COLONOSCOPE AUXILIARY BAG TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates to an auxiliary bag, in particular to a colonoscope
auxiliary bag.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002] Any discussion of the prior art throughout the specification should in no way be
considered as an admission that such prior art is widely known or forms part of common general knowledge in the field.
[0003] At present, colonoscope is a commonly used fiber endoscope in clinic. A colonoscope is inserted into the anus and advanced to the rectum, sigmoid colon, descending
colon, transverse colon, ascending colon, and cecum, as well as a small section of small
intestine (the ileocecal end) connected to the large intestine, that intestinal lesions can be clearly found and part intestinal lesions can be treated. However, after colonoscopy, when the
colonoscope is pulled out, it often brings out some excrement from the patient's colon, causing environmental pollution, and the smell will also affect the mood of doctors and patients.
Moreover, in some painless colonoscopy, due to the anesthetic effect, it may lead to the failure
of the anal sphincter, resulting in the internal inspection environment is not sealed, unable to inflate inspection and so on.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] According to the above-mentioned technical problem, the present disclosure provides a colonoscope auxiliary bag.
[0005] The technical solutions disclosed in the present disclosure are as follows:
[0006] According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a colonoscope
auxiliary bag, comprising a body provided with a pollution discharge channel and an
enteroscope channel, two ends of the pollution discharge channel and the enteroscope
channel respectively arranged at the front and rear ends of the body, and the rear end of the
pollution discharge channel bent downward and communicated with a collection bag installed
at the rear end of the body;
wherein the outer wall of the front portion of the body is provided with an external air
bag, and the interior of the body is provided with an air inflation channel I ; the front end of the
air inflation channel I is communicated with the external air bag, the rear end of the air
inflation channel I is arranged at the rear end of the body and communicated with an air
inflation inlet I arranged at the outer wall of the rear end of the body; and the outer wall of the
rear end of the body is provided with an airway switch I for closing or opening the air inflation
channel I ;
wherein the inner wall of the front portion of the pollution discharge channel is
provided with an internal air bag, the interior of the body is provided with an air inflation
channel II ; the front end of the air inflation channel II is communicated with the internal air bag,
the rear end of the air inflation channel II is arranged at the rear end of the body and
communicated with the air inflation inlet IIarranged on the outer wall of the rear end of the
body; and the outer wall of the rear end of the body is provided with an airway switch II for
closing or opening the air inflation channel II; after inflating the internal air bag, the internal air
bag seals the pollution discharge channel; and
the front end and the rear end of the enteroscope channel are provided with
unidirectional switches formed by a plurality of valve structures.
[0007] A colonoscope auxiliary bag includes a body which is provided with a pollution
discharge channel and an enteroscope channel, both ends of the pollution discharge channel
and the enteroscope channel are respectively arranged at the front and rear ends of the body,
and the rear end of the pollution discharge channel is bent downward and communicated with
a collection bag installed at the rear end of the body.
[0008] The outer wall of the front portion of the body is provided with an external air bag, the
interior of the body is provided with an air inflation channel I; the front end of the air inflation
channel I is communicated with the external air bag, the rear end of the air inflation channel
I is arranged at the rear end of the body and communicated with the inflation inlet I
arranged at the outer wall of the rear end of the body; and the outer wall of the rear end of the
body is provided with an airway switch I for closing or opening the air inflation channel I
. When the front portion of the body is inserted into the anus, the external air bag is not inflated.
When the front portion of the body enters into the anus, the airway switch I is opened and
communicated with the inflation inlet I with an injector, so as to inflate the external air bag and
make it close to the rectal wall tightly, which plays a fixed role on the one hand, and prevents
the excrement from flowing out from the side during the inflation inspection on the other hand.
[0009] An inner wall of the front portion of the pollution discharge channel is provided with
an internal air bag, the inner portion of the body is provided with an air inflation channel II; the
front end of the air inflation channel II is communicated with the internal air bag, the rear end of
the air inflation channel II is arranged at the rear end of the body and communicated with the
inflation inlet IIarranged at the outer wall of the rear end of the body; and the outer wall of the
rear end of the body is provided with an airway switch II for closing or opening the inflation
channel II. When it is need to perform the inflation inspection and ensure that the inspection
environment is sealed, the internal air bag can be inflated; and after inflating the internal air
bag, the internal air bag seals the pollution discharge channel; and when flushing with water or
there is excrement, the airway switch IIcan be open and the gas in the internal air bag can be
pumped out with an injector, and the excrement can flow out from the pollution discharge
channel.
[0010] The front end and the rear end of the enteroscope channel are provided with
unidirectional switches formed by a plurality of valve structures. The unidirectional switch can
only be opened on one side. The unidirectional switch is opened when the colonoscope is
inserted and automatically closed when the colonoscope is drawn out, so as to prevent the excrement from being taken out. The valve structure can be a structure of two valves, three valves, four valves and multi valves.
[0011] The colonoscope auxiliary bag also includes a belt with adjustable tightness, on
which a fixed belt with adjustable tightness is fixed. The two ends of the fixed belt are fixedly
connected with the belt respectively, and the outer wall of the rear portion of the main body is
rotationally connected with the middle portion of the fixed belt through a positioning ring. The
belt can be adjustable tightness, as a standby means to prevent the body from falling off after
the patient is anesthetized. The body can rotate 360 through the positioning ring under the
state of belt fixation, so that when the patient body position is adjusted, the collection bag is in
a direction conducive to the collection of excrement. The fixed belt can be adjusted tightness to
ensure that the body does not fall off during surgery.
[0012] The front portion of the body is made of silica gel, and the rear portion of the body is
made of rigid medical plastic. The hardness of silica gel should not hinder the insert of the
enterscope, and the rigid medical plastic can fix the positioning ring.
[0013] The inner wall of the front portion of the enterscope channel is provided with an
elastic silicone ring which is located the rear side of the unidirectional switch arranged in the
front portion of the enterscope channel. The elastic silicone ring can be closely attached to the
colonoscope and play a sealing role, which helps to keep the inspection environment sealed
and does not affect the normal operation of the colonoscope.
[0014] The collection bag is provided with a curing agent bag. The packaging of the curing
agent bag can dissolve in water, and the exposed curing agent can absorb water to solidify the
excrement.
[0015] The inner wall of the enterscope channel has a water absorption layer. When the
colonoscope is pulled out, a small amount of attached fluid can be absorbed by the water
absorption layer and will not be taken out with the enterscope.
[0016] Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantages:
[0017] 1. The device is easy to use, and the structure is simple.
[0018] 2. The excrement in the patient's body will flow out through the pollution discharge
channel and fall into the collection bag; and the collection bag has a proper amount of curing
agent bag to ensure that the excrement will not be leaked during the inspection by medical
staff and provide a clean inspection environment.
[0019] 3. On the one hand, the external air bag plays a fixed role; on the other hand, it
prevents the excrement from flowing out from the side during the inflation inspection.
[0020] Based on the above reasons, the present disclosure can be popularized in the fields
of enterscope surgery, etc.
[0021] Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, throughout the description and the
claims, the words "comprise", "comprising", and the like are to be construed in an inclusive
sense as opposed to an exclusive or exhaustive sense; that is to say, in the sense of
"including, but not limited to".
