Abstract
The invention provides a modified atmosphere storage method for promoting accelerated alcoholization of tobacco lamina in a cold region, and relates to the technical field of tobacco alcoholization. The method adopts two layers of barrier films to seal the tobacco stack with the atmosphere regulating agent, and an air layer with the thickness of 5-10 cm is filled between the two layers of barrier films; and when the temperature of the air layer is reduced to below 15 ℃ and the duration is more than 8 hours, replacing the air layer with hot air at the temperature of 30-35 ℃. The invention adopts the air-conditioning sealing mode of the double-layer film cover, so that the falling speed of the temperature of the tobacco stack can be effectively delayed; the temperature of the tobacco stack can be kept at the normal alcoholization temperature level by matching with a method of arranging heat exchange air, and the accelerated alcoholization of the tobacco sheets in the cold regions is promoted; and the problems of moisture condensation, runoff, tobacco leaf wetting and mildew caused by direct contact in the sealing film of the tobacco stack due to external rapid cooling can be thoroughly avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco alcoholization, in particular to a modified atmosphere storage method for promoting accelerated alcoholization of tobacco lamina in a cold region.
Background
Tobacco is one of the important economic crops in China, is an important processing raw material in the cigarette industry, and has great economic value. After the tobacco leaves are harvested and baked, about 2 years of storage and alcoholization time is needed to remove green miscellaneous gases of the tobacco leaves, reduce stimulation of smoking taste, improve fragrance quality of the smoking taste and blend chemical components in the tobacco leaves. According to incomplete statistics, about 8000 thousands of (1 to 50kg) of baked tobacco leaves in China need to be stored every year.
Tobacco mellowing is a comprehensive substance conversion process which is very complex in the interior of tobacco and integrates chemical change, enzymatic reaction and microbial action. The tobacco alcoholization process is mainly influenced by external factors such as temperature, humidity, oxygen concentration and the like. In a certain range, the higher the temperature is, the higher the humidity is, the higher the oxygen concentration is, the higher the alcoholization speed of the tobacco leaves is, and the better the alcoholization quality is. Wherein the temperature and humidity have fundamental influences on the tobacco mellowing speed and quality, generally speaking, the environmental temperature is lower than 15 ℃, the humidity is lower than 55%, and the tobacco mellowing speed begins to decrease; the environmental temperature is lower than 8 ℃, and the tobacco mellowing speed is basically in a stagnation state.
The breadth of our country is vast and the climate is various. In northern areas of China, the cigarette storage method has the advantages that the duration time is long (6 months) in winter, the environmental temperature is low, the humidity is low, the tobacco leaves of most cigarette enterprises in northern areas of China are influenced by the environmental temperature and the humidity in the storage process, and the tobacco leaf alcoholization speed is too slow. Tobacco varieties in the same year and grade can be alcoholized in place only in 18 months when stored in southern areas, and are put into production and use; in northern areas, the alcoholization can be achieved only in areas with lower temperature for at least 24 months, and in areas with lower temperature for at least 36 months or even 48 months. And because the whole alcoholization process is not alcoholized under a relatively proper temperature and humidity condition, the quality of alcoholization of tobacco leaves in the same year and grade is generally lower than that of tobacco leaves in south China by one grade.
At present, in northern areas, on the basis of solving the problems of low temperature and low humidity in winter, enterprises with higher strength can ensure the normal alcoholization speed and quality of tobacco leaves by installing large temperature and humidity adjusting equipment to adjust the temperature and the humidity of a storehouse. Most of the rest enterprises can only finish the alcoholization process naturally, namely, the tobacco leaves can only be waited to finish the alcoholization process in the natural temperature and humidity environment. The temperature and humidity can be regulated and controlled by installing large temperature and humidity regulating equipment, firstly, huge construction cost is required, secondly, a large amount of electric energy is continuously consumed, and the operation and maintenance cost is high; although the mode of naturally waiting for the tobacco to be alcoholized automatically is free of investment and construction cost and energy consumption cost, the alcoholization time of the tobacco in the warehouse is too long, so that the turnover efficiency of the warehouse is greatly reduced, and the tobacco cannot be rapidly produced and used, so that a large amount of capital occupation is caused. In addition, the alcoholization quality of the tobacco leaves is not high, and the alcoholization quality is not uniform among batches, which will cause the quality of the finished cigarettes to be unstable and is not beneficial to the creation and maintenance of the brands of various cigarette factories.
