the intelligent bracelet can monitor the body temperature, the heart rate, the oxygen saturation, the blood pressure and other data of a patient, is connected with the hospital database 7 and the mobile terminal 8 through the cloud server, automatically guides information into a nursing system and performs a data analysis function, and releases the activity space of the patient and improves the comfort level of the patient due to the fact that a monitor is not connected with a lead.

The invention relates to a multifunctional intelligent bracelet, wherein a main interface of the bracelet is an information module of a patient, the name, the age and the hospitalization number of the patient are displayed in the information module, and a department and a bed number can be automatically updated according to whether the patient is in a transfer or not; the patient can realize the conversion of each functional module by sliding the bracelet interface, and the positioning function not only can conveniently carry out centralized management on the patient, but also can provide convenience for the custody of the bracelet; the health propaganda and education module 2 in the bracelet can intelligently push according to diagnosis given by a doctor, so that a patient can conveniently check at any time, and the knowing rate of the patient to diseases is improved; the vital signs are monitored in a wireless connection mode, so that the patient comfort and activity can be improved in addition to convenience in carrying, and the acquired data can be uploaded and analyzed through a cloud end; the payment function of the bracelet can facilitate the patient to deal with the expense problem at any time, thereby avoiding queuing and saving time and labor; to the patient that needs oral medicine to carry out the treatment, the bracelet also can remind the patient to take medicine according to the suggestion of doctor's advice, avoids the patient to miss the condition of taking medicine or taking medicine more.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the fee processing module 4 includes a fee inquiry module 410, a fee reminding module 420 and a fee payment module 430, wherein:
the expense inquiry module 410 is used for inquiring the medical expense of the patient and can be realized by scanning the two-dimensional code;
a fee reminding module 420 for sending out a reminder that the medical fee needs to be paid;
and a fee payment module 430 for paying the medical fee.
The concrete payment mode can be as follows: set up the two-dimensional code that the hospitalization expense was paid, the patient can directly pay fee through scanning the two-dimensional code and handle, has avoided lining up and has paid fee, labour saving and time saving.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the smart band further includes a positioning module 5, where the positioning module 5 includes a real-time monitoring module 510 and a data transmission module 520, where:
a real-time monitoring module 510 for locating position information of a patient in real time;
and the data transmission module 520 is used for transmitting the position information of the patient to the database 7 of the hospital for monitoring.
The position of the patient can be positioned through the GPS in the bracelet, and the centralized management of the inpatients is facilitated.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the smart band further includes a medicine taking reminding module 6 for reminding the patient to take medicine at regular time.
According to the advice prompt, the medicine taking reminding function is realized for the patient, the condition that the patient misses taking the medicine or takes the medicine more is avoided, and the hospitalizing compliance of the patient is improved.
A patient management method based on a smart bracelet comprises the following steps:
registering personal information of a user patient;
generating a two-dimensional code corresponding to personal information of a patient of a user;

monitoring oxygen saturation data of a user patient;
monitoring blood pressure data of a user patient;
judging whether the body temperature data of the user patient is normal or not, if so, sending the information that the body temperature data of the user patient is normal; if not, alarm information of abnormal body temperature data of the user patient is sent out;
judging whether the heart rate data of the patient is normal or not, if so, sending information that the heart rate data of the patient is normal; if not, alarm information of abnormal heart rate data of the patient is sent out;
judging whether the oxygen saturation data of the user patient is normal or not, if so, sending information that the oxygen saturation data of the user patient is normal; if not, alarm information of abnormal oxygen saturation data of the user patient is sent out;
judging whether the blood pressure data of the user patient is normal or not, if so, sending the information that the blood pressure data of the user patient is normal; if not, sending out alarm information of abnormal blood pressure data of the patient;
sending alarm information of body temperature data abnormity to a data output integration point;
sending alarm information of abnormal heart rate data to a data output integration point;
sending alarm information of oxygen saturation data abnormity to a data output integration point;
sending alarm information of abnormal blood pressure data to a data output integration point;
outputting the detected data of the patient of the user to a database;
the user and the patient inquire to pay the medical expense.
Preferably, the step of announcing the health guidance information specifically comprises the following steps:
receiving diagnosis information uploaded to a database by medical staff;
analyzing and processing the diagnosis information received by the information receiving module;
pushing health guidance information which is consistent with the diagnosis information according to the analysis processing result of the information processing module;
and displaying the health guidance information.
The doctor uploads the diagnosis information to a database of a hospital through the mobile terminal, the database sends the diagnosis information to a corresponding patient user, the information processing module processes and analyzes the diagnosis information received by the information receiving module to obtain health guidance information corresponding to the diagnosis information, the health guidance information is inquired by the patient user, and according to the diagnosis obtained by the doctor, health guidance is intelligently provided for the patient, individualized service is realized, and specific education is realized.
In one embodiment, the step of inquiring about the payment of the medical fee by the user patient specifically includes the following steps:
the medical expense of the patient can be inquired in a two-dimensional code scanning mode;

