Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like elements in the various figures are denoted by like reference numerals. For purposes of clarity, the various features in the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale. Moreover, certain well-known elements may not be shown in the figures.
In the following description, numerous specific details of the invention, such as structure, materials, dimensions, processing techniques and techniques of components, are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the invention. However, as will be understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention may be practiced without these specific details.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides an electrical connection device, including:
a first conductive structure 1;
a second conductive structure 2;
an upper cover 3, at least part of the first conductive structure 1 is fixed on the first surface 31 of the upper cover 3;
and the lower cover 4, at least part of the second conductive structure 2 is positioned on the second surface 41 of the lower cover 4, and the first surface 31 and the second surface 41 are oppositely arranged to form a box pair of the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4, so that the first conductive structure 1 and the second conductive structure 2 are contacted and electrically connected.
Wherein, that is, when the first surface 31 of the upper cover 3 is disposed opposite to the second surface 41 of the lower cover 4 (the pair of the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4), the first conductive structure 1 fixed on the first surface 31 of the upper cover 3 can be brought into contact with the second conductive structure 2 located on the second surface 41 of the lower cover 4 to form an electrical connection of the second conductive structure 2 of the first conductive structure 1.
In the electrical connection device of the present embodiment, the second conductive structures 2 of the first conductive structure 1 are electrically connected by the driving of the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4. Compared with the prior art (the two conductive structures are electrically connected through the probes), the electric connection device of the embodiment has a simple preparation process of the electric connection mode; if the electric connection device is used for detecting the display screen of the display device, the detection cost of the display device can be reduced, and the accuracy of the detection result can be ensured.
Preferably, the first surface 31 of the upper cover 3 has a first groove 32, and the first connection portion of the first conductive structure 1 is fixed in the first groove 32; the second surface 41 of the lower cover 4 has a second groove 42 thereon, the second connecting portion of the second conductive structure 2 is located in the second groove 42, and the first groove 32 corresponds to the second groove 42 when the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 are mated, so that the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are in contact.
Wherein, the "first connection portion" is a portion of the first conductive structure 1 for electrical connection; the "second connection portion" is a portion of the second conductive structure 2 for electrical connection. That is, when the first connection portion of the first conductive structure 1 contacts the second connection portion of the second conductive structure 2, the first conductive structure 1 can be electrically connected to the second conductive structure 2. In order to make the first connection portion and the second connection portion correspond to each other and contact each other in the electrical connection process, a first groove 32 and a second groove 42 are provided on the first surface 31 and the second surface 41, respectively, the first groove 32 and the second groove 42 correspond to each other when the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 are mated, and the first connection portion of the first conductive structure 1 is fixed in the first groove 32 and the second connection portion of the second conductive structure 2 is provided in the second groove 42.
The arrangement of the first groove 32 and the second groove 42 can not only ensure that the first connecting portion of the first conductive structure 1 is in contact with and electrically connected to the second connecting portion of the second conductive structure 2 when the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 are aligned to the box, but also avoid the extrusion of the first conductive structure 1 and the second conductive structure 2 caused by the direct approach of the first surface 31 and the second surface 41 when the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 are aligned to the box, thereby ensuring that the structures of the first conductive structure 1 and the second conductive structure 2 are not damaged.
Preferably, the first connection portion of the first conductive structure 1 has a first through hole 11, and an edge of the first through hole 11 has a plurality of first connection points; the second connecting portion of the first conductive structure 1 has a plurality of protruding second connecting points, the second connecting points are in one-to-one correspondence with the first connecting points, and when the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 are mated, the first connecting points are in contact with the corresponding second connecting points to form an electrical connection between the first conductive structure 1 and the second conductive structure 2.
Here, as shown in fig. 4, the first conductive structure 1 and the second conductive structure 2 are electrically connected not only with one connection point, but also with a plurality of connection points, that is, when the first conductive structure 1 and the second conductive structure 2 are electrically connected, each first connection point is in contact with the corresponding second connection point.
Specifically, the first conductive structure 1 and the second conductive structure 2 are both Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC).
Preferably, one end of the first conductive structure 1 away from the upper cover 3 is connected to the signal source interface 92; the end of the second conductive structure 2 remote from the lower cover 4 is connected to a connector 93 of the terminal.
That is, when the end of the first conductive structure 1 away from the upper cover 3 is connected to the signal source interface 92 and the end of the second conductive structure 2 away from the lower cover 4 is connected to the connector 93 of the terminal, the electrical connection device of the embodiment is mainly used for detecting the display screen of the terminal. The signal source interface 92 may be an interface of a printed circuit board, and the signal source interface 92 connects an input signal to the connector 93 of the terminal through an electrical connection device, so that the display screen of the terminal displays a detection picture.
It should be noted that the second conductive structure 2 may be regarded as a part of the connector 93 of the terminal, so that the first conductive structure 1 and the connector 93 of the terminal may be crimped, thereby achieving surface contact when the second conductive structure 2 is electrically connected to the connector 93 of the terminal, and effectively avoiding indentation of the connector 93 of the terminal and damage to the connector 93 of the terminal caused by the indentation.
In the prior art, because the signal source interface is connected with the display product connector and needs to be switched for many times (namely, the signal source interface is mainly connected with the switching circuit board through the wiring harness at the present stage, the switching circuit board is provided with connecting points (pads) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the connectors of the display terminal, and the connecting points are connected with the display product connector through probes), great difficulty is caused to the maintenance of the whole electric connection system, and the maintenance cost is high. The signal source interface 92 can be connected with the display product connector by using the electric connection device of the embodiment, and the connection mode greatly reduces the material capital investment when the signal source interface 92 is connected with the connector, and reduces the maintenance difficulty and the maintenance cost.