In recent years, the controlled atmosphere storage technology is gradually accepted by people in the field of tobacco storage, and the controlled atmosphere storage technology is mainly used for controlling the oxygen concentration in a closed storage space by using an atmosphere control agent and a chemical or physical method, increasing the carbon dioxide concentration and balancing relative humidity, changing gas components in a storage environment and achieving the purposes of preventing and controlling pests and mildew and keeping the quality of stored goods. Chinese patent ZL2005101114810.0 discloses a green multifunctional tobacco leaf insecticidal mildew preventive, which belongs to one of atmosphere control agents. Chinese patent ZL200910136267.2 also discloses an atmosphere control agent.
However, the modified atmosphere storage method still has the following technical problems:
(1) the air-conditioned storage method used at present mainly adopts a single-layer sealing film cover to seal the tobacco stack, and in the tobacco warehouse in a cold area, the temperature of the tobacco stack is still reduced under the influence of low temperature in the external warehouse and finally keeps the same as the temperature in the warehouse;
(2) the mode of sealing the tobacco stack by the single-layer sealing film is also easy to cause the serious defects of runoff formation, wetting tobacco leaves and mildew caused by moisture condensation in the film in a tobacco leaf warehouse in a cold area.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a modified atmosphere storage method for promoting accelerated alcoholization of tobacco lamina in cold regions. The method provided by the invention can avoid the over-quick loss of the temperature of the tobacco stacks in cold regions, keep the temperature of the tobacco stacks at the temperature level capable of normally alcoholizing, and prevent the problems of dewing, runoff wetting tobacco leaves and mildew caused in the sealing film directly contacting the tobacco stacks.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

(1) sequentially laying a first barrier film basement membrane and a second barrier film basement membrane on the liner;
(2) stacking the tobacco sheets on the second barrier film base film, and then putting an atmosphere control agent on the tobacco stacks;
(3) sequentially covering a second barrier film cover and a first barrier film cover on the tobacco stack filled with the atmosphere control agent, and then sealing the edges of a second barrier film bottom film and the second barrier film cover to form an inner layer coating film; then the edges of the first barrier film basement membrane and the first barrier film cover are sealed to form an outer layer coating film; a gas exchange interface is reserved on the first barrier film cover;
(4) an air layer with the thickness of 5-10 cm is filled between the inner layer coating film and the outer layer coating film through the gas exchange interface;
and when the temperature of the air layer is reduced to below 15 ℃ and the duration is more than 8 hours, replacing the air layer with hot air at the temperature of 30-35 ℃.
Preferably, the cold region is a region with an average temperature of 5-15 ℃ in winter.
Preferably, the first barrier film base film, the first barrier film cover, the second barrier film base film and the second barrier film cover are PE-PA composite films.
Preferably, the thicknesses of the first barrier film base film, the first barrier film cover, the second barrier film base film and the second barrier film cover are 10-12 threads independently.
Preferably, a wireless automatic temperature monitoring device is further arranged between the inner layer wrapping film and the outer layer wrapping film.
Preferably, the thickness of the air layer is 6-9 cm.
The invention provides a controlled atmosphere storage method for promoting accelerated alcoholization of tobacco lamina in cold regions, which is characterized in that a first barrier film bottom film and a second barrier film bottom film are sequentially paved on a liner; stacking the tobacco sheets on the second barrier film base film, and then putting an atmosphere control agent on the tobacco stacks; sequentially covering a second barrier film cover and a first barrier film cover on the tobacco stack filled with the atmosphere control agent, and then sealing the edges of a second barrier film bottom film and the second barrier film cover to form an inner layer coating film; then the edges of the first barrier film basement membrane and the first barrier film cover are sealed to form an outer layer coating film; then, filling an air layer with the thickness of 5-10 cm between the inner layer coating film and the outer layer coating film; and when the temperature of the air layer is reduced to below 15 ℃ and the duration is more than 8 hours, replacing the air layer with hot air at the temperature of 30-35 ℃. According to the invention, the cigarette stack in a cold area is sealed by the double-layer film cover, and the air buffer layer constructed by the double-layer film cover can be formed on the periphery of the cigarette stack, so that the temperature in the cigarette stack can be greatly delayed from being dissipated to the outside, and the falling speed of the temperature of the cigarette stack is effectively delayed; the method of replacing hot air is matched, so that the integral temperature of the tobacco stack can be effectively kept in proper temperature balance in a relatively longer time period, the normal operation of tobacco mellowing activity is ensured, and the accelerated mellowing of the tobacco leaves in a cold region is promoted; in addition, the air-conditioning sealing mode of the double-layer film cover can effectively block the temperature transmission due to the air buffer layer formed between the two layers of films, and can thoroughly avoid the problems that the relative humidity in the tobacco stack sealing film is not balanced and rises due to the rapid cooling from the outside, so that the moisture condensation, the runoff and the tobacco leaf wetting and the mildew generation occur in the sealing film which is in direct contact with the tobacco stack.
