage draining channel and an enteroscope channel are arranged in the main body, two ends of the sewage draining channel and two ends of the enteroscope channel are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the main body, and the rear end of the sewage draining channel is bent downwards and is communicated with a collecting bag arranged at the rear end of the main body;
the outer wall of the front part of the main body is provided with an external air bag, an inflation channel I is arranged in the main body, the front end of the inflation channel I is communicated with the external air bag, the rear end of the inflation channel I is arranged at the rear end of the main body and is communicated with an inflation port I arranged on the outer wall of the rear end of the main body, and an air passage switch I for closing or opening the inflation channel I is arranged on the outer wall of the rear end of the main body; when the front part of the main body penetrates into the anus, the external air bag is inflated, when the front part of the main body enters into the anus, the air passage switch I is opened, the syringe is communicated with the inflation port I, the external air bag is expanded, the external air bag is tightly attached to the rectal wall, on one hand, the fixing effect is achieved, and on the other hand, excrement is prevented from flowing out from the side surface during inflation inspection.
An inner air bag is arranged on the inner wall of the front part of the sewage discharge channel, an inflation channel II is arranged in the main body, the front end of the inflation channel II is communicated with the inner air bag, the rear end of the inflation channel II is arranged at the rear end of the main body and is communicated with an inflation port II arranged on the outer wall of the rear end of the main body, an air passage switch II for closing or opening the inflation channel II is arranged on the outer wall of the rear end of the main body, when the inspection environment is closed due to inflation inspection, the inner air bag can be inflated, and after the inner air bag is inflated, the inner air bag closes the sewage discharge channel; when the toilet is flushed and cleaned or excrement exists, the air passage switch II can be opened, air in the inner air bag is pumped out by the injector, and the excrement can flow out of the sewage discharge passage.
The front end and the rear end of the enteroscope channel are both provided with one-way switches formed by a plurality of valve structures. The one-way only allows one-sided opening, the colonoscope opens upon penetration and closes automatically upon withdrawal, preventing carry-over of fecal matter. The valve structures may be two-valve, three-valve, four-valve, and multi-valve structures.
The waistband is fixed with a fixing band capable of adjusting the tightness degree, two ends of the fixing band are respectively fixedly connected with the waistband, and the outer wall of the rear portion of the main body is rotatably connected with the middle of the fixing band through a positioning ring. The elasticity of the waistband is adjustable, the waistband can be used as a standby means for preventing the main body from falling off after anaesthetizing, the main body can rotate for 360 degrees through the positioning ring in a fixed state of the waistband, so that the collecting bag is in a direction which is favorable for collecting excrement when the body position is adjusted. The tightness of the fixing belt can be adjusted to ensure that the main body does not fall off in the operation process.
The front part of the main body is made of silica gel, and the rear part of the main body is made of hard medical plastic. The hardness of the silica gel is preferably not to block the penetration of the enteroscope, and the positioning ring can be fixed by hard medical plastic.
The front inner wall of the enteroscope channel is provided with an elastic silica gel ring, and the elastic silica gel ring is positioned at the rear side of the one-way switch arranged at the front end of the enteroscope channel. The elastic silica gel ring can be tightly attached to the colonoscope, plays a role in sealing, is favorable for keeping the inspection environment airtight, and does not influence the normal operation of the colonoscope.
The collecting bag is provided with a curing agent bag. The package of the curing agent bag is dissolved in water, and the curing agent can absorb water to cure excrement after being exposed.
The inner wall of the enteroscope channel is provided with a water absorbing layer. A small amount of liquid attached when the enteroscope is pulled out can be absorbed by the water absorption layer and cannot be taken out along with the enteroscope.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the device is convenient to use and simple in structure.
2. The internal excrement of patient can flow through the sewage pipes to fall into and collect the bag, have proper amount curing agent package in the bag, guarantee that medical personnel's excrement can not reveal in the inspection process, provide a clean clear inspection environment.
3. The outer bag serves on the one hand for fixing and on the other hand prevents lateral discharge of the excrement during the inflation test.
For the above reasons, the present invention can be widely applied to the fields of enteroscopy and the like.