Specifically, the terminal may be any product or component having a display function, such as a liquid crystal display panel, an Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) display panel, electronic paper, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a television, a display, a notebook computer, a digital photo frame, a navigator, and the like.
Preferably, the electrical connection device of the present embodiment further includes: the first fixing piece 5 is positioned between the first conductive structure 1 and the bottom of the first groove 32 and fixed at the bottom of the first groove 32;
the second fixing piece 6 is positioned on one side, away from the bottom of the first groove 32, of the first conductive structure 1, and part of the edge of the second fixing piece 6 is fixed with the first fixing piece 5, so that at least the first connecting portion is fixed between the first fixing piece 5 and the second fixing piece 6, and the second fixing piece 6 is provided with a second through hole 61 corresponding to the first connecting portion;
and the third fixing part 7 is positioned between the second conductive structure 2 and the bottom of the second groove 42 and fixed at the bottom of the second groove 42.
Wherein, that is to say, the first conductive structure 1 is fixed in the first recess 32 by the first fixing member 5 and the second fixing member 6, the second through hole 61 is disposed to expose the first connection portion of the first conductive structure 1 so as to be able to contact with the second conductive structure 2. And the second conductive structure 2 is located directly above the third anchor 7.
Since the second conductive structure 2 is not fixed on the third fixing element 7, the second conductive structure 2 can be replaced by another conductive structure, so that the other conductive structure is electrically connected with the first conductive structure 1, thereby increasing the flexibility of the electrical connection device of the embodiment. In addition, the position of the first conductive structure 1 is adjusted by adjusting the position of the first conductive structure 1 between the first fixing member 5 and the second fixing member 6, or adjusting the positions of the first fixing member 5 and the second fixing member 6 in the first groove 32, so as to ensure the electrical connection of the first conductive structure 1 and the second conductive structure 2.
It should be noted that the edges of the first fixing member 5 and the second fixing member 6 may be connected by bolts or other suitable structures.
Preferably, the electrical connection device of the present embodiment further includes: and the first buffer 8 is positioned between the first fixing part 5 and the first conductive structure 1.
The first buffer member 8 is further fixed between the first fixing member 5 and the second fixing member 6, and can buffer the first conductive structure 1, specifically, the clamping force applied to the first conductive structure 1 by the first fixing member 5 and the second fixing member 6 can be buffered, and the acting force applied to the first conductive structure 1 by the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 in the case can be buffered, so that the structure of the first conductive structure 1 is not damaged, and the performance of the first conductive structure 1 is ensured.
Preferably, the first edge 33 of the upper cover 3 is hinged with the second edge 43 of the lower cover 4, so that the upper cover 3 can rotate around the first edge 33 as an axis to realize the box alignment of the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4.
In other words, the upper cover 3 can be turned over with respect to the lower cover 4, specifically, by turning over the upper cover 3, the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 may not be overlapped with each other, as shown in fig. 2, or the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 may be overlapped with each other, that is, a pair of the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 is realized, as shown in fig. 3.
The structure not only can simplify the operation of the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 to the box, but also can ensure that the first conductive structure 1 and the second conductive structure 2 positioned on the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 can accurately correspond to each other when the box is aligned, so as to realize the electric connection of the first conductive structure 1 and the second conductive structure 2.
Preferably, the electrical connection device of the present embodiment further includes: and an engaging structure 9 located at a third edge 44 of the lower cover 4 opposite to the second edge 43, wherein the engaging structure 9 can engage the upper cover 3 with the lower cover 4 when the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 are aligned.
As shown in fig. 3, that is, when the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 are aligned with each other, the side of the upper cover 3 and the side of the lower cover 4 opposite to the hinged side can be engaged by the engaging structure 9.
The clamping structure 9 can ensure that the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 are stable to the box, i.e. ensure the stability of the electrical connection of the first conductive structure 1 and the second conductive structure 2.
Preferably, the upper cover 3 has a step structure 35 at a fourth edge 34 opposite to the first edge 33; the engaging structure 9 is rotatably connected to the third edge 44, the engaging structure 9 has a protrusion 91, and the rotation of the engaging structure 9 relative to the upper cover 3 can cause the protrusion 91 to be caught on the step structure 35 and to be separated from the step structure 35.
As shown in fig. 3, the engaging structure 9 is a buckle with a protrusion 91, and the engaging structure 9 can rotate around the third edge 44 of the lower cover 4. After the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 are aligned with the box, the protrusion 91 of the engaging structure 9 is engaged with the step structure 35 of the fourth edge 34, so that the fourth edge 34 of the upper cover 3 and the third edge 44 of the lower cover 4 are locked; when the snap structure 9 is rotated in a direction away from the lower cover 4, the protrusion 91 is disengaged from the step structure 35, thereby releasing the fourth edge 34 of the upper cover 3 and the third edge 44 of the lower cover 4.
Specifically, a torsion spring is arranged at the hinged position of the lower cover 4 and the upper cover 3, and when the clamping structure 9 is released, the upper cover 3 can be automatically opened, as shown in fig. 2. The engaging structure 9 is provided with a spring, and the engaging structure 9 is held at a position close to the lower cover 4 when no external force is applied (the engaging structure 9 is returned counterclockwise when no external force is applied). When the lower cover 4 and the upper cover 3 need to be aligned, the upper cover 3 is pressed until the protrusion 91 clamps the upper cover 3, so that the first conductive structure 1 and the second conductive structure 2 are electrically connected; by pressing the position A of the clamping structure 9, the clamping structure 9 is released, the upper cover 3 can be automatically opened, and the first conductive structure 1 and the second conductive structure 2 are electrically disconnected.
The engaging structure 9 has a simple structure, so that the manufacturing cost of the electrical connection device can be reduced.