Detailed Description
The invention provides a modified atmosphere storage method for promoting accelerated alcoholization of tobacco lamina in cold regions, which comprises the following steps:
(1) sequentially laying a first barrier film basement membrane and a second barrier film basement membrane on the liner;
(2) stacking the tobacco sheets on the second barrier film base film, and then putting an atmosphere control agent on the tobacco stacks;
(3) sequentially covering a second barrier film cover and a first barrier film cover on the tobacco stack filled with the atmosphere control agent, and then sealing the edges of a second barrier film bottom film and the second barrier film cover to form an inner layer coating film; then the edges of the first barrier film basement membrane and the first barrier film cover are sealed to form an outer layer coating film; a gas exchange interface is reserved on the first barrier film cover;
(4) an air layer with the thickness of 5-10 cm is filled between the inner layer coating film and the outer layer coating film through the gas exchange interface;
and when the temperature of the air layer is reduced to below 15 ℃ and the duration is more than 8 hours, replacing the air layer with hot air at the temperature of 30-35 ℃.
In the invention, the cold area is preferably an area with an average temperature of 5-15 ℃ in winter.
According to the invention, a first barrier film base film and a second barrier film base film are sequentially paved on a liner. The gasket is not particularly required by the present invention, and may be one well known to those skilled in the art. In the present invention, the barrier films are both oxygen and moisture barrier films. In the invention, the first barrier film base film and the second barrier film base film respectively take the first barrier film and the second barrier film as base films; the thicknesses of the first barrier film base film and the second barrier film base film are preferably 10-12 threads independently. In the invention, the first barrier film base film and the second barrier film base film are preferably PE-PA composite films, and the PE-PA composite films have no special requirement on the source, and can be prepared by PE-PA composite films well known to those skilled in the art.
After the first barrier film base film and the second barrier film base film are laid, the invention stacks the sheet tobacco on the second barrier film base film, and then the atmosphere control agent is put on the tobacco stack. The present invention has no particular requirement on the form of the palletizing, and may be carried out by conventional palletizing means well known to those skilled in the art. The invention has no special requirements on the specific types of the atmosphere regulating agents, and the atmosphere regulating agents well known to the technical personnel in the field, such as iron-based deoxidants; the invention has no special requirements on the adding mode and the adding amount of the atmosphere control agent, and the conventional adding mode and the adding amount which are well known by the technical personnel in the field can be adopted.
After the atmosphere regulating agent is put in, a second barrier film cover and a first barrier film cover are sequentially covered on the tobacco stack in which the atmosphere regulating agent is put, and then the edges of a second barrier film bottom film and the second barrier film cover are sealed to form an inner-layer coating film; then the edges of the first barrier film basement membrane and the first barrier film cover are sealed to form an outer layer coating film; and a gas exchange interface is reserved on the first barrier film cover. In the invention, the first barrier film cover and the first barrier film cover are respectively top covers made of a first barrier film and a second barrier film. In the invention, the thicknesses of the first barrier film cover and the second barrier film cover are independently preferably 10-12 filaments; the first barrier film cover and the second barrier film cover are preferably PE-PA composite films. In the present invention, the sealing means is preferably a heat seal.
In the present invention, in order to facilitate the construction of the air layer between the inner and outer cover films, it is also preferable to cushion a tray or two layers of paper boards between the first and second base films of the barrier film, and to place a support device at each of the four corners and the center of the second cover film (at the top of the stack). In the invention, the height of the supporting device is not less than 20cm, and a carton box meeting the height requirement can be adopted as the supporting device. In the invention, wireless automatic temperature monitoring equipment is preferably arranged between the inner layer coating film and the outer layer coating film; the invention has no special requirements on the wireless temperature automatic monitoring equipment, and the corresponding equipment well known by the technical personnel in the field can be adopted.
After the cigarette stack is sealed by the double-layer film, an air layer with the thickness of 5-10 cm is filled between the inner-layer coating film and the outer-layer coating film through the gas exchange interface. In the invention, the operation method of charging the air layer with the thickness of 5-10 cm is preferably as follows: and (3) filling air between the inner layer coating film and the outer layer coating film by moving a heating and ventilating device, so that the distance between the two layers of films is 5-10 cm. The invention does not require special provisions for the mobile heating and ventilation device, which can be adapted to the corresponding devices known to those skilled in the art. In the present invention, the thickness of the air layer is preferably 6 to 9 cm. The invention adopts a gas-conditioning sealing mode of a double-layer film cover, and the double-layer film cover constructs an air buffer layer, so that the moisture condensation in the sealing film can be prevented, and the temperature of the tobacco stack in a cold region can be effectively kept from being dissipated too quickly.
