Abstract
The invention provides a weeding composition containing mefenacet, pyraclonil and anilofos, wherein the weight ratio of the mefenacet to the pyraclonil to the anilofos is 1-10: 1-10. The composition can be used for preventing and removing weeds in paddy fields, can reduce the using amount of medicaments and reduce the harm to the environment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition containing mefenacet, pyraclonil and anilofos.
Background
The mefenacet-containing benzamide selective herbicide is a cell growth and division inhibitor, is used for preventing and removing gramineous weeds in paddy fields, and has a good inhibition effect on barnyard grass; and has inhibiting effect on perennial weeds propagated by seeds on the surface layer, and has certain preventing and removing effect on moleplant seeds, feltwort, sun euphorbia herb, monochoria vaginalis, sargassum thunbergii, cyperus rotundus and perennial aquatic cyperus. The pyraclonil is a contact herbicide, and after being absorbed by roots and basal parts of weeds, the weeds are brown, and then yellow leaves, necrosis, withering or drying and dehydration cause withering. Mainly used for preventing and controlling annual weeds. The anilofos is a systemic conduction selective herbicide, is mainly absorbed by young buds and underground stems of plants to inhibit cell division and elongation, and is used for preventing and killing weeds in rice transplanting fields.
In the weeding practice, the combination of two or more active ingredients to screen out the herbicide composition with synergistic action is found to be the hotspot of research at present because the long-term use of a single agent causes the serious drug resistance of weeds. The applicant finds that no report about the compound use of mefenacet, pyraclonil and anilofos exists in the prior art through search.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a weeding composition which can obviously reduce the dosage of active ingredients, slow down the generation of drug resistance and has obvious synergistic action.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a weeding composition containing mefenacet, pyraclonil and anilofos is characterized in that active ingredients comprise mefenacet, pyraclonil and anilofos, and the weight ratio of the mefenacet, the pyraclonil and the anilofos is 1-10: 1-10.
The weeding composition disclosed by the invention is preferably prepared from mefenacet and pyraclonil in a weight ratio of 1: 1.
The weeding composition provided by the invention comprises 10-85% of active ingredients in percentage by weight. The preferred weight percentage of the active ingredient is 20-60%.
The dosage forms prepared from the weeding composition are wettable powder, water dispersible granules, missible oil and granules. Wettable powder and missible oil are preferred.
The weeding composition disclosed by the invention is used for preventing and controlling weeds in paddy fields. Is preferably used for preventing and killing gramineous and cyperaceous weeds.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the mefenacet, the pyraclonil and the anilofos belong to different classes of herbicides, have different action mechanisms, have obvious synergistic action after being mixed, can improve the control effect, and are beneficial to overcoming and delaying the generation of drug resistance of weeds. The composition has excellent weeding effect on annual weeds in the paddy fields, and can be used for preventing and controlling gramineous and cyperaceous weeds in the paddy fields.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Example 1: indoor toxicity determination of mefenacet, pyraclonil and anilofos on barnyard grass
Test subjects: barnyard grass seed (field collection and preservation)
The test method comprises the following steps: a greenhouse potting method is adopted. Adding test soil (without agent treatment) into a flowerpot, adding water until the soil is completely wet, and respectively sowing the seeds subjected to germination acceleration into the flowerpot. After sowing for 24 hours, soil spraying treatment is carried out, each treatment is repeated for 4 times, and blank control is additionally arranged. Culturing in a greenhouse after treatment, periodically supplementing water in a bottom irrigation mode, and keeping the soil humidity of 100%. Spraying equipment: ASS-1 type pesticide spraying system. The fresh weight of each treated weed was calculated after 14 days. The data was analyzed using the sps software to calculate the ED50 value.
And (3) measuring the combined toxicity of the agents, calculating the synergistic coefficient (SR) of the mixed agents by using a Wadly method, and evaluating the combined action type of the mixed agents. SR — compound theory ED 50/compound found ED 50.
When SR is less than 0.5, the mixed medicament has antagonism; when SR is not less than 0.5 and not more than 1.5, the mixed medicament has additive effect, and when SR is more than 1.5, the mixed medicament has synergistic effect.
TABLE 1 toxicity assay for Echinocamide, pyraclonil and anilofos on Echinochloa crusgalli
As can be seen from the data described in Table 1, the mixture ratio of mefenacet pyrazotochloride and anilofos is in the range of 1-10: 1-10, and the composition has good control effect on the anilofos; the SR value is more than 1.5, the synergistic effect is shown, the prevention and treatment effect can be effectively improved, and the using dosage of active ingredients is reduced.
Example 2Field control effect of mefenacet pyraclonil and anilofos on weeds in paddy field
Test subjects: transplanting field weed of rice (Gramineae, Cyperaceae)
The test method comprises the following steps: and (4) treating the soil. The test land is flat, the fertility is uniform, and the paddy field is managed according to a conventional method. And applying the pesticide 5 days before transplanting the rice by a pesticide soil method. A blank control treatment area is arranged and repeated for 3 times, and the cells are arranged in random blocks. And (5) surveying weeds in each plot 14 days after the pesticide application, and calculating the fresh weight control effect.
The fresh quality control effect (%) - (control weed fresh quality-treated weed fresh quality)/control weed fresh quality x 100%
