背景技术
电外科脉管密封器用于在外科手术期间阻塞血管和中止出血。脉管密封器的钳具相互连接到电外科发生器,所述电外科发生器可以将射频(RF)能量选择性地供应到钳具,以用于干燥并密封已被夹持在钳具之间的血管。刀片可以附加地结合到钳具中,用于沿着由通电的钳具产生的密封的中间部分来切割密封的血管。
传统的脉管密封器具有由两个钳具构件形成的钳具,每个钳具构件具有连接到公共铰接销的凸缘,使得钳具响应于用户对手柄的致动而进行剪切。然而,由于能量的损失以及导致低效夹持和用户手部疲劳的非平衡力,这种结构布置在机械上是低效的。目前解决该问题的方法在两个钳具构件上使用了必须嵌套在一起的双铰链,从而需要使用显著量的空间,其在其它方面对于诸如电外科供应导线和切割刀片等元件来说也是需要的。因此,在优化用于钳具的铰接所需的空间量的同时,存在针对提供高效的机械夹持的脉管密封器钳具构件的改进的铰接的需要。
发明内容

参考附图,其中,相同的数字始终指代相同的零件,图1中看到存在一种脉管密封系统10,其包括具有钳具14的脉管密封器12,所述钳具相互连接至电外科发生器16,所述电外科发生器可以向钳具14供应RF能量,以用于干燥被捕捉在钳具14之间的血管。钳具14响应于密封器12的用户操作手柄18而铰接成打开或闭合。
如图2所示,钳具14由两个相对的钳具构件20和22构成。钳具构件20和22包括内导电面24和26,所述内导电面与钳具14和密封器10的其余部分电隔离并且相互连接至电外科发生器16。内导电面24和26具有形成在其中的狭槽28和30,所述狭槽在钳具构件20和22闭合时对准以限定切刀路径交叉部,即当钳具通电时组织在钳具14之间被干燥的区域。如图2和3所示,钳具14和由狭槽28与30限定的切刀路径可以沿一个方向弯曲,以增强在使用期间目标组织的可见性,并因此在开放式外科手术期间提供改进的效用。
参考图3,钳具构件20和22中的一个(示出为钳具构件22,但是可以替代地是钳具构件20)包括两个间隔开的铰接凸缘32和34。钳具构件20和22中的另一个(示出为钳具构件20,但可以替代地是钳具构件22)包括定位在两个铰接凸缘32和34之间并且沿着钳具14的轴线X-X居中定位的单个铰接凸缘36。两个铰接凸缘32和34包括穿过其形成的两个相对的凸轮狭槽40和42以及两个相对的枢转孔44和46。单个凸缘36包括穿过其形成的对应的单个凸轮狭槽48和对应的单个枢转孔50。当组装密封器10时,枢转销52延伸穿过两个铰接凸缘32和34的两个相对的枢转孔44和46以及单个枢转孔50。枢转销52在沿着轴线X-X纵向延伸的外轴54的端部处在适当位置固定至连接叉58。具有对应截面的驱动轴56定位在外轴54内以便在其中移动。驱动轴56通过连接叉60和在一个端部处定位的连接叉销62联接到两个铰接凸缘32和34的相对的凸轮狭槽40和42以及单个凸缘36的凸轮狭槽48。两个铰接凸缘32和34的凸轮狭槽40和42以及单个凸缘36的凸轮狭槽48沿着相对于钳具14的纵向轴线XX及驱动轴56的移动的相反角度在两个铰接凸缘32和34及单个铰接凸缘36内延伸。因此,驱动轴56沿轴线X-X的轴向移动将导致成两个铰接凸缘32和34及单个铰接凸缘36在相反方向上围绕枢转销52枢转,从而根据驱动轴56的移动的方向将钳具14驱动到打开或闭合位置。如图3和图5中所示,枢转销52可以包括肩部68,其定位成与单个凸缘36邻接以限制在外轴54内的横向移动。由于单个铰接凸缘42定位在两个铰接凸缘32和34之间,所以钳具14是机械稳定的,并且在围绕组织闭合时不会遭受由于围绕枢转销52的非平衡力引起的能量的损失。由于这种机械稳定性,钳具14更加机械高效,并且因此操作钳具14以重复地夹持组织不太可能导致手部疲劳。
对于机械切割操作,可移动的切刀刀片64可以定位在驱动轴56内,并且在钳具构件20和22闭合时沿着由狭槽32和34限定的切刀路径延伸和收回,以在利用RF能量干燥之后切割组织。切刀刀片64具有纵向狭槽66,当组装脉管密封器10时,枢转销52和凸轮销62可以位于该纵向狭槽66中,使得切刀刀片64可以沿轴线X-X被轴向地驱动并穿过切刀路径。参考图5,切刀刀片64被定位到单个凸缘36的一侧,并且因此相对于纵向轴线X-X偏心。优选地,切刀刀片64偏移到被提供至钳具14的任何弯弯曲部的外侧,使得切刀刀片64在沿着由狭槽32和34限定的切刀路径延伸时比如果切刀刀片64偏移至单个凸缘36的另一侧的情形弯折通过更平缓的曲率。如图5看到的,电外科发生器16可以通过一对导线70和72相互连接至钳具构件20和22,所述对导线沿着外轴54的内侧延伸,以用于分别联接至内导电面24和26,使得发生器16可以向钳具构件20和22提供RF能量。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于脉管密封装置的钳具组件,包括:
第一钳具构件,所述第一钳具构件具有间隔开的第一凸缘和第二凸缘;
第二钳具构件,所述第二钳具构件具有单个第三凸缘,所述单个第三凸缘定位在所述第一钳具构件的第一凸缘和第二凸缘之间并且枢转地连接到所述第一凸缘和第二凸缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钳具组件,进一步包括联接到所述第一钳具构件和所述第二钳具构件的驱动轴。
3.根据权利要求2所述的钳具组件,其中,所述驱动轴通过连接叉联接到所述第一钳具构件和所述第二钳具构件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的钳具组件,其中,所述连接叉通过所述第一凸缘和第二凸缘中的对应的第一凸轮狭槽和第二凸轮狭槽联接至所述第一凸缘和所述第二凸缘。
5.根据权利要求4所述的钳具组件,其中,所述连接叉通过所述第三凸缘中的第三凸轮狭槽联接至所述第三凸缘。
6.根据权利要求5所述的钳具组件,其中,所述第一钳具构件和所述第二钳具构件通过枢转销枢转地连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的钳具组件,其中,所述枢转销具有与所述第二钳具构件的第三凸缘邻接定位的肩部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的钳具组件,其中,所述第一钳具构件和所述第二钳具构件包括限定切刀路径的对应的第一狭槽和第二狭槽。
9.根据权利要求8所述的钳具组件,进一步包括从所述驱动轴处延伸并延伸至所述单个第三凸缘的一侧的切刀刀片。
10.根据权利要求9所述的钳具组件,其中,所述切刀路径从所述切刀路径的定位至所述单个第三凸缘的一侧的第一端部处向内弯曲。