When the temperature of the air layer is reduced to below 15 ℃ and the duration is longer than 8 hours, the air layer is replaced by hot air at the temperature of 30-35 ℃. In the present invention, the specific method of substitution is preferably: and pumping out the air in the air layer with the temperature reduced to below 15 ℃, and then filling hot air at 30-35 ℃ into the space between the inner layer coating film and the outer layer coating film by adopting a mobile heating ventilation device to fill the air layer. In the present invention, the temperature of the air layer is monitored by the wireless automatic temperature monitoring device. The invention combines the method of replacing hot air, can keep the temperature of the tobacco stack at the temperature level capable of normally alcoholizing, and promotes the accelerated alcoholization of the tobacco lamina in the cold region.
The modified atmosphere storage method for accelerating the alcoholization of tobacco lamina in cold regions according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
(1) Cleaning the bottom of the stack, laying a liner material, and successively laying two layers of PE-PA composite membranes (two barrier membrane basement membranes, which are oxygen-resistant and moisture-resistant and have the thickness of 11 filaments) according to the size of the stack position, wherein a tray is arranged between the two layers of PE-PA composite membranes;
(2) stacking the tobacco leaves according to a conventional stacking mode;
(3) putting an atmosphere regulating agent on the tobacco stack according to a conventional mode, manufacturing a PE-PA composite film (with the thickness of 11 filaments) into two film covers, covering the tobacco stack (inner film cover) by one film cover, respectively placing a supporting device (carton) with the height of 20cm at four corners and the central position above the inner film cover at the top of the tobacco stack, arranging a set of wireless automatic temperature monitoring equipment, covering the tobacco stack by the other film cover (outer film cover), and reserving a gas exchange interface on the outer film cover; adopting a heat sealing machine to heat seal the edges of the bottom film and the corresponding film cover to respectively form an inner layer coating film and an outer layer coating film;
(4) air is filled into the middle of the inner layer coating film and the outer layer coating film through a gas exchange interface reserved on the outer layer film cover by means of the mobile heating ventilation equipment, and the distance between the two layers of sealing films is ensured to be 5-10 cm. When the air temperature between the double-layer sealing films monitored by the wireless automatic temperature monitoring equipment is continuously lower than 15 ℃ for 8 hours, the air between the double-layer sealing films is replaced by the mobile heating and ventilating equipment, the original air is pumped out, and hot air with the temperature of 30-35 ℃ is filled. This is repeated.
The method has the advantages that the conventional single-layer sealing film cover is adopted to seal the tobacco stacks in the cold regions, the tobacco sheets can be alcoholized in place only after being stored for 30-36 months, the method of the embodiment is adopted, the tobacco sheets can be alcoholized in place only after being stored for 18-24 months, and the accelerated alcoholization of the tobacco sheets in the cold regions is promoted; in addition, in the alcoholization process of the tobacco flakes, the phenomena of condensation and runoff do not occur in the sealing film directly contacting the tobacco stack, thereby avoiding the problems of wetting the tobacco leaves and causing mildew.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

(3) sequentially covering a second barrier film cover and a first barrier film cover on the tobacco stack filled with the atmosphere control agent, and then sealing the edges of a second barrier film bottom film and the second barrier film cover to form an inner layer coating film; then the edges of the first barrier film basement membrane and the first barrier film cover are sealed to form an outer layer coating film; a gas exchange interface is reserved on the first barrier film cover;
(4) an air layer with the thickness of 5-10 cm is filled between the inner layer coating film and the outer layer coating film through the gas exchange interface;
and when the temperature of the air layer is reduced to below 15 ℃ and the duration is more than 8 hours, replacing the air layer with hot air at the temperature of 30-35 ℃.
2. A modified atmosphere storage method according to claim 1, wherein the cold regions are regions with an average temperature of 5 to 15 ℃ in winter.
3. The modified atmosphere storage method of claim 1, wherein the first barrier film base film, the first barrier film cover, the second barrier film base film, and the second barrier film cover are PE-PA composite films.
4. The modified atmosphere storage method of claim 1 or 3, wherein the first barrier film base film, the first barrier film cover, the second barrier film base film and the second barrier film cover independently have a thickness of 10 to 12 filaments.
5. The modified atmosphere storage method of claim 1, further comprising a wireless automatic temperature monitoring device disposed between the inner and outer coating films.
6. The modified atmosphere storage method according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the air layer is 6 to 9 cm.
