The first embodiment of the present invention (fig. 1) may be employed when a user is watching a live program. That is, the smart home 11 detects whether there is a person after being turned on, and if there is a person continuing playing, sends a video switching signal to the mobile terminal 12. The program being viewed is forwarded to mobile terminal 12.
The smart home 11 and the mobile terminal 12 are connected to the network 10, and when a user watches a network search program, the second and third embodiments of the present invention (fig. 2 and 3) can be adopted. That is, the smart home 11 is connected to the mobile terminal 12, and then whether a person is in front of the smart home 11 is detected, if no person is in front of the smart home 11, the smart home 11 sends a first request signal to the mobile terminal 12, so that the mobile terminal 12 detects whether the user carries the mobile terminal 12, when it is determined that the user carries the mobile terminal 12, a first result signal is output to the smart home 11, the smart home 11 sends a video switching request to the mobile terminal 12, the video is switched to the mobile terminal 12, when it is determined that the user does not carry the mobile terminal 12, a second result signal is output to the smart home 11, and the smart home 11 temporarily plays the video and continuously and periodically detects whether a person is in front of the smart home 11. Therefore, the purposes of conveniently controlling the progress of the video and preventing the user from missing the video content due to other things are achieved.
It should be noted that the smart home video switching object may also be any mobile and wearable device with a display function, such as a smart watch.
Please refer to fig. 10, which is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile terminal or a smart home according to the present invention. The mobile terminal or smart home comprises a processor 51 and a memory 52 coupled to the processor.
The memory 52 stores program instructions for implementing the video switching method of any of the above.
The processor 51 is configured to execute the program instructions stored in the memory 52.
The processor 51 may also be referred to as a CPU (Central Processing Unit). The processor 51 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The processor 51 may also be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf programmable gate array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 52 may be a memory bank, a TF card, etc., and may store all information in the mobile terminal, including input raw data, computer programs, intermediate operation results, and final operation results, which are stored in the storage. It stores and retrieves information based on the location specified by the controller. With the memory, the mobile terminal has a memory function and can work normally. The memory in the mobile terminal can be classified into a main memory (internal memory) and an auxiliary memory (external memory) according to the purpose of use, and also into an external memory and an internal memory. The external memory is usually a magnetic medium, an optical disk, or the like, and can store information for a long period of time. The memory refers to a storage component on the main board, which is used for storing data and programs currently being executed, but is only used for temporarily storing the programs and the data, and the data is lost when the power is turned off or the power is cut off.
The mobile terminal or the smart home further includes other devices, which have the same functions as the other devices and functions of the mobile terminal or the smart home in the prior art, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a storage medium according to the present invention. The storage medium of the present application stores a program file 61 capable of implementing all the methods described above, wherein the program file 61 may be stored in the storage medium in the form of a software product, and includes several instructions to enable a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the methods described in the embodiments of the present application. The aforementioned storage device includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a mobile hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, or terminal devices, such as a computer, a server, a mobile phone, and a tablet.

if no person is detected, the intelligent home detects whether the user carries the mobile terminal;
if the mobile terminal is carried, the intelligent home detects whether the intelligent home is connected with the same network with the mobile terminal;
and if the mobile terminal is connected with the same network, the intelligent home switches the video to the mobile terminal.
3. The intelligent home video switching method according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent home periodically detects whether a person is in front of the intelligent home after being started, and the method further comprises the following steps:
the intelligent home is accessed to a network;
the intelligent home sends a connection request to the mobile terminal after being started, and connection is established;

the detecting whether the user carries the mobile terminal includes:
the smart home sends a first request signal to the mobile terminal; and
when the intelligent home receives a first result signal from the mobile terminal, the intelligent home judges that a user carries the mobile terminal;
when the intelligent home receives a second result signal from the mobile terminal, the intelligent home judges that the user does not carry the mobile terminal;
the detecting whether the mobile terminal is connected with the intelligent home through the same network comprises the following steps:
the intelligent home sends a second request signal to the mobile terminal; and
when the intelligent home receives a third result signal from the mobile terminal, the intelligent home judges that the intelligent home and the mobile terminal are connected with the same network, and the intelligent home switches the video to the mobile terminal and closes the video;
when the smart home receives the fourth result signal from the mobile terminal, the smart home determines that the smart home is not connected to the same network as the mobile terminal, and the smart home switches the video to the mobile terminal, and then further includes:
after the intelligent home switches the video to the mobile terminal and reaches the preset time, the intelligent home is closed after receiving a closing signal from the mobile terminal.

the processor is configured to execute the program instructions stored by the memory.
