an upper gap 9 and a lower gap 10 are respectively arranged on the upper substrate 21 and the lower substrate 22, and a channel 11 for communicating the upper gap 9 and the lower gap 10 is arranged on the tooth socket base body 1;
the substrate 2 is made of one of resin, nylon and silica gel;
the substrate 2 is a flat plate, and the horizontal section of the substrate 2 is U-shaped or other special shapes.
The tooth socket base body 1 is made of silica gel, or the tooth socket base body 1 is made of other edible soft materials.
The brush bristles 3 are made of one of food-grade plastics, silica gel, fibers and pig bristles, and the U-shaped toothbrush head structure can also be made of two or more of the plastics, the silica gel, the limiting brush bristles and the pig bristles.

Claims (10)
1. A novel U-shaped toothbrush head structure is characterized by comprising a U-shaped tooth socket base body (1), a base plate (2) and bristles (3) arranged on the base plate (2);
the tooth socket base body (1) is provided with occlusion grooves (4) matched with the whole row of teeth in the oral cavity of a human body, and the surface of one side of the base plate (2) back to the bristles (3) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the occlusion grooves (4).
2. A new U-shaped toothbrush head structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the surface of the base plate (2) facing away from the bristles (3) is fixed to the front and/or rear and/or bottom wall of the occlusion groove (4).
3. The new U-shaped toothbrush head structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base plate (2) comprises a front vertical section (5) disposed on the front side wall of the occlusion groove (4) and a rear vertical section (6) connected to the rear of the front vertical section (5) and disposed on the rear side wall of the occlusion groove (4).
4. The new U-shaped toothbrush head structure according to claim 4, characterized in that the base plate (2) comprises a connection section (7) arranged on the bottom wall of the occlusion groove (4);
the front vertical section (5) is connected to the front part of the connection section (7), and the rear vertical section (6) is connected to the rear part of the connection section (7);
bristles (3) are arranged on the surface of the base plate (2) corresponding to the inner side surfaces of the front vertical section (5) and the rear vertical section (6);
bristles (3) are arranged on the surface of the base plate (2) opposite to the surface of the bottom wall of the occlusion groove (4) corresponding to the connection section (7);
or a plurality of salient points (8) are arranged on the surface of the base plate (2) corresponding to the surface of the connection section (7) back to the bottom wall of the occlusion groove (4).
5. The novel U-shaped toothbrush head structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the bite grooves (4) is two and are oppositely arranged at the upper and lower parts of the mouthpiece base body (1);
the two groups of occluding grooves (4) are respectively an upper occluding groove (41) corresponding to upper groove teeth of a human oral cavity and a lower occluding groove (42) corresponding to lower groove teeth of the human oral cavity, and the upper occluding groove (41) and the lower occluding groove (42) are internally and respectively provided with a base plate (2).

The new U-shaped toothbrush head structure according to claim 5, characterized in that the number of the base plates (2) is at least two and disposed in the upper occlusion groove (41) and the lower occlusion groove (42), respectively, and the two base plates (2) comprise an upper base plate (21) disposed in the upper occlusion groove (41) and a lower base plate (22) disposed in the lower occlusion groove (42);
an upper notch (9) and a lower notch (10) are respectively arranged on the upper substrate (21) and the lower substrate (22), and a channel (11) communicated with the upper notch (9) and the lower notch (10) is arranged on the tooth socket base body (1).
7. A novel U-shaped toothbrush head structure preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: bristles (3) are arranged on the base plate (2);
step two: shaping the base plate (2) to obtain a front vertical section (5) and a rear vertical section (6) connected to the rear part of the front vertical section (5) so as to ensure that the shape of the base plate (2) is matched with the inner wall of the occlusion groove (4) of the U-shaped tooth socket base body (1);
step three: the method for fixing the base plate (2) on the inner wall of the occlusion groove (4) comprises the following steps: the front vertical section (5) is fixedly connected on the front side wall of the occlusion groove (4) and the rear vertical section (6) is fixedly connected on the rear side wall of the occlusion groove (4).

9. A new U-shaped toothbrush head structure preparation method according to claim 8, characterized in that the shaping of the base plate (2) also results in a connection section (7) connecting between the front vertical section (5) and the rear vertical section (6);
the base plate (2) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the occlusion groove (4), and the connection section (7) is fixedly connected to the bottom wall of the occlusion groove (4);
the base plate (2) is provided with bristles (3), and the surface of the base plate (2) corresponding to the surface of the connection section (7) is provided with the bristles (3);
or, a plurality of salient points (8) are arranged on the surface of the substrate (2) corresponding to the surface of the connecting section (7).