the information registration module is used for registering personal information of the patient of the user;
the two-dimensional code generating module is used for generating a two-dimensional code corresponding to personal information of a patient of a user;
the two-dimensional code display module is used for displaying a two-dimensional code;
the health propaganda and education module is used for propagandizing and educating health guidance information;
the body temperature monitoring module is used for monitoring body temperature data of a user patient;
a heart rate monitoring module for monitoring heart rate data of a user patient;
the oxygen saturation monitoring module is used for monitoring oxygen saturation data of a user patient;
the blood pressure monitoring module is used for monitoring blood pressure data of a patient of a user;

the data output module is used for outputting detection data of a patient of a user;
and the expense processing module is used for inquiring and paying the medical expense by the user patient.
2. The intelligent bracelet of claim 1, wherein the health propaganda and education module comprises an information receiving module, an information processing module, an information pushing module and an information display module, wherein:
the information receiving module is used for receiving the diagnosis information uploaded to the database by the medical personnel;
the information processing module is used for analyzing and processing the diagnosis information received by the information receiving module;
the information pushing module is used for pushing the health guidance information which is consistent with the diagnosis information to the information display module;
and the information display module is used for displaying the health guidance information.
3. The smart bracelet of claim 1 or 2, wherein the fee processing module comprises a fee inquiry module, a fee reminding module and a fee payment module, wherein:
the expense inquiry module is used for inquiring medical expenses;
the expense reminding module is used for sending out a reminder that the medical expense needs to be paid;
and the fee payment module is used for paying the medical fee.
4. The smart bracelet of claim 3, further comprising a positioning module comprising a real-time monitoring module and a data transmission module, wherein:
the real-time monitoring module is used for positioning the position information of the patient in real time;
and the data transmission module is used for transmitting the position information of the patient to the database.
5. The intelligent bracelet of claim 4, further comprising a medicine taking reminding module for regularly reminding a patient to take medicine.
6. A patient management method based on the intelligent bracelet of any one of claims 1-5, characterized by comprising the following steps:
registering personal information of a user patient;
generating a two-dimensional code corresponding to personal information of a patient of a user;
displaying the two-dimensional code;
propagandizing health guidance information;
monitoring body temperature data of a user patient;
monitoring heart rate data of a user patient;
monitoring oxygen saturation data of a user patient;
monitoring blood pressure data of a user patient;
judging whether the body temperature data of the user patient is normal or not, if so, sending the information that the body temperature data of the user patient is normal; if not, alarm information of abnormal body temperature data of the user patient is sent out;
judging whether the heart rate data of the patient is normal or not, if so, sending information that the heart rate data of the patient is normal; if not, alarm information of abnormal heart rate data of the patient is sent out;
judging whether the oxygen saturation data of the user patient is normal or not, if so, sending information that the oxygen saturation data of the user patient is normal; if not, alarm information of abnormal oxygen saturation data of the user patient is sent out;
judging whether the blood pressure data of the user patient is normal or not, if so, sending the information that the blood pressure data of the user patient is normal; if not, sending out alarm information of abnormal blood pressure data of the patient;
sending alarm information of body temperature data abnormity to a data output integration point;
sending alarm information of abnormal heart rate data to a data output integration point;
sending alarm information of oxygen saturation data abnormity to a data output integration point;
sending alarm information of abnormal blood pressure data to a data output integration point;
outputting the detected data of the patient of the user to a database;
the user and the patient inquire to pay the medical expense.
